Archeological Breakthrough at Yeshua’s Possible Tomb

A breakthrough discovery was found at Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem’s Old City. In brief, archaeologists have dug deeper into what some believe to be the tomb of the Messiah and they found a cross on it. If it is the tomb of Yeshua, the cross would have been added much later. At the time of His death and resurrection, the cross was not a symbol of the faith, but rather the fish is probably the earliest symbol. Some of the first Greek-speaking believers turned the Greek word for fish, Ichthus, into a creative acronym for “Jesus Christ, God’s Son, Savior.”

Was the Cross a Symbol?

However, at the time of His death, the cross was a symbol of execution. It would be like wearing an electric chair around your neck. It became more popular in the late second and third centuries, finally adopted by the anti-Semitic Emperor Constantine as the official symbol of political Christianity.

Helena, mother of Emperor Constantine, who sought to identify the significant biblical sites in the fourth century.

So what does this conclude? More than likely that Constantine’s mother, Helena, who in 326CE went throughout the Holy Land with a delegation seeking to identify places considered holy, identified this as Yeshua’s tomb. She is also credited with finding the original cross (which of course, she did not). Locals who told the delegation that Roman Emperor Hadrian had built a pagan temple over the tomb to declare the supremacy of the Roman state religion over the New Testament faith led her to this place. This is the emperor who changed the name of Judea to Palestine and sought to destroy the existence of Jewish life and culture in 135CE. Hadrian’s pagan temple was destroyed (though some of its remains have been identified) and Constantine had a church built above the tomb.

It is important to note, that Constantine popularized the idea of building shrines or church buildings, not as dynamic houses of praise and worship, but as memorials.

The slab on the tomb pictured goes back, it is believed, not to the first or even fourth century, but to the Crusades (1099CE). What this says is that at least a thousand years ago, the Crusaders thought this to be the tomb of the Messiah. “We can’t say 100 percent, but it appears to be visible proof that the location of the tomb has not shifted through time, something that scientists and historians have wondered for decades,” said Fredrik Hiebert, National Geographic’s archaeologist-in-residence.[i]

Definitely COULD be Yeshua’s

Furthermore, this tomb is consistent with the way that wealthy Jews, such as Joseph of Arimathea, buried their dead. However, it doesn’t prove that Yeshua was the Jewish person buried there. Of course, there are no bones in this tomb! Approximately a year after burial (when the body had completely decomposed) the bones would be collected and placed in a stone box called an ossuary.

While I am not a fan of the practice of building church structures over places of significance (often people come from all over the world just to touch a stone or light a candle, assuming there is spiritual power apart from relating directly with the Father through Jesus), I can’t help but be moved at what might be the burial spot of Yeshua.

“We may not be absolutely certain that the site of the Holy Sepulchre Church is the site of Jesus’ burial, but we certainly have no other site that can lay a claim nearly as weighty, and we really have no reason to reject the authenticity of the site.”[ii]

When the researchers removed the marble slab that for centuries had covered the tomb for its protection, that were stunned to find it completely in tact.

First Ever Photographs of Tomb

Clearly the archeologists were moved, as we can see in the short movie. The marble slab revealing the tomb had not be seen by a human for centuries and had never before been photographed. Before resealing, the team will spend the next five months gathering data. It will be interesting to see if they find any markings or graffiti connecting it to Yeshua.

As exciting as this finding may be, nothing compares to the intimate relationship with Yeshua that is available to anyone, anywhere, who puts his or her faith in Him.

March is a breakthrough month and it will be the start of God releasing new "marching orders." There will be a lot of shifting and changing happening. We will see a sudden acceleration of favor and rapid advancements.

 

Expect to see a lot of movement as God is realigning you to operate at higher levels than you have in the past. The saying, "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb" is going to be reversed. We are going to go out like a lion. We will see the start of new things. They might look small, but the result will be a greater impact.

 

March Breakthrough

 

Last September I received two major prophetic words that are being fulfilled in our lives starting this month. God spoke to me that we are all walking through a season of pruning similar to John 15. Pruning is when God reveals and removes things that might have worked in the past but are no longer effective for the present time. The result will bring us greater spiritual authority, allow us to operate in greater anointing, and most of all, bring the deeper intimacy that many have longed for. You can read that full prophetic word here. 

