There are many Believers who have spent this last season in a cave. Even though they've been in this cave they have still been encountering God's presence and still encountering His glory, but they feel alone and trapped. In their hearts they feel hurt and abandoned. They feel as though they are the only one who has been going through this in their region, city, and country.

God showed me a golden valley, full of His glory. It was like the fresh, golden pollen of His glory was falling from Heaven upon the valley. As I looked up, I saw the valley was surrounded by mountains encompassing it. In these mountains were a multitude of caves, separate from each other. God said inside these caves were many hurt prophets, apostles, pastors, evangelists, teachers, and fiery-footed sons and daughters who have chosen to dedicate their lives to the Kingdom of God and not religion, money, and self-promotion.

Encountering His Presence But Unable to Hear His Voice

This hidden remnant could not see each other in these caves, and they felt like they were the only ones in a cave season – even though they were surrounded by others just like themselves. There were many that wept alone. There were many who were hurt and had been driven out by other people. It was because of this that they have felt like they were no longer flowing in the same intimacy, vision, and giftings as they had before in the previous seasons. They felt as if they could encounter His presence but could no longer hear His voice as they used to. (Photo via Unsplash)

Suddenly, I heard a clarion call from Heaven. The voice was like a rumble of thunder and lightning but was as clear as a melody of worship. He said, "What do you hear, oh remnant?" They said, "We can't hear anything in tears!"

Then an instrumental of Heaven became louder and louder and I heard the angels and the cloud of great witnesses singing, "You can do it. You can do it!" They were cheering the remnant on. Then God said, "I have not abandoned you. I will give you something bigger than the vision you can see right now. It's time for the remnant to step forth. It's time remnant to arise and shine for your light has come! The glory of the Lord has risen upon you."

Step Out of Your Caves

Then the remnant replied, "Lord, we are all alone, and are timid to step forth." Then God said, "I have many remnant, just like you. There are many in your region, many in your city, many in your country, and many around the world. I never called you to step out and arise alone."

God then spoke again, "I have called the remnant forth as fiery-footed people to arise together, to align together, to run this race together, to bring Heaven to Earth, together. Arise, oh remnant and step out of your caves."

As they stepped forward, out of their caves, they saw hundreds of thousands of others who stepped forth too. This mountain range of the remnant Believers was awakened to the fact that they were not the only ones. God had set them apart for such a time as this. They started out of their caves and started a new walk down the mountains to the golden valley that had the glory raining down upon it like golden pollen.

Lift His Name on High

They all came down and locked arms as one Body with one purpose. As they celebrated in the valley, their feet burned with fire upon them, their hands burned with a fresh fire upon them, and when they spoke, like golden pollen, the glory of God flowed out of their mouths as ones that spoke the heart of the Father.

God said, "Look! The ones called 'The Remnant' who thought they were small and alone have now arisen together and aligned together to carry My Kingdom to those that do not know My heart, to those that are hurting and have been crushed, to those that need to have their first love turned back to My Son, Jesus. These ones will be known as glory carriers, fiery-footed ones, nation shakers, and atmosphere changers.

"They will be known for carrying and releasing signs, wonders, miracles, and healings greater than they've seen before. Most importantly, they will be known for passionately loving Me, My Son, and My Spirit, because everything flows from intimately knowing Me and who I created them to be in My Son. "...But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. 'Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side. Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy..." (Isaiah 60:2-5)

"Remnant arise and come forth! Align together in unity in this new season. I have something greater in store for you."

Prophetic Dream: The Year of Authentic Identity

Recently I had a quick but very intense dream of a large field filled with wheat swaying back and forth with the wind.

In the dream, I specifically saw large, rolling hills of wheat going up and down through the large amount of land. It seemed to be covering every aspect of land that I could see in every direction.

As the wind picked up, the wheat naturally began to take the impact of the effects. It was then in the vision that I began to notice a distinct sound due to the wind hitting the wheat. It was almost like a scene from a movie but the wheat became enlarged to my eyesight and I noticed that the wheat was taking a beating from the tares that were in the field as well.

The noise I heard appeared to be coming from the tares themselves. It was an odd noise in which that the only way I can describe it was like an abusive attacker. As the wind picked up, the tares keep thrashing the wheat that began to go lower than the tares. It appeared that the tares were actually beating the wheat down to the ground.

