A word received...of encouragement.

Prophetic Word to Steve Martin
From Mordecai Porter

Aug. 11, 2019
Fort Mill, SC

I am grateful for the words of encouragement the Lord speaks to us, whether through His Written Word (logos) or the prophetic word.

Thank You, Lord, for the ones who are faithful to hear and then speak what You want to share. I for one truly appreciate the prophetic gifts You give to men, and the ones who share them.

This was given to me on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019 before the morning service at Antioch International Church in Fort Mill, South Carolina. I share it to encourage others who believe too.

“When I opened your book (“Be Encouraged”, published July 2019) you showed me you had written 22 books. The Lord said the 25th book would be the book that is going to surprise people. It will be more about Israel than it is now.

This trip to Israel (Sept. 24 – Oct. 4, 2019) will be different than any other time. Your eyes will be opened even wider than they have been before. Signs and wonders will be coming, and they will be coming to you, and other people that are surrounding you. Expect things to happen, but don’t expect things to happen the way you got it planned. You have plans but I have My plans. Just obtain what you hear from Me. The ones that are with you will hear a contradiction of different things. I will speak to you loud and clear. Make sure the directions I send you are where you are supposed to go.

This is a new trip for you, but as many times as you come back that your eyes will be opened and your eyes will be opened more.

I hear the number 12. That you are going to help 12 different people make aliyah. You will have 12 individuals that you will be involved in for that to happen.

Also, some of the other people who are going with you their eyes are going to be opened about Israel in a different way.

Remember one thing. I have opened the door for you to go to Israel more times than you can even imagine. On your next trip you will invite someone who will go. They won’t have enough money to go but whatever they have they are going to give to you and you are going to support the rest of it.
Just remember I have chosen you. You. Not only anybody else but you to do certain tasks. No one can do this task no matter what they say.

This is from the Lord. The prophet standing in front of you has been praying for you for a long while. He’s just decided to now to speak to you to release to you what he has to say.

Before you go to Israel there will be more words spoken over you and spoken over the people that are going with you. You are a guide in one way, but you are a mentor in another. You are a mentor to the one standing in front of you. You have spoken a lot into his life and he really trusted you, so speak into his life no matter what is right or wrong."

I believe. Thank You, Jesus (Yeshua) for Mordecai and his gifts.

USA State Department: We stand with Israel. Condemns Hamas rocket attacks on Israel.

State Department condemns Hamas rocket attacks on Israel, reaffirms Israel’s right to defend itself.

The US State Department on Monday condemned the Hamas terrorist group as Gaza terrorists fired hundreds of rockets toward southern Israel, and reaffirmed Israel’s right to defend itself.
“We are aware of reports of ongoing rocket and mortar attacks from Gaza against targets in Israel,” a State Department official told the JNSnews website.

“We condemn these attacks and call for their immediate halt. We stand with Israel as it defends itself against these attacks,” the official added.

Gaza terrorists fired more than 300 rockets and mortars toward southern Israel on Friday. In one attack, a 40-year-old man was killed when a Gaza rocket hit a residential building in the city of Ashkelon.

It was the second time that a rocket had hit a building in Ashkelon. In the first attack, one person was lightly injured.

In retaliation, IDF fighter jets, attack helicopters, aircraft and tanks targeted over 70 Hamas and Islamic Jihad military targets throughout Gaza.

One of the targets was the building of the Al-Aqsa TV Broadcasting Station, located in the center of Gaza City.

In addition, IDF fighter jets struck Hamas' military intelligence headquarters. The high rise building is located in the Al-Farqan neighborhood of the northern Gaza Strip and serves Hamas' intelligence operatives for intelligence gathering against the State of Israel.

Earlier on Monday, US Special envoy Jason Greenblatt issued a scathing condemnation of the Hamas terrorist organization after its terrorists launched hundreds of rockets at Israel.

"Terrorists in Gaza are again attacking Israel with tools of war. These rocket & mortar attacks on Israeli towns must be condemned by all. Israel is forced once again into military action to defend its citizens. We stand with Israel as it defends itself against these attacks," Greenblatt wrote.

"Hamas’ activities continue to prove they don’t really care about the Palestinians of Gaza & their only interest is to use them for political purposes. Even Palestinian lives seem not to matter to Hamas," he added.

"The world has grown tired of Hamas’ violence and the violence of other bad actors in Gaza. This violence prevents any real help for the people of Gaza."

Thousands of Christian Pilgrims Stand with Israel 'Because the Bible Says So' - CBN News Chris Mitchell, Julie Stahl

Thousands of Christian Pilgrims Stand with Israel 'Because the Bible Says So'

Oct. 9, 2017 CBN News Chris Mitchell, Julie Stahl
JERUSALEM, Israel – At a time of rising anti-Semitism, thousands of Christians are in Jerusalem to celebrate the biblical Feast of Tabernacles and stand with Israel.
They came from the ends of the earth for the six-day celebration, sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ), answering an ancient invitation.
"It's the invitation of Zechariah the prophet, in chapter 14, verse 16 of the Book of Zechariah, he envisions a time when all the nations will come up, celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem, worship the Lord here and we're like forerunners. It's a dress rehearsal," ICEJ Vice President David Parsons told CBN News.
More than 5,000 Christians from nearly 100 nations came for the opening night to proudly stand with Israel and celebrate the biblical feast.
"In the end of the day it's God's faithfulness that has established for almost 40 years now this international gathering of the body of Christ in a unique way that you can't find anywhere else," Parsons said.
The organization started in 1980 after 13 countries moved their embassies from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv protesting Israel's declaration of the united city as its eternal capital.
Israel's victory in the 1967 Six-Day War made that possible by uniting Jerusalem so this is a special year for the feast.
"What's really exciting, it's the jubilee year for Jerusalem. We're marking 50 years since the city of Jerusalem was reunited back under Jewish sovereignty," Parsons said.

More than half of those celebrating are first-timers.

"We're part of a 26-strong Cook Island delegation and we're here to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and we're about to be registered as a nation with ICEJ for the first time ever, so it's wonderful to be here just with the nations in the presence of God and worshipping together," Paul Lynch said.
"It's in the Bible, it's quite clear. Those who bless Israel will be blessed. They're God's chosen country and our government is making a pledge to support Israel," he said.
"Early on this year God asked me to come to represent the nation of Samoa," said Cruise Westerland.  "So I brought a team of 20 people. So we're here happily from the ends of the earth, just two hours flight from Fiji."
We asked some pilgrims why they stand so strong with Israel.
"Because the Bible says so," said Westerland.
"It's the biggest proof that God is alive," a young man named Bjorgfinnur from the Faroe Islands said. "You have the Jews coming back. You have the land flourishing."
"I think Israel is such an important country in the view of the Bible. So I think every single Christian on the planet should support Israel," said Veronica, a young woman from Finland said.
"Israel has given to many nations. It's been a blessing to a lot of nations all over the world and it's time to pay back," Dr. Rotimi Olokodana from Nigeria said.
Alina from Washington State said, "Jews are the God's chosen nation, and, I mean, you don't want to go against God.  That's all I can say."

BIBLICAL REASONS TO
STAND WITH ISRAEL

As featured in the September issue of the Maoz Israel Report

Today, many believers in the world not only don't understand why they should stand with and support Israel, but openly take a stand against her.

Is our little country perfect? Of course not! But perfection was never a prerequisite for God's love.

Quite the contrary! But that does not preclude God's command to every true believer to stand with Israel, love Israel, pray for the Jewish people and support Israel.
