God’s Will for 21st Century Christians. What do Christians Expect?

God’s Will for 21st Century Christians. What do Christians Expect?

Elena Silva, Facebook

Just wanting to publicly say "Praise Abba for His lovingkindness!!!" More and more I have been sensing that we need to get tougher and stop expecting life to be all wonderful and flowery for us.

I used to feel I just needed to find a way to get more money or more stuff so I could stop my suffering. More and more I feel like I need to be ready to lay my very life down for Him, be willing to suffer, be willing to give up all comfort to do His will.

But at the same time, I trust in His goodness, because I've seen after a season of hard times, He often gives a breather a relief. I've seen enough bad and enough good to know that whatever we are going through now will not last forever.

If you are suffering and crying, someday you will be laughing and rejoicing. If you are celebrating and singing, the day is coming when you will be strapping on your armor and setting your face like flint.

I just came through a very, very hard season and stepped into a completely new season where I can't really remember when I've felt so relieved and happy. And even as I enjoy the rest He's given me from sorrow, I know I need to prepare myself for the battle ahead... and something amazing about that is that I'm not bothered that this won't last.

This whole life is a war. We won't be done until we're DONE.

But, Abba, thank you so much for just a little break. Precious fellowship, goat's milk 😆, doing things I've always wanted to do, and feeling free to be myself. 🥰

A brother shared this and it was exactly what has been on my heart as well:

"God's "will" for 21st century Chistians in the West:

- Self Goals

- Success Story

- Worldly Acceptance

- Fairytale Ending

God's will for the disciples:

- Rejection

- Trials

- Persecution

- Death (martyrdom)

God's will for Paul:

2 Corinthians 11:24-27 Five times from the Jewish leaders I received forty lashes minus one. Three times I was beaten with rods. Once I was stoned. Three times I suffered shipwreck. A night and a day I spent in the open sea. In my many journeys I have been in dangers from rivers, dangers from robbers, dangers from my countrymen, dangers from the Gentiles, dangers in the city, dangers in the desert, dangers in the sea, dangers among false brothers, in labor and hardship, through many sleepless nights, in hunger and thirst, often without food, in cold and exposure.

The issue with us western Christians boils down to this one thing: COMFORT" end quote

Love you all!

Feasts of the Lord. We Celebrate.

The biblical feasts, as outlined in Leviticus 23, are seven "appointed times" for God's people, consisting of the Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of First Fruits, Pentecost (or Feast of Weeks), Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles. These feasts have historical, agricultural, and prophetic significance, pointing to God's past works, present blessings, and future plan for humanity, which is often seen as being fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

The Seven Feasts of the Lord

These feasts are significant because they were commanded by God as holy convocations, meant to be sacred and set apart.

1. Passover (Pesach)

This foundational feast commemorates God's deliverance of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt.

2. Feast of Unleavened Bread:

This seven-day festival, following Passover, marks the departure from Egypt and symbolizes a life without the "leaven" of sin.

3. Feast of First Fruits (Bikkurim):

This feast celebrates the first harvest and represents the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who was raised from the dead as the first to experience eternal life.

first fruits – Christianity Truth or Tradition

4. Pentecost (Feast of Weeks, Shavuot):

Held 50 days after Passover, this feast celebrates the harvest and signifies the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the apostles.

5. Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah):

This feast marks the beginning of the civil year and is associated with a trumpet's call, foreshadowing Jesus's second coming.

6. Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur):

This is a day of repentance and atonement, a solemn observance that points to a future complete reconciliation between God and His people.

7. Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot):

This festival celebrates God's provision during Israel's time in the wilderness and looks forward to a time of future fulfillment and God's presence with humanity.

Significance

Prophetic Meaning:

The feasts provide a framework for understanding God's plan for salvation, revealing events from the past, present, and future.

Jesus Christ's Fulfillment:

Many Christians believe these feasts were fulfilled or will be fulfilled in significant ways through Jesus Christ.

Worship:

God commanded these feasts as a way for the Israelites to worship Him, remember His actions, and maintain faithfulness.

Any Questions? Shikero Mariq

Any Questions? Shikero  Mariq

Let’s just be clear about something.

- If you held a hostage in your house, you are not innocent.

- If you invaded Israel on 10/7, you’re not innocent.

- If you spat on the hostages as they were dragged into Gaza, you’re not innocent.

- If you tried to lynch the hostages when they were being released, you’re not innocent.

- If you knew where a hostage was being held and didn’t disclose that to Israel (despite the $5 million offer), you’re not innocent.

- If you voted for Hamas, you’re not innocent.

- If you praise or condone terror in any capacity, you’re not innocent.

- If you throw rocks at people or cars, you’re not innocent.

- If you have ever waved the flag of a terrorist organization, you’re not innocent.

- If you’ve collaborated with terrorists in any way, you’re not innocent.

- If you teach your kids to kill Jews, you’re not innocent.

- If you call for the genocide of the Jewish people by chanting things like “From the river to the sea…”, which means to erase Israel, you’re not innocent.

- If you declare that Hitler was right, you’re not innocent.

- If you have accompanied Hamas as a “Journalist” or knowingly hid them in the hospital you work, you’re not innocent.

- If you harass Jews on the internet or in real life, whether vocally or physically, you’re not innocent.

Now that we cleared that up, what percent of Gazans, in your opinion, is innocent?

Now compare that to the percent of innocent Germans killed in WWII.

Unless you oppose the defeat of the Nazis, you should stand by Israel as it eliminates the Nazis of our generation.

Given the definitions above combined with my personal familiarity with the indoctrination of ‘Palestinian’ kids, some of whom become terrorists at a very young age (like the kid who murdered my brother.), I’d estimate that 95% of Gaza is not innocent.

The issue is, per the world’s normal hypocrisy and double standards, when it comes to Israel, the definition of innocent changes. Just like the definition of genocide and the definition of famine changed.

Gaza is a deeply indoctrinated society that is rotten to the core and like Nazi Germany, needs to be defeated completely until total surrender. Then it needs to be denazified from the ground up, no matter how long it takes.

Any questions?

We stand. We win.

We stand with Israel. We do what we are called to do. With the leading of Yeshua (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh), we hear and obey.
