"Angel Armies Being Deployed Over North America"
Bob Blasé, Portland, OR

Caught Away in an Angelic Encounter

A massive deployment of angel armies has occurred over North America! I saw this in a recent encounter...and it happened like this:

Recently one morning, as I was studying the Word and praying, an angel descended in the spirit and presented himself to me. When he landed I recognized him as an angel I knew very well, and I knew he was there to give instruction and show what God is releasing right now over North America.

I was taken to a platform in the heavenlies, and the surroundings looked like Earth's atmosphere. I knew we were in the Earth's stratosphere, where I saw so many angel armies staged as they awaited their assignments. Angels would come and land on the platform, sometimes as many as three to five at a time would come. I knew these were commanders of armies and their senior officers. They would speak and then they would leave; they seemed to be in troop-deployment operations.

I watched as they left the platform and went back to rejoin with their armies. Then in a flash and a streak of light, that army would move out and be gone! This scenario repeated over and over again for what seemed like many hours. I knew there were many, many millions of angels involved.

Your Prayers Are Being Heard and Are Important!

I came away from this encounter and vision with a few clear impressions. I understood that these angel armies were being released over North America from one end of the country to the other. I could feel that the atmosphere we were in was saturated with the intercessory prayers of God's people, combining with the cries of the lost, calling out in their hearts for God. The cries were somehow blended together relationally, like a living and moving melody and harmony.

I believe these angel operations I saw are a direct response from God at this time to these two types of cries. I could also tell that the angels were well aware of these cries in the atmosphere. There was a great seriousness about these deployments and assignments, and a few Scriptures were highlighted:

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." (Matt 5:3-8)

"...if My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chron.7:14)

"The Eternal listens to the prayers of the poor and has regard for His people held in bondage." (Ps. 69:33, The Voice)

Angelic Declaration of Kairos and Chronos

Later after I returned from the vision, I remembered the angel had spoken these words to me:
"God is causing His Kingdom to ascend upon the Earth. The world is being shaken as the Kingdom approaches. Light disturbs, displaces, and dispels darkness."
God is adding layer after layer of His Kingdom influence and His presence. It is just as Jesus taught us to pray: "Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on Earth, as it is in Heaven."

Let's pray and and declare that this massive deployment of angel armies is occurring over North America and the cries of His people are being answered! (To Subscribe to the Elijah List subscribe here.)

A Yellow Alert Has Just Been Issued For 2 Major Volcanoes In North America - MICHAEL SNYDER CHARISMA NEWS

