The Mystery of the Lost Jubilee: Part 30 – Solved!

By Bob O'Dell & Gidon Ariel
Today we reveal what we think God has in mind regarding the Jubilee! But first, we will briefly summarize the mystery of the lost Jubilee one final time.

The US-Israel Honeymoon May Not Last

By Daniel Pipes
After a decent interval, Abbas inexorably will mumble apologies, lavish praise on Trump, fire up the Palestinians’ horde of proxies, 'talk peace' with Israel, and worm his way into the administration’s good graces. When that happens, the current U.S.-Israel honeymoon will likely crash and burn, replaced by the usual bickering, where Washington wants Israelis to 'take chances for peace' and 'make painful concessions,' and they resist those pressures.

Estimating Risks of an Israel-Iran
Nuclear War

By Louis Rene Beres
Providing for Israeli national security vis-à-vis a still-nuclearizing Iran ought never become a seat-of-the-pants 'game' – that is, the sort of stance seemingly assumed by US President Donald Trump opposite North Korea. Without any suitably long-term, systematic and deeply-thoughtful plan in place for avoiding a future nuclear war with Iran, a nuclear conflict that is deliberate, unintentional or accidental could sometime ensue.

No ‘Russian Option’ for Israel in Syria

By Jonathan Spyer
The Israeli hope of Russian pressure to keep Iran from the border must be in vain.  Which in turn leaves a number of possibilities.

The Reasons Why America Needs to Stop Supporting UNRWA

By Sarah N. Stern
Given the deeply entrenched institutional biases of the United Nations against Israel, we can expect that UNRWA will soon find other donors. But that doesn’t mean that the United States, which had by far been the largest donor nation, has to continuously foot the bill. The American taxpayer has other priorities than continuing to fund this corrupt and hypocritical agency.

Alsheich – Israel’s Grand Inquisitor

By Caroline Glick
On Wednesday night, we saw once again that our fiercest journalists are actually the lapdogs of our unelected legal fraternity, whose members share their hatred for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and their general attachment to the ideological Left.

Remembering Who Our Friends Are

By Sarah N. Stern
I would like to believe that America is the moral compass of the world. That America is, in the words of John Winthrop 'That shining city on the Hill.' But it begins by remembering who our friends are.

The Purchase of Jerusalem ✡ "I Will Buy Them From You At A Price" - Israel365

“No, I will buy them from you at a price. I cannot sacrifice toHashem my God burnt offerings that have cost me nothing.”
So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen
for fifty shekalim of silver.

The Purchase of Jerusalem

According to Jewish tradition, King David purchased the entire city of Yerushalayim(Jerusalem) from Aranuah the Jebusite. The threshing floor on which King David intends to offer sacrifices, is now called the Temple Mount in Yerushalayim. As this site would later becomes the location of the Beit Hamikdash (Holy Temple), David purchased the land publically so that the Jewish ownership of the land would be indisputable. Although Davidwas offered the site as a gift, he did not want any future generations to claim that it was stolen by the children of Israel and therefore, he insisted on paying for the land.

6 Traits the Holy Spirit Is Looking for in Men and Women of Honor - CAROL MCLEOD CHARISMA NEWS

6 Traits the Holy Spirit Is Looking for in Men and Women of Honor
Feb. 18, 2018 CAROL MCLEOD  CHARISMA NEWS
One of the attributes that I strongly admire in a person is that of moral excellence or virtue. It challenges me to be a better person when I observe a common man or woman making an uncommon choice that smacks of purity, principle and incorruptibility. There is something inexpressibly valiant when a person chooses virtue over vice, morality over immorality and temperance over imprudence.
Choosing to be a person of virtue has never been an easy choice but it has always been the best choice. A pathway of moral excellence will always lead to a significant life. Always.
Oftentimes, endeavoring to live a life of integrity and even modesty can be a lonely choice and one that is mocked by the culture. However, it is a choice that will reap long-term rewards and garner the applause of heaven.
Do people even know what "virtue" is anymore or has it been thrown aside with other valuable character components such as honesty, integrity and faithfulness? Do people view moral excellence as outdated as horse and buggies, hand-written thank you notes and gas lanterns?
Virtue is the conformity of one's life and conduct to moral and ethical principles. For a believer in Christ, our moral guidebook is the Bible. We must extract all of our character traits from the blueprint found in the Word of God. Unfortunately, sometimes the call of the world is so dastardly loud and relentless that it becomes difficult to remember what the Bible has to say about a certain issue.
Also, in a culture that highly esteems tolerance, it has become increasingly difficult to adhere to those virtues that might seem archaic but in reality, they are vital and powerful.
We have focused on temporary comforts in our society rather than on eternal godliness. We have embraced as our role models athletes, entertainers and media moguls who have lost their moral compass.
I believe that the Holy Spirit is still calling disciples of Jesus Christ to choose to live a life of devotion and of honor. I also believe that the Holy Spirit, in this day and age, is looking for a few good men and a few good women who live by principle rather than by pretense.
Perhaps, as you allow the Holy Spirit to examine your heart today, these following guidelines could steer the course of your life:
1 – I will only tell the truth. I will not lie or exaggerate.
2 – I will only be kind to others.
3 – I will not use vulgarity or profanity.
4 – I will choose not to criticize or condemn others who are made in the image of God.
5 – I will endeavor to live a life that is morally immaculate in thought, word and action.
6 – I will treat others in the same manner that I wish to be treated.
The call of God is never outdated, never out of style and never old-fashioned. God's ways are eternal and are relevant in every generation and in every moment in history. Father really does know best, and his desire is for His children to live an abundant life!  Choosing to life a lifestyle of virtue will always deliver an exceedingly abundant result!
"Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my concerns, and see if there is any rebellious way in me, and lead me in the ancient way" (Ps. 139:23-24).
