"Alignment is Key! Plus 8 Prophetic Directives"
Just as last year we saw the wind come and separate, we believe this year will be a year for things to be connected and made secure.
The year 2016 is the Hebrew year of 5776. The two Hebrew letters associated with this number (76) are ayin and vav. The letter ayin gives us a picture of an eye, and vav gives us a picture of a peg, nail, or hook. The year 2015 was a year of the whirlwind; things were turned upside down, shaken, moved, and shifted! Many things were exposed and sifted. There was a lot of divine sifting before the shifting!
However, this is a year to secure some things, nail some things down. It is a time for the hook to connect things. There is an unfolding of Kingdom partnerships for Kingdom purposes.

This is a Time for Alignment, Expansion, and a Year to Secure and Tie Things Down

It is also a time of expansion. As we think about the peg, we think about the tent; expand the peg and expand the tent. The Father is challenging us to dream radical, God-sized dreams and to pray bold prayers!
There is a fresh wind blowing upon the revelation of faith. Faith sees and seizes. It is time to pray "Jabez" prayers again and to ask God to enlarge our territory. This is a time for the children of God to be brave. There will be personal stretching, expansion, and promotion along with corporate stretching, moving into new territories, and advancing.

It is a year to secure and tie things down. We see all of this mirrored in the natural in the U.S. political system as border security has become a huge debate. We are being urged to secure our borders, to create a physical barrier. This is a true, prophetic picture.
It is time to secure the borders of our ministries, families, and personal lives. What does that mean? And how do we secure our borders? We put Jesus front and center. We seek to honor and please Him above all else. We also kick the enemy out and use the Blood of Jesus as an aggressive weapon.

We need strong prophetic preaching and teaching in this hour to expose the works of hell and to call the people of God back to their first love! I am reminded of the vision that Oral Roberts had of shaking in the last days. He said that the Lord told him there was a need for preachers with fire in their bellies! I say, raise up the Fire Carriers, Lord!
The Lord Must Build the House
We need to make our calling and elections sure (see 2 Peter 1:10). This is a time to secure the foundation that our lives and ministries are built upon. All things that are not built upon the sure foundation of Jesus will ultimately fail. We must be sure that our identity is found in HIM and not in our giftings, talents, or anointing.His house is built on the apostolic and prophetic foundation with Jesus Himself being the chief cornerstone (see Ephesians 2:20). The Psalms tell us that unless the Lord builds the house, those that labor are laboring in vain (see Psalm 127:1). Our labor must be about HIS house and for HIS Kingdom. There is no room for self-promotion or self-exaltation.

Watch for those that have been secure only in themselves and sure of themselves. The people and ministries that are about self-promotion will be removed while others are set in their place.
Shebna was a servant who was trying to promote himself in the Kingdom. He did this by building a tomb for himself like those of the kings in his day. When one tries to promote themselves, it becomes dead works, and the only thing they are actually building is a tomb.Due to his self-promotion, Shebna "the peg that was fastened in a secure place" was removed from his position and another "peg" (Eliakim) was set in. "In that day," says the Lord of hosts, "the peg that is fastened in the secure place will be removed and be cut down and fall, and the burden that was on it will be cut off; for the Lord has spoken." Isaiah 22:25
Thus says the Lord God of hosts, "Go, proceed to this steward, to Shebna, who is over the house, and say: 'What have you here, and whom have you here, that you have hewn a sepulcher here, as he who hews himself a sepulcher on high, who carves a tomb for himself in a rock?'" Isaiah 22:15-16

Watch for true prophetic voices to become even more secure of their position in Christ, causing a greater boldness to minister a more sure word of prophecy. They must remain in holiness and continue to be moved by the Holy Ghost, and not of themselves. They will carry a sure testimony of Jesus which is the spirit of prophecy. (Photo via Pixabay)

8 Prophetic Mandates for 2016: Areas of Ministry to Be Secured
This is not a complete picture but some of the highlights:

• HUBS that take on an ekklesia approach above just a typical local church approach.
The Lord is raising up a variety of HUBS to serve as the center for His plans, revival outpouring, training, and equipping in regions. More and more ministries will cross over into a HUB mentality and many new HUBS will be planted.

