Rejoicing and Celebration On the Streets of Jerusalem and America

I do not care what anybody says, God called this nation to be a light. Yes, it has flaws – so does Israel.

"Yes, it has imperfections, but did I call My people to perfection? I said you would be a light shining in a dark place. I said you would be a hand that would feed the hungry. And I gave you oil to heal nations. And I gave you My breath to sing. Even your national anthem has My breath on it.

"Now there are foes – ISIS is not an Islamic State. It is a god that was worshiped centuries and millennia ago, starting with Nimrod. That same spirit has rested upon the east, Middle East, and is knocking at your door. But you have acknowledged Me as the Lord God of your nation.

"ISIS will cease to influence and exist on the streets of My soil.

"America and Israel and western nations, you shall put your fist down on Turkey. You shall put your fist down on Russia, Syria, and Iran.

"ISIS! Heads have been taken from children. I do not like that!" says the Lord. "Therefore, I have come to the earth to examine and to inspect, to see how I shall judge you in the presence of your enemies.

"No 9/11 attempt shall be to their satisfaction," says the Lord, "no, but watch Chicago and watch Michigan, for there are terrorists that draw closer and closer to banish the sounds of praise. 

Israel has praised Me and shall continue. My people, ecclesia, shall praise Me, and they shall continue. Therefore, I am the guardian of this nation and I will put a stop to it and expose, expose, expose in the fall until you realize that I have spoken and it is so," says the Lord of Hosts.

What you have is a permeating of hope coming to you from one who has stepped into the future as far as 2019. That's what I've done by His Spirit to tell you that a season of war cannot remain a season of war. 

Seasons change; this will come to an end and rejoicing and celebration will once again be in the streets of Jerusalem and in the streets of America. That is all I have to say about that! (Photo via Wikimedia)

This is the latter part of what the Spirit gave me:

"What have I prepared for New Zealand? What have I prepared for Ukraine? What have I prepared for Russia, Estonia, Europe, and the Middle East? 

Yes, Yeshua is moving to a people who are dissatisfied. 'There is only one god but Allah,' they say, 'There is only one god but Allah.' Would you like to know what the Lord has to say? There is only one God but God; there is only one God but God, and I will go where I wish.

At Israel's Birthday in 2018

"I was able to tear down the wall through Ronald Reagan, and the curtain, but there are two more walls that will come down. And in 2018, at the celebration of Israel's birthday, there shall be an outpouring of My Spirit in Israel like it has not had since the days of David and the days of Jesus. You listen to Me, everybody.

"But I have prepared My Holy Spirit, who is part of our Godhead, our Trinity, to bring upon the earth, and especially America, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and many others, a move of the Holy Spirit that will creep over into the streets of the Middle East. And there shall be Damascus Road conversions take place in the highest places in terrorist organizations, and they shall come out and they shall reveal the truth and the evil of Islam. And there shall be a shaking in the kingdom, and the way that I shook in 1900 at the turn of the Century, in 1948, in the '60s and the '70s – I will accumulate them all in one and I shall pour out of My Spirit with a global renewal," says the Lord.

Hallelujah

[While singing the modern day Hallelujah,] I want you to hear me please, because that song, not even specifically the melody, but the "Hallelujah" will suddenly emerge and begin to be sung all over the world. They say that Islam is attracting young people, but the Spirit told me, and I saw this, all over the world Jesus became popular. Jesus became famous again. A fame that is worthy of Him.

Conversions will take place in universities and schools, and the people that are professors and teachers that have taught all those erroneous things –"In the presence of these, I will raise up scientists that will speak the truth, and it will spread. And people will try and stop it, but it will not be stopped. This shall spread, and spread, and spread, and there will be no control, for it shall be like a river." That's what I saw.

Now, many of you watching all over the world, you know what I do. There is an altar. You've heard directly from the Spirit of God, how He is going to move from one nation to the other through the streets. 

House churches will be just about in every street in the United States of America and in Europe. Every street, every neighborhood, shall have the ability to hear the Gospel of the Kingdom, for God will not allow His Son to return but will retain Him until the fulfillment of every prophetic word that the prophets prophesied.

And the one thing that is being restored at this very moment in the midst of rubble, in the midst of clay, in the midst of mire, is the Tabernacle of David. The restoration of the Tabernacle of David will bring about souls into the Kingdom by the millions, the tens of millions; and it shall be known, spoken about by Time Magazine.

