Last week, the stars of the constellation Gemini (The United) were directly overhead at the zenith point in the southern U.S.
Gemini is one of the zodiacal constellations and is the tenth chapter of the Star Bible. The name means "The Twins" in Greek, but in the ancient Hebrew, it means "The United." It is a picture of two men standing together who are united as one. The first contains the bright star Pollux, meaning "He Who Comes to Suffer" at its head, with the Star Alhena, meaning "Wounded" at its feet. This figure corresponds to the first half of Genesis 3:15, where the seed of woman will be wounded in the heel, and is clearly a picture of the crucifixion and First Coming of Christ. The second figure has Castor, "The Ruler" as its head and Mebsuth, "Treading Under Foot" at its feet. This speaks to the second half of Genesis 3:15, where the seed of woman crushes the head of the serpent, and represents the return of Christ. Together, the stars of Gemini tell us that the one who suffered will return to rule.
The bright stars of Gemini, Castor and Pollux are also part of the prophetic calendar which produces signs in the sun, moon and stars surrounding both appearances of Christ. In 6 B.C., the precession of the equinoxes carried the Star Pollux, "He Who comes to Suffer," directly overhead at zenith in Jerusalem. This was a sign of the nearing advent of Christ and described his sacrificial death on the cross. That same year, the constellation Gemini entered the summer season. It was in the summer of 6 B.C., nine months before the star of Bethlehem appeared in the spring of 5 B.C., that we believe Gabriel appeared to Mary and Christ was conceived.
Now, over 2000 years later, the precession of the equinoxes has carried the star Castor, "The Ruler", close to the zenith point over Jerusalem. This star is a sign of the Second Coming of Christ, when He will return to rule on Earth. It will move to zenith over Jerusalem in 2121 A.D., as Gemini moves out of the summer season and Taurus (the bull), the sign of Christ's Second Coming, moves in. While no one knows the day or hour of Christ's return, we believe that the rebirth of Israel, likened to a fig tree by Jesus (Matt. 24:32), tells us that the prophetic summer season of His return is near. The movement of Castor toward Jerusalem zenith, along with the other signs in the sun, moon and stars, confirms that the prophetic calendar is counting down zero hour.
So look overhead tonight to Castor and Pollux, which mark the time between the First and Second Coming of Christ. And tell someone that there may only be a short time left to accept God's offer of eternal life.

There is a story in the bible about the prophet Elijah confronting the prophets of Baal on Mt. Carmel against their false gods. Elijah invited 450 prophets of Baal to a challenge. He asked them "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, then follow Him. If Baal is God, then follow him." Elijah then told them to make a sacrifice without a natural fire and the God who answers by fire will prove to be God. They built an altar, slaughtered and cut oxen, then laid them on the wood of the altar. Elijah told them to pray for their god to send fire to light their sacrifice. The prophets of Baal prayed all day and night, and even cut themselves to offer blood to their god without success as Elijah mocked their god.
The next day Elijah told them to pour water on the altar three times. When he called on the Lord (Jehovah) God sent a fire and consumed all the water, the sacrifice and the stones. When all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and declared, "The Lord (Elohiym), He is God! The Lord, He is God!"
Let There Be Light
Just as the days of Elijah, there are powers, principalities and rulers of darkness trying to take authority over our nation. Jesus is raising up men and woman who will speak into the darkness and say "Let there be light" as we take the reins of intercession to steer our country in the right direction. He is raising up the Elijah's who will tear down the altars and confront the prophets of Baal. We will then witness the inevitable supernatural intervention and power of God in our country, personal lives and ministries.
The Lord says; I am about to demonstrate My power in a magnificent way in the days ahead, as I release supernatural encounters which will cause men to acknowledge My deity as well as My humanity. This is the day of unnatural occurrences when men will leave their religious traditions and follow after truth. Do not fear or be intimidated by the prophets of Baal, as their plans will not succeed. I am El Shaddai and I will show Myself strong on your behalf. When you speak, it will not be with persuasive words or mortal reasoning of mere men, but in demonstration and power with signs following. The time has come for My glory to be revealed.
