Holy Spirit has been quickening my heart for Kansas City, again, these past few days. I released this prophetic word back in 2018, but sense a "reigniting" beginning to spark a new flame across the Midwest.
Something is brewing in this area of the USA. A new breed of prophetic voices will arise and be more prevalent in the days ahead to spearhead what God is doing in the earth. There's a stirring in the spirit. Watch and see...a time of "reigniting" a new flame of passion and revival is near!
During a time of prayer in 2017, I had a vision of revival breaking out in the midwest portion of the United States. In this vision, I began to see pockets of glory moving across the Midwest with fresh baptisms of Holy Ghost fire igniting the Bride of Christ. As I watched this move of the Spirit fan into flame over towns, cities and regions across the land, a new wave of spiritual awakening was being birthed from a consecrated generation of sons and daughters of God.
As I prayed into this vision I heard the Spirit of the Lord say, "A Kansas City generation is arising known as the 'Mind of Christ Generation' (1 Cor. 2:16). This generation is mandated to transform society and impact the world. They are wearing the earmarks of a remnant who seeks to save the lost and gather in an end-time harvest of souls (Lk. 19:20). They are surrounded with the splendor and glory of the Lord while walking in unprecedented levels of wisdom and revelation. Their surrendered and uncompromising lifestyle of friendship and intimacy with Jesus is the fragrance emulating from their souls (Jhn. 15:15).
"The radiance of God's holiness endues these ones so tangibly, that places of worship will be transformed into bodies of Believers, wearing the mind of Christ instead of conforming to the spirit of the world (1 Pet. 1:15, 1 Cor. 2:12). A Holy Spirit uprising is in the works for the Midwest and across Kansas City! God is about to display His nature radically upon the earth through an remnant of Believers in Kansas City." (Photo via Pexels)
"'For who has understood (can speak) the mind (thought/will) of the Lord as to instruct (unite or put together) Him?' But we have the mind of Christ." (1 Cor. 2:16 emphasis mine)
A New Sound is Trumpeting
A fresh outpouring of prayer and sound is being birthed from the Kansas City region. People and people groups will travel across the earth to see and experience the glory of the Lord in their midst!
As songs of deliverance, declarations, and praise and worship go out from the Midwest and across Kansas City, spiritual atmospheres will shift and align with what the Spirit of the Lord is saying. A wave of compassion to heal the sick, set the captives free, and shepherd a wayward and wandering flock will call many back to their first love through the sounds trumpeting from this part of our nation.
Can't You Talk Louder, God?
The Midwest and Kansas City are on the heart of the Father! A new move of the Spirit is erupting to fan the flames of revival. A generation of burning ones are arising to transform our culture for Jesus. A new breed of apostles and prophets with fresh, revelatory insight and acute clarity and vision are being called into position at this hour. Sounds of worship from unknown places will unlock gateways into cities and regions with governmental and national influence. The eye of the Lord is on Kansas City. Watch and see what He will do!
I prophesy that a Kansas City "Mind of Christ generation" is forerunning a no-compromise movement throughout the streets of our nation. A ripple effect of spreading the love of Jesus and the heart of the Father is sweeping across the land. A new breed of consecrated vessels are arising from the secret place to spark an awakening with unprecedented glory. All the earth will know the sound of awakening through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. The mind and will of the Lord will be revealed to bring unity into the land. A move of awe and wonder through the person of Jesus Christ is set to gather in a harvest of souls!
Arise, Kansas City!
A few days ago while I was in prayer, I heard the words "Kansas City" boom through my spirit once again. The Lord was highlighting the Midwest and the region of Kansas City as places of divine providence. When I heard the Father speaking to me again about Kansas City, this prophetic utterance came forth:
I hear the Lord saying, "Kansas City! Kansas City! Watch and see what I will do. I am about to move in Kansas City. On the streets. In the regions. And throughout the pews. I am coming with the fire of My love to awaken Kansas City. There's a sound beginning to erupt from Kansas City! A new sound. A transformational sound. A sound of life with the breath of My Spirit upon it. Watch, for out of Kansas City will arise the shift needed to lift My Bride from out of her sleep and slumber.
"The days are coming," says the Spirit of the Lord, "where hearts will burn with the fire of My love in the pews of Kansas City. I am calling the intercessors to come forth to pray for the prodigals of Kansas City. For out of Kansas City the prodigals will arise as firebrands to ignite a lost and wayward generation. Those who come home to their rightful place will experience a radical transformation of My love and power.(Photo via Pixabay)
"I am giving new keys to the gatekeepers of Kansas City. I am giving new keys to unlock the highways and byways of Kansas City for the restoration of a nation. Political figures will arise from Kansas City with the power and anointing to build and restore what's been lost and forsaken. The bowls of intercession are tipping over in the streets of Kansas City. A sound is arising. A move is awakening. A roar is building in the hearts of Kansas City. Watch as Kansas City breaks out in a new and unprecedented way! The news will hear of it and the people will report it." The Spirit of the Lord says, "No more delay."
"And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, 'Thrust in Your sickle and reap, for the time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.'" (Rev. 14:15)
"Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm; for love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyielding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame." (Song of Solomon 8:6) (To Subscribe to the Elijah List subscribe here.)

