Most Anti-Semites Never Met a Jew

According to a new world-wide survey, one in four adults are "deeply infected with anti-Semitic attitudes." That is the conclusion of the Anti-Defamation League's extraordinary new global survey.
The survey included 53,100 adults from 102 countries representing 88% of the world's adult population.
People responded true or false to typical anti-Semitic statements in their native language, such as "Jews have too much power over international markets, global media, and the U.S. government," or "Jews don't care about what happens to anyone but their own kind," and "Jews are responsible for most of the world's wars."
An estimated 1.1 billion people said that at least six of the anti-Semitic stereotypes were probably true. That means that 26% of the world's population, or one in every four adults in the world today still embrace traditional anti-Semitic sentiments.
"For the first time we have a real sense of how pervasive and persistent anti-Semitism is today around the world," ADL National Director Abraham Foxman said in a statement. "The data enables us to look beyond anti-Semitic incidents and rhetoric and quantify the prevalence of anti-Semitic attitudes across the globe. We can now identify hotspots, as well as countries and regions of the world where hatred of Jews is essentially nonexistent."
The three countries with the lowest anti-Semitism Index Scores are Laos (0.2%), the Philippines (3%) and Sweden (4%).
In the United States, 9% of respondents believed a majority of the anti-Semitic statements.
The highest levels come from the Palestinian-controlled territories at 93% and Iraq at 92%. Overall in the Middle East and North Africa 74% of the population hold to anti-Semitic stereotypes. Yet in Iran, surprisingly, 56% of the population responded negatively towards the Jews.
The three countries outside the Middle East and North Africa with the highest anti-Semitism Index Scores are Greece (69%), Malaysia (61%) and Armenia (58%). In Eastern Europe, one in three still think the Jews are responsible for most of the world's problems.
Here's an interesting fact: 18% of respondents believe that the total worldwide Jewish population exceeds 700 million people! The actual number of Jewish people in the world is just over 13 million! Obviously, people who overestimate the world's Jewish population by this amount were also much more likely to harbor anti-Semitic attitudes.
Among people familiar with all the religions tested in the survey, more are unfavorable toward Jews (35%) than toward people of any other religion.
Where you get your news also matters, especially in the Muslim world. Muslims who get their information about Jews from the internet are much more likely to harbor anti-Semitic views than those who get their information from other sources. Average Index Scores by information source among Muslims: Internet 73%, Religious leaders 54%, TV 54%, Newspapers 49%, word of mouth 40%.
People in predominantly English-speaking countries are half as likely to hold anti-Semitic views (13% Index Score) as the overall global population surveyed.
Chillingly, 74% of the people surveyed said they've never met a Jewish person, including the people who believe a majority of the anti-Semitic stereotypes are probably true.

Sudden Changes by Doug Addison

Sudden Changes

by Doug Addison

Identity Network

May is a time when new things will spring forth and begin to come together. Watch for doors and opportunities to open suddenly. We are entering into a new time of things happening suddenly. Webster's dictionary defines the word suddenly as "happening quickly without warning." It is time to be prepared for "Sudden Change."

Wind of Change Returns

I had an angelic encounter on Tuesday morning, May 6th at 1:30 AM and a powerful angelic presence entered my house and was there most of the day. The angel that came was similar to an encounter I had this time two years ago. At that time I had an encounter with an angel called the Wind of Change (not the Winds of Change). I was in Denver on April 20, 2012 when I released the prophetic word for May 2012 and got a huge response from readers.

Now two years later the Wind of Change is back. In 2012 I had a vision in a dream that a wind came, blowing things almost violently and the result was that everything was reorganized. You will be safe if you stay close to God. May is the start of the Wind of Change. It would be more accurately called the wind of sudden change. Things are beginning to divinely realign.

Those who heard God say to "wait" and have been obediently waiting a long time are going to be released! It is breaking discouragement, depression, suicidal thoughts and self-sabotage.

Dream About Chicago - the Windy City

I had a prophetic dream last month that I was living in a high-rise building and the firemen from the TV show Chicago Fire came bursting in saying that everyone had to evacuate. Hermann and Mouch from the TV show were apologizing that they were not able to get to the top of the building in time to put out the fire.

And just like the prophetic word for this month, "suddenly," we had to move quickly because the top of the tall building was engulfed in flames. God spoke to me that the fire of the Holy Spirit is coming to those in Chicago.

Prophetic Dream of Flexibility

I had a dream last month of the need to be flexible. In the dream I was bending in all kinds of positions and God spoke to me that it is a time to be flexible. This is a time of shifting paradigms. We are moving into a new era, not just a new season, but also a new way of doing things. Being flexible will allow us to deal with the sudden changes that are just ahead.