A New Online Magazine – By Scientists Who Are Christians

And I saw a new magazine that is also going to come forth, not necessarily on paper alone, of course not, it'll be on the Internet – that shall speak of Christ.

But it shall use the finest of scientists, the finest of athletes, the finest of artists, the finest of economists and business people. Prosperity is at our door. Now you may say that doesn't look possible. Do not say that, because what God requires from you now is faith. You see, faith is the only thing that can please God. Without faith, it is impossible to please Him. If you're watching me now, you heard the word of the Lord.

"There Are Angels, Angels Watching Over You"

The Spirit of the Lord would love to speak today: "Let Me say My words that the earth may hear. I am the Creator of the ends of the earth. I know the evil that man can do, but I also know the good that man can do. What you see on your borders shall go on, but," God says, "I am the watcher of your borders. I am the guardian of the borders, for ISIS shall make their way. However, as I disarmed the enemies of Israel, I shall surprise them with angels that are watching over you. 

Now I want you to prophesy to America's borders and say, 'There are angels, angels watching over you.'"

The Spirit of God says, "Hear Me, please. The nations that are entering in illegally, I have a huge plan for the Latino people. I have a massive plan that will shake ISIS, that will shake the terrorist organizations that are creeping into your nation. Conversions will take place as they cross your border. Are you hearing Me?

"They are entering into holy ground," says the Lord. "The blood of your forefathers was given and granted this land through prayers, through sweat, through tears, and through blood. Will I forget that? No! Watch the fall – the change and the shift. And I will cause you to stand and say, 'I never dreamed that this would happen in the fall.' Oh winter, oh winter, how beautiful is your snow all over the nation! Rejoice, for winter shall be a time of great rejoicing," says the Lord.

The Wells Will Be Filled From the Water Above

I heard Him saying, "There are wells that are open but empty. No springs in your business, your home, your nation, your leaders, your churches." He said, "They've been waiting for the well to come earthbound from below, but," God said, "they've been looking in the wrong place. For the wells will be filled from the water from above. This is different. America shall not go into a full-scale war. 

Even though it is the desire of the people, I have placed My knee onto the head of this President.

"I am speaking. The hard neck of Pharaoh actually brought miracles upon Israel in Egypt. The stubbornness of Pharaoh brought great judgments upon the enemy, and there is a stubbornness that I have allowed in this nation to bring liberty and freedom and judgment upon your enemies that are coming to your land.

"I will pardon the stupidity of the removal of My presence and the people in Iraq, because they were waiting to come into those nations. But," God says, "I will yet honor the prayers of presidents past who are praying right now. There is an old man, President George Herbert Bush, who is praying. I am hearing him. There is George W. Bush – forget his politics! He is praying! I am hearing him!" says the Lord.

France’s law, one of world’s most potent legislative tools to fight pro-Palestinian BDS movement, sees some 20 activists convicted

JTA — When Farida Trichine and 11 of her friends burst into a French supermarket in 2009 and began applying stickers with anti-Israel slogans to vegetables imported from the Jewish state, she expected to be escorted from the store by police.

What she didn’t expect was to be convicted of inciting racial hatred and slapped with a $650 fine.

Three months ago, a court in Colmar convicted the 12 activists under a French law that extended the definition of discrimination beyond the expected parameters of race, religion and sexual orientation to include members of national groups.

What Trichine, who was wearing a “boycott Israel” shirt during the protest, saw as a protected act of political speech was being treated by the authorities like a hate crime.

“It’s surprising that our actions are considered a crime when the real criminals are the colonists, the butchers of Gaza,” Trichine said in a video message in 2011, soon after her legal troubles began.

Trichine, 54, is one of approximately 20 anti-Israel activists who have been convicted under France’s so-called Lellouche law. Named for the Jewish parliamentarian who introduced it in 2003, the law is among the world’s most potent legislative tools to fight the growing Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, or BDS, and has catapulted France to the forefront of efforts to counter the movement through legal means.

“The French government and judiciary’s determination in fighting discrimination, and the Lellouche law especially, are exemplary for Belgium and other nations where discriminatory BDS is happening,” said Joel Rubinfeld, co-chair of the European Jewish Parliament and president of the Belgian League Against Anti-Semitism.