 

The second prophetic word is exciting as we are in a countdown to liftoff in March. Last year on Yom Kippur (September 23, 2015) I got a prophetic timetable based on the number 24. Many people are going to see a major change in their lives 24 weeks after Yom Kippur, which is the week of March 9, 2016.

 

God also spoke to me that when we (in the U.S.) set the clocks forward in the spring, things will begin to "spring forward" in the spiritual realm. The date for this is March 13, 2016. Watch for the first two weeks of March to bring some radical changes. We are going to see many sudden 24-hour turnarounds over the next 24 months. You can read more here. 

 

Hooks and Limitations are Being Revealed

 

As part of the pruning process we are all in, God is revealing the places that the enemy has gotten hooks in us. Some of these attacks have been hidden or covert but they are coming to light right now. It is important to respond and tend to these as they are revealed.

 

Begin asking God to show you what the enemy does not want you to see. In order to operate effectively in the new season we are in, we will need to fix a few things. One is our understanding of what is possible. We tend to limit God to our own understanding or experiences. It is time to let God out of the box of our understanding and prepare to be stretched!

 

One thing that God is doing right now is sending out invitations and God is beginning to move in the lives of people everywhere. God is interested particularly in those who have lost hope, or have been in a hidden season and those who have been rejected or wounded by Christianity. In order to do this God is releasing new keys to help us cross over to this new season.

 

Fishing Story

 

In Luke 5, Jesus entered the boat of Peter and told him to put out to deep water. He instructed them where to let down their nets and they caught so many fish that their nets broke. They had to signal for help from another boat and they caught so many fish that both boats nearly sank.

 

Fish can often be symbolic of people and water can represent the Spirit or the Kingdom of God. Indeed the early church, in the Book of Acts, experienced this as many began to follow them. To them it was equivalent to being in deep water and the disciples were stretched as God opened salvation to people groups that were outside of the disciples' comforts or belief systems (Acts 10).

 

Luke 5 was a prophetic parable of what Jesus is now calling us to. But there was also another fishing encounter that Peter and a few disciples had with Jesus in John 21. During a time when things looked discouraging, Jesus stood on the shore and called out to them to let down their nets. But this time He told them to cast them on the other side of the boat. Again, they caught a large number of fish, but this time the nets did not break.

 

The prophetic message in the John 21 experience is that they had to cast their nets on the opposite side of the boat. God is drawing people but they are not where we might think. Also in John 21, Peter had previously denied the Lord three times and felt like he had messed up. But it was in this encounter that Peter was restored to his Kingdom calling. Many people who have felt that they either messed up or have been hidden or forgotten are suddenly going to have an encounter with the Lord.

 

God's Call to Us Now

 

Look again at Luke 5 where God is calling us to mend the holes we have in our nets. The holes represent gaps in our understanding that have kept us from drawing in people that need His love and acceptance. He is also calling us to network just as they had to call over other boats to help with such a large harvest. Immediately after the large fish encounter, Jesus asked them to lay down their nets and follow Him. This is a sacrifice that God is calling people to right now.

 

This year many people are being called to lay down their own ministries and businesses for a time and help those who are starting to experience greater favor. The result will expand the Kingdom much more quickly and it will bring a blessing to those who make the sacrifice. It is time to share Kingdom resources with churches and ministries that are about to emerge.

 

Watch for These Things to Happen:

• Hooks that the enemy has placed in us are being revealed.
• We need to mend the holes in our nets, which are the things that have prevented people from experiencing God's love through us.
• God is calling us into "deep water" experiences, which are experiences outside of our comfort zones.
• We will need to try doing things differently than we have in the past (cast our nets on the other side of the boat).
• 
  

Many people will be called to lay down what they are doing to help others for a season, and as a result, they will also share in the blessing.

YOU DON’T NEED TO BE NUMBER ONE! Stand beside another and hold their arms up in the cause…and God will send you those who will stand with you.

God did not call Joseph and Daniel or Esther to be the top of the mountain as a number one- but as the indispensable number two in support. Your place may be alongside a team that is collectively going to the top. If you insist on being a solo act when you are called to support someone else you are missing out on your highest calling. Maybe later God will give you your own assignment. Right now many of us are called to help another in their mission.