Unity is the Key

The Apostle Paul had an amazing revelation. In Romans 12:5 Paul said that we are all part of the same "body." Paul symbolically compared the Church to being a body.

"So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others." (Romans 12:5)

John Wimber said, "In our quest for doctrinal purity, we no longer treat other Christians the way God wants us to. God is calling us to unity and oneness."

Church history has evolved and since the Protestant Reformation of 1517, which brought necessary change to the Church, it also brought over 33,000 different denominations. Though lots of great changes came out of it, we also became MAJORLY divided.

Paul, in 1 Corinthians 12:20-26 talks about the fact that though we are many parts we are still made up of one body of believers and that we can't say that we don't need certain parts. Like each other or not, in reality we actually need one another.

As it is, there are many parts, but one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you!" 1 Corinthians 12:20-21

In order to go into the new season and era God is calling us to we must heal our divisions.  We are "one" no matter what our doctrinal differences may be.

The Curse of Cain

Now Cain said to his brother Abel, "Let's go out to the field." And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. Then the Lord said to Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?"

"I don't know," he replied. "Am I my brother's keeper?"

The Lord said, "What have you done? Listen! Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground. Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth." Genesis 4:8-12

When Cain killed his brother, God said, "Your brother's blood cries out to me." Cain came under a curse that caused him to work and never get ahead, to be restless and wander and never seem to find his destiny.

It's the same today, spiritually. When we speak against other Christians, when we wound them or try to kill them spiritually, we can come under this same curse.

We have theology that the Body is one, but we don't live out the reality of it. Our sin of judging each other affects us all.

Jesus said, "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."John 13:35

Get ready for sudden changes. Get ready to love people who are different than you, get ready for God to move in your life and divinely realign us all to become more effective!

Blessings,

Today's Israel Inspiration

For over 2,000 years of exile, Jerusalem was ruled by foreigners, awaiting the return of her people. Just 47 years ago the Jewish people finally returned. Every year since then, Israel marks the anniversary of the city's liberation during the Six Day War as "Jerusalem Day." Jerusalem's holy sites have been opened for all faiths to worship in freedom ever since. Stand with the defenders of freedom in the Holy City and support the LIBI Fund, the official fund of the IDF, providing medical, social and educational services to the soldiers.

Led by the Spirit by Elaine Tavolacci

Led by the Spirit

by Elaine Tavolacci

Identity Network

We often hear Christians say that they feel "led" to do something or other, meaning that they think or feel that the Holy Spirit is leading them in a particular direction. Many are not sure if they are actually hearing from God or if it is their own thoughts or their own will. The Lord is showing me that He wants every believer to be led by the Spirit, and He wants to make His voice known.

He is releasing revelation to those who are positioned to receive it. The Lord says, "As you seek truth, and as you seek to know Me more, the eyes of your heart will be enlightened. Those who are willing to go beyond the milk of My word will notice that their thoughts will begin to align with My word. They are those who are hungry for the meat and willing to leave foolish and childish things behind.

I will give them understanding of spiritual things and My truth will become alive in their innermost being. They are those who are willing to separate themselves unto Me. They are those who not only spend time with Me, but they live a fasted lifestyle and they walk in holiness. They refuse irrational arguments and they will readily forgive others who have wronged them.

They are not content with the milk, therefore they press on to the higher calling. They depend on My leading as they go about their daily chores and they know that they have been called and set apart for My plans and My purposes.

Renewal of Your Mind

As you allow My word to become part of you, your mind will be renewed. You will no longer desire to submit to the things of the carnal nature. The temptations of this world will grow dim as you hunger for spiritual realities.  The more that you spend time in My word and in My presence, you will find that hearing My voice will come with ease.

Pray in the spirit often to build yourself up in your most holy faith and as you do, you will become more attuned to My ways.  Soon you will find that as you continue to persevere, you will begin to be led by My Spirit. I will release discernment to see into the dark places. You will begin to discern the motives and intentions of the heart. You will understand My word with more clarity and insight.

I am filling the hearts of those who desire to know Me more. Those who are rooted and grounded will surely ascend to new heights. I will reveal My secrets to those who are seeking revelation, and the hidden mysteries. I will make My voice known to those who have treasured My words more than their daily bread. It is not mystical or mysterious to them because they have a personal relationship with Me.

They are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness. They are those who have learned to tune in to My frequencies. Signs and wonders will accompany those who walk in My truth. Those who follow My word will walk in peace. Fear, confusion and anxiety will be far from them. So enlarge your vision and extend your boundaries and as you yield yourself to Me, My plans will be established in your life says the Lord.

Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

1 Corinthians 2:6-8 However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

1 Corinthians 2:13-14 These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Hebrews 5:14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
