As I began to call forth a new sound over the United States, a powerful spiritual authority came on me. I started doing something I had never done before. It was like I was reaching into President Trump's voice and pulling out the new sound. With authority, I kept reaching in and declaring, "I call forth the new sound! I call forth the new sound!" As we pray like this, the new sound will come forth with greater anointing, authority and clarity. We have authority to call forth a new sound over the President, the Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, the Media, and the Church.

God is reminding us over and over of our true priestly anointing and the authority we DO carry to bring great change!

"A New Sound and a New Season: A Word for the United States"

The political situation in the United States is full of contention and strife. The primary issue is not politics. There is a spiritual battle raging. The real issue is the destiny of a nation. Into this situation, God is calling His people to exercise priestly authority. Priests have spiritual authority (1 Peter 2:5, 9, Revelation 1:6, 5:10). In praying for the United States, God led me to do two things:

1. Call forth a new sound.
2. Take authority over the air waves.

The Bible talks about a new song (Psalm 33:3, 40:3, 96:1, 98:1, 144:9, 149:1, Isaiah 42:10, Revelation 5:9, 14:3). Interestingly, this new song is connected with a change in the atmosphere and a change in spiritual government. Israel's King David carried this new song. He was used by God to call forth a new sound over the nation of Israel. Contention and strife were replaced by proclamation and praise. The atmosphere over Israel changed dramatically. The destructive force of internal conflict that was tearing the nation apart was replaced by a national resolve to confront their true enemies.

As we pray like this, the new sound will come forth with greater anointing, authority and clarity. We have authority to call forth a new sound over the President, the Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, the Media, and the Church.

Taking Authority Over The Air Waves

The second step God led me to do was to take authority over the air waves. Spiritual government is released through air waves. Air waves carry voices, sounds and attitudes. These voices, sounds and attitudes, become seeds that bring forth a harvest. Satan is called the prince of the authority (Greek exousia) of the air (Ephesians 2:2). But satan is not the only authority operating. There is also the authority of the new sound which carries both the government and the heart of God.

In the book of Ephesians, Paul highlights the real battle, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). The battlefield where this "wrestling" takes place is the air waves. That's why the weapon that combats demonic agendas is the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, wielded with authority and anointing (Ephesians 6:17). God's Word carries His government and His heart.

When demonic agendas are clamoring for attention, they dominate the air waves and leave little room for anything else. We can take authority over the air waves so that they are cleared and set apart for godly agendas. We don't have to be intimidated by the contentious sounds that are coming from the media, the government, or the arts. The priestly authority God gives us is much greater.

A New Season

When Israel stepped into the land of Canaan, they entered into a new season. With this new season there was a different sound. While they wandered in the wilderness for forty years, things were relatively calm. They lived under a continual grace from God that released the basic provisions that they needed. They spent this time in barren and sparsely occupied regions. This meant that they caused little contention with other nations. When Israel stepped into Canaan, this changed. Now there was an anointing to possess the land. Israel moved from maintenance anointing to change agent anointing. That was a big shift. It caused an uproar. Change often does.

The United States is in a season of change. For some it can seem like God was in the relative calm and quiet of the previous season and not in the uproar and chaos of the new season. But realize that sometimes chaos is actually caused by God. It's time to move into the new season. Don't be intimidated by the chaos.

Step into your priestly authority and call forth God's purposes. Call forth the new sound. Take authority over the air waves. Foundations are shaking and will continue to shake. Old foundations will unravel and disintegrate. New foundations will come forth. God is setting things up for a great awakening. Great shaking will be followed by great awakening. It's gonna be huge!

Watch Live: Iowa's Senate Is About to Debate Defunding Planned Parenthood

One state's legislature is openly defying current federal laws that require them to provide Medicaid funding to abortion providers, particularly Planned Parenthood, by taking up a measure that, if signed into law, would fully defund the abortion giant.

