Bible's Direct Warning to Iran ✡ "He Removes Kings"

He removes kings and sets up kings; He grants wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who know understanding.

Today's Israel Inspiration

Let today's verse be a warning to those who stand in power and seek to harm the Jewish nation. Daniel foresaw the downfall of the Babylonian empire and its mighty king Nebuchadnezzar who destroyed the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Daniel delivers a strong message that God "removes kings" and establishes new ruling powers. Stand on the side of good against evil, and show your unequivocal support for the nation of Israel, a safe haven not only for Jews but for Christians and all faiths. This vital petition will be presented to US presidential candidates. #StandAgainstIran

Today's Israel Inspiration

Israel’s Independence Day, which falls next Tuesday, is always preceded by Yom Hazikaron, a Memorial Day for the fallen soldiers. The reason for connecting these two days is very clear: Israelis owe their independence to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for it. In honor of these upcoming holidays, support the LIBI Fund, the official fund of the IDF, and you'll receive an Israeli flag pin!

Israel Air Force Welcomes 'Samson' to Fleet

Hercules cargo plane from the USA to Israel

Israel Air Force

Welcomes 'Samson' to Fleet

JERUSALEM, Israel -- While talk of politics and peace talks lead some to question the U.S.-Israel relationship, the delivery of a new Hercules cargo plane highlights the strong military ties between the two countries.

Top U.S. and Israeli officials greeted the first of six U.S.-made transport aircraft sold to Israel as it landed at the Nevatim Air Force base, in Israel's southern Negev Desert. The deal is seen as a milestone in U.S.-Israel relations.

"The new capability will extend the long arm of the Israeli Air Force," Israeli Air Force chief Maj. Gen. Amir Eshel said.

The C-130 has been around since the 1950s. But this newer model can fly higher and is bigger, faster, and quieter. It can fly 4,000 miles without refueling. That's like flying from Canada to Israel or nearly four times the distance from Israel to Iran.

Eshel calls it the best plane of its kind.

"It will be able to operate long ranges, variety of missions, day and night, all weather. All type of joint operations with other special forces in the Israeli Defense Forces," Eshel said.

Almost 40 years ago, Israeli commandos used an older C-130 as part of the raid on Uganda's Entebbe Airport to rescue hostages from a hijacked Air France flight.

"Traveling over 2,500 miles at low altitude under cover of complete darkness it was Israeli C-130s Hercules aircraft that brought the commandos to the fight and delivered the hostages from peril to freedom," U.S. Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro said during a welcoming ceremony.

Dubbed the Super Hercules, Israel named its new C-130-J after the biblical hero Samson, or Shimshon in Hebrew.

Shapiro called the name fitting.

"More than 3,000 years ago Shimshon became a judge for Israel, renowned for his cleverness, wisdom, fearlessness, and above all his strength," Shapiro said.

"These three qualities epitomize the Israeli Air Force -- clever technological innovations, wise and judicious use of force, calm in the face of adversity and valor, bravery combined with compassion," he added.

CBN News received an inside look at the aircraft. Lt. Col "A," whose identity we've hidden for security reasons, flew this first plane to Israel.

"It's better than what I ever flew," Lt. Col "A" said. "It has a lot more capabilities, a lot more possibilities of being precise and safe on missions."

Developed by Lockheed Martin in the United States, Israel customized its aircraft with some special systems.

"With all the Israeli systems in it it will out-perform any C-130-J in the world, I think, and give the Israeli Air Force and the IDF better possibilities and advantages in all its challenges," Lt. Col. "A" told CBN News.

American chief test pilot Wayne Roberts said they're pleased to have the plane in the Israeli Air Force.

"It's really neat to be a part of it. The crew worked together and they just really did a great job and it was really fun to work with them," Roberts said.

BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS: IAF Allegedly Carries Out Covert Airstrike on Syrian Missile System

IAF Allegedly Carries Out Covert Airstrike on Syrian Missile System

“No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17)

Evidence is growing suggesting that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) carried out a secret aerial strike against missile launching sites in the coastal town of Latakia, Syria. The Russian made missile launchers were used by forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Asshad. Israeli officials are neither confirming nor denying the reports of the secret mission.
Lebanese media reported the sighting of Israeli aircraft in Lebanese airspace shortly before loud explosions rocked Latakia. IAF aircraft would have to pass through Lebanese airspace in order to reach targets on the Syrian coastal plain. The NNA Lebanese Ministry of Information published a final report stating: “On Sunday at 10:45 pm, two Israeli war planes violated Lebanese airspace off west Batroun, executed circular flight over the Lebanese regions; and then left at 11:55pm, off west Nakoura village.”

