I'm Getting Souls Posted: 21 Aug 2015    In a vision a young man saw the Lord pick up the earth and He began to shake it up and down in His hands. The young man asked the Lord, "What are you doing?" The Lord said, "I'm getting souls! I'm getting souls!" I sense such a great shaking coming that it will fill most churches. People will line up outside waiting to get in. This shaking alone will cause multitudes of children and grandchildren, who have been prayed for many years, to run like prodigals to Jesus. This shaking alone will do it. It will be the answer to many prayers for lost loved ones and a great harvest to take place in the earth. As the shaking increases, remember what God is doing: "I'm getting souls!" "A Vision of a Line in the Sand"

Last week I received a vision for a particular nation, and although I knew that it was specifically for that nation, I also felt it was a clear message for the whole Church.

What is the Vision I Had for the Church?

I came out of a deep sleep and heard, "He among you without sin cast the first stone."

Immediately I was taken to a scene that resembled the story in John chapter 8 of the woman caught in adultery. I saw four men with stones in their hands, and upon each stone a single word was written. The first stone had the word OFFENSE, the second stone had LAW, the third stone JUDGEMENT, and on the fourth stone was written SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS.(Photo via Pixabay)

Again I heard the words, "He among you without sin cast the first stone."

When these words were spoken the atmosphere changed from a sense of accusation, anger, and judgment to one of humility and compassion. Unlike the story in John 8, where the men dropped the stones and walked away, these four men dropped their stones and went to embrace the one caught in sin. I could not see if this person was a man or a woman, but the four men surrounded and embraced this individual who – just moments before – they had felt justified in stoning.

As they encircled the one caught in sin, all of them were suddenly transformed into one person. It was a young boy whom I knew was like a young King David. Then the Lord handed this "young David" a new smooth stone, and upon that stone His name was written.

Jesus spoke as He handed him the stone saying, "While you were busy judging another, a giant has moved into the land who seeks to destroy My people. His name is Goliath. Now go in My name and slay this enemy."

A Line in the Sand

This vision was very profound and spoke to me of a mindset that has distracted some within the Church, allowing the Accuser of the Brethren to gain a foothold in their hearts. God is asking His people to put the stones of offense, law (letter of the law), judgment, and self-righteousness down. We have all sinned and fallen short of His glorious standards, but in the Lord's merciful grace He has embraced us, forgiven us, and restored us to Himself.

I believe God is saying that the enemy has created distractions through accusation that has caused divisions. These distractions have given the enemy time and space to move upon the land, seeking to change times and seasons similar to what we read of in the Book of Daniel:

"He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, shall persecute the saints of the Most High, and shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand for a time and times and half a time" (Daniel 7:25 NKJV).

In God's great mercy He is calling to the Church, "He among you without sin cast the first stone." This is God's line in the sand. This is His call to repentance. 

He is calling His Church to a posture of humility. He is calling for us to drop our stones and restore those who have been caught in sin. This is a call to lay down offenses, to give grace, to walk in humility rather than judgment, and to recognize that there is one Judge and that there is no righteousness apart from the righteousness of Christ. "Or do you show contempt for the riches of His kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?"

Forgive As You Have Been Forgiven

One of the most sobering parables Jesus ever told was the Parable of the Unmerciful Servant found in Matthew 18:21-35. Peter asked Jesus how often he has to forgive his brother or sister who sins against him. Jesus replies, "Seventy times seven." In other words, without limit. Let's look at this parable again:

"Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, 'Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?'

"Jesus answered, 'I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

"'Therefore, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand bags of gold was brought to him. Since he was not able to pay, the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold to repay the debt.

"'At this the servant fell on his knees before him. "Be patient with me," he begged, "and I will pay back everything." The servant's master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go.

"'But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred silver coins. He grabbed him and began to choke him. "Pay back what you owe me!" he demanded.

"'His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, "Be patient with me, and I will pay it back."

"'But he refused. Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt. When the other servants saw what had happened, they were outraged and went and told their master everything that had happened.(Photo via Pixabay)

"'Then the master called the servant in. "You wicked servant," he said, "I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. Shouldn't you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?" In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.