Is This The Generation That Is Going To Financially Destroy America? - Michael Snyder THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

Posted: 12 Jul 2017  Michael Snyder  THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

Did you know that the federal government is going to spend more than 4 trillion dollars this year?  To put that into perspective, U.S. GDP for the entire year of 2017 is going to be somewhere between 18 and 19 trillion dollars.  So when you are talking about 4 trillion dollars you are talking about a huge chunk of our economy.

But of course the federal government doesn’t bring in 4 trillion dollars a year.  At the beginning of Barack Obama’s first term, we were 10.6 trillion dollars in debt, and now we are nearly 20 trillion dollars in debt.  That means that we have been adding more than a trillion dollars a year to the national debt.  When you break that down, that means that we have essentially been stealing more than a hundred million dollars from future generations of Americans every single hour of every single day to pay for our debt-fueled lifestyle.  Even Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen is warning that this is not sustainable, and yet we just keep on doing it.

Nobody can pretend that what we have today is the kind of limited federal government that our founders intended.  When federal spending accounts for more than 20 percent of GDP, it is hard to argue that we haven’t moved very far down the road toward socialism.  As I mentioned above, total federal spending will surpass 4 trillion dollars for the first time ever in 2017…
Both the Congressional Budget Office and the White House Office of Management and Budget project that federal spending will top $4 trillion for the first time in fiscal 2017, which began on Oct. 1, 2016 and will end on Sept. 30.
In its “Update to the Budget and Economic Outlook: 2017 to 2027” published last week, CBO projected that total federal spending in fiscal 2017 will hit $4,008,000,000,000.
I was recently asked how we are going to pay for a 4 trillion dollar government if we abolish the income tax like I am proposing.

Well, the truth is that we would have to dramatically reduce the size and scope of the federal government.  Our founders always intended for the individual state governments to be much stronger than they are right now, and it is time for us to restore that constitutional balance.

Something desperately needs to be done, because we have a federal government that is completely and totally out of control.  Even the Congressional Budget Office agrees that we are headed toward absolute disaster if our leaders in Washington don’t start displaying some fiscal responsibility…
A large and continuously growing federal debt would increase the chance of a fiscal crisis in the United States. Specifically, investors might become less willing to finance federal borrowing unless they were compensated with high returns. If so, interest rates on federal debt would rise abruptly, dramatically increasing the cost of government borrowing. That increase would reduce the market value of outstanding government securities, and investors could lose money. The resulting losses for mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and other holders of government debt might be large enough to cause some financial institutions to fail, creating a fiscal crisis. An additional result would be a higher cost for private-sector borrowing because uncertainty about the government’s responses could reduce confidence in the viability of private-sector enterprises.
It is impossible for anyone to accurately predict whether or when such a fiscal crisis might occur in the United States. In particular, the debt-to-GDP ratio has no identifiable tipping point to indicate that a crisis is likely or imminent. All else being equal, however, the larger a government’s debt, the greater the risk of a fiscal crisis.
The likelihood of such a crisis also depends on conditions in the economy. If investors expect continued growth, they are generally less concerned about the government’s debt burden. Conversely, substantial debt can reinforce more generalized concern about an economy. Thus, fiscal crises around the world often have begun during recessions and, in turn, have exacerbated them.
I get so frustrated with Republicans in Congress, because they are supposed to be watching out for us.

During the 2010 elections, one of the biggest mid-term landslides of all time gave Republicans control of the House of Representatives and they have had it ever since.  One of the pillars of the “Tea Party revolution” was fiscal responsibility, but the national debt has just continued to explode.