Planned Parenthood operates 12 clinics in Iowa. But Senate File 2, which was slated to be debated Thursday afternoon, would remove it from the list of Medicaid-approved providers. The funds would instead by distributed to the dozens of community health clinics that do not perform abortions throughout the state.

Republicans have been keen to defund Planned Parenthood for several years, but Democrats controlled the Senate and prevented the measure from ever coming up for debate. Now that the GOP controls both chambers—and Gov. Terry Branstad (who is about to become ambassador to China) called on lawmakers to defund the abortion giant—the measure is likely to become law.

The measure "finds" $3 million in federal grants from other sources, which will be used to "backfill" the federal grant funds that will be lost by defunding Planned Parenthood.

Budget Woes: Iowa, which has a constitutional amendment that requires a balanced budget, faced a $100 budget shortfall that needed to be addressed by the General Assembly.

Schools: Iowa, which was once the U.S. leader in education, has been forced by budget cuts to reduce its support of local public schools, a measure that is on the Senate debate calendar alongside SF 2.

​I woke up today feeling the intense and fiery resolve of God upon our nation. Fasten your seatbelts because February is going to be a month of Him flooding this nation with that resolve. It is not going to be peaceful and it is not going to look like love- but it is going to be furious love designed to establish foundations for extended destiny and peace.

There is nothing like this that our nation has ever experienced. This is Reagan to the 10th power. Only the Lincoln days ...are even on the same scale. Heaven is coming in like a buzz saw and it is going to be shocking what all gets leveled.

God is invading through this Presidency and He is going to use multiple spear heads. It is not just the President- but who He is positioning in the Cabinet, the Supreme Court, the Media, Congress, the Senate, the Military, the Intelligence Community, the FBI and more - a multi-warhead operation that will work in conjunction with what He is doing. Many will not understand until it is essentially over that it is God. It will seem to be too intense and divisive to be God- but it will be Him. He will no longer be the tame, domesticated made-in-our-image God. HE is working a plan.

The Democrats in Congress and Senate are not the enemy- but God will harden their hearts thereby CAUSING an ACCELERATION of what He is doing. There will not be bi-partisan unity in the early stages as God Himself, has a detailed agenda HE is about to implement. It is not the Religious Right agenda, it is not Republican agenda, it is not even Trump agenda- it is HIS agenda that President Trump will increasingly fall in line with. As it comes in it will look chaotic. We will be under the full grip as it were of the birth pains of societal reformation. A Reformation Flood is coming in and it is quite different than a Revival Flood. It will have offshoots of Revival but it will be Reformation. Pray with it, agree with it.

The Potter is coming in because there has been a De-formation of original intent that He is coming to Re-form. He will do that in our government, in our media, in our economy, and in His church. No matter who you voted for prepare yourself for some level of adjustment and change (repentance for short). This is a time to salute our Commander-in-Chief (and I am speaking of God) and then fall in line with everything He is doing.

The intense season doesn't have to be painful. In fact it is designed to be a time of almost euphoric joy for those who agree with Him. YOU can have amazing peace in this very chaotic season because the flood coming in, is ultimately for your great good. It is going to be worth it all- not just in heaven one day, but here in the land of the living. America, America, a flood of grace is being shed on you and you will become The Beautiful.

More than four-fifths of the U.S. Senate have signed a letter urging President Barack Obama to quickly reach an agreement on a new defense aid package for Israel worth more than the current $3 billion per year.

Eighty-three of the 100 senators signed the letter, led by Republican Lindsey Graham and Democrat Chris Coons. Senator Ted Cruz, a 2016 presidential candidate, was one of the 51 Republicans on board. The Senate's Democratic White House hopeful, Bernie Sanders, was not among the 32 Democrats.

"In light of Israel's dramatically rising defense challenges, we stand ready to support a substantially enhanced new long-term agreement to help provide Israel the resources it requires to defend itself and preserve its qualitative military edge," said the letter, which was seen by Reuters.