"'This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.'"

We are called to forgive from our hearts. We have been forgiven of so much; how can we clutch so ferociously to unforgiveness? We must forgive as we have been forgiven. We must drop our stones and move from law to grace. I am not promoting lawlessness, but we err when we fail to live in the grace freely extended to us by the only One who was able to fulfill all the righteous demands of God's holy law. He alone is able to create within us all the righteousness that God requires.

Make No Room for the Enemy

At the end of the vision I heard the Spirit say that the distraction of accusing our brothers and sisters has made room for the enemy in our land. The enemy enters through breaches in the wall. When we are divided it creates opportunity for the enemy to strike.

I saw a wonderful story on the news this past week about a couple who were walking hand in hand when the young man was struck in the head by lightening. The electricity was transferred through his body, through both their hands, then down her body and out her feet. The doctors that treated them said that they were alive because they "shared the strike." Had the young man taken the full force on his own it most likely would have killed him, but because they were joined, neither of them was seriously injured.

This is a beautiful picture of unity and our need for one another. When we stand in opposition to each other, we cannot withstand the strikes of the enemy; but when we join in intimacy and unity we overcome. We need one another!

This is a truth not just for personal relationships, but also for the corporate Body. When we stand together there is protection and authority. The enemy knows this, which is why he works so hard at dividing relationships and severing bonds of love. He would rather we hold a stone that harms than hold a hand that heals. 

Our unity releases authority. This is why (in the vision) when the four men and the one being accused embraced they became ONE. They not only became one person, but they were now ready to face the giant. They were given the new stone with the Lord's name written upon it and sent out to strike the enemy in the head with this stone.

Be Encouraged

This word is not meant for condemnation but encouragement! God disciplines those whom He loves. When He speaks a word of correction it is proof that we are His sons and daughters. If you have been holding stones of accusation, then be aware you can simply drop the stones and embrace your brother or sister and allow the Lord to restore what the enemy has stolen. Forgive as you have been forgiven.

If this is not directed to you, pray for the Body of Christ. Pray and don't judge those holding stones – because that would be picking up a stone! Let's bind together in the love of Christ and receive the stone with His name upon it so we might stand against the giants in the land. Let's slay those giants that have come to oppose the Kingdom of God working through the Church to bless our families, our culture, and our nations.

After Murdering Christians ISIS Fighter Has Vision of Jesus

The Islamic State militants are partially responsible for the deadliest era of Christian persecution the world has ever seen.

But could that also mean they're exposed to a form of evangelism like no other? These martyrs are not dying silently, and the Lord is apparently working through them. 

"One of our YWAM workers in the Middle East was contacted by a friend earlier this year and they met up and he was introduced to an ISIS fighter who had killed many Christians already. I mean that's a horrible situation, and admittedly, he was probably on guard," Gina Fadely, director of Youth With A Mission Frontier Missions.

"He told this YWAM leader that he had begun having dreams of this man in white who came to him and said, 'You are killing My people.' And he started to feel really sick and uneasy about what he was doing," Fadely continued. "The fighter said just before he killed one Christian, the man said, 'I know you will kill me, but I give to you my Bible.' The Christian was killed and this ISIS fighter actually took the Bible and began to read it. In another dream, Jesus asked him to follow Him and he was now asking to become a follower of Christ and to be discipled."

I saw the winepress of heaven over the lives of many believers and many in that hidden place of pressing. The pressing has been intense and at times it feels as if the pressing could not increase anymore, but the pressing continued. The pressing from various sources, God has used all of them for the GOOD of His people and I saw such pure heavenly rich, glorious wine flowing from the winepress of the lives of God's people. It was saturated in the fragrance of heaven.

 

As I watched this pressing happening the more pressing that occurred the more the Father poured His love, His strength, His comfort and revelation into the hearts and lives of His people. So even though the pressing was so intense, MORE was being poured in than the pressing was seemingly taking. So unaware the people of God were in this hidden place of deep pressing, but they were actually living in a greater overflow of His love, strength, comfort and revelation than they ever had been.