Israel has been closely monitoring the situation in Syria since the beginning of the civil war. Assad has aligned himself with several terror organizations, including the Lebanese based Hezbollah and al-Qaeda. Israel has made it clear that it would not tolerate the transfer of weapons from Assad to Hezbollah and would do all in its power to halt any threats posed to Israeli security.

The S-300 surface-to-air missile system was first sent to Assad by Russia in the spring of 2013. Many view this move as a tactic by Russia to deter the United States and other Western powers to intervene in the Syrian Civil War. The arms transfer agreement stipulated that Assad was not allowed to legally transfer the weapons to a third party. However, Israel does not think that the Syrians will hold to their side of the agreement.
The S-300 system, should they fall into the hands of Hezbollah, would allow the terrorist organization to shoot missiles much further into Israeli territory. Cities such as Haifa, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem would be in the danger zone should Hezbollah have the capabilities provided by the S-300 system.
Last November, Israel conducted a similar airstrike on Latakia, a stronghold for Assad, and targeted missiles and other weaponry being stored in the area. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made clear to Russian President Vladimir Putin that Israel vehemently opposes any weaponry system reaching Syia.

Stand In Solidarity With Israel

Christian Lawmakers Gather In Jerusalem To Stand In Solidarity With Israel

Twenty-five members of parliaments and congresses from around the world gathered in Jerusalem to stand in solidarity with Israel. These lawmakers are the chairmen of Israel Allies Caucuses which represent hundreds of members of Congress and Parliament worldwide. Under the Israel Allies Foundation (IAF), these caucuses coordinate international activity on Israel-related issues. Over the Sukkot festival, the participating lawmakers met with Minister of Defense, Moshe Ya’alon, Minister of Economy, Naftali Bennettand others.
The 2013 Chairman’s Conference is the initiative of the Israel Allies Foundation and is co-sponsored by the World Jewish Congress and the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. The Chairman’s Conference took place on September 22nd and 23rd, 2013 at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem.
The participants included members of Congress from the US, and members of Parliament from the European Union, Canada, the UK, Brazil, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Macedonia, Poland, South Africa, Guatemala, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and Uruguay.
During the two-day conference, the lawmakers discussed ways to strengthen Israel and specifically address the recent European boycott of Israeli products and academia in Judea and Samaria  and Jerusalem. Participants called this ban an act of discrimination and a move destructive to peace efforts. The delegation also toured Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and met with top Israeli government officials including: Minister Naftali Bennett and Minister Moshe Ya’alon.
British MEP Roger Helmer exclaimed, “I was struck by how tiny the state of Israel is if you remove Judah and Samaria. They are an intrinsic part of Israel…This interest is beneficial not only to Israeli residents but to all other residents in that area as well.”
IAF President, Rabbi Benny Elon said, “The arrival of more than 20 parliamentarians representing hundreds of pro-Israel Congressmen and Parliamentarians from around the world, presents a clear picture of massive international support for the Jewish State. This is a tremendous demonstration of strength. After meeting personally with these Parliamentarians, I am sure that their sympathy and support for Israel will translate into practical measures against the boycotts on Israel and its economy.”
The planned EU ban on Israeli institutions in east Jerusalem and Judah and Samaria is both discrimination and destructive, and based on a prejudiced interpretation of the situation on the ground and of international law. I applaud the action taken by this international parliamentary body,” Alon added.
US Rep. Doug Lamborn, who has also co-sponsored HB 2846, also known as the “Recognition of Jerusalem as the Capital of the State of Israel Act” said, “We urge the EU to halt these harmful directives which will only serve to harden positions and undermine peace talks currently underway.”
Deputy Minister of Defense Danny Dannon lauded the esteemed group for their efforts, telling them, “I want to thank the Israel Allies Foundation, and you, the lawmakers, for standing with Israel and for what is right. I know it is not easy and that you are in the minority but you are doing the right thing.”
