She Wanted to Join ISIS but Met Jesus and Was Set Free From Demons Instead

Rita Chaima radiates with joy. When you see her face, you can tell she's filled with deep happiness and contentment.

But that's the opposite of the way she used to feel. Chaima was raised a Muslim, and from an early age she struggled with suicidal depression.

She tells her powerful story in a new documentary called "In His Footsteps" by a ministry called The Last Reformation.

"I just saw a cruel world and I didn't want to be a part of it," she recalls.

Chaima says she tried to kill herself three times. "I was doing drugs, I was smoking, I was smoking anything... I just wanted to destroy myself."

At one point she became so angry that she made up her mind to join ISIS in Syria.

"I hated people who weren't Muslim. I wanted to kill them," she says.

The videos by ISIS inspired her. "I loved to see them bleeding. I was seeing videos of decapitation and loved it."

But then something else happened. Her mom got a bunch of free books for her, and there was a Bible among them. That's when Chaima met Jesus.

"I started to read the Bible to prove to Christians that they were wrong," she says. "But I was wrong! And the grace of Jesus Christ started to touch me."

"I was reading things like 'pray for your enemies,' 'love them,' and I was someone who wanted to kill them."

"Intellectually I didn't want to accept Jesus, but Jesus started to do a work in my heart," she says.

She couldn't resist the love of Jesus anymore, so she decided to follow Him.

When she told her family what she had done, they rejected her. She says they stopped talking to her, and for months left her alone in her room. "It was like a prison."

She says in the past, depression would have overtaken her. But not this time. She started to read the Bible a lot. "Jesus was there with me. He was encouraging me. The Holy Spirit was really there. I felt it, I knew it."

Her Muslim family has now totally abandoned her, but her story doesn't end there.

When it was time for Chaima to be baptized, something supernatural happened.

"I don't even remember what I did. I had to see the video of my baptism. I was completely crazy; the demon was crazy, it wasn't me. I kicked Jon. He baptized me. I kicked him."

But as she flailed and screamed, Jon continued to minister over her, telling the demon to go, until peace finally came over her body. She was finally set free and baptized in the Holy Spirit.

"After the baptism, I felt like the heavy weight completely disappeared. And I was so excited to go and make disciples," she said.

"I started to want to talk about Jesus to everyone, even to the people who led me to terrorism. I wanted to go and see them, tell them that they are wrong, and that love is waiting for them."

And that's just what she now does, traveling with gospel minister Peter Ahlman and other Christians, she shares her testimony wherever she goes.

There is major breakthrough upon the writers right now. Those of you who are writing manuscripts, the Lord is releasing winds of acceleration upon you and these manuscripts are going to be birthed faster than you could ever have imagined. 

I had a vision and I watched as the Lord released these winds of acceleration and His angelic hosts to minister to you, and cause these manuscripts to come forth faster than you could imagine. Anything that has been attempting to block this manuscript, any warfare, is falling to the wayside as the winds of acceleration fall upon you and the Lord continues to breathe upon His message in your manuscript. 

There is a greater ease that you will find as the anointing upon you to write is significantly increasing. There is a breakthrough anointing over you as you write to move past the hindrances and move into the final stages of birthing.

 

The Lord Showed Me the Destiny Room of Heaven Again

 

Yesterday, I released a word on the Destiny Room of heaven. As I pondered this word for the writers the Lord showed me the destiny room in heaven again. He showed me the encounters that are going to open up for the writers as He opens up and reveals the destiny room and for some in new ways. 

In a vision I saw the Lord taking many into this destiny room through visions, visitations and prophetic dreams and as He led them in, I saw big screens all around the walls of the room. As the writers went in one by one, He pressed play on a remote and a "trailer" began to play. It was a trailer for their manuscript, but this trailer was not how THEY saw their book, it was how HE saw their book. It showed His excitement, 

His vision that was so beautifully crafted and displayed within these manuscripts. It also showed what HE was going to do THROUGH the manuscripts.

 

I watched as the writers wept and wept, being shown a "glimpse" of His heart contained in their manuscript and the people that were going to be saved, healed, set free, delivered, encouraged and brought to life through their writings. I watched as the writers fell at His feet weeping and out of their mouth came the words "I praise you Jesus! I praise you! It's SO MUCH BIGGER than I imagined! It's SO MUCH BIGGER than I ever dreamed."

 

The Lord bent down and grabbed their hands and with tear filled eyes, full of joy, full of love, His face beaming with such delight and His eyes shouting how proud He was of them, He spoke: "THANK YOU for pressing through, THANK YOU for continuing to steward the message that I have given you and lean into Me to write all I asked you to. Through the fire, through the storm, through the darkness, you did not give up. 

You continued to remain faithful to the assignment I gave you in this writing. I am breathing My spirit upon this manuscript and many shall come to life, come to know Me, be set free, healed and delivered by My love and My Spirit. I am going to do MORE through this manuscript than you could ever imagine. Great joy shall fill your heart as you see what I am about to do. You will see the process has been all worth it."

 

This is Your Time

 

I then saw manuscripts laid out on tables in this room of destiny. They were perfectly placed in frames, and I noticed the words written all along the frames. The words were purity, humility, surrender, integrity. As I looked at them instantly the atmosphere was filled with the sense that these books were framed by the purity, humility, surrender and integrity of the writers. These manuscripts were written by writers who have kept the, "main thing, the main thing." They have stayed true to the message He gave them, and their eyes have been upon Him and such deep surrender and reliance on Him, worshiping Him all the way through the process.