There is such a tangible battle going on for the soul of nations you can feel it. The book of Revelations says that there are demons released from the pit of hell to go forth to the nations. As the lust of man and the anger of man and the strife of man intensifies it puts a demand on the infernal regions and spirits are released.

The other side of this is true also. As God's people put a demand on the realm of heaven and hunger, press in and pray, heaven is released and angels break through and disrupt the works of darkness.

The status of Sheep or Goat cities, regions, nations will be determined by the people in those places and the intercessors assigned to those places.

OUR ADVANTAGE
What does it mean that one can put a thousand to flight? It means that one genuine saint hungering for God has more influence over the environment then 1000 people putting a demand on hell! What about two praying together? They cancel 10,000 people who are unconsciously conspiring with hell.

What about 2 or more coming together as a legislative assembly? A Micro church? Like Daniel and his 3 friends? Well now you have an entity that can move into even greater authority.

God wants to activate you – a new Davidic company.

Breakthrough is happening all over. There are already those in Hollywood that are making movies and developing actors. Its happening now.

There are those who are stepping into multiple millions and billions of dollars in new markets. Its happening now.

America's political landscape is getting shaken up…keep praying till God's choice emerges. When it does let us move AS ONE!

My encouragement to you is to watch the last Periscope I did and join in the soaking prayer and get your inner man conditioned to a new level of spiritual activity.

Prophetic Words for 2016

This year will be a time of healing and breakthrough for those who have suffered unjustly. 

We will open the year with a purging of the things that are not of God. We are all walking through a John 15 experience in which God will be pruning things from our lives over the next few months.(Photo via Pixabay)

The result of this time of deeper cleansing will be a closer relationship with God and you will have greater authority.

If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. John 15:7 NIV

Major Adjustment in Our Beliefs

God will be revealing to us the beliefs, values, and doctrines that are not for now. This will be a major adjustment for many people as God is moving us away from mere tradition and revealing deeper revelation that will be needed to operate in the new things being released from Heaven this year.

This will not create new doctrine necessarily, but we will all be challenged with how we express our faith. 

Expect to be stretched, as God will be pushing our faith to new levels.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 NKJV),

and,

"...but with God all things are possible"(Matthew 19:26 NIV).

God has mercy and compassion for all people. He is bringing His heart to us so that we too can operate in new levels of His love and mercy.

Positioning is Very Important

It is crucial to align with the right people and places this year. It is important to look at the lives of those you are aligned with. What is the fruit of their ministry or efforts?

Are people thriving, or is there a trail of brokenness? Alignment and location is important for this new season. God will be moving some people unexpectedly because of new assignments that are coming.

First Quarter Forecast

January will be a continued time of deeper pruning as God prepares us to operate at the higher levels coming. 

What we did in past seasons we will not be able to do in the New Year.

February will be a time of old things dying, but the result will bring new life. Two major prophets (Bob Jones and John Paul Jackson) went to Heaven in February 2014 and 2015, and we can expect to reap a greater level of revelation in the month of February because of this. Some strange events will make sense later. Watch for God to speak to the world with a prophetic message in the NFL Super Bowl.

March is a breakthrough month. We will see a sudden acceleration of favor and sudden advancements. 

Expect to see lots of movement as God is realigning you to operate at new levels.

Christmas Surprise

On Christmas morning last month I was awakened to an encounter in which I saw an angel taking measurements for expansion. This angel was very busy and ultra-focused. It reminded me of Ezekiel 40-43 where the angel was measuring to rebuild the temple.

Then I saw masses of worker angels assembling to rebuild a spiritual temple because the glory of the Lord is returning like never before. What I was seeing was God preparing for a coming movement.

This "spiritual temple" I was seeing is "The House" that the late prophet Bob Jones often referred to when he talked about the billion-youth revival.

Bob Jones' entire life and ministry was to help us get ready for one of the greatest moves of God and revivals in history. He died in 2014 before it manifested on earth. But the plans are still in place and God is setting this up right now. (Photo via Pixabay)

There is a lot of shifting happening right now that is going to bring about a major restructuring for those looking for the next level in their lives.

Bob's Lumberyard Experience

On April 10, 2007, I received a phone call from Bob Jones. He told me about a spiritual experience where he was given a paid receipt from Heaven to buy the lumber to build the "house" (for the billion-youth revival).

