'Have You Been There All My Life?': The Millennial Social Media Star Who Met God in a Supernatural Way

Here is a special guest blog by CBN's Emily Jones. Buckle up, it's an amazing story.
Sazan Hendrix is a woman who's taking the beauty world by the reins and isn't letting go! I, like millions of others, were drawn to her style and beauty tips. But go beyond that bright smile and even brighter personality and you'll find a woman who was once desperately searching for God -- until the day He showed up in her bedroom.
"I had my identity crisis in college when I was 20," she told me. "I didn't really know who God was."
Sazan is Kurdish and grew up in a predominantly Muslim culture. But while she called herself Muslim on paper, she never practiced their culture's faith and felt completely lost the night her identity crisis became unbearable. That all changed when her Christian best friend named Stevie challenged her to do the unthinkable – really talk to God.
"He said, 'you know what, when you go home tonight why don't you just ask God to reveal himself to you through your dreams?'"
"So, I literally went home that night and I prayed differently than I had ever done my whole life," she says. "And I just said 'I don't know who you are ...have you been there for me my whole life? Do you hear my prayers? Reveal yourself to me.'"
Boy, did God show up.
"That night I literally had a dream that I was in a church worshipping Jesus' name…It was an out of body experience dream where I felt that love. I felt that worship. I felt it all," she told me. "I could see myself in those stands and my hands were in the air. I could see myself worshipping Jesus."
Funny thing is, she had never stepped foot inside a church before and had no clue what worship even looked like.
"When I had that dream I knew it wasn't just a coincidence… I was about to step into the light after I felt like I had been in the dark for so long," she says.
And it only got better from there.
"For two weeks straight after I had that amazing dream I started having these prophetic dreams…I started to get to know this Jesus guy through my dreams and for me, that was all I needed to know that this was the truth."
But her parents weren't happy about her new faith.
"They were so upset," Sazan says."They told me, 'never tell us when you go to church because we don't want to hear about it.'"
But what completely severed their relationship was when Sazan broke Kurdish tradition and married Stevie -- a man with no connection to the Kurdish culture.
But while Sazan endured years of painful silent treatment from her family, they eventually reconnected with her after seeing how Jesus changed her.

Now, Sazan uses her beauty platform to minister to millions of people like me. She has some pretty familiar advice – just talk to God.
"God just wants you to talk to him. He wants to you listen…It's amazing when you open your eyes and ears what God can show you."
Spoken like a true pro. Jesus has a habit of showing up and showing out when we just open our mouths and start with that first "hello."

21 New Numbers That Show That The Global Economy Is Absolutely Imploding - Michael Snyder THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

Earth At Night - Public Domain

Posted: 16 Feb 2016  Michael Snyder  THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

After a series of stunning declines through the month of January and the first half of February, global financial markets seem to have found a patch of relative stability at least for the moment.  But that does not mean that the crisis is over.  On the contrary, all of the hard economic numbers that are coming in from around the world tell us that the global economy is coming apart at the seams.

This is especially true when you look at global trade numbers.  The amount of stuff that is being bought, sold and shipped around the planet is falling precipitously.  So don’t be fooled if stocks go up one day or down the next.  The truth is that we are in the early chapters of a brand new economic meltdown, and I believe that all of the signs indicate that it will continue to get worse in the months ahead.  The following are 21 new numbers that show that the global economy is absolutely imploding…

#1 Chinese exports fell by 11.2 percent year over year in January.

#2 Chinese imports were even worse in January.  On a year over year basis, they declined a whopping 18.8 percent.

#3 It may be hard to believe, but Chinese imports have now plunged for 15 months in a row.

#4 In India, exports were down 13.6 percent on a year over year basis in January.

#5 In Japan, exports declined 8 percent in December on a year over year basis, while imports plummeted 18 percent.

#6 For the sixth time in six years, Japanese GDP growth has gone negative.

#7 In the United States, exports were down 7 percent on a year over year basis in December.

#8 U.S. factory orders have fallen for 14 months in a row.

#9 The Restaurant Performance Index in the United States has dropped to the lowest level that we have seen since 2008.