A Yellow Alert Has Just Been Issued For 2 Major Volcanoes In North America

MICHAEL SNYDER  CHARISMA NEWS
Massive eruptions of Hawaii's Kilauea volcano and Guatemala's Fuego volcano have captivated the entire world in recent days, and now it looks like even more volcanoes are starting to wake up. In fact, yellow alerts were just issued for Mexico's Mt. Popocatepetl and Alaska's Great Sitkin volcano.
Mt. Popocatepetl and Great Sitkin both sit along the "Ring of Fire" that roughly encircles the perimeter of the Pacific Ocean, and many are becoming concerned that we may be witnessing some sort of "chain reaction" as volcanoes all over the globe begin to exhibit signs of increased activity. This even includes some unusual happenings at Yellowstone, and we will cover that near the end of this article. But to start with, let's take a look at the yellow alert that was just issued for Mt. Popocatepetl. The following comes from a government website in Mexico:
In the last 24 hours, through the monitoring systems at Popocatépetl volcano, were registered 30 exhalations with emissions of steam and gas (image 1). At night was possible to observed incandescence that increase with some exhalations.
At the time of this report the emission are dispersed to the south-southwest direction.
CENAPRED emphasizes that people SHOULD NOT go near the volcano, especially near the crater, due to the hazard caused by ballistic fragments (image 2) and in case of heavy rains leave the bottoms of ravines by the danger of landslides and debris flows.
The Volcanic Traffic Light Yellow Phase 2.
The scenarios foreseen for this phase are:
1. Explosive activity of low to intermediate level.
2. Ash fall in nearby towns.
3. Possibility of short-range pyroclastic flows and mudflows.
Any signs of activity at Mt. Popocatepetl should always be taken very, very seriously.
It is known as the most dangerous volcano in North America for a reason. Experts tell us that centuries ago this volcano actually "covered entire Aztec cities" with super-heated mud...
Historians tell us that Popocatepetl had a dramatic impact on the ancient Aztecs. Giant mud flows produced by massive eruptions covered entire Aztec cities. In fact, some of these mud flows were so large that they buried entire pyramids in super-heated mud.
But we haven't witnessed anything like that in any of our lifetimes, so it is hard to even imagine devastation of that magnitude.
In addition to Mexico City's mammoth population, there are millions of others that live in the surrounding region. Overall, there are about 25 million people that live in the immediate vicinity of Popocatepetl. Thankfully, we haven't seen a major eruption of the volcano in modern times, but at some point, that will change.
In a worst-case scenario, Mt. Popocatepetl could absolutely devastate Mexico City, kill countless numbers of people and collapse the Mexican economy overnight.
So let us pray that we don't see a major eruption there any time soon.
Meanwhile, a yellow alert has also been issued for Alaska's Great Sitkin volcano. The following comes from the Alaska Volcano Observatory...
AVO/USGS Volcanic Activity Notice
Volcano: Great Sitkin (VNUM #311120)
Current Volcano Alert Level: ADVISORY
Previous Volcano Alert Level: NORMAL
Current Aviation Color Code: YELLOW
Previous Aviation Color Code: GREEN
Issued: Sunday, June 10, 2018, 1:26 PM AKDT
Source: Alaska Volcano Observatory
Notice Number:
Location: N 52 deg 4 min W 176 deg 6 min
Elevation: 5709 ft (1740 m)
Area: Aleutians
Volcanic Activity Summary: Earthquake activity at Great Sitkin Volcano has been elevated over the past five days, and earlier today at 11:39 AKDT (19:39 UTC), a signal that may represent a short-lived steam explosion was detected by seismic data. AVO is thus raising the Aviation Color Code and Alert Level to YELLOW/ADVISORY.
Great Sitkin Volcano is monitored by a five-station seismic network on Great Sitkin Island and with additional seismic stations on the nearby islands of Igitkin, Adak, Kagalask and Kanaga. A six-element infrasound array to detect explosions (atmospheric pressure waves) was installed on Adak Island in June, 2017, although it is currently (June 2018) only partly operational. AVO also uses satellite imagery to monitor Great Sitkin Volcano.
Recent Observations:
[Volcanic cloud height] not applicable
[Other volcanic cloud information] Unknown
Remarks: Great Sitkin Volcano is a basaltic andesite volcano that occupies most of the northern half of Great Sitkin Island, a member of the Andreanof Islands group in the central Aleutian Islands. It is located 43 km (26 miles) east of the community of Adak. Great Sitkin erupted at least three times in the 20th century, most recently in 1974. That eruption produced at least one ash cloud that likely exceeded an altitude of 25,000 ft above sea level. A poorly documented eruption occurred in 1945, also producing a lava dome that was partially destroyed in the 1974 eruption. A seismic swarm occurred from July 2016 through the end of 2017.
Unlike Mt. Popocatepetl, Great Sitkin is located very far away from any large population centers, and so even a full-blown eruption of that volcano would not be that catastrophic.
Of course, the same cannot be said about Yellowstone. As I have written about many times, a full-blown eruption at Yellowstone could potentially change all of our lives in a single moment. That is why the unusual activity that is happening there right now is such a concern...
Yellowstone's Steamboat Geyser, the largest in the world, has now erupted eight times in less than three months, in a geological puzzle that has fascinated scientists working at the site.
The most recent Steamboat eruption occurred Monday just after 9 a.m. "It was unbelievable," Jamie Farrell, a geologist at the University of Utah who happened to be at the geyser during the eruption, told Newsweek. He's seen plenty of other geysers go off—but not Steamboat, which is capable of the largest eruptions of all currently active geysers.
Eruptions of Steamboat do not happen that often. As Mac Slavo has noted, the last one was in September 2014...
Until this recent series of eruptions, the last time Steamboat blew was in September 2014. Steamboat's latest eruption was Monday morning when the geyser shot boiling hot water hundreds of feet into the air. Steam billowed from the geyser for hours longer. Steamboat is located in the Norris Geyser Basin, known to have the hottest and most changeable thermal area in nearly 3,500-square-mile wilderness park that sits on a volcanic hot spot called a caldera. That accounts for the geyser's towering columns of steam (it's very, very hot underground) but leaves a major fear-provoking question unanswered: Why now, and is it a sign the giant volcano is waking up?
We better hope that Yellowstone is not awakening. In a previous article, I described what a full-blown eruption of Yellowstone might look like...
Hundreds of cubic miles of ash, rock and lava would be blasted into the atmosphere, and this would likely plunge much of the northern hemisphere into several days of complete darkness. Virtually everything within 100 miles of Yellowstone would be immediately killed, but a much more cruel fate would befall those that live in major cities outside of the immediate blast zone such as Salt Lake City and Denver.
Hot volcanic ash, rock and dust would rain down on those cities literally for weeks. In the end, it would be extremely difficult for anyone living in those communities to survive. In fact, it has been estimated that 90 percent of all people living within 600 miles of Yellowstone would be killed.
Experts project that such an eruption would dump a layer of volcanic ash that is at least 10 feet deep up to 1,000 miles away, and approximately two-thirds of the United States would suddenly become uninhabitable. The volcanic ash would severely contaminate most of our water supplies, and growing food in the middle of the country would become next to impossible.
In other words, it would be the end of our country as we know it today.
Throughout human history, great societies have been taken down by natural disasters, and despite all of our advanced technology we are extremely vulnerable as well.
So the fact that our planet is becoming increasingly unstable is a major concern, and I believe that this is going to have major implications for our future.

