My beloved.

She is my beloved.
Laura Jean Unzicker Martin
Saluda, NC Oct. 18, 2015

Yeshua (Jesus) is our Beloved
and
we are Yeshua's (Jesus') beloved.

Mutual Delight in Each Other - Song of Songs 6

1“Where has your beloved gone,

            O most beautiful among women?
            Where has your beloved turned,
That we may seek him with you?”

2“My beloved has gone down to his garden,
            To the beds of balsam,
To pasture his flock in the gardens
            And gather lilies.

3“I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine,
He who pastures his flock among the lilies.”

4“You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling,
            As lovely as Jerusalem,
As awesome as an army with banners.

5“Turn your eyes away from me,
            For they have confused me;
Your hair is like a flock of goats
            That have descended from Gilead.

6“Your teeth are like a flock of ewes
Which have come up from their washing,
            All of which bear twins,
And not one among them has lost her young.

7“Your temples are like a slice of a pomegranate
            Behind your veil.

8“There are sixty queens and eighty concubines,
            And maidens without number;

9But my dove, my perfect one, is unique:
            She is her mother’s only daughter;
She is the pure child of the one who bore her.
The maidens saw her and called her blessed,
The queens and the concubines also, and they praised her, saying,

10‘Who is this that grows like the dawn,
As beautiful as the full moon,
            As pure as the sun,

As awesome as an army with banners?’

11“I went down to the orchard of nut trees
To see the blossoms of the valley,
To see whether the vine had budded
            Or the pomegranates had bloomed.

12“Before I was aware, my soul set me
Over the chariots of my noble people.”

      13“Come back, come back, O Shulammite;
Come back, come back, that we may gaze at you!”

“Why should you gaze at the Shulammite,
As at the dance of the two companies?

Shemitah Ripples as Global Wealth Continues Plummeting - Michael Snyder/Jessilyn Justice

Shemitah Ripples as Global Wealth Continues Plummeting

The Shemitah may be over according to the calendar, but its effects still linger.
Just reflect on the Black Monday crash of 1987—the greatest percentage decline in the U.S. stock market history. The crash occurred 30 days after the end of the Shemitah calendar.
"Stock market prices are at completely irrational levels," Economic Collapse blog author Michael Snyder says. " ... in order to get back to what is normal, what is rational, stock prices would actually have to make sense and not be completely outrageous, the stock market would have to (drop) 40 percent to get to that level."

Why So Many Christians Are Deceived - Charisma News

Carnality destroys our relationship with Christ and genuine fellowship with other believers. It destroys our prayer life as well.

Why So Many Christians Are Deceived

"You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (influence), how shall its saltiness be restored?" (Matthew 5:13-16).

Throughout history, Christians have vacillated between two extremes: compromising with the culture or removing themselves from it (isolation). Neither extreme is healthy. But the focus of this article is on carnality—being so ingrained in the culture that we no longer preserve those things that are noble and good.

Although we definitely want to relate to others, our lifestyle should reflect God's heart rather than the world's influence. The world will know that we are Christians by our love for one another and by our obedience, not by how well we imitate the world around us. Oswald Chambers once noted that a sinner, who is now saved by grace, "proves he is forgiven by being the opposite of who he was." He no longer resembles the sinful world that use to govern his heart.

Carnal Christians give God "His due" (a few hours on Sunday), but they forget His call to "come out from among them (the world) and be separate." Is the world influencing you? What does your mental media diet consist of? Who do you hang out with? What, and who, do you listen to? Is your heart set toward the things of God or the world's influence? A quick peruse of your LIKEs and posts on Facebook will reveal a great deal.

Compromise also deceives. James 1:22 reminds us that if we listen to God's Word without doing it that we are fooling ourselves ... we are deceived. The power of God's Word lies in the application. In addition to non-Christians, it is Christians who are moving sexually explicit and violent movies to the Top 10 by not applying purity to their lives. It is Christians who are addicted to porn and supplying the revenue to fuel the industry.

I often remind our congregation that we can make our homes be either a holy sanctuary that honors Christ or a breeding ground for Satan. That's a hard statement but it's true: we cannot love both Christ and this world. Carnality has a cost. As stated a few weeks ago: In times past, the hero was the father, not Edward (from Twilight). The greatest influence was the mother, not Bella. Kids once quoted Scriptures; now they are casting spells.