 

As this glorious wine flowed from the lives and hearts of believers, I saw crowns flowing out in amidst this glorious heavenly wine. There were names written upon each of these crowns.

SAMUEL

 

DAVID

 

JOSEPH

 

DANIEL

 

These crowns fell at the feet of many believers and Jesus came and placed these crowns upon their heads. As I looked closer, on the front of the crown was one of those names mentioned above but on the back was the name of the believer. Instantly I knew that this pressing had been to bring these ones to the place of preparation where they would carry a similar anointing to the names placed on the front of these crowns, but not identical as they were created unique and individual, beautiful and different, hence their own name. I knew they were going to be used in similar ways to these heroes of the faith.

 

Encourage My People

 

Jesus said to me, "Lana, encourage my people that what they have been walking through is not for nothing, but for a greater purpose, vision and mission than they have imagined." I saw Him smile the most beautiful smile and His face was radiant with joy, expectancy and His eyes danced looking at His people, SO PROUD! With a wink and a smile He says to me, "Lana, tell them, it is going to be GREAT."

 

All of a sudden, I find myself standing before a stage that looked like a runway where models walk to display outfits. But this stage was so different. It was draped in the most beautiful curtains, like robes, that were red and with a smile on my face my heart knew that it was a sanctuary. A place that was so special, an inner chamber and the red curtains all around were reminders of the blood of the Lamb, and all that He purchased. There was glorious heavenly light in every part of the room that filled the room with such warmth and joy, such peace that nothing else mattered than being in this place.

 

It was the place that represented deep intimacy with God, the inner chamber, but also a stage set. I wondered why there was a stage, and into my heart came the words "to be placed on any stage of influence or stage of the world, it is birthed and remained upon by remaining in the place of deep intimacy with Me."

 

Jesus then stepped onto the stage, and my eyes filled with tears as I could feel His pleasure over His people, His complete joy at the release and unveiling.

 

He looked at me with His beautiful eyes and said to me, "It is time!!"

 

One by one He began to bring forth His people wearing crowns, each with the names written on the crowns. They were so beautiful and so wonderfully prepared.

 

"All for such a time as this," He spoke and handed each one a key, and the keys that each one of these were handed unlocked doors to their destiny. I saw them go into the world to begin to release all that was poured into them through the intense period of pressing.

 

In this encounter, I felt to encourage the people of God that ALL you have walked has not been for nothing. It has ALL had a perfect purpose. God has used it all, the good and the bad to bring you to this place, for such a time as this. All the things the enemy threw at you, He has turned, to bring you to this place of release.

 

New Mantles

 

God is releasing mantles right now in the heavenlies. These mantles are not to be treated lightly and they are mantles that have been released to those who have been through the pressing, that have walked the path of great sacrifice and continued to hold onto their Beloved. They have gone deeper into the inner chamber and pressed through when everything else has screamed at them to give up. The place where they have come to a place of such depth of intimacy that every part of them yearns and delights for Him and living before the audience of One.

 

He is releasing you now. He is releasing the Esthers, the Samuels, the Davids, the Josephs, the Daniels into the world. There is going to be an increase in dream interpretation in the Church and in the world, an increase in creative revelation in worship, an increase in the gift of administration and excellence, an increase in open doors to speak before people of influence releasing Kingdom principles.

 

Blueprints from heaven that have been given to the people of God in their pressing, in the winepress, the visions are being released now into the world and are going to be released into large corporations and these Kingdom principles released through these ones will not only bring increase to their corporations but salvations, signs and wonders into the marketplace.

 

Transformation in Governments

 

I felt the Lord wants His people believing for the transformation of GOVERNMENTS. Many of the keys that were released in this encounter were keys to unlock governments and minister to leaders of governments. There is a revival coming within governments. Jesus is going to visit world leaders in tremendous encounters in the night and great favor opening up through these ones being sent in to proclaim the Word of the Lord and bring about a Kingdom shift. Nations is now shifting nations with His love and Glory and He is moving into government to bring a REVIVAL OF HIS LOVE, which will bring even greater radical shifts in nations.