French authorities have acted aggressively in recent weeks to crack down on anti-Israel and anti-Jewish speech, most prominently by banning a tour by the comedian Dieudonne M’bala M’bala, who has been convicted multiple times of belittling the Holocaust and alleging that a Jewish mafia runs France, among other offenses. But the dragnet has also swept up BDS protesters whose actions have targeted Israel, not Jews.

Pro-Israel activists in neighboring Belgium are pushing for a similar law to Lellouche, hoping it might also put a dent in BDS activities in that country. No other countries have followed France’s lead.

In France, the official crackdown is sparking a backlash from activists who argue that the Lellouche law is too restrictive of free speech.

Before the convictions of Trichine and her associates, a solidarity petition by pro-Palestinian activists failed to garner more than 1,500 signatures. After the convictions, 51 groups — among them several labor unions and political parties with hundreds of thousands of supporters combined — condemned the verdict as “an unbearable attack on freedom of expression.” Three short documentaries have been made about the case, which has been covered in dozens of articles in leading French publications.

“These convictions are unconscionable,” Nicole Kiil-Nielsen, a French member of the European Parliament, said at a special session on the case in Strasbourg in 2011. “Governments are doing nothing to end Israel’s illegal occupation and the French court is wrongfully denying citizens from acting through BDS.”

Pascal Markowicz, the head of the BDS legal task force of the CRIF umbrella group of French Jewish communities, said the Lellouche law was enacted not because of the lawmakers’ desire to protect Israel, but because they sought to strengthen French republican values and counter sectarian tendencies. The law was passed in 2003, shortly after unprecedented gains by the far right National Front party in the presidential election.

The measure was designed to respond to a social climate of not only mounting anti-Semitism, but also anti-Arab discrimination and xenophobia. Nevertheless, it has been invoked repeatedly against anti-Israel activists. France has seen 10 trials against BDS supporters based on Lellouche.

Markowicz says the law is “the most effective legislation on BDS today.”

“We had only one acquittal, so the statistics are looking good,” he said.

Elsewhere in Europe, in countries where free speech traditions are more robust, laws like Lellouche are a much tougher sell. But that hasn’t stopped pro-Israel activists from trying to fight BDS with existing anti-discrimination laws.

In 2007, the British University and College Union said it would drop plans to boycott Israeli institutions after legal advisers said doing so would violate anti-discrimination laws. Last year, a British court threw out a discrimination case against the union brought by a pro-Israel activist in what Jonathan Goldberg, one of Britain’s leading trial lawyers, called “a legal and public relations disaster” for pro-Israel forces.

In the Netherlands, legal efforts to curb the anti-immigrant politician Geert Wilders, a supporter of Israel, have been largely unsuccessful.

“The French legislation is effective there but would be too unpopular here,” said Gidi Markuszower, a prominent pro-Israel activist.

In recent months, the Netherlands has seen several large divestments from Israel, including the Vitens water company and PGGM, the country’s largest pension fund. Similar divestments were announced recently by the largest pension fund in Norway and Danske Bank, Denmark’s largest.

But in France, despite its reputation as a hotbed of anti-Israel activity, there has been no divestment from Israel of late, a fact Markowicz attributes largely to the Lellouche law.

Still, Markowicz acknowledges that the law is a double-edged sword, not least of which is the “I boycott too” campaign to support Trichine and her associates. The Lellouche law also precludes calls for a boycott against Iran over its nuclear program, requiring the Jewish community to take care in how it expresses itself on the issue.

Despite the costs, Markowics is willing to pay the price. As for the backlash, Markowicz says the issues are so removed from the lives of ordinary Frenchmen that it’s not a major concern.

“For us, BDS is a big issue, so we must fight,” he said. “But in French society it’s just not big enough of an issue to provoke a strong, popular reaction one way or another.”

A Short Testimony

Since the last time I sent you a prophetic word I've learned personally how God can use you to start to fulfill your own prophetic words. In 2011, The Elijah List published my word "Advance From Breakthrough Into Victory." One of the paragraphs in this word was:

Apostles and prophets will be raised up who have the wisdom, strategy and grace to mentor and disciple people who can lead corporations as CEO's, entrepreneurs, heads of communities, states and even nations.