Why Christians Should Stop Looking for the Rapture

Spirit-Led Woman
I know individuals who enjoy turning to 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and reflecting on what's popularly called the "rapture." They insist this passage is about God taking His people away. Yet is that true? Is this what these verses are really concerned with?
While it's true that in this section Paul talks about believers being caught up in the clouds to meet Jesus, there's something more to this if you care to look. If you read this passage carefully, you'll see that Paul isn't talking about believers abandoning creation. What he's really concerned about is our participation in Jesus' earthly appearance and celebration.
So, if this text is referring to the Lord's appearing rather than our departure, what is this "meeting the Lord in the air" in verse 17 all about?
It's helpful to consider Paul's word for "meeting" in this passage. It is the Greek word apantesis, which typically described the formal welcoming of a dignitary into a city. In other Greek literature, it was a term that described a great delegation that would travel to the outskirts of the city gates and beyond to receive the conquering king as he returned to the land.
I know that some won't like what I'm writing in this blog post, but I think that each of us should consider the context and the grammatical-historical issues shaping a passage such as this. However uncomfortable it may be, we must learn to properly exegete and draw from the passage what's actually there. It serves no one to insert something unfounded into these verses.
Getting back to my point. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 really isn't about a departure, but a grand entrance. The apostle Paul really isn't concerned about you and me leaving the earth. In all actuality, he wants us to know we're going to be a part of a special entourage. We're going to be included in a great "welcoming party" who joyfully receives the Lord as He bodily appears here on earth.
When I think about this passage and how often it's misread, it grieves my heart. Paul wants us to know that God is going to gather the living and the dead together in the clouds to welcome the Lord into this earthly terrain. It is supposed to be a message of hope and engagement. Who would have thought this great assurance would turn into a personal exit strategy for so many?
I often think about the Christian church in North America and wonder when we're going to stop trying to trying to disengage and find a way out? I pray that one day we finally stop trying to evacuate.