When the Republicans took control of the House in early 2011, we were about 14 trillion dollars in debt, and now we are nearly 20 trillion dollars in debt.

We have been betrayed, and those that have done this to us need to be held accountable.

Of course the big reason why our politicians never want to control spending is because they know what it will do to our economy.

During the Obama years, we spent more than 9 trillion dollars that we didn’t have.  If we could somehow go back and take 9 trillion dollars out of the economy over those 8 years, we would be in the worst depression in U.S. history right now.

Nobody in Washington wants to be responsible for plunging us into an economic depression, and so they just keep stealing from the future in order to prop things up in the short-term.

And a similar thing could be said about central bank intervention.  If the Federal Reserve and other global central banks had not pumped trillions upon trillions of dollars into the financial system over the past 8 years, we would be in the midst of a horrific economic nightmare right now.

But now all of that “hot money” has created epic financial bubbles all over the planet, and when they finally burst the ensuing crisis will be far, far worse than if they had never intervened in the first place.

Global central banks now have more than 20 trillion dollars in assets on their balance sheets and the world is more than 217 trillion dollars in debt.  The desperate measures that national governments and central banks have been taking have delayed the coming crisis, but they have also guaranteed that it will be far worse than it could have otherwise been.
The stage is set for the worst financial crisis in world history, and the only way that it can continue to be delayed is for our leaders to continue to inflate the bubbles larger and larger and larger.

But of course no bubble can last forever, and the bigger they become the harder they burst.

Millennial Missionaries: How this Generation Is Impacting the World - CBN News Caitlin Burke

Millennial Missionaries: How this Generation Is Impacting the World
06-22-16 CBN News Caitlin Burke

AREQUIPA, Peru -- Each new generation gets measured against their parents and grandparents in a number of areas, including faith. The difference for Millennials is they're growing up in an age of non-stop news and social media.
According to research this generation scores low on attending church, praying and making religion a priority; but it's not all doom and gloom.
A Globally Minded Generation
When it comes to Millennials, millions remain deeply committed and active in their faith, it's just they're doing it their own way.
"This generation is the most globally engaged generation that we've seen. They're the most cross culturally prepared generation, many would call them the first "Global's Generation." Two out of three of them have passports already by the time they're university students...They're so globally engaged already they're ready to answer the call to missions and to go," said Tom Lin, director of Urbana 15.
Every three years the Urbana Conference brings together Intervarsity USA and Canada. Students meet and investigate God's call to world evangelization.
Urbana 15 Director Tom Lin sees a growing interest in justice and compassion-related missions.
"Millennials care holistically about communities and so not just bringing the message of the Gospel or message of Christ, but living it out. So it's both word and deed. We're seeing Millennials much more interested in committing to these types of holistic mission," Lin said.
Impacting the People of Peru
In 2014, couples Katie and Jeremy Daggett and Jaclyn and Jake Blair felt called to missions and moved to Peru.

They fit right in the Christian Urban Development Association (CUDA), one of the organizations goals being to overcome cycles of poverty.
"Christian urban development, that Christian word on the front end is really important. We do all of it because we believe what Jesus did 2,000 years ago is what gives us motive and purpose and really hope, in this context where we see wealthy and poor in the same city, where we see someone who is doing really, really well and is very established and then someone who is on the edge of dire poverty. Really that situation presents some unique opportunities and we try and address those with CUDA," said Jeremy.
Jaclyn, Katie and Jake also put their medical backgrounds to work in a local hospital, developing a diabetes program. Jeremy helps teachers improve their reading program success by starting libraries in local schools.
"One of the things that looks like as the kingdom breaks in is that young kids read better and have better opportunities for the rest of their life. That's part of reconciliation for them...that's part of mission work for us," said Jeremy.
As all four use their skills to improve life for the Peruvian people; they individually focus on simply building relationships.
"When you look at Jesus' life and what he did and how he made disciples, he focused on a few guys and he poured a lot into them and from there on they changed the world, just a few guys. So when I think of my call to make disciples, I want to have a quality influence on a few people and then those people can have a quality influence on a few more people and then growth is then exponential," said Jake.
"Sometimes it means walking down the street, going to the market, running errands, going to the center of town and trying to meet people. Sharing some of who I am, starting to learn who they are and eventually moving that forward in terms of sustaining an important relationship," Jeremy added.
Overcoming Challenges
A commitment like this for a young adult brings a number of challenges, from starting over in unfamiliar surroundings to raising children away from family.
"Being here we've had to learn a new language and a new culture and in reality we feel very ill equipped to serve the people here. Really what happens is through our weakness Gods strength is shown and when things happen for His glory we know that it's him and not us," said Jaclyn.
"I think one of the main ones is being away from family. Luckily we have the technology to Face Time or Skype with our family as much as we want and get to see them. Now that we have a child, and that is our parents grandchild we have here in Peru, away from them, that does make it a little harder as well," said Katie.
Despite the challenges, these couples remain passionate and hope to continue their call to missions.
"I feel like God's call for us here could be the call for any Christian in the world and that is to be a part of God's mission of blessing people and bringing people to know him better," said Jaclyn.
"Our prayer is for the kingdom to come and for God's will to be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Now we find ourselves in Arequipa, Peru, so our prayer specifically is for his kingdom to come and his will to be done here in Arequipa as its being done in heaven," said Katie.

