How Hurricane Irma Fits Into the Biblical Blueprint of 'The Paradigm' - STEVE STRANG CHARISMA MAGAZINE

Hurricane Irma (Google Earth )
We who lived through Hurricane Irma are glad the damage isn't worse, considering experts are calling it one of the biggest and strongest hurricanes in history. I lost power at my house for only 28 hours, and a huge pine fell but did no damage. At the office, our sign was blown over. We had to work remotely for four days until power could be restored to our building.
Irma means "goddess of war"and this storm brought destruction. It crashed into Florida and closed our offices the very week before we launch Jonathan Cahn's newest book, The ParadigmThe Paradigm contains a chapter called "The Goddess." It's about the goddess of Jezebel—Ashtoreth/Astarte—the goddess of sexuality, war and destruction. Hurricane Harvey devastated Houston last week, and Harvey means "the warrior." The Paradigm also contains a chapter called "The Warrior."
In the cover story for this month's Charisma, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn explains how there is a master blueprint that lies behind current events, the rise and fall of leaders and governments, which reveals our future. If you missed it, click here to read this fascinating overview. I'm sure it will astonish you, answer your questions and reveal things you could never have imagined.
The Paradigm is Cahn's latest book and, I believe, his most important. Because of the attacks that are coming, we believe the enemy must not be happy about its launch. Every time Cahn has released a major book, we've seen attacks at the exact time the book debuts.
  • The first release of The Harbinger (e-book): Hurricane Irene strikes the building where Cahn's congregation meets, and the ministry is out of the building for seven weeks.
  • The release of The ShemitahCahn is suddenly paralyzed with a mysterious condition and is hospitalized for one week.
  • The release of The Book of MysteriesThe town in which Rabbi Cahn's congregation is located suddenly issues about 10 threats, violations and summons, all within one week of the book's release.
  • The week of the first broadcasts featuring The Paradigm, which releases next week: Hurricanes arrive, and Charisma Media is specifically struck by Irma; thus the enemy is seeking to hinder the launch.
At the same time, the modern antitype of Jezebel comes out with her book—and her argument and accusations—the week before The Paradigm releases. As in The Paradigm, the warrior strikes the priests, and the representative is the woman Houston, so Hurricane Harvey—the warrior—strikes Houston.
I don't believe we can attribute everything to demonic attacks. But the pattern that exists is unmistakable.
Bottom line: It's a good sign that the enemy is so furious. But we must press forward all the more and refuse to be stopped.
I'm not saying there's a simplistic cause-and-effect relationship or that these major disasters are solely tied to specific events. But as God works all things together for good, so too, the enemy seeks to work all things together for evil and against the purposes of God.
Because of all this, I ask intercessors who have the ability to see what is happening in Scripture to pray against these attacks and also that the message of The Paradigm will have wide distribution. America must wake up to what is happening spiritually in our nation.
Just as Cahn's The Harbinger revealed patterns of how God was dealing with Israel and also America after 9/11, The Paradigm reveals a biblical blueprint that shows that patterns in ancient Israel are repeated in our day and are specifically tied to Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and even Donald Trump.
In The Paradigm, the warrior (Jehu) strikes the priests of the pagan gods and goddesses. The modern representation of the priests of the goddess is a woman named HoustonSo now Hurricane Irma—the goddess of war, also linked to Jezebel—strikes the publishers of The Paradigm.
Maybe it's a coincidence, or maybe it's part of a larger pattern the Lord is revealing. Thank you for your prayers as we forge ahead and recover from this enormous storm.

Shabbat Inspiration

This Shabbat occurs right before the 9th of Av, the saddest day on the Jewish calendar. On that day, the First Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed by the Babylonians some 2,500 years ago and the Second Temple was destroyed by the Romans close to 2,000 years ago. Throughout Jewish history, this day has been marked by suffering and anti-Semitism. On the 9th of Av, we fast and pray, we remember our terrible history and ask God to bring the Messiah and rebuild the Temple as quickly as possible. Help rebuild the Land by planting your very own tree.

Thousands of Jews gather at Western Wall to mourn Tisha Be’av

Thousands of Jews gather at Western Wall to mourn Tisha Be’av

Jews fast to commemorate the destruction of the two temples.

