World War 3? The United States And North Korea Stand On The Brink Of A Nuclear War Posted: 03 Sep 2017  Michael Snyder  THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG After North Korea successfully tested a hydrogen bomb on Sunday, U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis warned that the United States is more than capable of “the total annihilation of a country”.  Unfortunately, the North Koreans may have already gotten to the point where they are capable of the same thing.  Just a handful of North Korean nukes could kill millions of people and render the largest cities in South Korea or Japan completely uninhabitable, and so a nuclear war with the North Koreans should be avoided at all costs.   Sadly, global events seem to be relentlessly pulling us in that direction. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a magnitude-6.3 earthquake was registered in North Korea at the same time that the North Koreans claim that they conducted a “perfect” test of a hydrogen bomb.  This test was reportedly 10 times more powerful than North Korea’s last nuclear test, and the North Koreans are also claiming that this bomb was small enough to be fitted on an inter-continental ballistic missile. North Korea should have never been allowed to get to this point.  But the Clinton, Bush and Obama administrations just kept kicking the can down the road year after year, and now we are facing a crisis with no good solution.  Because it is absolutely unthinkable for us to allow North Korea to have an entire fleet of nuclear missiles capable of hitting targets in the United States, but it is also absolutely unthinkable to start a war in which potentially tens of millions of people could die. North Korea is honeycombed with very deep underground tunnels.  Even if we knew exactly how many nukes North Korea has, and even if we knew where they all were, there is still no possible way that we could get them all with a first strike. But even if we could, North Korea is entirely capable of killing millions in South Korea and Japan with chemical, biological and conventional weapons.  Before he left the White House, Steven Bannon had the following to say about the situation that we are facing on the Korean peninsula… “Until somebody solves the part of the equation that shows me that ten million people in Seoul don’t die in the first 30 minutes from conventional weapons, I don’t know what you’re talking about, there’s no military solution here, they got us,” Bannon told the American Prospect. In this case, Bannon is exactly correct, and any members of Congress that would suggest differently are simply lying to you. At this moment, there is no military solution to the North Korean crisis, but our top military leaders continue to talk as if there is… US Defense Secretary James Mattis vowed “a massive military response” to any threat from North Korea against the United States or its allies in a statement outside the White House after a meeting with President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and top national security advisers Sunday. Mattis said Trump wanted to be briefed on each of the “many military options” for dealing with the North Korean nuclear threat. In fact, Mattis went so far as to suggest that the “total annihilation” of North Korea is a potential option… “We are not looking to the total annihilation of a country, namely North Korea, but as I said, we have many options to do so.” As he was leaving church on Sunday, President Trump also suggested that a pre-emptive strike on North Korea is very much on the table… As he left church, Trump was asked, “Will you attack North Korea?” Trump answered, “We’ll see.” In addition, on Twitter Trump warned that he was considering “stopping all trade with any country doing business with North Korea”… The United States is considering, in addition to other options, stopping all trade with any country doing business with North Korea. Of course China is North Korea’s biggest trade partner, and if we immediately tried to cut off all trade with China it would throw the global economy into a nightmare scenario. But a trade war with China is not our only concern.  Last month, The Global Times (a Chinese state newspaper) threatened the United States with a shooting war if it attempted to bring about regime change in North Korea… ‘If the US and South Korea carry out strikes and try to overthrow the North Korean regime and change the political pattern of the Korean Peninsula, China will prevent them from doing so.’ This is the tensest that things have been on the Korean peninsula since the Korean War ended in 1953. One false move and literally tens of millions of people could die. Most Americans have absolutely no idea what a military conflict with North Korea would mean.  We are talking about death and destruction on a scale that would be absolutely unprecedented.  The following is an excerpt from one of my previous articles… Could you imagine what would happen if a North Korean nuke hit Tokyo or Seoul? Even one nuke could kill millions in those densely populated cities, and financial markets all over the world would almost instantly implode. And North Korea also has some of the largest chemical and biological weapons stockpiles on the entire planet. Within moments of an attack, thousands of North Korean artillery pieces and rockets would start raining fire on Seoul, and even just a few chemical or biological warheads would cause immense devastation in that city of about 10 million people. In addition, North Korean forces are poised to invade South Korea at literally any moment, and the only way that South Korea could survive such an invasion would be direct intervention by U.S. forces. On top of everything else, what if the North Koreans were able to successfully launch a nuke or two toward our major cities? Or what if they already have the technology to set off an EMP blast high in the atmosphere above the continental United States? Or what if their agents that are already embedded here start releasing biological agents in our major cities? These are nightmare scenarios that most Americans never even consider, but they would be very real possibilities in the event that we go to war with North Korea. Sometimes a military option is the best option, but this is not one of those cases. There is no way that a military strike on North Korea would end well, and our top brass already knows this. So let us hope that cooler heads prevail, because at this moment we are literally standing on the brink of World War 3. Did God give a 9-year-old boy a vision of the future of America? Recently, my wife pulled me aside and strongly urged me to watch part of an amazing video that she had found on YouTube. I was quite tired at the time, but I agreed to watch it because I could tell from my wife's expression that she had found something special.

