Our evangelistic videos have been watched 55 million times over the last 4 years! - ONE FOR ISRAEL

Dr. Erez Soref, President of ONE FOR ISRAEL
Shalom!

What is your story? We all have a story to tell about what Yeshua (Jesus) means to us and how we ended up following in his footsteps. Each one is profoundly different, yet each one brings glory to God. Our testimonies have the power to help bring others to faith, as we witness the truth of Yeshua and testify to his great work in our lives.

"Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Messiah have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death." (Revelation 12:10-11)

All in all, our teaching and testimony videos have been watched over 55 million times over the past 4 years!

Have you ever wondered how all these ONE FOR ISRAEL testimonies come into being? Here is one of our key workers behind the scenes, dedicated to letting these powerful stories of Jewish and Arab believers be heard throughout the world.

Staff In The Spotlight: Anastasia

Anastasia is the Chief Editor for our Hebrew and English testimonies. She produces many of our videos in our studio here in Netanya and also in New York.

She joins us from the most southern city in Israel, Eilat, where she used to work in the Red Sea underwater observatory. She is currently sharpening her skills by studying a course in Media, Advertising, and Art Direction so we can reach more Israelis than ever before. She is also working towards her BA in Biblical Studies at ONE FOR ISRAEL's Bible college, Israel College of the Bible.

She not only directs videos but also helps to present topics on the other side of the camera. She loves existential philosophy, apologetics, art and drawing. Her favorite parts of the job are choosing the right music for the videos and that moment when they are recording someone's testimony and they "break through the wall," and that person becomes a friend.

You can see more testimony videos (including Anastasia's own story!) here:

At ONE FOR ISRAEL's Bible college, one of the challenges we've had is securing housing for our international and Israeli students. But now, thanks to a generous matching donation from one of our partners, we are looking to double the student housing we own, from one dormitory apartment to two!

This will be especially beneficial for many of our Israeli students, who, because of their belief in Jesus, face persecution and a lack of support from family and friends. Finding themselves in spiritual, emotional, and financial need, the opportunity to live with fellow believers in affordable dormitory housing is critical. Because of the matching donation, we're halfway to our goal of buying the apartment, but we need your help. Interested in partnering with us?

Top Israeli Rabbi Believes Trump Will Build Third Temple in Jerusalem - Israel Today

Top Israeli Rabbi Believes Trump Will Build Third Temple in Jerusalem

Thursday, March 29, 2018 |  Israel Today Staff
US President Donald Trump's unabashed support for the Jewish state and his public recognition of Jerusalem as its capital have many Israelis electrified.
The current American leader's positive attitude toward Israel seems nearly illogical, especially after decades of far more hostile trends.
A prominent Israeli rabbi believes the reason for this unprecedented (at least in modern times) shift is that Trump has a big role to play in the building of the Third Temple and the coming of Messiah.
Rabbi Yosef Berger is the rabbi in charge of King David's Tomb on Mount Zion, and the son of a widely revered Hasidic leader.
In remarks to Breaking Israel News, Rabbi Berger cited a medieval rabbinical source that predicted that while the first two temples were built by Israel, the third would be built by the "descendants of Edom," a phrase that in some later rabbinical literature is a euphemism for the Christian world.
This is so that the Christians, and the ancient peoples they have come to represent in rabbinical thought, can make restitution for millennia of wrongdoing toward the Children of Israel.
Rabbi Berger explained: "No leader in history has recognized Jerusalem as the capital of the Jews and Israel. [Trump] has already created a great tikkun (reparation) for the Christians through his unprecedented relationship with Jerusalem. Trump is the representative of Edom that will perform that final historic reparation for his entire nation by building the Temple."

Yeshua caught up with an Israeli girl in Berlin! - ONE FOR ISRAEL

Dr. Erez Soref, President of ONE FOR ISRAEL
Shalom!

"But don't forget this one thing, loved ones, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like one day.
The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some consider slowness. Rather, He is being patient toward you - not wanting anyone to perish, but for all to come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:8-9)
God is bringing in a great harvest in the Middle East, and every day Jews and Arabs are being saved. Stories like Barri's below show that you can be Jewish and follow Jesus! The Messiah is coming back, but He wants as many to turn to Him as possible, all over the world.

A team of Arabs and Jews from our Bible college, Israel College of the Bible, has just returned from a mission trip to Berlin.

Many Israelis and Muslims who now live in Berlin are very open to the gospel. Our team shared a Shabbat meal with some 30 non-believers and was able to share the gospel with them all. Carlos shared his testimony and opened the discussion about Yeshua and salvation. One girl from Lod in Israel received the Lord - she had heard the gospel back in Israel, but made the step to follow Yeshua right there with the team.

Together with local believers, our team has been able to share with many Muslims from Syria, Iran, and other places in the Middle East. They have also had the privilege to work with and encourage some new believers from Muslim backgrounds. Please pray there would be much fruit from their labors - fruit that will last!

Four Things Hidden in the Book of Esther

This week we will celebrate the feast of Purim! Purim commemorates the narrow escape of the Jewish people from the threat of annihilation and the courage of Queen Esther who bravely stood up for her people. The word "purim" means "lots," due to the method that wicked Haman used to decide the date that they would wipe out the Jewish people in the provinces of Persia. The story is well known, but there are several things hiding beneath the surface in this unusual book of the Bible. Continue reading...