3 Ways America Could Repeat History and Succumb to Islam - EDDIE HYATT CHARISMA NEWS

3 Ways America Could Repeat History and Succumb to Islam

The thousand-year Byzantine Empire was one of the most powerful and vast empires the world has ever known, and it was Christian. During its lengthy reign, it produced a mass trove of Christian art, architecture, legal jurisprudence, theology and culture. It built, perhaps, the most magnificent church building ever built, the Hagia Sophia in Constantinople, which is said to have changed the history of architecture.
Yet, the mighty Byzantine Empire fell to Islam in the 15th century and serves as a reminder to us that we must not trust in our advanced technology, stock market wealth, or military might, but our trust must be in the Lord. As David said in Psalm 20:7, "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the Lord our God."
Why did the Byzantine Empire fall to Turkish Ottoman invaders in 1453? I will address three reasons in this article—three trends that weakened the church and Empire and made both vulnerable to the Islamic invaders. They are (1) The church's preoccupation with political power; (2) the loss of personal faith to outward ritual and liturgical formalism; and (3) theological rigidity and strife.
Reason #1
The Church's Preoccupation with Political Power
The mighty Byzantine Empire began around A.D. 330 when Constantine moved the capital of the Roman Empire from Rome to the small city of Byzantine near the eastern edge of the Empire. There may have been logistical reasons for making this major move, but ego was obviously involved for he renamed the city Constantinople after his own name and made it the capital of the Empire. Today, the city is known as Istanbul.
Constantine, though he had not been baptized, convened the famous Council of Nicaea in 325 in the nearby city of Nicaea. Although the stated reason was to address the Arian heresy that denied the full deity of Christ, many historians believe that Constantine had political reasons for calling this council.
With the Empire beginning to unravel, it is likely that Constantine saw Christianity as the cord by which he could pull the Empire together, for the one common thread running through all the varied people groups of the Empire was Christianity. If he could strengthen that cord, it would strengthen and bind together the Empire.
Constantine thus began favoring the Christians, building them elaborate buildings and underwriting the salaries of their bishops whom he also exalted into positions parallel to the provincial governors of the Empire. Hans Kung, the most widely read Catholic theologian in the world today, says:
Constantine used this first council not least to adapt the church organization to the state organization. The church provinces were to correspond to the imperial provinces, each with a metropolitan and provincial synod. In other words, the empire now had its imperial church!
Christianity thus became politicized and this continued with increasing intensity with Constantine's successors. This led to much political wrangling for church offices and power, often involving banishments and even death. At the Council of Ephesus in 449 physical violence broke out and the presiding bishop, Flavian, died of the wounds received at this council (Eddie Hyatt, Pursuing Power, 52).
It was these political pursuits of power that caused Gregory of Nazianzus (325-389), Bishop of Constantinople, to come to disdain church councils. He wrote:
For my part, if I am to write the truth, my inclination is to avoid all assemblies of bishops, because I have never seen any council come to a good end, nor turn out to be a solution of evils. On the contrary, it usually increases them. You always find there love of contention and love of power which beggar description (Eddie Hyatt, Pursuing Power, 52).
In such a politicized setting, it is no wonder that the power of the simple message of Jesus was overlooked. The church and its leaders relied on the political power of the state to advance its cause rather than the power of the message itself, which Paul said, is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes (Romans 1:16).
This preoccupation with political power and the divisions it produced weakened the church and the Empire and made both vulnerable to the Muslim invaders. In this election year, let us remember that a politician will not save us. There must be a turning to God Himself. Let us remember the words of Isaiah 33:22, "For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us."
Reason #2
Personal Faith Replaced with Liturgical Formalism
With the politicization of the church there came a corresponding loss of the personal aspect of the Christian faith. Instead of a heart relationship with God through faith in Christ, Christianity became institutionalized and formalized. Gifts of the Spirit that flowed freely in the New Testament church were gradually replaced with outward form and ritual.
Constantine initiated the construction of church buildings to accommodate the religious gatherings of Christians, who had previously gathered primarily in homes. The architecture of these new buildings, with their elevated throne-like seating at the front for the bishop and rows of seating for the congregation, made significant congregational involvement impractical. In addition, the liturgy and worship style, once plain and personal, were now adorned with the pomp and practice of the Imperial court.