 

I watched as Jesus walked along these tables and He had a scepter in His hand. He placed the tip of the scepter upon each manuscript and it came ALIVE with favor. As I looked at each manuscript I saw a quick glimpse of networks, doors and connections of favor that the Lord had drawn up with His hand.

 

He turned to each of the writers and He spoke, "Be at rest, be at peace with this manuscript. I have already decreed the exact strategic places, networks, doors that need to be opened and hands these manuscripts need to fall into. I have taken care of it all. Rest, trust Me. I am going to get My messages out far and wide. Great unprecedented, radical favor is being decreed over these manuscripts. Don't try and strive and make anything happen. What I am going to do with these manuscripts will leave you in awe of what I can do!"

 

"The process of these assignments I have given you with these manuscripts has increased your anointing to write. You will see an increase in revelation, clarity and insight upon you to hear Me and for further writing assignments. You have transitioned to a whole new level. 

Multiple births are upon many of you and the supernatural ease and anointing I am releasing will see you write even more books than you imagined. It may not make sense in the natural and for many of you look impossible, but through the empowerment of My Spirit, you will do what you thought you could not do. Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit will be your testimony!"

 

"Writers, this is your time!"

You’ve heard it said that we are all God’s children. This rings flowery and nice.

It’s an insidious lie.

Indeed, God both created and loves—in a way most unfathomable—everyone who ever lived. He wove us together in our mother’s womb and numbered our every hair. But God the Father has only one begotten Son. The rest of us, in order to become one of God’s children, must be adopted—in, by and through—the One who is the Son: Jesus Christ. Those who are not adopted are not children of God. Christ and Christ alone is “the way, the truth and the life.”

Indeed, to become a child of God, we must ask God—through Christ—to adopt us. We mustn’t just believe upon Him, for even the demons believe that (James 2:19), but, rather, we must also accept Him. We must follow Jesus, the one true God, as our only God: “But to all who believed him and accepted him [Jesus], he gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:12).

Don’t believe? Don’t accept? You have no right to become a child of God.

And that’s unholy hell.

I’m not here to question God. I can neither fully understand nor explain why what He says is so. I can only convey to you that He unmistakably, unequivocally and without stuttering says it is so.

And so it is so.

“‘For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the Lord. ‘As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts” (Is. 55:8-9).

The postmodern concept of religious pluralism is likewise an insidious lie. It’s a relativist tool of deception dreamed up by the greatest of all deceivers. It’s a false religion—jazzed-up paganism—propagated by the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Eph. 6:12).

Merriam Webster defines pluralism—in the context to which I refer to it—as “a theory that there are more than one or more than two kinds of ultimate reality.”

The goal of the pluralist philosophy is to muddy the waters and divert mankind from the “narrow gate” that leads to eternal salvation (Jesus), while, at the same time, herding them along the “broad road” to eternal damnation (anything and everything that denies the singular and exclusive deity of Christ or that rejects the certainty that He alone can save us from hell).

Pluralism is a nonstarter. It’s inherently self-defeating, contradictory and, frankly, just plain stupid. Pick your “ism”—be it progressivism, socialism, Hinduism, Buddhism, communism, Marxism, atheism or another—and central to each you will find the leavening lie of pluralism.

Each of the world’s major religions fundamentally contradicts the other. They cannot all be true. Either one is true or none is true.

Jesus said, “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it” (Matt. 7:13). Again, Jesus alone is that “narrow gate.”

Here’s the thing. You can deny Christ until the day you die. But after that, you will deny Him no more. Hate Him you may still, but deny Him you will not. Philippians 2:10-11 assures us “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

John 3:36 warns, “Whoever believes in the Son [Jesus] has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him.”

Christ is both tolerant and intolerant, utterly exclusive and wholly inclusive. He said in no uncertain terms, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).

Universalists, atheists, pluralists and other followers of false gods and religions, take note: Jesus, rather conspicuously, did not say, “No one comes to the Father except through Me, the Buddha, Muhammad, Ganesh or L. Ron Hubbard.”

The narrow gate to heaven is utterly exclusive.

Yet Christ also promised us this: “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light” (Matt. 11:28-29).

Romans 10:13 is even more direct: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

The narrow gate to heaven is wholly inclusive.

If religious pluralism is true, which it cannot be, then Jesus is a liar. And if Jesus is a liar, then Carl Sagan was right when he said, “The cosmos is all that is or was or ever will be.”

Worm food.

Thank God Jesus is not a liar.

Still, some apostate, celebrity megachurch pastors like Rob Bell have become wealthy calling Jesus a liar. They teach the heretical doctrine of universal salvation, which suggests that, ultimately, everyone ends up in heaven—even those who rejected Christ while here on earth.

Bell and others like him claim that we’re all God’s children.

This is a pseudo-Christian form of religious pluralism that may well condemn untold millions—to include celebrity megachurch pastors like Rob Bell—to the unimaginable horror of eternal separation from God. (Rob, brother, I pray that you’ll repent posthaste and ask Christ’s forgiveness for both your heresy and for leading your flock to slaughter. He’ll forgive you, just like He’s forgiven me for all the crap I’ve pulled over the years.)

And the truth will set you free.

Romans 8:1-2 promises, “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.”

By logical extension, the converse is true. There is condemnation for those who are notin Christ Jesus. Until and unless you believe upon, accept and follow Jesus, you remain imprisoned under the law of sin and death.

Unconvinced? You don’t have to believe to quietly pray this simple prayer to yourself: “Jesus, if You’re out there, please reveal Yourself to me. If You’re real, help thou my unbelief.”

If I’m right—if Jesus is not a liar and He is who He says He is—then you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by inquiring further.

If you don’t inquire further, you have everything to lose.