Don't get me wrong: We are to examine our own lives and motives first, and then we are to be moved primarily by love for God and others before critiquing. Jesus said in Matthew 7:5 that we must first remove the plank from our own eye, and then we will see clearly to remove the speck from our brother's eye. Avoiding compromise is a struggle for all of us. We are constantly swimming upstream against the cultural tide. The fact that there is a struggle demonstrates the importance of victory.

Are you being infected by the world? Being infected is the ultimate cost of carnality! Like any infection, it can destroy the body, and, in this case, the soul. When we are infected, we infect others. Parents, what influences are you allowing in to your home ... into the minds of your children? Things that are pure, noble, and true, or dark, demonic, and false?

Carnality destroys our relationship with Christ and genuine fellowship with other believers. It destroys our prayer life as well. A carnal Christian does not pray, really pray and seek the heart of God. A deep prayer life exposes facades and crushes hypocrisy. Carnality also destroys spiritual power and hinders the infilling of the Spirit. In short, everything that God calls us to be is compromised.

When Jesus said that we are "the salt and light of the earth," He was saying that we should have a preserving and cleansing effect on the culture ... we should bring a purifying aspect to all areas of life. Light dispels darkness; it does not cater to it. The person who lives a compromised life is not drawn to holiness and purity ... these terms are repulsive to them. Does this article anger and upset? The old adage rings true, "When a rock is thrown into a pile of dogs, the one who yelps was struck." If this upsets, it applies. But the purpose isn't to upset; ultimately, it's to foster repentance and a deeper walk with God. There's nothing more important than a life set ablaze for God.

On a closing note, carnality not only affects the pew, but the pulpit as well. A carnal pastor still offers motivating sermons, but he will lose unction, boldness, and spiritual insight. The world, and carnal Christians, will love him, but Spirit-filled believers will leave the service starving for more of God. Pastors, if we would make it our goal to know Christ more personally we would preach Christ more powerfully. Are we calling people out of the cultural mindset or are we encouraging it by our silence?

At this point you may think, "Why try? This is hopeless! I've drifted too far." Let me reassure you: God doesn't let our relationship with Him hinge on "measuring up," or on "following rules." He wants us to come as we are, recognize our need for a Savior, and commit our life completely to Him. Simply repent of this destructive lifestyle, and begin making choices that promote holiness and purity. Change is God's job, but obedience is ours.

3 More Sure Signs Witchcraft Is Attacking You

The Plumb Line, by Jennifer LeClaire
Jennifer LeClaire is now sharing her reflections and revelations through Walking in the Spirit, a new podcast from Charisma. Listen at charismapodcastnetwork.com.