I will raise up those who will know how to call down fire from heaven to destroy the works of the enemy. I will train them how to thwart the strategies of the kingdom of darkness and cancel their assignments. They will dismantle his works of destruction by their authority from Me, and the words or their mouths. I will teach them how to walk in divine wisdom, release revelation and have keen discernment. The sword of My word will be in their mouths because they are unwavering in their faith and their strength in Me. Supernatural encounters and signs will follow those who believe and many shall be used mightily in this season. Know your identity and be confident of who you serve and You will experience My glory released in an unprecedented way in the days ahead, says the Lord.

Most Americans do not understand this, but the truth is that the Federal Reserve has far more power over the U.S. economy than anyone else does, and that includes Donald Trump. Politicians tend to get the credit or the blame for how the economy is performing, but in reality it is an unelected, unaccountable panel of central bankers that is running the show, and until something is done about the Fed our long-term economic problems will never be fixed. In this piece, I am going to explain why the Federal Reserve is currently setting the stage for a recession, a new housing crisis and a stock market crash, and if those things happen unfortunately it will be Donald Trump that will primarily get the blame. On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve is expected to hike interest rates, and there is even the possibility that they will call for an acceleration of future rate hikes…
Economists generally believe the central bank’s median estimate will continue to call for three quarter-point rate increases both this year and in 2018. But there’s some risk that gets pushed to four as inflation nears the Fed’s annual 2% target and business confidence keeps juicing markets in anticipation of President Trump’s plan to cut taxes and regulations.
During the Obama years, the Federal Reserve pushed interest rates all the way to the floor, and this artificially boosted the economy. In a recent article, Gail Tverberg explained how this works…
With falling interest rates, monthly payments can be lower, even if prices of homes and cars rise. Thus, more people can afford homes and cars, and factories are less expensive to build. The whole economy is boosted by increased “demand” (really increased affordability) for high-priced goods, thanks to the lower monthly payments. Asset prices, such as home prices and farm prices, can rise because the reduced interest rate for debt makes them more affordable to more buyers. Assets that people already own tend to inflate, making them feel richer. In fact, owners of assets such as homes can borrow part of the increased equity, giving them more spendable income for other things. This is part of what happened leading up to the financial crash of 2008.
But the opposite is also true. When interest rates rise, borrowing money becomes more expensive and economic activity slows down. For the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates right now is absolutely insane. According to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s most recent projection, GDP growth for the first quarter of 2017 is supposed to be an anemic 1.2 percent. Personally, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if we actually ended up with a negative number for the first quarter. As Donald Trump has explained in detail, the U.S. economy is a complete mess right now, and we are teetering on the brink of a new recession. So why in the world would the Fed raise rates unless they wanted to hurt Donald Trump? Raising rates also threatens to bring on a new housing crisis. Interest rates were raised prior to the subprime mortgage meltdown in 2007 and 2008, and now we could see history repeat itself. When rates go higher, it becomes significantly more difficult for families to afford mortgage payments…
The rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage reached its all-time low in November 2012, at just 3.31%. As of this week, it was 4.21%, and by the end of 2018, it could go as high as 5.5%, forecasts Matthew Pointon, a property economist for Capital Economics.
He points out that for a homeowner with a $250,000 mortgage fixed at 3.8%, annual payments are $14,000. If that homeowner moved to a similarly-priced home but had a 5.5% rate, their annual payments would rise by $3,000 a year, to $17,000.
Of course stock investors do not like rising rates at all either. Stocks tend to rise in low rate environments such as we have had for the past several years, and they tend to fall in high rate environments. And according to CNBC, a “coming stock market correction” could be just around the corner…
Investors are in for a rude awakening about a coming stock market correction — most just don’t know it yet. No one knows when the crash will come or what will cause it — and no one can. But what’s worse for most investors is they have no clue how much they stand to lose when it inevitably happens. “If you look at the market historically, we have had, on average, a crash about every eight to 10 years, and essentially the average loss is about 42 percent,” said Kendrick Wakeman, CEO of financial technology and investment analytics firm FinMason.