In the experience, Bob went into a lumberyard and placed the order from Heaven on the counter, but the foreman refused to fill the order. Bob picked up a silver hammer that was lying there and pounded it on the counter and demanded the goods, but the foreman refused, so Bob left.

I asked Bob if the foreman was a demon and he said, "Of course not, or I would have killed him with the hammer." He told me that the foreman represented the leaders of the Church. They want their own and their prodigals, but they do not want to reach this group of outcasts.

Bob's health declined after this, and he died in 2014 – which was seven years later. The Church said no at that time, but now it is time to pick up the calling and bring it into reality.

Radical Move of God Coming

A week before my Christmas encounter, I heard a distant rumble in the spirit, and it was the Lord coming. 

The glory of the Lord is returning like never before. It is not coming in the current Church structure, though churches are invited. 

It will not fit in the old wineskin because it will blow many churches up by causing division.

It is because of God's love and mercy for the current Church that He will not allow this movement to be damaged. We will still have our old church structure, and this move of God will be like what happened during the 1950's Healing Revival. That move of God took place mostly outside of churches in tents.

There Will Be a Cost

Those who say yes to this new movement will pay a great price, but the reward will be even greater. 

The new anointing of fire and oil from Heaven can only be touched by those who are called by God and have made it through the tests of humility. 

This will cause jealousy from many leaders, who will try to control or own it – but they will not be able to. This new movement will not be contained by one group and will spread like fire around the world.

I do not know the timing of it. But something is starting for sure.

The Outcasts are God's Priority

Last year on New Year's Eve I had a very powerful encounter in which I literally heard the audible cries of people who have been wounded by uncaring Christians and leaders. Then I heard (this part was not audible) the Lord say,"Their blood has reached My ears and I must respond."

In 2016 God's new agenda is about those who have been wounded by Christianity.

These are the spiritual outcasts who do not fit into typical churches. Many have been pushed away and deeper into darkness by the very ones who hold the keys to God's light and love. (Photo by James Lee via Flickr)

I have been prophesying this for a few years now. But it is getting closer and closer.

High Grace Required

To operate in the new move of God for this year it will require us to have high levels of grace, mercy, and love for people. God is going to start moving on people that might be offensive to many Christians. We will need to give up the "tough love" attitude toward people to allow them to get healed relationally and spiritually.

Tough love is when we require people to come up to our level or agree with our beliefs in order for us to like or interact with them. Saying things like, "I am not going to candy-coat things for people, I am going to give them the truth."

This kind of behavior will not work this year. It will wound people and push them further away from God as opposed to drawing them closer. It is also a form of spiritual pride on our part.

God is not a drill sergeant or an uncaring, angry father. This is a time to reveal the Father's heart to people through unconditional love.

The Spirit of Elijah is Being Revealed

An angel spoke to John the Baptist's father, Zechariah, about the calling on his son:

"And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous – to make ready a people prepared for the Lord" (Luke 1:17 NIV).

Right after this encounter, Zechariah lost his voice and was not able to speak because of his negativity and doubt. After the birth of John, his voice was restored. This is a prophetic sign of what God is doing in this season. We are being called to bless the sons and daughters (spiritual or natural), and God is silencing our negative talk.

To prepare for this, you may need to ask forgiveness of people in your life.

Releasing What was Bound

There are judgments that have been made by Christians that need to be released.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.

Judgments against others cause us to come into agreement with darkness and not the Lord. A name for satan in the Bible is the Accuser of the Believers. We do not want to come into agreement with that. We need to agree with Heaven over people, cities, and nations.

So, what has happened is that people with spiritual keys of authority have locked down people and even geographic regions; knowingly or unknowingly this is what has happened.

God showed me that cities that have judgments against them usually have a spiritual root. I saw that there was a leader who was carrying a spiritual key to open revival over a major city in the U.S. But this leader got wounded and became judgmental.

Because this person was carrying the spiritual key from Heaven, when they got judgmental, it caused the entire world to look at this city (and cities similar to it) with judgment. 

In a vision I saw these keys being collected all over the world, and they are about to be redistributed.

Keys of Authority Reassigned

There are spiritual keys that have been given to people that unlock and lock things in the spiritual realm in and over people and regions. This is similar to the key of David mentioned in Revelation 3:7b:

"...These are the words of Him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open."