Earlier this month, I went through a massive witchcraft attack. My mind was clouded. My eyes were burning. My body was worn out. People were attacking me with unfounded accusations. I had a low-grade headache that lasted for days.
I've literally written a book on witchcraft and I did everything I knew to do. In the end, all I could do was stand. I recently heard that the late prophet Bob Jones once said that weeping breaks witchcraft. That's something I intend to study, but one thing I know by experience is that the anointing breaks the yoke. The witchcraft finally broke at our miracle service at Awakening House of Prayer in Fort Lauderdale.
As I said in last week's column—"5 Clear Signs Witchcraft Is Attacking You Right Now"—I believe witchcraft is one of the powers in the hierarchy of demons Paul listed in Ephesians 6:12. Just as the Holy Spirit is the power of God, witchcraft is a power of the enemy.
Witchcraft attacks often start with imaginations. Witchcraft plants seeds of deception through imaginations. These voices tell you things like "What's the use?", "Nothing will ever change," "I can't do anything right," and "I don't feel like going to church. I want to be alone." With that said, here are three more signs you are under a witchcraft attack right now.
JOIN JENNIFER ON FACEBOOK FOR SPIRITUAL COMMENTARY AND ENCOURAGEMENT. CLICK HERE.
1. Angry and frustrated. When witchcraft attacks, you may feel angry and frustrated. You feel like people and things are standing in your way. You may get mad at yourself, mad at the devil or even mad at God. You're sick and tired of your circumstances, but what you don't realize is that the enemy is magnifying your circumstances with distorted mirrors and smoke that clouds reality. When this happens, just keep acknowledging the Lord. He will make your paths straight (Prov. 3:6).
2. Sickness, aches and pains. I've told you before that when witchcraft attacks me, my eyes burn. Sometimes my chest gets tight and I get dizzy. One of my intercessors gets terrible back pain when witchcraft manifests in her life. Another of my friends sees old stroke symptoms return. Sickness is not from God. We have authority over it, but many times we like to grumble and complain and confess how bad off we are, which only strengthens the enemy's grip on us. The devil brings what Jonah 2:8 calls "lying vanities" against you to make you think something is wrong so you'll confess it out of your mouth and open the door for it to settle.
3. Just plain worn out. If you've slept eight hours, had a tall cup of coffee and you still feel like you've been run over by a truck, witchcraft could be attacking you. This is one of the ways witchcraft comes after me. I've learned not to give in by laying down for a nap that turns into four or five hours of witchcraft-induced sleep. If you are eating well, sleeping well, exercising well and living well—and if you are generally healthy—you shouldn't feel like you're walking through quicksand. This could be a witchcraft attack.
8 Questions to Ask Yourself Right Now
I am not one to beat the air (1 Cor. 9:26). I don't presume to know what spirit may be attacking me by comparing symptoms to a checklist. Articles like these are meant to prime the pump of information that could spark a revelation. Ultimately, we need Holy Spirit discernment to be absolutely sure we're waging warfare against the right demon. The last thing we want to do is provoke another spirit to join forces with the real culprit. We need to put the discernment back into spiritual warfare.
In my experience, though, there are some practical questions you can ask yourself to help you discern a witchcraft attack:
1. Are you on an emotional roller coaster, rushing from anger to sadness to confusion? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
2. Are you so overwhelmed with your circumstances that you just want to call in sick, stay in bed and feel sorry for yourself? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
3. Do you feel like nobody can possibly understand what you are going through and that nobody even cares anyway? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
4. Do you feel like everything you do is wrong, that nobody appreciates you anyway? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
5. Are you getting offended with people, are you touchy and fretting over what people are doing or saying? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
6. Are people rising up against you with false accusations and angry outbursts without any apparent justification? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
7. Are you reasoning out your life to the point of fear or confusion? You could be under a witchcraft attack.
Before I understood the power of witchcraft, I could answer yes to those questions when I was under attack. Witchcraft doesn't hit me that way anymore. In fact, I've learned to take authority over it, cast down imaginations, be slow to speak and maintain my joy despite the exhaustion, low-grade headaches and burning eyes.
When that doesn't work, I've learned that when I've done all I can do, to stand. I've learned to open my mouth and ask others to fight with me because one can put 1,000 to flight and two can put 10,000 to flight. And I've learned to get into the presence of God and pray in the Spirit. If we submit ourselves to God and resist witchcraft, it will eventually flee. Remember, when you've done all you can do, stand. Just keep standing.

"It's Time to Restore the Roar and Embrace the Awe of God!" - Bobby Conner, Bullard, TX

The lion has roared; who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken; who can but prophesy? Amos 3:7-8
On the Day of Atonement the Spirit of Truth stated in a powerful proclamation:
"IT IS TIME TO RESTORE THE ROAR!"
This declaration sent great waves of excitement throughout my entire body! The time of timidity and fearfulness is coming to a sudden end! With astonishing boldness the saints of God will arise, declaring Jesus Christ is the King of Kings and He is truly Lord of Lords. This sudden resurgence of boldness will be the result of a great returning to First Love, rekindling the fires of first love (see Revelation 2:4-5).
Embrace the Awe of God! An Urgent Word
Suddenly, He Roars!
Recently, I was overwhelmed by a heavenly visitation. Without notice, I received one of the most significant and captivating encounters of my life.
I was enjoying an ordinary day with my family in Texas. I had much to do to prepare for an upcoming ministry trip to Europe, so I excused myself to retreat to my study. As I arranged some papers on my desk, I heard a slight sound behind me. Thinking it was my wife or perhaps one of my grandchildren, I casually turned around to see who was in the room.
Without warning, I found myself in a spiritual realm. There suddenly appeared – just inches in front of my face – a living, incandescent wall of translucent light, suspended within brilliant, blue-green waters. The waters were glowing and luminous – and also alive. A soft, swishing sound came from the moving mass of living, liquid light, much like the sound of wind through trees. (Photo by Lillis Boyer "And an Angel Stirred the Waters" via elijahshopper.com)
This glorious wall was a divine veil reflecting the most stunning, alluring rays of brilliant light I had ever seen. They were refreshing beyond words. Astonished, I wanted to absorb everything I could from within that veil. Its purpose seemed to be to enlighten and refresh.
All of my senses were extremely alert as I admired this breathtaking veil and wondered what was about to transpire. I reflected on how peaceful, tranquil, and good I felt, when suddenly, without warning, a magnificent LION exploded from the wall of living light.
This was an enormous, fearsome creature, a gigantic Lion of golden-amber color whose mane radiated a halo of golden light.
He was tall enough to look me straight in the eye. In fact, He locked His eyes on mine, gazing into my eyes with such intensity that I knew He was looking into my very soul. As I returned His steadfast gaze, I felt I was peering into eternity.
I wanted to flee from sheer terror, but also wanted to embrace this wonderful being from another realm. This Lion had an extraordinary fierceness, but from within this indescribable strength and power, an overwhelming gentleness also radiated. I was amazed at the warmth and love pulsing within Him, and the peace and sense of protection that exuded from His presence.
Our eyes were locked in a gaze for what seemed to be a very long time, when suddenly the Lion opened wide His mouth and began to roar. The roar was unlike any sound I had ever experienced – ear-piercing, overwhelming, indescribable. Mere words simply cannot convey the force and beauty of that blast of breath from another world.
This massive roar lasted for quite some time and released a vibration and reverberation that shook the heavens and earth – and felt as though it could be heard and felt throughout the entire universe. (Photo by Jennifer Page "Blessed is HE" via elijahshopper.com)
Standing within that divine current of the Lion's roar, I felt a divine invincibility. Before I had time to ask, I understood the nature of the roar; within my spirit, I heard the words, "The breath of God."