Apostles and prophets will not just plant and build churches, but they will have the structures for managing and rebuilding ruined cities and nations. Prophets will serve in government, helping to structure the educational policy of nations, etc.

That word has not left me alone since then and has even kept me awake some nights praying for God to raise up the Josephs and the Daniels who have solutions for the global economic crisis. In Europe people are already starting to talk about a "lost generation" with a continental average of almost 25% of 18-25 year olds being unemployed.

To make a long story short, last year God started to give revelation on the solution. The result – the European Economic Summit, which will be held in Amsterdam this year from 18-20 September (economicsummit.eu).

The goal of the European Economic Summit 2014 is to formulate and present new Biblical models for the crisis-plagued economies of Europe in the 21st century. We desire to see a healthy and vital Europe that is able to offer opportunities (education, work, spiritual renewal) for the many, both inside and outside of Europe's borders. God has given a lot of favor with 11 European and International networks locking shields to make this happen.

Who says that prophets can't be practical!

2014, The Year of Open Doors

Winds of change are blowing across the earth, and this is visible in both the natural and the spiritual realms. These violent winds of change are blowing out the old era and ushering in the new: "Then He who sat on the throne said, 'Behold, I make all things new'" (Revelation 21:5). Political and religious structures are shifting. New leaders are being raised up, and many of these will be appointed and/or elected in 2014. While this happens, doors are opening in the heavenly realms.

"2014 is the Year of Open Doors,"says the Lord; doors that will bring us into a new era. 

These doors will have a visible effect upon the earth, e.g. spiritual renewal vs. a further hardening of our hearts as individuals and as a nation, and transformation vs. the acceptance of the status quo. These open doors will be doors of unprecedented opportunity and influence. 

How we respond to them will determine the destiny of nations.

Open Doors

• In 2014 great doors of opportunity for the preaching of the Gospel will be opened.

1 Corinthians 16:8-9 But I will tarry in Ephesus until Pentecost. For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.

 2 Corinthians 2:12 Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's Gospel, and a door was opened to me by the Lord...

2014 will be the season of the evangelist.

This will set the stage for a fuller manifestation of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God on the earth. It's harvest time! Not only will we see multitudes coming to Christ, but we will see nations discipled as God's principles begin to be applied in different societal spheres of influence.

Even now, God is equipping and positioning Kingdom-minded Believers for this task. New training schools will be started to facilitate this process.

• Doors will open in 2014 for Believers to step into positions of influence in the media, economics, government and the judicial system.

One of our Council members saw in a vision how people influenced by the anti-Christ spirit were busy dictating how the spheres of influence, and society as a whole, should function, e.g. job creation, housing, health care, education, etc. Laws were being drafted which will place people under a yoke of slavery. Righteousness and justice, however, are the foundations of God's throne (see Psalm 89:14).

There are 60 verses in the New King James Version Bible describing the things that happened at the door of the tabernacle. These were not just limited to religious activity.

Civil Law, justice, family issues (from baby dedications to inheritance rights), etc. were legislated and carried out there. Our mandate is to establish God's Kingdom on the earth: "On earth as it is in Heaven" (Matthew 6:10). 

This does not mean that we should expect that things will be perfect, but rather that God's principles will become increasingly evident in the different influential spheres, as Believers with a Biblical world view step through these doors and take the positions in the world that God has prepared for them.

• A double-door of opportunity is opening up to marketplace ministers who have allowed God to weed out the roots of Mammon in their hearts.

Isaiah 45:1-3 Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held – to subdue nations before him and loose the armor of kings, to open before him the double doors, so that the gates will not be shut:

"I will go before you and make the crooked places straight. I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel."

In 2014 God is going to blow to bits the idea that Christians have to be poor in order to please God. Cyrus was lavishly resourced by God to accomplish His purposes – to finance the rebuilding of the wall around Jerusalem. 

Levels of resourcing will be released to several in 2014 that we haven't even begun to dream about yet, and the concept of "businesses that bring transformation" will become widely known.

A new time of Christian philanthropy has begun.

• We are going to have to recognize the Day of our Visitation.

Genesis 18:1-5 Then the Lord appeared to Him (Abraham)... as he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day. So he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing by him; and when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the ground, and said, "My Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant. Please let a little water be brought, and wash Your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree. And I will bring a morsel of bread, that you may refresh your hearts. After that you may pass by, inasmuch as you have come to your servant..."