On the eve of Tisha Be’av, thousands of Jews gathered at the Western Wall Monday night to mourn the destruction of the First and Second Temples, pray for the creation of a Third Temple, and express hope for peace.
Tisha Be’av (the ninth day of the month of Av in the Hebrew calendar) is considered the “saddest day in Jewish history.” Jews fast to commemorate the Temples’ destruction, which occurred on the same day, 655 years apart.
Several other significant tragedies also befell Jews on this day, including their expulsion from England and Spain in 1290 and 1492, respectively; Heinrich Himmler’s presentation of the “Final Solution” in 1940; and the Nazi deportation of Jews from the Warsaw ghetto in 1942.
Gutman Locks, a Torah scholar and teacher originally from New York, helped parishioners wrap teffilin and pray a few meters from the Wall.
“What’s so special about coming here on Tisha Be’av is that this is the location where the Temples were destroyed – just on the other side of the Wall,” Locks said. “And that’s where the third one will be built when the Messiah comes, and that one will not be destroyed.”
“Even though it’s the saddest time of the year, we can see Jews come back to the land again, which was prophesized for thousands of years,” he continued. “We can actually see it happening.”
Indeed, Locks said he viewed Tisha Be’av through a prism of sorrow and hope.
“So, on one side it is very sad what has happened in our history, but now we can anticipate the happiest time of all creation, where the whole world will know God – will know peace,” he added. “We see it now, as more Jews live in Israel than any other place in the world.”
Sarit Berko, a retired, non-observant native Israeli, who came to the Wall to observe Tisha Be’av from her home in Tel Aviv, said she has made the pilgrimage since she turned 10 years old, following the Six Day War.
“My generation is so lucky to be born in Israel and not experience the Holocaust,” she said. “As I get older and more spiritual I believe this is my land and I am so grateful that I can come to mourn at this Wailing Wall, even though I’m not religious.”
Berko also expressed hope that the sorrow Tisha Be’av engenders will one day be transformed into joy.
“During Passover most Jews say ‘Next year in Jerusalem,’” she said. “As an Israeli I pray, ‘Next year may the Third Temple be built and last for eternity.’ We’re going to convert all our mourning into a festival, this is my prayer.”
Rabbi Steven M. Graber, who leads a congregation in Long Island, came to Jerusalem with his wife and two daughters to observe the day of mourning.
“Of course I think about the destruction of the Temples, but I see Jews rebuilding Israel – rebuilding Jerusalem – so it’s not really a sadness I feel, rather a keen awareness of every bit of history that’s gone on here from the time of David to today,” said Graber.
“I feel privileged to be alive at this juncture in history because I can be here as a free Jew and I can extrapolate toward the wondrous future I see in this country for our people,” he added.
Graber’s 19-year-old daughter Leora, a student at Queens College, said she viewed Tisha Be’av as a time for personal reflection.
“For me, I’d say that putting all historical reasons [to mourn] aside, this is more of a time to reflect on yourself as a Jew and to be a part of a larger community,” she said. “I think that’s why we’re here – to identify with our own Judaism and with each other.”
Meanwhile, Morrie and Millie Kaporovski of Netanya, who made aliya 29 years ago from Montreal, expressed conflicting feelings of hope and frustration regarding the lack of tolerance among Jews.
“Today means commemorating all the horrendous deeds that were done in the name of religion to the Jews,” said Millie, a grandmother. “All kinds of horrible things happened on Tisha Be’av, so we’re so lucky to have our country. It is our home and no one will take it away from us again.”
Morrie said he was troubled by a lack of tolerance among Jews in general, and in Jerusalem specifically.
“For me, I mourn for our own people – that we haven’t learned a thing in the last 5,000 years about how to be tolerant of other Jews,” he said. “Because it’s Tisha Be’av it’s a sad day and I’m [also] saddened by the fact that I am fast learning how to dislike the city of Jerusalem because of the lack of tolerance and acceptance of different ways of being Jewish.”
Still, Millie said that despite unpleasant infighting, she was heartened to live an unrivaled degree of freedom never experienced by her Jewish predecessors.
“Just looking at the Kotel brings tears to my eyes because of all the Jews who haven’t been able to come here,” she said. “For us to be here, it’s a dream come true.”
Fasting for Tisha Be’av ends Tuesday night at 8:15 pm in Jerusalem and 8:18 pm in the Tel Aviv area.

Threatened with Destruction...

Threatened with Destruction, Israelis Reveal Faith

Friday, July 12, 2013 |  Jonathan David  Israel Today
Israel Today’s Jonathan David talked to Israelis on the streets of Jerusalem, and recently discovered their faith in light of Iran’s threat to soon destroy them and Israel with nuclear weapons.
Tsuriel Bitcover: “It’s not really bothering me. For the religious people, it makes the religious people stronger.”
Erez Asher: “I believe God will help us. (Iran) won’t succeed to destroy us. Everyone who has tried to destroy the Jewish people, and Israel, became destroyed. God protects us.”
Elliot Ge: “These things only strengthen my faith. In these trying times when we have security problems and issues, I personally and many people I know turn to (the Lord) even more, because we know He’s the only one who can save us.”
Asher Trujeman: “God promised the Jews that they are chosen and He did not release us. He did not abandon us.”
David B’tesh: “My faith in Elohim and my faith in HaShem is not affected at all. I fully believe that He is behind us.”
Hajay Koiza: “I’m atheist, I’m not religious. I’m atheist because Iran wants to destroy Israel because they’re religious. If everybody will be atheist and there is no religion, then everybody will live in peace, one day.
Bill Ashendorf: “The Lord gives us choices and we have to make our own choices. Sometimes we make good and sometimes we make bad, but we have to be responsible for our choices.”