There is also a key of David mentioned in Isaiah 22:22. This is in the Old Testament, and it is mentioned in the context of judgment.

But the key in Revelation 3:7 is the redeemed key of authority that can open and close things with God's heart and love. 

There are people with spiritual authority operating in the Old Testament version of this gift. They often close things down in their anger and opinions (see Isaiah 22:22).

I saw two angels traveling the world right now, gathering these keys or assignments. This is happening over ministries, churches, cities, and even nations. Something has changed, and I am literally weeping daily over the intimacy level with the Lord. 

What is happening is that God is lining things up for a breakthrough in March!

Why 2016 Could Be the Start of Something New

The last global movement of God's power started 22 years ago this month in January 1994 with the Toronto Blessing. It was very powerful and lasted a few years, but was eventually spoken against, and some major leaders disassociated themselves with it. This caused division and even brought judgment on the ministries and churches of those who spoke against what God was doing.

This amazing move of God got bound by people with keys of authority, and the result is that we have not seen a sustained global movement of God for 22 years. This is related to the keys that I saw being redistributed.

There has been a move of God every 11 years dating back to the Azusa Street Revival in 1906. The 11-year intervals fall on the 1950 Healing Movement, the 1961 Charismatic Renewal, the 1972 Jesus People Movement, and in 1983, the Third Wave Charismatic Movement.

1994 had the Toronto Blessing, and 11 years later there would have been a movement that actually did start around 2005. But this amazing movement from God never got off the ground because of judgments. It was cut short, judged, and bound by those with the keys of authority. 

The 2005 move started with unusual signs of God's glory, such as gold fillings appearing in people's mouths, gold dust, and gemstones appearing supernaturally in meetings. But the move never went global as God intended and was very limited.

It is now 11 years after 2005, which is 2016, and there is a move of God coming this year. 

It will be with fire and oil from Heaven that cannot be touched by those who have not been prepared. This is what I saw in my Christmas morning encounter – an angel measuring for it, and worker angels being assigned to bring it about. (Photo via Pixabay)

2016 Financial Release

This new movement from God is going to cost a lot of money to fund, because it is going to be targeted to the poor in spirit and the outcasts; basically, young people and those who do not have much money.

It will cost a lot of money, so God is releasing financial strategies right now. God is calling us to something new, but we are holding things back by doing things according to tradition as opposed to "doing what the Father is doing."

Jesus said, "I only do what I see the Father doing," but many people today are only doing what they see their spiritual fathers or forefathers doing. This does not allow us to branch into new things as God opens them up.

An example from Genesis 26 is when Isaac was going to go to Egypt during the famine like his father did, but God spoke to him to go into the land of the Philistines instead. The result was that he got blessed 100-fold in a time of famine.

Many people are stalled because they keep trying to go back to old ways instead of leading out in the new. 

We need to get a new strategy to reach people and also to make money to finance what is coming.

A Major Key for this Year is Found in Isaiah

We will need to let go of things that no longer work or that God is no longer moving on. Going into this new era will require us to look to God for our strategy. 

Just like with Isaac in Genesis 26, God wants to bless us 100-fold in the midst of economic difficulties.

What to Expect in 2016

Just to recap, we have a lot to look forward to this year. God is bringing a long past-due movement, and we will see the release of new spiritual gifts and blessings. 

Financial strategies are going to be revealed to help fund new Kingdom work. Expect to be encouraged and to see many prophetic promises of God that will be renewed and fulfilled in your life this year.

Prophetic Words for 2016

This year will be a time of healing and breakthrough for those who have suffered unjustly. We will open the year with a purging of the things that are not of God. We are all walking through a John 15 experience in which God will be pruning things from our lives over the next few months.

The result of this time of deeper cleansing will be a closer relationship with God and you will have greater authority.

"If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you." John 15:7 NIV

Major Adjustment in Our Beliefs

God will be revealing to us the beliefs, values and doctrines that are not for now. This will be a major adjustment for many people as God is moving us away from mere tradition and revealing deeper revelation that will be needed to operate in the new things being released from Heaven this year.

This will not create new doctrine necessarily, but we will all be challenged with how we express our faith. Expect to be stretched, as God will be pushing our faith to new levels.