If stocks start to fall, how low could they ultimately go? One technical analyst that has a stunning record of predicting short-term stock market declines in recent years is saying that the Dow could potentially drop “by more than 6,000 points to 14,800″…
But if the technical stars collide, as one chartist predicts, the blue-chip gauge could soon plunge by more than 6,000 points to 14,800. That’s nearly 30% lower, based on Friday’s close. Sandy Jadeja, chief market strategist at Master Trading Strategies, claims several predicted stock market crashes to his name — all of them called days, or even weeks, in advance. (He told CNBC viewers, for example, that the August 2015 “Flash Crash” was coming 18 days before it hit.) He’s also made prescient calls on gold and crude oil. And he’s extremely concerned about what this year could bring for investors. “The timeline is rapidly approaching” for the next potential Dow meltdown, said Jadeja, who shares his techniques via workshops and seminars.
Most big stock market crashes tend to happen in the fall, and that is what I portray in my novel, but the truth is that they can literally happen at any time. Whether you want to call it a “crash”, a “correction”, or something else, the truth is that a major downturn is coming for stocks and the only question is when it will strike. And when things start to get bad, most of the blame will be dumped on Trump, but it won’t primarily be his fault. It was the Federal Reserve that created this massive financial bubble, and they will also be responsible for popping it. Hopefully we can get the American people to understand how these things really work so that accountability for what is coming can be placed where it belongs.
Hot on the heels of news that the Jesus Film Project® is closing the gap on the number of people groups yet to be reached with the Gospel, the JESUS film is being hailed as one of the most effective evangelistic tools available.
A new Jesus Film Project® study reveals the film JESUS—along with other titles provided by the ministry—have been proven as some of the most powerful tools available in the evangelical world in effectively spreading the gospel.
According to a media release from A. Larry Ross Communications, the study, conducted in conjunction with Masterworks, an independent third-party research firm, quantified the total global impact of Jesus Film Project entities. The research focused on three measures of impact: viewership, indicated decisions to follow Jesus and multiplying communities formed.
Using 2015 as a basis for calculation, research included all mediums in which Jesus Film Project entities can be viewed: television, live showings, online viewings and physical media such as DVDs and SD cards. The results indicated Jesus Film Project tools have been used to initiate more than an estimated 7.5 billion gospel presentations cumulatively since 1979 and have resulted in 490 million people indicating decisions to accept Christ and 2.1 million churches/multiplying communities being launched.
"This new research reflects Jesus Film Project's faithful dedication to completing the Great Commission, not only through direct outreach, but also via partnerships with hundreds of ministries and churches that have utilized our ministry's tools and initiatives," said Josh Newell, director of marketing and communications in a media release. "While we often hear stories about how our films are impacting people's lives, this study solidifies that our efforts are not in vain and God is using Jesus Film Project to spread the gospel worldwide."
With current technological advances, the research shows that in the last 10 years, the way people view JESUS and other Jesus Film Project entities has drastically changed. Television accounted for most of JESUS film viewership prior to 2006, because TV stations would often show the film—in some cases multiple times—during holidays.
Television viewership is now on the decline as people around the world are turning to streaming media such as Apple TV, YouTube and Amazon. Additionally, today's audiences view and interact with media differently than in prior generations, modifying it and re-posting it to their social media profiles.
The Jesus Film Project says that since 2006, it has worked to adapt with these trends. It developed new media to start conversations about Christ including an app streaming JESUS, other full-length films and short films, effective in reaching diverse audiences. These include Magdalena, Rivka and The Story of Jesus for Children.
"It is fantastic to see the work that we have done is being used and multiplied by so many," Newell said. "As we continue to provide excellent tools for ministry use, it will be incredible to see the numbers grow in the next decade."