Bishops, inspired in part by both Old Testament and pagan precedents, began wearing distinctive clothing to indicate their superior rank. Kung says:
Bishops were accorded secular titles, insignia and privileges which up to then had been reserved for the emperor or high officials: candles, incense, a throne, shoes, the maniple, the pallium and so on (Hyatt, Pursuing Power, 49).
How far the church had removed itself from Jesus! And the institutionalization continued resulting in the church becoming more and more a complex religious system with a multitude of offices, titles and regulations, all foreign to the New Testament.
The formalizing and ritualizing of the church's worship marked the end of dynamic gatherings where spiritual gifts would flow freely in the congregation. A. J. Gordon, Baptist pastor and founder of Gordon College in Boston, was correct when he wrote:
It is not altogether strange that when the Church forgot her citizenship in heaven and began to establish herself in luxury and splendor on earth, she should cease to exhibit the supernatural gifts of heaven (Hyatt, 2000 Years of Charismatic Christianity, 36).
Lacking a church with the strength and vitality of a personal, dynamic faith in Jesus, the Empire found itself weakened and vulnerable when Islam came with its armies. I confess that I am alarmed when I see how Europe and North America have dispensed with a Christian worldview and replaced it with a secularist mindset that denies objective truth and attempts to be accepting of everyone and critical of no one. Such a politically-correct mindset cannot withstand the millions of Muslims who are committed to an Islamic worldview and dedicated to imposing that worldview on the rest of humanity.
Reason #3
Doctrinal Rigidity & Strife
The church's rise to political affluence and power marked the beginning of many fierce doctrinal battles. Free from the threat of persecution and enjoying the favor of the emperor, church leaders now gave their attention to theological questions that usually became litmus tests of one's orthodoxy.
Many violent struggles ensued, producing sharp divisions in the church. Basil of Caesarea, bishop of Cappadocia (A.D. 370–379), likened it to a great naval battle being fought by men who "cherish a deadly hate against one another." He wrote:
But what storm at sea was ever so wild and fierce as this tempest of the churches. In it every landmark of the Fathers has been moved; every foundation, every bulwark of opinion has been shaken; everything buoyed up on the unsound is dashed about and shaken down. We attack one another. If our enemy is not the first to strike us, we are wounded by the comrade at our side (Eddie Hyatt, 2000 Years of Charismatic Christianity, 36).
One of the most famous and destructive doctrinal controversies was over the filoque clause in the creed of the Roman (Western) Church. After Constantine removed the government apparatus of the empire to Constantinople, the Roman bishop (later known as the pope) filled the power vacuum that was left with claims of supremacy. There thus developed a rivalry between Old Rome and the New Rome of Constantinople, and this rivalry was expressed in conflicting claims of authority and in doctrinal controversies such as the filoque controversy.
Filoque means "and from the Son" and the Western Church, centered in Rome, confessed the Holy Spirit to have proceeded from both the Father and the Son. The Eastern Church, based in Constantinople, insisted that the Holy Spirit proceeded only from the Father.
This seemingly trivial doctrinal difference became a major source of strife and division and eventually led (along with political strife) to a formal division of East and West when, in 1054, Rome and Constantinople formally excommunicated each other.
Both were drastically weakened by this separation but Byzantine would suffer the most from this division. When the Ottoman Turks began rattling their swords toward Constantinople in the fifteenth century, the city, in desperation, signed an agreement with Rome in which it agreed to recognize the authority of the pope in return for Rome's help against the Turks.
But when the Muslim invaders attacked the city, Rome did not send help and after a long siege the great city of Constantinople fell to the Muslim invaders. For three days the city was plundered and many of its inhabitants slaughtered. Priceless art and manuscripts were destroyed. Magnificent churches were turned into mosques and all Christians who were unwilling to convert to Islam were placed under a heavy tax known as the jizya. The great Byzantine Empire came to an end after a thousand years of existence. The region—now present day Turkey—is under Islamic control to this day.
How We Must Respond
I do not write this to create fear, but to inculcate a seriousness and soberness about the time in which we live. I write that we might learn from the past and not repeat the same mistakes and suffer a similar fate. I write this to hopefully inspire Christians to rise up and be the church. It is not enough to "find" a church or "go" to church; this is a time when we must "be" the church.
Finally, the churches of North America, Europe and every nation must pray for a great spiritual awakening that will produce in its members a new heart commitment to the truth that is in Jesus. Only the truth will set us free and only the truth presented in the power of the Holy Spirit will change the hearts of Muslims all over the world for whom Christ died and rose again.