Hold on as God is going to challenge you…you will need to get these verses in your spirit:

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 NKJV

"… but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26 NIV

God has mercy and compassion for all people. He is bringing His heart to us so that we too can operate in new levels of His love and mercy.

Positioning is Very Important

It is crucial to align with the right people and places this year. It is important to look at the lives of those you are aligned with. What is the fruit of their ministry or efforts?

Are people thriving or is there a trail of brokenness? Alignment and location is important for this new season. God will be moving some people unexpectedly because of new assignments that are coming.

First Quarter Forecast

January will be a continued time of deeper pruning as God prepares us to operate at the higher levels coming. What we did in past seasons we will not be able to do in the New Year. God will be revealing and healing things at a deeper level.

February will be a time of old things dying, but the result will bring new life. Two major prophets (Bob Jones and John Paul Jackson) went to Heaven in February 2014 and 2015, and we can expect to reap a greater level of revelation in the month of February because of this. Some strange events will make sense later. Watch for God to speak to the world with a prophetic message in the NFL Super Bowl.

March is a breakthrough month. We will see a sudden acceleration of favor and sudden advancements. Expect to see lots of movement as God is realigning you to operate at new levels. The saying, "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb" is going to be reversed. We are going to go out like a lion. We will see the start of new things. They might look small, but the result will be a greater impact.

Christmas Surprise

On Christmas morning last month I was awakened to an encounter in which I saw an angel taking measurements for expansion. This angel was very busy and ultra-focused. It reminded me of Ezekiel 40-43 where the angel was measuring to rebuild the temple.

Then I saw masses of worker angels assembling to rebuild a spiritual temple because the glory of the Lord is returning like never before. What I was seeing was God preparing for a coming movement.

This "spiritual temple" I was seeing is "The House" that the late prophet Bob Jones often referred to when he talked about the billion-youth revival.

Bob Jones' entire life and ministry was to help us get ready for one of the greatest moves of God and revivals in history. He died in 2014 before it manifested on earth. But the plans are still in place and God is setting this up right now.

There is a lot of shifting happening right now that is going to bring about a major restructuring for those looking for the next level in their lives.

Bob's Lumberyard Experience

On April 10, 2007 I received a phone call from Bob Jones. He told me about a spiritual experience where he was given a paid receipt from Heaven to buy the lumber to build the "house" (for the billion-youth revival).

In the experience, Bob went into a lumberyard and placed the order from Heaven on the counter, but the foreman refused to fill the order. Bob picked up a silver hammer that was lying there and pounded it on the counter and demanded the goods but the foreman refused, so Bob left.

I asked Bob if the foreman was a demon and he said, "Of course not or I would have killed him with the hammer." He told me that the foreman represented the leaders of the Church. They want their own and their prodigals, but they do not want to reach this group of outcasts.

Bob's health declined after this and he died in 2014 - which was 7 years later.

The church said no at that time, but now it is time to pick up the calling and bring it into reality.

Radical Move of God Coming

A week before my Christmas encounter, I heard a distant rumble in the spirit and it was the Lord coming. The glory of the Lord is returning like never before. It is not coming in the current Church structure, though churches are invited. It will not fit in the old wineskin because it will blow many churches up by causing division.

It is because of God's love and mercy for the current Church that He will not allow this movement to be damaged. We will still have our old church structure and this move of God will be like what happened during the 1950's Healing Revival. That move of God took place mostly outside of churches in tents. I am not saying this new move of God will be tent meetings again, but in a similar fashion, it will happen outside and not inside.

There Will Be a Cost

Those who say yes to this new movement will pay a great price, but the reward will be even greater. The new anointing of fire and oil from Heaven can only be touched by those who are called by God and have made it through the tests of humility. This will cause jealousy from many leaders who will try to control or own it - but they will not be able to. This new movement will not be contained by one group and will spread like fire around the world.

I do not know the timing of it. But something is starting for sure.

The Outcasts are God's Priority

Last year on New Year's Eve I had a very powerful encounter in which I literally heard the audible cries of people who have been wounded by uncaring Christians and leaders. Then I heard (this part was not audible) the Lord say, "Their blood has reached my ears and I must respond."

In 2016 God's new agenda is about those who have been wounded by Christianity. These are the spiritual outcasts who do not fit into typical churches. Many have been pushed away and deeper into darkness by the very ones who hold the keys to God's light and love.I have been prophesying this for a few years now. But it is getting closer and closer.

