Israelis Supernaturally Healed by Jesus' Power

Standing With Israel
Last week was an amazing week. It all started several months ago when two Israeli believers were inspired by YouTube videos of Todd White. If you have not seen Todd's testimony, he was saved out of decades of drug addiction. He now shares Yeshua with nearly everyone he meets, and there is usually a healing or word of knowledge involved.
These young men felt that if Todd could simply take God at his word, then certainly they could. They began to go out on the streets of Tel Aviv and ask people if they needed healing. Most of the people they prayed for were healed. It began to spread throughout our congregation and now much of the body of believers in Israel.
Todd White in Israel
When we heard that Todd would be in Israel, we arranged a night for him to minister to Israeli believers. GODTV, where I serve as the Israel regional director, agreed to host the event. Over 300 people came—standing room only.
On the way to the meeting, I asked Todd to lay hands on me and pray that I, too, would be able move in the supernatural as I shared Yeshua with Israelis. While I know that I can go directly to God and pray for such things, I have learned that when someone who is doing it prays for you, there is a special oomph.
Mahmoud's Knee
That was Sunday night. We stayed in Jerusalem all week in a hotel for the annual FIRM conference. On the second morning, I saw Mahmoud cleaning my room. I asked him if he needed healing. His knee was in pain. We prayed and, what do you know, this Muslim man was instantly healed! I shared with him about Yeshua. The next day, he came to the room and said to Elana, "Please thank your husband for praying for me. I have no pain in my knee. I can't believe it!"
Achmad's Back
The next day, I met Achmad. He had back pain. I have learned that most hotel workers have back pain. I prayed for him, the presence of God came and he too was healed. The smile on their faces after God healed them was amazing.
Rafa's Knee Brace
The next morning, Rafa, also a Muslim who works in the restaurant in the hotel had a knee brace on. I prayed for him, and I could feel the power of God going into him. He was instantly healed and overjoyed. The next day, he was all smiles, and we videotaped him.
Sudanese Refugee
The day before we left, I saw another worker cleaning rooms. He was a Sudanese refugee. We have many in Israel who fled the racism, rape and murder from Sudanese Arabs. He told me that on Sunday he was scheduled to see a doctor because his back was in so much pain he could not even work. We prayed, and he told me he felt something like heat and electricity going into him and was instantly healed. We taped him and saw him the next day—still healed.
Lital the Israeli Heard
Up until now, I had not prayed for an Israeli Jew in the hotel—three Muslims and one agnostic. Of course, they are all deeply precious to God, and I shared the gospel with each of them. But my passion and calling is toward Israelis. On Friday morning as we checked out, the young lady at the front desk, Lital, said to me, "I heard that you are a healer." She explained how each of these workers had all told her that they were healed after receiving prayer. I explained it was Yeshua who heals, but I can pray. She had hurt her knee that morning.
I had her sit down, and I prayed for her knee. And the precious young Israeli felt the presence of God as He healed her knee completely. When I taped her, she kept saying that I healed her, and I kept correcting her, saying that it was Yeshua. In Hebrew, Yeshua and Joshua are the same name. She didn't understand that I was not speaking of Yeshua, son of Nun, but Yeshua, Son of God. However, overjoyed by what happened, she took a copy of my book, Identity Theft, in Hebrew and promised to read it.
Your Turn
Now it is your turn to pray for them by name that God will continue to reveal Yeshua to them. For the Muslims, it is very difficult to leave Islam. It is drilled into you that you can never leave. It is hard for Jewish people as well, as we are taught that Yeshua is not the Messiah. But with Jews, we are not telling them to change religions but to embrace their Messiah.
And it is your turn to use the power that God has given you. It is time to get stirred and seek God, and then, step out in faith.
'When They Heard'
We are on the verge of something special here. I told my congregation, the week before when I was teaching, that if we continue to pray for the sick—not in the congregation but on the streets—they are going to start coming to us asking for prayer. Just like in the days of Yeshua, they heard about His miracles and sought Him out.
"and Jerusalem, and Idumea, and from beyond the Jordan. And those from Tyre and Sidon, a great crowd, when they heard what great things He did, came to Him" (Mark 3:8).
"When she had heard of Jesus, she came in the crowd behind Him and touched His garment" (Mark 5:27).
"When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out" (Mark 10:47).
And that is what happened. The Israeli girl heard how four of her team members were healed and sought me out, assuming I was some healerOf course, there is only one Healer, and healing their bodies is not His primary aim, rather using the supernatural to allow Him to heal their souls.

Go See 'In Our Hands,' Which Tells the Miracle Story of the Six-Day War - Special Encore Presentation June 1, 2017! - STEVE STRANG CHARISMA MAGAZINE