ElijahList Prophetic Resources
Embrace the Awe of Almighty God!
As suddenly as the Lion's roar began, it stopped – so swiftly that its absence created a vacuum that sucked the air and sound from the room. Out of that deep, sublime silence, a booming voice from Heaven rang out with a holy declaration that shook my entire being. The voice surged with supernatural power and authority:
"Prepare My people to embrace the awe of Almighty God!"
And then the beautiful liquid light disappeared as swiftly as it came. I stood trembling in my office, my heart pounding hard and fast, my spirit ablaze with the fire from Heaven's altar.
At this point, in a quiet, comforting, and convincing tone of voice, the Holy Spirit said, "Yes, prepare the people of God to embrace the awe of God!" (Photo by Lillis Boyer "He Who Keeps Israel Never Slumbers nor Sleeps"via elijahshopper.com)
The Spirit then explained that much revelation would be released concerning the Lion of the Tribe of Judah – a revelation that would produce the holy, wholesome fear of the LORD.
The Fear of God, the Awe of God
Indeed, the Lord spoke a very stern warning to me, saying, "Warn the people that I am not as easy to get along with as some preachers have made Me out to be!"
What does this mean, dear brothers and sisters in Christ? We must never forget the truth that "it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a living God"(see Hebrews 10:31). The writer of Hebrews further admonishes us, entreating us to fear the Lord: "Wherefore we receiving a Kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear" (Hebrews 12:28).

A series of videos glorifying the wave of deadly stabbing attacks against Israelis was released Sunday by the Islamic State terrorist group, in an unusual step by the extremist organization, which tends to steer clear of commenting on the situation in Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

The videos, bearing such titles as “Project Behead the Jews” and “Message to the Mujahedin in Jerusalem,” were uploaded from sites under Islamic State control in Syria and northern Iraq. Some of the videos spread on social media and were accompanied by the hashtag #BeheadtheJew.

“I recommend that you take the path of Jihad, which God tells you to follow, I bless this jihad against the Jews. Strike fear in their hearts, they are the enemies of God,” a fighter says in one of the videos, according to a translation by the i24 news site.

“A victory is coming to the mujahedin of the Al-Aqsa [Mosque] from above, you are the ones who start but we will continue it,” another Islamic State member says as he holds an automatic rifle.

In another one of the videos, a fighter criticizes Hamas and Fatah for not taking enough action against the Jews in Israel. “Both [Palestinian groups] only care about their own interests and some are even agents of the crusaders and the Jews,” the man says.

“Hurry up and save your brothers, don’t wait for the Arab leaders to help you.”

The videos also seemed to highlight the rift between the Islamic State and Gaza-based terrorist group Hamas. “We will uproot Hamas and the secular factions,” another fighter can be heard saying in a different video. “We take you to task. Hamas and all secular factions will surrender to our will and Sharia law will be the rule in Gaza.”

Earlier this month, Israeli security forces arrested three people in northern Israel accused of plotting attacks for the Islamic State terror group in August, according to the Shin Bet security service. A fourth, who is currently serve a life sentence in prison, was also charged with joining the organization, Israeli officials said, while three others were charged with aiding the terror cell.

Though Israeli security forces have claimed more than 40 Israeli citizens have traveled to Syria and Iraq to join the Islamic State, that terror cell was the first IS affiliate discovered within Israel.