High Grace Required

To operate in the new move of God for this year it will require us to have high levels of grace, mercy and love for people. God is going to start moving on people that might be offensive to many Christians. We will need to give up the "tough love" attitude towards people to allow them to get healed relationally and spiritually.

Tough love is when we require people to come up to our level or agree with our beliefs in order for us to like or interact with them. Saying things like, "I am not going to candy-coat things for people, I am going to give them the truth."

This kind of behavior will not work this year. It will wound people and push them further away from God as opposed to drawing them closer. It is also a form of spiritual pride on our part. We need to be humble and get God's heart for people in need.

God is not a drill sergeant or an uncaring angry father. This is a time to reveal the Father's heart to people through unconditional love.

The Spirit of Elijah is Being Revealed

An angel spoke to John the Baptist's father, Zechariah about the calling on his son:

"And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous - to make ready a people prepared for the Lord." Luke 1:17 NIV

Right after this encounter, Zechariah lost his voice and was not able to speak because of his negativity and doubt. After the birth of John, his voice was restored. This is a prophetic sign of what God is doing in this season. We are being called to bless the sons and daughters (spiritual or natural) and God is silencing our negative talk.

To prepare for this, you may need to ask forgiveness of people in your life.

Releasing what was Bound

There are judgments that have been made by Christians that need to be released.

"Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.  Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven."Matthew 18:18-19 NIV

Judgments against others cause us to come into agreement with darkness and not the Lord. A name for Satan in the Bible is the Accuser of the believers. We do not want to come into agreement with that. We need to agree with Heaven over people, cities and nations.

So what has happened is that people with spiritual keys of authority have locked down people and even geographic regions, knowingly or unknowingly this is what has happened.

God showed me that cities that have judgments against them usually have a spiritual root. I saw that there was a leader who was carrying a spiritual key to open revival over a major city in the U.S. But this leader got wounded and became judgmental.

Because this person was carrying the spiritual key from Heaven, when they got judgmental, it caused the entire world to look at this city (and cities similar to it) with judgment. In a vision I saw these keys being collected all over the world and they are about to be redistributed.

Keys of Authority Reassigned

There are spiritual keys that have been given to people that unlock and lock things in the spiritual realm in and over people and regions. This is similar to the key of David mentioned in Revelation 3:7b:

"…These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open."

There is also a key of David mentioned in Isaiah 22:22. This is in the Old Testament and it is mentioned in the context of judgment.

But the key in Revelation 3:7 is the redeemed key of authority that can open and close things with God's heart and love. There are people with spiritual authority operating in the Old Testament version of this gift. They often close things down in their anger and opinions (Isaiah 22:22). Because this has greatly wounded people and closed people down based on opinions and anger and not God's desires, these keys are now being reassigned.

I saw two angels traveling the world right now gathering these keys or assignments. This is happening over ministries, churches, cities and even nations. Something has changed and I am literally weeping daily over the intimacy level with the Lord. What is happening is that God is lining things up for a breakthrough in March!

Why 2016 Could Be the Start of Something New

The last global movement of God's power started 22 years ago this month in January 1994 with the Toronto Blessing. It was very powerful and lasted a few years but was eventually spoken against and some major leaders disassociated themselves with it. This caused division and even brought judgment on the ministries and churches of those who spoke against what God was doing.

This amazing move of God got bound by people with keys and authority and the result is that we have not seen a sustained global movement of God for 22 years. This is related to the keys that I saw being redistributed.

There has been a move of God every 11 years dating back to the Azusa Street Revival in 1906. The 11-year intervals fall on the 1950 Healing Movement, the 1961 Charismatic Renewal, the 1972 Jesus People Movement and in 1983, the Third Wave Charismatic Movement.

1994 had the Toronto Blessing and 11 years later there would have been a movement that actually did start around 2005. But this amazing movement from God never got off the ground because of judgments. It was cut short, judged and bound by those with the keys of authority. 

The 2005 move started with unusual signs of God's glory such as gold fillings appearing in people's mouths, gold dust and gemstones appearing supernaturally in meetings. But the move never went global as God intended and was very limited.