Abraham did not know that it was the Lord who was passing by at that moment. Something inside of him, however, caused him to recognize that this day, which at first glance looked like any other normal day, was different.

That is why he ran from the tent door to meet the men. In doing so, he received the promise that within a year Sarah would have the son that they had waited so long for. God also told him about His plans for Sodom and Gomorrah. In 2014 we will have to stay alert to be able to recognize these kinds of moments.

• In 2014 the open door will see God coming down to talk to His people.

Exodus 29:42 This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord, where I will meet you to speak with you.

Exodus 33:9 And it came to pass, when Moses entered the tabernacle, that the pillar of cloud descended and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the Lord talked with Moses.

There has already been a door open in Heaven for quite some time now, and many have received revelation as they have been taken up to the Third Heaven (see Revelation 4:1). This will be different however.

When God came down to speak to Moses, He talked to him about how to lead the people and shape society. 2014 will see an increase in the number of people receiving practical revelation from God for the world we live in. Third Heaven experiences will also continue.

• Doors of fast and miraculous answers to prayer have been opened.

Acts 12:16-17 Now Peter continued knocking; and when they opened the door and saw him, they were astonished. But motioning to tem with his hand to keep silent, he declared to them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, "Go, tell these things to James and to the brethren." And he departed and went to another place.

A few weeks ago there was a story in one of our national newspapers about a failed assassination attempt on someone in one of our cities. A criminal had held a gun to the head of a man and had pulled the trigger twice. Both times the gun failed to fire. The would-be assassin ran away but was later caught by the police.

The intended victim was an acquaintance of one of our church members. When we asked this person about it, he told us that God had woken him up one night two weeks earlier and had told him to pray for the other man's protection.

This he did immediately until he received God's peace on the matter. He then said, "I know the type of gun that was used and it is very reliable. It always works. It's a miracle that it did not fire!" Miraculous answers to prayer like this are going to start to become so commonplace in 2014 that after a while we won't even be surprised anymore. The supernatural power of God in answer to the prayer of His people will become increasingly visible in our nation(s).

Know Who You Are

Another one of our council members also had a vision. He saw a magician standing on a stage with a big red button on it. The magician invited a boy from the audience to come up onto the stage and push the button. Our council member said: "I had the idea that when the boy pushed the button, fireworks would go off and a huge celebration would erupt. I realized instantly that the magician was God, the Father, and that the little boy was the Netherlands." 

The Netherlands is called to push the button to start the new era. The Netherlands is small compared to other nations, but it has played this role in the past.

In spite of the fact that the boy had been invited to push the button, he didn't do it. Instead, he hesitated. We hesitate because we lack assurance and we do not trust that we have the ability to do what God has called us to do. 

The Spirit of God is saying, however, that, "The time when we did not know who we were has passed." The Netherlands is called to push the button and to change the world.

Heroes

Daniel 11:32b ...but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.

2014 will see a new outpouring of the "hero spirit" as God raises up a new generation of mighty men and women. 

The sons and daughters of God will rise up, shake off their lethargy and fear, and confront the armies of darkness that have our nation(s) in their grip:"Then David said to the Philistine, 'You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 

This day the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. Then all this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord's, and He will give you into our hands'" (I Samuel 17:45-47).

Many will be encouraged and will themselves rise up and do exploits as they see and hear the stories of the modern-day Gideons and Davids who God is raising up even now. The hero spirit and taking back ground that has been lost will be important characteristics of this new move of the Spirit that God is unleashing upon the earth and which will pick up speed in 2014.

Arleen Westerhof is the founder and facilitator of the Netherlands Prophetic Council and is the co-senior pastor of the church God's Embassy Amsterdam together with her husband Dick. She is the Coordinator of the European Economic Summit 2014 and an associate with Christian International Europe. Arleen has a passion to see prophecy made practical and prophets raised up who are able to be problem-solvers.

The Netherlands Prophetic Council consists of church and ministry leaders from across The Netherlands and is a platform  where prophets from different denominations and movements are trained, encouraged, and raised up. Their goal is to release the prophetic voice in The Netherlands and in Europe. Each year they come together to seek the Lord about what He wants to do the following year. Several times a year they organize events aimed at seeing the Kingdom of God advanced across Europe.