• Spiritual Families-Apostolic Companies.

The next generation of apostolic leaders will place a high value on family, companies, and relationships. The previous generation of apostolic leaders valued exploits, revelation, and accomplishment. The emerging generation of apostolic pioneers maximizes the power of relational ministry to accomplish the exploits. There is a generation that is in between the two that has elements of both.

• The quest for truth.
This generation of young people is on a quest to know and understand. They have been raised in the information age and they deeply desire to comprehend the "whys." Teaching will be a well-regarded gift in this generation. Ministries that offer explanation and insight will expand and enlarge.

• Apostolic and Prophetic foundations.
A large part of the Body of Christ is opening up to the reality of these two foundational gifts and ministries. There will be tremendous apostolic and prophetic synergy to uncover the plans of the Father for His people along with divine strategy. These two gifts will lock arms in an unprecedented way in order to pioneer dynamic Kingdom expression.

• Power Ministry.
There is a strong prophetic word of the Lord about the rising tide of healing ministry and supernatural demonstration. Apostles of power will rise and lead a charge back to the supernatural. Start believing for Acts 19:11 special miracles! The Lord is ready to turn up the heat of healing power. He is simply looking for a people that will press and believe.

As I was preaching recently, the Lord brought the blue flame before me. He showed me a blue-flame level of revival coming forth. This has many implications, but one of the most simple is a higher temperature of burning and a more pure flame. I began to see in my spirit creative miracles and power gifts coming forth on a level that I have personally never witnessed. I sense the Father urging a generation to contend for higher levels of miracles and to carry greater mantles. (Photo via Pixabay)
The wells of healing and power will be dug once again. There is something unusual and marked by God in the spring of this year as the nation descends on California for Lou Engle's The Call Azusa Street. There is the re-digging of a massive well of revival and miracles that will be marked by that event. There is potential for the Body of Christ to ride the wave that will be generated from the shockwaves of those prayers, to see a rising tide of miracle ministry and a new era of healing power like we have not seen in our generation. Even now many are being prepared to carry the healing mantle of the Lord in a profound way.
• A divine marriage between prayer rooms, healing rooms, and HUBS.
There is a link between these three ministries. The Lord showed me that Revival HUBS are to be the prophetic nerve center of territories. He is raising up prophetic-apostolic ministries to speak into the heart of cities and regions. They must partner with the laid-down lovers who will bathe the word and the plans in prayer. Prayer rooms are places of intercession and longing. The healing rooms are gateways to the healing power of God that is to be displayed in this hour. These three ministries working together have potential for explosive results in the Spirit.

Those that shun the correction will drift further away from the heart of God and into their own religious delusion. Those who receive correction will be sharpened and both their gift and character will rise much higher.

Both cleaning and clarity are coming to the prophetic ministry. There is an urgent need for CLEAR prophetic voices that shun nonsense and give out the unfiltered word of the Lord. The Lord told me that this is a season for His people to contend for clarity! The more clear the word is, the more precise the leading. We do not have time for unnecessary rabbit trails.
A Jubilee Year: A Time of Divine Release From Unfruitful Relationships, Offense, and Bondages
This year is also a Jubilee year! There is tremendous opportunity to grab the promise of Jubilee and receive breakthrough. It will come to those who discern the Kairos and move in it. Jubilee is a time of divine release! This is a significant Kairos for us. It is time to be released from wrong people and unfruitful relationships. It is time to release our own hearts from offense and walk in love and forgiveness.

It is a Genesis 13 moment! Lot and Abraham were beginning to experience strife because the land could not provide for them both. Abraham chose the low road and released himself from strife by giving Lot first choice of the land. The blessing of God came mightily upon Abraham. When we release people from offense and let go of strife in our heart, we align with a commanded blessing! Forgiving means "letting it go." Jubilee is a time of release from bondages! It is time to enjoy the freedom that Jesus paid for at Calvary. There is an invitation to take off the shackles and live in the freedom of the Lord! It is also a season of supernatural favor (see Psalm 5:12) and debt cancellation. I know that this is controversial to many, but the fact is that part of Jubilee is the removal of debt. We need to seize the moment and put our faith to work in that area so that we can be free to obey God without the weight of financial bondages.