The last time the Jesus Film Project conducted a comprehensive study to count the total number of lives impacted through exposures to its films and other properties was more than one decade ago.
The JESUS film was envisioned by Bill Bright, co-founder of Cru, and was produced in cooperation with The Genesis Project. JESUS is the most-watched film, according to Guinness Book of World Records and will soon be available in 1,500 languages, with the latest translation in Daasanach, which is currently in production. Codebreakers Share Kim Clement's Word for Today
During Saturday's House of Destiny livestream, Sunil Isaac of Codebreakers shared some of the prophetic visions the late Kim Clement had shared with his followers regarding the moment we are in right now.
Three years ago—before President Donald Trump had even announced he was thinking about running for office—the world-renowned prophet shared a vision of a "WikiLeaks CIA exposure," "Another Snowden," and cries of "Impeach! Impeach!" Those are words we very much see and hear 24-7 in the liberal mainstream media today.
But the reminder is that God has now forsaken us, nor will He forget us. As was written in the Gospel of Matthew, which Clement also shared with his vision:
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore do not fear. You are more valuable than many sparrows. (Matthew 10:29-31, MEV)

Young adults in America are far less likely to identify themselves as "Christians" than previous generations of Americans, but that does not mean that they have given up on searching for spiritual meaning in their lives.
According to Wikipedia, one very popular form of witchcraft known as Wicca has been growing at a rate of more than 100 percent annually in recent years, and this has been happening at a time when Christianity has been in decline in the United States. Of course, other pagan and occult groups have been exploding in popularity as well, and as you will see below, one of the primary reasons for this is because many young adults are seeking ways to rebel against their conservative Christian upbringings.
I have written much about how young adults in this country are far more politically liberal than their parents and grandparents, and this enormous cultural shift in values has a spiritual dimension as well.
A recent Barna Group study found that only 4 percent of Americans aged 18 to 29 have a biblical worldview.
Only 4 percent.
The shocking truth is that the values of most millennials fit much more easily fit into pagan spirituality than they do into most evangelical Christian churches.
If you want to sleep around with as many people as possible, that is OK in witchcraft. If you want to take drugs and get high every day, that is OK in witchcraft. If you want to be a radical pro-abortion feminist, that is OK in witchcraft. If you want to be a gay transsexual exhibitionist, that is OK in witchcraft.
Essentially, one of the great draws of witchcraft is that nobody holds you accountable for anything, and you can do so many of the things that the Bible commands you not to do.
So for those who wish to rebel against their conservative Christian upbringings, getting involved in witchcraft can seem quite natural:
Witchcraft in this context is a "counter spirituality to the religious conservatism that defined many [queer people's] childhoods," as game developer Aevee Bee puts it. The visual novel Bee co-created, We Know The Devil, explores what it means to embrace witchcraft through three queer teens who attend a Christian summer camp, where they spend a night in the woods awaiting the devil. "What [the protagonists] encounter in the woods they understand and perceive as the devil because that is what they have been taught to understand their desires, identity, and love as," Bee says. By embracing the devil, the protagonists find liberation from their religious upbringings, just as someone might by realizing it's acceptable to be queer.
Alex Mar is one prominent author who became deeply involved in the world of witchcraft, but she was not raised that way. In fact, Mar is very open about the fact that she was raised as a Christian:
I was born and raised in New York City, but my roots are more exotic: between my Cuban Catholic mother and my Greek Orthodox father, family religion involved the lushest, most high-drama strains of Christianity. The elaborate clerical robes, the incense and tiers of prayer candles, the stories of the martyrs cut into stained glass, the barely decipherable chants—as a child, these were embedded in my brain. To this day, despite my liberal feminist politics, I still imagine the world as overseen by a handsome, bearded young white man.