As this was happening for a while the wheat became superimposed again, but this time when I saw the wheat (because it was so close to my eyes), I could no longer see the tares. It was then that I realized that the tares were not actually beating the wheat down, but the wheat where becoming prostrate and, through that, the wheat were producing fruit. Immediately when I saw this, I yelled out in my dream, "Lord I know this! I recognize that the wheat will produce fruit and bow down."

Immediately the wind stopped and I heard in my spirit, "Son, I am going to use the wind of my Spirit in such a way that the year before you will be a year of authentic identity. What has seemed like a battle from those who only appear righteous, is a part of what I am releasing. I will position many to be brought forth from the field, from the depth of hills and valleys, where no man has seen or recognized the voice of the fruit they will bear. They will no more be hidden and what has appeared to be violent at the hands of those who desire to see the wheat fail, I am using the wind of my spirit to raise authentic fruit from a prostrate position."

In my dream, I began to weep as I heard the voice of the LORD and as I wept, I began to say over and over, "Lord, I want to be that wheat. I want to be that authentic identity." As I was doing this, the wind began to pick up again, but this time it felt like it was surrounding me. It was then I woke up.

I have weighed this dream in my spirit and I believe that the LORD is calling every son and daughter of God to realize the importance of being real—not what a denomination says you are to be. Not what a group says you are to be. Not what the TV evangelist, your pastor, the guest speaker and so on. ... God is calling you to be who you are to be ... authentic.

The time of imitations, echoes and Internet sermons is coming to an end. God is calling forth those who have been planted to be exactly who He created, destined and dreamed you to be. With that, I believe that 2016 is the year of Authentic Identity. God, unlike days before, is establishing authentic apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists, deacons, elders, revivalists, pioneers, forerunners, worshippers, dancers, artists and authors through a distinct wind of His Spirit.

Jesus' Words Backed by Archaeology: The Stones Are Crying Out

A few years ago, people exploring caves outside Jerusalem came across the find of a lifetime: an ancient burial cave containing the remains of a crucified man. This find is only one in a series of finds that overturns a century-old scholarly consensus.

That consensus held that the Gospels are almost entirely proclamation and contain little, if any, real history. The remains belonged to a man who had been executed in the first century A.D., that is, from the time of Jesus.

As Jeffrey Sheler writes in his book Is the Bible True? the skeleton confirms what the evangelists wrote about Jesus' death and burial in several important ways.

First, location—scholars had long doubted the biblical account of Jesus' burial. They believed that crucified criminals were tossed in a mass grave and then devoured by wild animals. But this man, a near contemporary of Jesus, was buried in the same way the Bible says Jesus was buried.

Then there's the physical evidence from the skeleton. The man's shinbones appeared to have been broken. This confirms what John wrote about the practice of Roman executioners. They would break the legs of the crucified to hasten death, something from which Jesus, already dead, was spared.

This point is particularly noteworthy, since scholars have long dismissed the details of John's Passion narrative as theologically motivated embellishments. Another part of John's Gospel that archaeology has recently corroborated is the story of Jesus healing the lame man in John 5.

John describes a five-sided pool just inside the Sheep Gate in Jerusalem where the sick came to be healed. Since no other document of antiquity—including the rest of the Bible—mentions such a place, skeptics have long argued that John simply invented the place. But as Sheler points out, when archaeologists decided to dig where John said that the pool had been located, they found a five-sided pool. What's more, the pool contained shrines to the Greek gods of healing.

Apparently John didn't make up the pool after all. The dismissal of biblical texts without bothering to dig points to a dirty little secret about a lot of scholarly opinion: Much of the traditional suspicion of the biblical text can only be called a prejudice.

That is, it's a conclusion arrived at before one has the facts. Scholars long assumed that the Bible, like other documents of antiquity, was essentially propaganda, what theologian Rudolf Bultmann called "kerygma" or proclamation.

But this prejudice does an injustice to biblical faith. Central to that faith are history and memory.

Christians believe that God has acted, and continues to act, in history. For us, remembering what God has done is an act of worship—something that brings us closer to God.

Thus, while these discoveries in the desert may come as a surprise to some skeptics, they're no surprise to Christians. While archeology alone cannot bring a person to faith, these finds are an eloquent argument for not dismissing the truth of Scripture before at least examining the evidence, because, as we are learning every day, Jesus meant it when He said, "The very stones will cry out."