Special Report: Pro-Palestinian Protests Turn Violent Across North America - BIN

Special Report: Pro-Palestinian Protests Turn Violent Across North America

“Thus says the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel and his Holy One, to one deeply despised, abhorred by the nations, the servant of rulers: ‘Kings shall see and arise; princes, and they shall prostrate themselves; because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.’” (Isaiah 49:7)
Pro-Palestinian protesters the world over have turned violent and begun physically assaulting, committing property damage, and theft in certain instances, all in the name of “Palestine”. Often the response from local police is too little and too late to protect the well-being of bystanders or people who show up in support of Israel during dual or counter protests.
In a response to two recent protests that turned violent in Canada, one in Toronto the other in Calgary, one TV interviewer, from Sun News said; “This is not even about Israel and Gaza. This is about the right to peacefully protest, and for the police to do their job properly, and not become political.”
The protest in Calgary left a woman unconscious after being beaten by pro-Palestinian thugs during a ‘peaceful’ protest. The protest turned violent and numerous pro-Israel protesters were accosted, beaten and had flags and other items stolen during the protest. One participant, Shane Hamilton, was concussed and even bitten by Palestinian supporters.
While in Toronto, one pro-Israel rally participant was stabbed and rushed to the hospital. In both cases, police have declined to press charges. In Calgary, police had neglected to show up to the protest, even though they had received advanced notification of both both protests, and been asked to show up to keep the peace.
The Sun News network has hired a criminal lawyer, Rebecca Snukal, who will be looking into creating a criminal lawsuit as well as a possible civil lawsuit in reaction to the incidents that took place in Calgary.
In New York, in one of the largest pro-Israel rallies organized by Jewish City Council members and the Jewish Community Relations Council, pro-Israel activists were surrounded by a pro-Palestinian counter rally, who began chanting anti-Israel slogans defaming Israel.
BibleBookClub-OpenBook-600WIDE
Protests in Boston took place with a “die-in” by pro-Palestinian supporters mimicking the deaths of Palestinians caused by the IDF. The demonstrators swarmed Jewish students who later reported that police had to “rescue them”. They then began pushing, shoving, and screaming at the students, “Jews back to Birkenau” and “Drop dead, you Zionist whores.”
Meanwhile in Chicago, thousands of people took to the streets, while smaller numbers protested in Indianapolis, Washington, Dallas, Portland, Atlanta, Kansas City, Fort Lauderdale, San Diego, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Los Angeles and even Tempe, Arizona. While violence in the US so far has only been reported during the Boston and Los Angeles protests, very real threats have been uttered and even sent via text message to some of the pro- Israel supporters.
“The tenor at some of the anti-Israel rallies has been extreme,” said a spokesman for the Anti- Defamation League, “with protesters chanting ‘Death to Israel’ and other hateful messages and slogans.”
As protesters’ rhetoric heats up across Europe and the Western World, it is not surprising that many Jews feel safer in Israel. While some would have us believe that what we are witnessing in many of the world’s most cosmopolitan capitals is boiled-over frustration with Israel’s Operation Protective Edge, what we are really seeing is the need for Israel more than ever.

As the protests turn to riots, and the police sometimes, if not often, turn a blind eye, the message becomes abundantly clear. Only in Israel can Jews know deep down, that with every resource available, and without any overriding agenda, they will be defended to the death.
In spite of what these protesters may try to convince the world of, Israel’s operation in Gaza is not causing deep-seated prejudices, it is revealing them. And behind all of that hatred lies the need for Israel—the case for Jewish sovereignty is the case for Jewish safety.