It is now 11 years after 2005, which is 2016 and there is a move of God coming this year. It will be with fire and oil from Heaven that cannot be touched by those who have not been prepared. This is what I saw in my Christmas morning encounter - an angel measuring for it and worker angels being assigned to bring it about.

2016 Financial Release

This new movement from God is going to cost a lot of money to fund because it is going to be targeted to the poor in spirit and the outcasts; basically young people and those who do not have much money.

It will cost a lot of money so God is releasing financial strategies right now. God is calling us to something new, but we are holding things back by doing things according to tradition as opposed to "doing what the Father is doing."

Jesus said "I only do what I see the Father doing," but many people today are only doing what they see their spiritual fathers or forefathers doing. This does not allow us to branch into new things as God opens them up.

An example from Genesis 26 is when Isaac was going to go to Egypt during the famine like his father did, but God spoke to him to go into the land of the Philistines instead. The result was that he got blessed 100-fold in a time of famine.

Many people are stalled because they keep trying to go back to old ways instead of leading out in the new. We need to get a new strategy to reach people and also to make money to finance what is coming.

A major key for this year is found in Isaiah

"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past." Isaiah 43:18 NIV

We will need to let go of things that no longer work or that God is no longer moving on. Going into this new era will require us to look to God for our strategy. Just like with Isaac in Genesis 26, God wants to bless us 100-fold in the midst of economic difficulties.

What to Expect in 2016

Just to recap, we have a lot to look forward to this year. God is bringing a long past-due movement and we will see the release of new spiritual gifts and blessings. Financial strategies are going to be revealed to help fund new Kingdom work. Expect to be encouraged and to see many prophetic promises of God that will be renewed and fulfilled in your life this year.

“And He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." (Malachi 4:6, NKJV)

In prayer this morning the Lord reminded me of my dad, Louis James Martin, who graduated to his heavenly reward over 15 years ago at the age of 67, as a result of lymphoma cancer. I was giving thanks to my Father that my Dad had taught me practical things while growing up – like putting away the wrench tool after I used it, so it wouldn’t rust in the rain. You know – just practical, common sense things like that.

As I continued praying, I realized that many of the current generation we gave birth to don’t have a “real” Dad, or Mom, who were/are around to teach them even the basic, practical things in life. Sure, each of us had at least one parent in the beginning at the hospital, but not many then had a father or mother, who loved them enough to train them, encourage them, or show them how to live, after they left the place of their birth.

Few had a real mentor to teach them that they weren’t given life to just exist for themselves. But their life is to have life, a life with purpose, and understanding of the Creator’s plan, as they were created to be. Not only in the natural realm, but especially even more so in the spiritual one.

I mean – how many of this generation now in their teens, including even those hitting their 40’s, know what life is all about, other than playing video games for hours, standing in line for the latest hot movie a day before it opens, or getting drunk, taking drugs of all kinds, or having sex (with whomever), beginning in their middle school years?

Where are the fathers? Where are the mothers?

How far we have fallen.

The verse written just before Malachi 4:6, before the restoration of the fathers to their children, says it even more which is worth noting.

"Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse." (Malachi 4:5-6, NASU)

Our Father in heaven clearly states that He is going to do something about the mess our kids, and their kids, are in. God the Father says He is going to send Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. To do what? To restore the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.

As for me, I think that day is now. Certainly we are approaching the great and terrible day of the Lord, in these last days. Thus so, I am looking, I am expecting, I am believing the Lord is going to keep this promise, His promise to His people.

Will each child have a father and mother to train them, to teach them, to instruct them in the ways of the Lord? I don’t think so, but I do believe that those who are longing for such a one in their life will certainly be given one – a “parent” who will care for them. Teach them right from wrong. Black and white. No gray stuff here.

And for those of us who know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it – live as we were created to live– we will be given these ones to do just that. Show them the way they are to go.

I am glad my Dad taught me the basics of life. That wrench that I would have left out in the grass, after adjusting the motor on my lawnmower, would have rusted after the first rain. And then I would have had to buy another one, using money I would have spent on a nice hamburger and French fries.

I am very grateful for that, but even more so, how he taught me, by example, how to live right.

Lesson taught. Lesson learned. We have to do the same for those who need it now.

My eyes are open. My heart is ready, as a father, to teach those who want to be taught.

My heart has been turned to my children, and those who need a dad.