#10 This month the Baltic Dry Index fell below 300 for the first time ever.

#11 It is now cheaper to rent a 1,100 foot merchant vessel than it is to rent a Ferrari.

#12 Orders for Class 8 trucks in the United States dropped by 48 percent on a year over year basis in January.

#13 Due to a lack of demand for trucks, Daimler just laid off 1,250 U.S. workers.

#14 Even though Saudi Arabia and Russia have agreed to freeze oil production at current levels, the price of U.S. oil has still fallen below 30 dollars a barrel.

#15 It is being reported that 35 percent of all oil and gas companies around the world are at risk of falling into bankruptcy.

#16 According to CNN, 67 oil and gas companies in the United States filed for bankruptcy during 2015.

#17 The number of job cuts in the United States skyrocketed 218 percent during the month of January according to Challenger, Gray & Christmas.

#18 All over America, retail stores are shutting down at a stunning pace.  The following list of store closures comes from one of my previous articles

-Wal-Mart is closing 269 stores, including 154 inside the United States.

-K-Mart is closing down more than two dozen stores over the next several months.

-J.C. Penney will be permanently shutting down 47 more stores after closing a total of 40 stores in 2015.

-Macy’s has decided that it needs to shutter 36 stores and lay off approximately 2,500 employees.

-The Gap is in the process of closing 175 stores in North America.

-Aeropostale is in the process of closing 84 stores all across America.

-Finish Line has announced that 150 stores will be shutting down over the next few years.

-Sears has shut down about 600 stores over the past year or so, but sales at the stores that remain open continue to fall precipitously.

#19 The price of gold is enjoying its best quarterly performance in 30 years.

#20 Global stocks have fallen into bear market territory, which means that about one-fifth of all global stock market wealth has already been wiped out.

#21 Unfortunately for global central banks, they have pretty much run out of ammunition.  Since March 2008, central banks have cut interest rates 637 times and they have purchased a staggering 12.3 trillion dollars worth of assets.  There is not much more that they can do, and now the next great crisis is upon us.

Without any outside influences, the global economy and the global financial system will continue to rapidly fall apart.

But if we do have a major “black swan event” take place, that could cause the bottom to fall out at any moment.

In particular, I am deeply concerned about the possibility that World War III could be sparked in the Middle East.  In an article that I published earlier today entitled “Turkey Is Asking The United States To Take Part In A Ground Invasion Of Syria“, I included a quote from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu that reveals just how eager Turkey and Saudi Arabia are for war to begin…
Some countries like us, Saudi Arabia and some other Western European countries have said that a ground operation is necessary,” Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told Reuters in an interview.
However, this kind of action could not be left to regional powers alone. “To expect this only from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Qatar is neither right nor realistic. If such an operation is to take place, it has to be carried out jointly, like the (coalition) air strikes,” he said.
The Turks and the Saudis very much want the United States to take a leading role in any ground invasion of Syria, but the Obama administration is not likely to do that.

So we shall see if the Turks and the Saudis are willing to go ahead without us.  Let us hope that they do not decide to invade Syria, because that could start the biggest war in the Middle East that any of us have ever seen.

Unfortunately, Turkey is already attacking.

Turkey has been shelling Kurdish and Syrian military positions in northern Syria for four days in a row even though the Obama administration has been urging them to stop.

The first month and a half of 2016 has already been quite chaotic, and the stage is set for global events to greatly accelerate during the months ahead.

Sadly, the mainstream media in the United States is largely ignoring the preparations for a ground invasion of Syria, and they keep telling us that the global economy is going to be just fine, so most ordinary Americans are going to be absolutely blindsided by what is about to happen.