New Report Finds Mideast Christians May Disappear in Less than a Generation - JNS/Breaking Israel News

New Report Finds Mideast Christians May Disappear in Less than a Generation

“For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:13)
A report from the United Kingdom-based Catholic charity group Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) has found that Middle East Christians, especially in Iraq and Syria, are “on course for extinction” within a generation or sooner.
The report—titled “Persecuted and Forgotten? A report on Christians oppressed for their Faith 2013-2015”— finds that the time period from October 2013 to July 2015 has been “catastrophic for many Christians in the regions where persecution is worst,” such as in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
The report blames “religio-ethnic cleansing” that is being powered by the “well-publicized threat of genocide” as the main factor behind the persecution of Christians.
“Be it in Syria, Iraq, Nigeria or parts of east Africa, the growing threat of militant Muslim groups—notably Daesh (Islamic State)—has prompted hundreds of thousands to flee” and that is “the primary cause of the contraction of Christians—changing from being a global faith to a regional one, with the faithful increasingly absent from ever-widening areas,” said the report.
The Bridge Builder: The Life and Continuing Legacy of Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein - Read Now!
Christianity is on course for extinction in many of its biblical heartlands within a generation, if not before,” the report concluded.
Joop Koopman, communications manager for ACN, told JNS.org that the despite the report’s grim findings, “there has yet to be a popular outcry among Christians in the U.S or in Western Europe.”
“Part of the reason seems to be is that Christian beliefs—when it comes to marriage, gay marriage and such—are seen as oppressive in the West, which neutralizes the outrage that should be evident at the treatment of Christians in the Middle East,” Koopman said.
Koopman went on to urge “top Christian leadership in the U.S. to marshal their grassroots constituencies and force genuine political action—in the form of more military action on behalf of Christians in Iraq and Syria, as well as a recognition that Christians are victims of persecution at home and therefore eligible for asylum in the U.S.”

Prophecy: God Is Restoring the Signs and Wonders Movement

Heavenly breakthrough
(Flickr/Patrick Emerson)

Prophetic Insight, from Charisma Media
It seems like so many times recently during prayer I am reminded of the Prophet Elijah casting his mantle on Elisha. In that single moment a spiritual calling was released and an invitation to come up higher was given. This moment would not be recorded in Scripture if Elisha did not discern the weight of what was taking place.

"So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him" (1 Kin. 19:19).

Elisha was being called by God to take the mantle of a prophetic father and advance! I so clearly hear the rumbling of revival in this hour. There is a transition that is taking place, and a generation of people are arising in the earth who long for the outpouring of the presence of God.

We have read the books about the great healing ministers, powerful prophets and renowned revivalists who have gone on before us. When they died they left their mantles on earth waiting to be claimed and taken to the next level. It is time that this generation makes spiritual history! It is time that we have a fresh outpouring of power, miracles and awakening.

In a time of prayer recently a powerful word of the Lord came to me about the mantles being released:

I am calling this generation forth to move in the supernatural. Even as the church in the book of Acts went from place to place with power and demonstration, so am I calling this generation to move in power and demonstration. No longer shall the hand of man prevail; no longer shall the wisdom of man stand.

I have invested the power and authority of My kingdom inside of My family, My sons and daughters. There is an awakening unto fullness, fullness of sonship, fullness of covenant, fullness of position and grace in Me, there is an awakening to the fullness of My power, My kingdom that I have called you to carry. There is a banner of fire being cast over this generation, and I am raising up voices who will release My wind and My breath upon the embers in order to fan the flame.