She says that once she learned "to think for myself", her liberal political views took her away from the church, and those same political views eventually sparked a curiosity about witchcraft:
Once I was old enough to think for myself, I broke with the church on issues of sexuality, marriage, the right to choose and the concept of "sin"; I also couldn't swallow the thin reasoning behind excluding women from the Catholic and Eastern Orthodox priesthoods. At the same time, however, I was haunted by the memory of high Mass, the sense that there are mysteries in the universe. When I learned that there was a living, growing American witchcraft movement—one that is radically inclusive, that views women as equals to men, and in which God is just as likely to be female—I was instantly curious.
This is why what we feed our minds with is so vitally important.
Our public schools have become liberal indoctrination centers that are teaching our young people to adopt an anti-Christian way of viewing the world, and all of that propaganda is being backed up by the thousands upon thousands of anti-Christian entertainment that our young people are constantly consuming.
So it is actually not a surprise when many of our "Christian young people" end up like this guy:
Dakota Hendrix, a non-binary trans witch based in New York—an identity Hendrix jokingly refers to as "goat femme," describing their combination of body hair, a smoky eye, and talons for nails—says the practice of witchcraft is a way to take control in a world that can be both metaphysically and mortally threatening.
It's a supernatural form of self-defense that Hendrix says includes amulets that fight off mis-gendering, rituals that provide protection when walking down the street, and paying honor to queer and trans ancestors who don't have descendants of their own paying homage. Not to mention—since, Hendrix says, contemporary witchcraft is connected to social justice work—a hex or two on the NYPD for good measure.
But while the rituals are plentiful, the rules are not, and Hendrix says being a witch is all about choosing one's own path: "Being a witch is being autonomous; that's the whole point. That's how we draw power. We are defying the patriarchy, we are defying the submissive norm."
Allowing our children to immerse themselves in popular culture is doing far more harm than most of us originally realized.
Popular culture is trying to take the next generation away from Christianity, and it is imperative that we start to understand this. And actually, many of the "stars" our young people idolize are actually into the occult themselves, and once in a while they even admit this openly:
"I'm really a witch," rapper Azealia Banks quipped last January, shortly before all hell broke loose on her Twitter account.
Banks is known for her online rants. She tends to share fairly dense ideas, spontaneously spun out in punchy lines liberally interspersed with curse words. I don't know a person on this earth who can agree with every one of them, but her opinions are smarter than she usually gets credit for.
Still, even by Banks' standards, the witch thing was weird. It came out in the middle of a run about black Americans and their relationship to Christianity:
I wonder if most of the black American Christians in the U.S. know WHY they are Christian. I wonder if they even consider for a SECOND that before their ancestors came to the Americas that they may have believed in something ELSE.
As a Christian, it deeply alarms me that we are losing an entire generation of Americans.
If we keep doing the same things we have been doing, we will continue to get similar results. That is one of the reasons I laid out a recipe for spiritual renewal in my latest book, entitled The Rapture Verdict, and my hope is that the church establishment will embrace what watchmen such as myself are saying instead of fighting it.
If we continue on with business as usual, the evangelical church in America will continue to shrink and multitudes of our young people will continue to seek out other outlets for their spirituality.
At the same time that interest in witchcraft is growing, interest in Satanism is skyrocketing as well. I recently wrote about how the Satanic Temple has experienced a huge surge in membership since Donald Trump's election victory in November, and at Clemson University students are reportedly going to hold a "lamb sacrifice" and a "Bible burning" to celebrate the opening of a new campus chapel:
The poster contains imagery associated with Satanism, like pentagrams and an illustration of the goat-headed Baphomet.
It goes on to state that a live lamb will be provided for sacrifice by "[their] friends" at the Clemson Collegiate Farm Bureau. A Bible-torching ceremony is listed as part of the proceedings, with a cash prize for the student who burns the most Bibles. Finally, attendees are invited partake in a pentagram completion event, where they will "help summon Baphomet to celebrate the new Clemson Chapel."
There was a time when it would have been unthinkable to put up a poster like that in America, but unfortunately those days are long gone.
Christianity is on the decline in this nation, and witchcraft and Satanism are on the rise.
We desperately need a major spiritual renewal, so my hope is that the church in America will wake up soon.