Fierce Female Christian Warriors Take on ISIS

“Be strong, and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The Lord will do what is good in his sight.” (2 Samuel 10:12)
Fifty Syriac Christian women in Syria’s Hasakeh region have left their homes, families, and jobs behind in order to join an all-female battalion formed to fight the growing menace of the Islamic State.
The battalion, known as the “Female Protection Forces of the Land Between the Two Rivers” – those two rivers being the Tigris and Euphrates – graduated its first recruits in August. So far, about fifty women have graduated from its training camp in the town of Al-Qahtaniyeh.
Syriac Christians, who pray in the ancient Aramaic language, follow the eastern Christian tradition. Both Orthodox and Catholic branches exist within the community, which makes up about 15 percent of Syria’s Christian population.
The Christian community in Syria constituted about five percent of the country’s total population before the conflict with ISIS began. Since then, the militant Islamic state has systematically driven thousands of Syrian Christians from their homeland and killed and enslaved thousands more.
The women in the new all-female battalion are eager to join the resistance against ISIS. Some credit their religious values with the desire to enter the fight. According to the Times of Israel, one fighter, Babylonia, 36, told AFP, “I’m a practicing Christian and thinking about my children makes me stronger and more determined in my fight against Daesh (ISIS).”

She said that her husband, also a fighter, encouraged her to join the battalion, leaving behind their two children. “I miss Limar and Gabriella and worry that they must be hungry, thirsty and cold. But I try to tell them I’m fighting to protect their future,” she told AFP.
Indeed, the future is dark for women and children under the control of ISIS, which has notoriously built a network of sex slavery, trading and selling kidnapped and enslaved women throughout their territory.
The battalion has already seen action, fighting alongside the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which is made up of a coalition of Kurdish, Arab and Christian fighters, to capture the strategically located town of Al-Hol. The victory was significant for the SDF, as the town lies on a key route between ISIS-controlled territory in Syria and Iraq.
The Syriac Female Protection Forces are not the first all-female fighting unit to face ISIS. Last summer, a unit made up of Yazidi women, who are among the most persecuted under ISIS, formed to take on the sprawling jihadist state, which has kidnapped and killed thousands of Yazidis.

Israeli Pastor Speaks of Mid-East Awakening - ISRAEL TODAY

Israeli Pastor Speaks of Mid-East Awakening

Sunday, May 25, 2014 |  Charles Gardner  ISRAEL TODAY
A Jesus movement among both Jews and Muslims in the Middle East has been described by a Japanese-American pastor as a spiritual awakening that has never been seen before.
Peter Tsukahira was addressing a conference in Jerusalem aimed at strengthening the bonds of reconciliation between the sons of Abraham (Isaac and Ishmael). An invitation-only event, At the Crossroads was hosted in the Old City by Christ Church, the oldest Protestant church in the region.
Arab, Iranian, Turkish and Kurdish delegates attending from countries perceived as enemies of Israel risked their lives to come and enjoy the hospitality of their Jewish brothers, quite apart from the fact that Christians are suffering severe persecution in many of the Muslim-background nations represented.
Pastor Tsukahira, who is co-leader of a church on Mt Carmel in the north of Israel made up of both Jews and Arabs, said an awakening was taking place along the so-called ‘Isaiah 19 Highway’, which runs from Egypt to Assyria (including much of the Arab Middle East) via Israel. The prophet Isaiah had foretold of a time when these nations would become a blessing to one another.
The pastor said the church at large was in danger of entering a ‘dark age’, but could change the world if they affected every facet of life and culture with biblical foundations.
“Christianity is at a crossroads,” said Tsukahira. “One day Islam is going to fall, and then the Christians are going to have to step up with the answer and fill the vacuum. However, the kingdom of God is more than a gospel of church growth.”
One area in which the church had failed over the centuries was in cutting itself off from its Hebraic roots. But the last few verses of the Old Testament (in Malachi) speaks of how the hearts of the fathers will turn to their children, and the children to their fathers – paving the way for the Messiah’s second coming.
This, he says, refers to Christians re-connecting with their Jewish founding fathers. After all, God’s promise to Abraham was that he would be a blessing to all nations.
“I think it’s like going to a long movie after the intermission. We never understand why it ends the way it does, or learn of the part played by characters earlier on.”
Tsukahira believes that a big breakthrough among Arab Moslems would come quickly and suddenly, and would provoke the Jews to jealousy, paving the way for Israel’s national acceptance of Jesus as Messiah.