And without a doubt, what I am about to share with you does appear to be extraordinary. A grandmother known as "A Daughter of The Highest King" on YouTube came across a dry erase board that her 9-year-old grandson had been drawing on, and the things that he had been drawing were so unusual that she decided to ask him about them.

Well, it turns out that this little boy had been trying to draw a picture of things that were shown to him in a vision. When he received this vision, he was in bed, but he was not asleep at the time. He told his grandmother that in his vision he was standing in space and looking down at the earth, and it appears that he may have been shown things that are coming in the future. When I started watching this little boy describe his vision, one thing immediately jumped out at me. He said that he saw a giant asteroid that appeared to be "flaming hot red" coming toward the earth.

As it got very close, he said that it appeared to break up into pieces and strike multiple locations, but according to him the main impact seems to have happened in the Atlantic Ocean.

When this little boy said that I was absolutely startled, because my wife and I have been collecting dreams and visions of a giant asteroid that is going to strike the Atlantic Ocean for many years.

In fact, my wife has collected more than 100 of these dreams and visions. Many have seen that the asteroid breaks up into multiple pieces before it hits, and that the impact in the Atlantic Ocean causes an enormous tsunami that will be hundreds of feet high. When this gigantic tsunami slams into the east coast of the United States at an extremely high speed, the devastation that will be caused will be almost too horrible for words.

As you can see in the video, this little boy is not even allowed on the internet, and so he probably has never even heard about any of these dreams and visions. But his description of the vision that he was given matches up perfectly with what dozens of other prominent men and women of God have received over the years.

And of course, the Bible tells us that someday a giant object will plunge into the ocean. The following is what Revelation 8:8-9 says in the Modern English Version:

Then the second angel sounded, and something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea became blood, a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

After the asteroid strikes, this 9-year-old boy was shown nuclear missiles flying all over the world, and many of them hit the United States.

Once again, this fits perfectly with what other men and women of God have been shown. The great tsunami on the east coast comes first, and after that a nuclear conflict involving the United States happens.

In his vision this young boy was also shown "giant people with goat horns" roaming around. Some have suggested that these could be demons on the earth during the Great Tribulation, while others have suggested that what he saw may have been Nephilim.

We do know that things will get quite wild here on this planet during the Tribulation period. I have always said that it is going to be crazier than the most insane science fiction movie that Hollywood can possibly come up with, and this youngster may have gotten a small glimpse of what life will be like during that time.

He also saw the planet breaking apart in various areas and a "giant crack in the middle of America". I have been warning about the great "megaquake" that is coming to the New Madrid fault zone for many years, but it is not clear from the video if that is exactly what he saw.