This generation is called and marked to burn for Me. This generation is called unto the supernatural. I am raising up and establishing healing ministries in the earth as a sign and a wonder. I am sending forth prophetic ministries in the earth to awaken My people from their slumber and call them back to My heart. The spirit of slumber has blinded the eyes of many and they have been asleep at the wheel while destined journeys and planned exploits have crashed in the spirit and not been fulfilled because they were driving with their eyes closed!

I am calling them to wake and move with Me. I am casting the mantle upon My people! I am casting the mantle of supernatural ministry upon My people. I am calling them to arise into the kingdom. The kingdom is supernatural. My sons and daughters are supernatural people called to signs and wonders. There is a generation that is arising in the earth that shall walk in uncommon faith and do uncommon exploits by my spirit.

Friend, I believe that this is the word of the Lord for you and me! God is calling His people to move in the supernatural. A new era of revival is beginning, and you have a part in it. Heaven has no small assignments! Let us be like Elisha and recognize the moment that we are living in. Jesus is inviting us to move deeper and allow Him to shine brighter through us. My prayer is that we receive the mantle of fire and go forth blazing with the fire of revival! "For our God is a consuming fire" (Heb. 12:29).

Are You Listening? - Now Think On This by Steve Martin

Are You Listening?
Now Think On This
Steve Martin

“God told Abram: "Leave your country, your family, and your father's home for a land that I will show you. I'll make you a great nation and bless you. I'll make you famous; you'll be a blessing. I'll bless those who bless you; those who curse you I'll curse. All the families of the Earth will be blessed through you."

So Abram left just as God said, and Lot left with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran. Abram took his wife Sarai and his nephew Lot with him, along with all the possessions and people they had gotten in Haran, and set out for the land of Canaan and arrived safe and sound.”  Gen. 12:1-5 THE MESSAGE

Have you ever wondered what Abram (later to be called Abraham) was doing when He heard the Lord call His name? The Scriptures do not say much about him prior to that, except that he was with his father Terah, on their way to live in Canaan, when they then settled in Haran. His father died there.

“Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram's wife; and they went out together from Ur of the Chaldeans in order to enter the land of Canaan; and they went as far as Haran, and settled there. The days of Terah were two hundred and five years; and Terah died in Haran.” Gen. 11:31-32 NASU

The Torah doesn’t tell us how long they had lived in Haran before God speaks directly to Abram personally. Had it been a few years? A decade? Maybe it had been 20 years or more he lived there? I guess that part of his story isn’t important info needed, otherwise the Lord would have had Moses (Moshe) write it down. But it does say enough to us about how the Lord moves in our lives.

We may be going along in our day, “minding our own business” as they say, believing that we have gone far enough in our walk with the Lord. We are ready to settle down in the comfy place we have arrived at. “Retirement” may even be on the near horizon. After all, 50, 60, 70 years of living, with even much of that hopefully walking with the Lord, has gotten us this far. Surely that must be enough until our time ends here on this planet.

But just as a side note - time with God doesn’t really matter when it comes to new assignments for us, and the age of our body. Moses was 80 when he got his new mission, remember? That would mean he had already completed 2/3 of his life, now knowing he lived to be 120. If we do some simple math, Moses would have been around 60 years old on his timeline if the same ration is used to calculate our expected life span years, assuming we generally now live to be around 88 or 90 ourselves. Get my point?

Now back to Abram. After a time of settlement, the Lord spoke a clear word to him, as head of his household. To Abram, the husband of Sarai, He told him to move on.

We come to a point on our journey when we can become content with life as we know it. We have accomplished a few goals; we have raised a family who are now raising their own; we have reached destinations that have been good. Now we feel the time has come to sit back, relax in that good ole’ leather recliner, and let the baton be passed on to the next generations. It’s their turn after all, right? Let them do the work now.

But is that it? Have we already completed the race, reaching the finish line, and just wanting to wait for the last song to be played?

I think not. I believe the Lord has new assignments for the 50+ generation. I personally am ready to get one myself.

The Lord is speaking. He is even wanting to speak a word to you personally – through His Word, by His Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), or through another person or message heard today. Hey, maybe even through a movie of all things!

I am listening. I hope you are too.

Now think on this,