It did not provide a figure for the suggested aid. Israel wants $4 billion to $4.5 billion in aid in a new agreement to replace the current memorandum of understanding, or MOU, which expires in 2018. U.S. officials have given lower target figures of about $3.7 billion. They hope for a new agreement before Obama leaves office in January.

The funding is intended to boost Israel's military and allow it to maintain a technological advantage over its Arab neighbors.

The letter said the Senate also intends to consider increased U.S. funding for cooperative missile defense programs, similar to increases in the past several years.

Obama has asked for $150 million for such programs, but lawmakers are believed to be willing to send Israel hundreds of millions for programs like its Iron Dome air defense system and David's Sling medium- and long-range defense system.

On Friday, the House of Representatives passed two pro-life bills, including a measure that would defund Planned Parenthood for one year unless it stopped performing abortions.

 The House passed Rep. Diane Black's Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015 on a 241-187 vote. Two Democrats voted in favor of the measure; three Republicans voted against it.

The House also voted in favor of Rep. Trent Franks' Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection bill, 248-177.

"Planned Parenthood takes half-a-billion dollars each year from struggling taxpayers to use in its abortion franchises nationwide, which do not provide full-service medical care for women," said Dr. Charmaine Yoest, the president and CEO of Americans United for Life. "Real healthcare respects life." 

""We thank the bipartisan majority in the House of Representatives for removing taxpayer funding to this scandal-ridden organization and redirecting those funds to the thousands of full-spectrum health clinics," Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, agreed. "The next step is to add this measure to the short-term budget resolution that forces the Senate to vote again on redirecting tax dollars away from Planned Parenthood."

Recent undercover videos featuring shocking footage of Planned Parenthood employees discussing the dismemberment and harvest of fetal organs for money helped spur many Congressmen to support the legislation, which would impose a moratorium on funding the abortion provider.

"In light of the troubling Center for Medical Progress videos, the U.S. House made the right call in suspending that level of investment so that women and girls' healthcare needs will be met in a safe environment," Yoest said.

The second bill imposes tougher standards for abortionists that make no effort to save the lives of babies born alive during botched abortions.

"One of the most disturbing discussions in the undercover videos are cold, calculating conversations on the part of top Planned Parenthood officials who discuss the kind of money they can make from babies who die during an abortion, but because their bodies remained intact, their parts are worth more money," she continued. "A humane society makes it clear in our laws and in our culture that a child born alive deserves protection. I commend the members of the House for standing up for the most vulnerable among us."

Dr. Yoest testified on Thursday before the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Health, about troubling legal issues raised in the undercover videos revealing Planned Parenthood's trafficking in infant body parts.

WASHINGTON -- Pro-life groups were cheered by the wave of allies swept into office Tuesday night.

"Tonight's overwhelming victory for pro-life candidates signals the fact that the bottom has fallen out of the abortion-centered 'war on women' strategy," Marjorie Dannenfelser, head of the Washington-based, pro-life group The Susan B. Anthony List, said Tuesday evening.

The SBA List and its partner Women Speak Out PAC spent $5 million on five key Senate races.  They saw outright victory in four of them: Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas and North Carolina.  And it's predicted they'll also see a victory in the other state they targeted, Louisiana, when Republican Bill Cassidy faces off against Democrat Sen. Mary Landrieu in a run-off next month.

The SBA List's communications director Mallory Quiqley told CBN News the group is particularly pleased with the ascendancy of Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell to the post of senate majority leader.

Some conservatives have worried McConnell may act like a mushy moderate and basically 'Romneyize' the Senate.  And they fear that could so displease Americans they'll basically spew the lukewarm Republican Party from its positions of power and not give it a presidential victory in 2016.

But Quiqley points out McConnell has a 100 percent pro-life voting record.  And he's promised to bring up the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act for Senate action soon.  If it becomes law, it would basically ban most abortions after the fifth month of pregnancy.

A number of House victories Tuesday night will also add strength to the already large pro-life ranks in the U.S. House of Representatives.