Go See 'In Our Hands,' Which Tells the Miracle Story of the Six-Day War

SPECIAL ENCORE PRESENTATION THURSDAY, JUNE 1 - IN THEATERS AGAIN
Fifty years ago, a miracle happened. Israel defeated their neighbors in what has become known as the Six-Day War and reunified Jerusalem for the first time in approximately 2,000 years.
Gordon Robertson of CBN had the vision to create a docudrama drawing from the actual journals, recordings and interviews with survivors of what happened in faithful hours. It is showing on Tuesday, May 23, in more than 700 theaters around the country—for one night only.
I had the privilege of screening the movie in advance, and it is excellent, which you can tell from the trailer here. It tells the story from the Jewish perspective and reveals a great deal of little-known but very interesting information, such as how the soldiers who took the Temple Mount were actually reservists rather than an elite military team. The film also gives some insight into the personalities of some of those involved.
I was pleased to interview Robertson on my "Strang Report" podcast, which you can listen to below. He talks about how the Six-Day War is a fulfillment of Luke 21:24 (MEV), "And Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled."
In 1967, Gordon was only 9 when his father, Pat Robertson—who has been a strong supporter for Israel for decades and is a real student of Bible prophecy—sat the family down and told them the significance of what was happening in the Six-Day War.
On our calendar, the anniversary of the beginning of The Six-Day War is June 5, but because the Jewish calendar is different, it is actually May 23 when the Jews celebrate Jerusalem Day worldwide. This significant day, Yom Yerushalayim, is the day the movie is being released.
President Donald Trump had planned a major speech from Masada—the site in the Judaean wilderness where Jews fought the Romans until the last person died. Instead, the speech will come at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem (the location hadn't changed when the podcast was recorded). This is the first international trip of his Trump's presidency, and he obviously picked this date because of the significance to the Jewish people in order to make a point.
Sadly, the Obama administration almost seemed more sympathetic toward Israel's Arab enemies than it did to Israel. In the closing days of Obama's administration, the United States abstained from vetoing a United Nations resolution that condemned Israel for "occupying" the West Bank, which includes East Jerusalem.
As Gordon points out in the podcast, the Six-Day War is more than politics. It was God Almighty who prophesied in His Word that this war would happen. For Christians, it is also significant because the area being disputed is also the sight of the Holy Sepulchre, the Garden of Gethsemane and the City of David.
While the prophecy in Luke 21:24 was fulfilled in 1967, Gordon explains there is another great prophecy—that all the nations of the world will assemble against Jerusalem (Zech. 14:2). This is something that is obviously very serious and, as a strong supporter of Israel, I hate to think the United States would ever align with the enemies of Israel to oppose that country.
I plan to personally invite some Jewish friends to see the movie with me next Tuesday, and I urge you to do the same. In fact, you can get group tickets by visiting inourhands1967.com.
I congratulate Gordon Robertson and his team on an excellent project. The timing is incredible. My hope is that this movie will help reveal to those who may be on the fence regarding the Israel-Arab conflict how God's hand is on the nation of Israel and on the events of 1967.
Please share this on social media as well as with members of your church and others in your circle of influence, and let's pack out those theaters on Tuesday, May 23.

"In Our Hands" Movie Marks 50th Anniversary of 1967 Battle for Jerusalem
The brave men of the 55th paratrooper brigade changed the course of history in 1967. Hear Gordon Robertson share about the movie, "In Our Hands," which retells the story of these men and the impact of the Six-Day war. Listen to find out how you can see the movie.

Israelis expect big things from Trump's upcoming visit - Israel Today

Israelis expect big things from Trump's upcoming visit

Wednesday, May 03, 2017 |  Israel Today Staff
US President Donald Trump is expected to visit Israel later this month, and many believe he's going to use the occasion to drop a couple of diplomatic bombshells.
First, according to Israel's Yediot Ahronot daily, Trump will renege on his election promise to move the US embassy back to Jerusalem.
Many speculate that it is, in fact, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government that are blocking the move, which Trump would make if the matter were entirely up to him. (see the upcoming June issue of Israel Today Magazine for more on this)
But the second bombshell should assuage some of Israelis' disappointment over the first.
Yediot further reports that Trump plans to make a public statement reversing official US foreign policy and explicitly recognizing a united Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
At the same time, it was reported that Trump will express support for the birth of a Palestinian state as a result of a bilateral agreement.
Of course, as past US presidents have learned, the Palestinian leadership will accept no deal that doesn't include Israel's surrender of Jerusalem.

Poll: Overwhelming Majority of Israelis Want Right-Wing Gov't - Israel Today

Poll: Overwhelming Majority of Israelis Want Right-Wing Gov't

Poll: Overwhelming Majority of Israelis Want Right-Wing Gov't - Israel Today
Thursday, April 06, 2017 |  Israel Today Staff
There’s growing talk of early elections in Israel (not that that’s anything new), but yet another poll shows that all that’d be accomplished would be to further solidify Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s mandate to govern.
According to the monthly Peace Index conducted by the Israel Democracy Institute, an overwhelming 70 percent majority of Israelis want a right-wing, conservative government.
A mere 24 percent want a left-wing government.
And while Netanyahu’s Likud wouldn’t necessarily emerge with a clear majority of its own, there is little, if any, doubt that it would remain the strongest of the right-wing parties.
And that means Netanyahu would would almost certainly remain prime minister.

Netanyahu Tells Israelis to Calm Down Over Trump Meeting - Israel Today

Netanyahu Tells Israelis to Calm Down Over Trump Meeting

Sunday, February 12, 2017 |  Israel Today Staff
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is meeting with US President Donald Trump in Washington on Wednesday.
Right-wing Israelis especially are anxious over the gathering, hoping that Netanyahu will take advantage of Trump’s sympathy for Israel to end the charade of the land-for-peace process.
And if he doesn’t, Netanyahu could be in for a political firestorm at home.
Education Minister Naftali Bennett wrote on Facebook that if Netanyahu and Trump come out of the meeting and mention a commitment to the two-state solution, “it will impact us directly for years to come. It will be an earthquake.”
Like many Israelis, Bennett sees in Trump an opportunity for Israel to wrest itself free from a destructive peace process that has only brought decades of escalated conflict and bloodshed.
At Sunday’s cabinet meeting, Netanyahu tried to downplay the significance of the meeting a little, insisting that even with a president like Trump, there are limitations.
“I understand that there is great excitement in advance of this meeting, driven by various motivations. But I only have one motivation: My utmost consideration is to ensure Israel’s security and strengthen our relationship with the United States as well as the joint interests that stand behind it,” Netanyahu told his ministers.
“To think that there are no limits with Trump is a mistake,” he added. “After eight years of complicated maneuvering in the Obama era, we need to continue to act judiciously during the Trump era.”