But I certainly do believe that this vision was from the Lord, and this would be perfectly consistent with Scripture. In the Book of Joel, we are told that our sons and our daughters will prophesy in the last days. This is what Joel 2:28-29 says in the Modern English Version:

And it will be that, afterwards, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; then your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. Even on the menservants and maidservants in those days I will pour out My Spirit.

Could this vision be a very small part of the fulfillment of that ancient prophecy that was given to the prophet Joel?

God is not sending us these warnings to frighten us.

Rather, God is sending us these warnings so that we will not be afraid.

God wants us to know that He knows everything that is going to happen in advance, He has a plan, He has everything under control and He is not going to abandon us.

Yes, the most challenging times in all of human history are coming. But for the people of God it will be the greatest chapter of all as multitudes come into the Kingdom even in the midst of all the shaking.

You were born for such a time as this, and now is the time for all of us to become the people that God created us to be.

A nuclear war of words

As the world shudders at talk of a possible nuclear war, it's worth pointing out that the real confrontation is, as ever, a spiritual one.

And as the battle between light and darkness rages on, a high-tech media with global reach has the potential to influence as never before. But in this brave new upside-down world, truth is so often turned on its head.

The horrific Paris massacre naturally focused media attention, yet there has been relatively little coverage of the almost daily terror in Israel – some 800 attacks in the past couple of months – where Palestinian perpetrators have been portrayed as underdogs with a just cause while the real victims of these unprovoked stabbing and shooting attacks were innocent Jews.

It is not about allegedly stolen land or oppressive occupation; it is sheer hatred of Jews that is behind every attack, with social and other media fanning the flames of incitement. PA president Mahmoud Abbas calls on the UN to "protect Palestinians from Israeli aggression" while at the same time calling on Palestinians to take up knives against Israelis.

In the latest incident, two teenage Palestinian girls viciously attacked a 70-year-old man with scissors right beside a bustling open-air market in Jerusalem. And yet the victim, Yussuf Alharoub, is not Jewish, but a Palestinian from Bethlehem. And one of his assailants was shot dead by security police. Yussuf told the Ynet news service: "Both the Jews and the Palestinians are suffering because of what’s happening now and no-one benefits."

Jesus declared unequivocally that he was "the truth" (John 1:6) and his beloved disciple John said that whoever hates his brother is in darkness (1 John 2:10), adding that those who denied that Jesus (Yeshua) was the Messiah were liars. (1 John 2:22) Jesus further claimed to be the gate to salvation, the Good Shepherd, and that all who came before him were thieves and robbers. "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy (sound familiar?); I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10)

What we are witnessing across our warring world – from the new atheists and secular humanists in England to the Islamic fanatics in the Middle East – is a common thread of hatred for the God of Israel, whom Christians worship. The shocking truth is that in England, as in Saudi Arabia and Islamic State-controlled territory, there is no protection for Muslims who have found Jesus to be the true Shepherd.

Nissar Hussain, a British man of Pakistani descent, was brutally beaten outside his home in Bradford, Yorkshire. This followed nearly 20 years of harassment, intimidation, insults and physical abuse along with attacks on his property and family members at the hands of the Muslim community. And in all of this he has been betrayed time and again by those who are there to protect him. Police, church leaders and political authorities have rigidly refused to concede that it is his status as a convert from Islam that has made him a target. Apparently none of them wanted to compromise their relationship with Muslims.

Now a British court has committed a travesty of justice in the case of appalling anti-Semitic abuse against a Jewish man at London’s famous Speakers' Corner – a long-time icon to freedom of speech. Despite clear evidence of a whole gamut of racial abuse (which is illegal in Britain as a 'hate' crime), the perpetrator was found guilty only for damage to the victim's mobile phone which was knocked to the ground in the scuffle created by the incident. Yet in Northern Ireland (also part of the UK), Pastor Jim McConnell is facing trial for saying that Islam is 'Satanic'.

As I said, it's a battle between light and darkness. Whose side are you on?