 

His People will Shine

 

I was then taken back into this encounter where I saw many of His people sitting on the floor around the stage of this inner chamber and they were weeping. I watched as Jesus went and knelt down beside each one and I heard their heart cries, "I am not a Joseph, I am not an Esther, I am not a Daniel."  Their hearts were full of insignificance, not knowing their value, and bound in an orphan spirit. 

I saw Jesus touch the chin of each one, one by one and lift their heads to look at Him in the eyes. He spoke with such conviction, such love and compassion and He said, "THIS IS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU" and He stretched out His arms and I could see His heart, and inside His heart, I saw the crucifixion and as I saw Him on the Cross I saw Him look at each one of these and He spoke so tenderly and beautifully, "It was ALL FOR YOU!" and the people of God began to sob and sob as the love and kindness of God enveloped them, healing their hearts and breaking off the orphan spirit. "All so you could be Mine," such healing and restoration was coming into their hearts that I began to weep.

 

He then bent back down and handed each one a scroll. As they unraveled this scroll there were pictures of each moment of their lives, when they were children and fell and hurt their knee, to when they were adults and got a job promotion, dreams coming true and in each picture I saw HIM! Every moment of their life mattered. My eyes then gazed over to the list on the other side of the scroll and it was every hearts desire, every dream and how He had molded, shaped, planned, perfected them and their hearts cries in His presence to bring them into the place of fullness and deeper knowledge of Him and His goodness. The presence and LOVE of the Father was ALL over this scroll with the words ringing in my ears, "If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father." (John 14:9)

 

These ones stood to their feet, free of the orphan spirit KNOWING their value and knowing the unshakeable truth that they ARE LOVED and they are a SON AND DAUGHTER of the most GLORIOUS GOOD GOD!! I saw them go into the world into their day-to-day lives and they were releasing BOMBS OF LOVE through their words and their actions and attitudes and LOVE REVIVALS were happening EVERYWHERE they went. There were deposits of God's love being released everywhere, their feet trod in signs and wonders. 

These ones who thought they were insignificant and of no value, not knowing how LOVED they were, were releasing a LOVE REVIVAL everywhere they went. People were coming to know Jesus at a rapid pace because THEY WERE KNOWN FOR THEIR LOVE.

 

These ones were even ministering in the Church to those who do not know their love, that were caught in division, caught in unforgiveness, bitterness and hatred and were releasing impartations of God's love through their testimonies and others were being set free in the Kingdom, reawakened and revived and then going into the world of their day to day lives and releasing His love. It was a LOVE REVOLUTION!

 

No matter where you are, no matter what you are walking, no matter what you have walked, as you are part of His Kingdom, it is YOUR TIME TO SHINE! It is YOUR TIME TO ARISE! Stay deep in the inner chamber with Him.  What you have walked was not for nothing. It has been for such a time as this. Doors are opening now for your destiny. 

The world is waiting for you. It is time to take your place. The pressing even though was one of the most difficult things you have ever walked, was one of your greatest blessing. You just watch how He is going to use you! The best is yet to come.

 

As He said to me in the encounter, "Tell them Lana, 'It's going to be GREAT!!!!'"

I saw what looked like a Golden Star, shooting at the speed of a comet. As it approached earth's atmosphere I realized that it wasn't a comet at all, but an angel of the Lord, as he landed on earth on one knee with his head bowed. As I approached him, I saw what looked like a pipe in his hand was actually his scepter and, once it touched the ground, it grew and glowed!!  It emitted the most incredible golden light with gems that started to ignite and transmit shafts of light. It wasn't just a pipe, but a scepter, as he came with great authority. 

I asked him, "Why are you here, and what's your name?" He said, "My name is Storm, and I'm from the past, but I come with a message." The message became like a movie. I could see, as far as the eye could see, many, many, lost and broken people, hurting, wounded and barely making it (many were those in ministry). I was so overwhelmed by what looked like a massacre that had come through, but it was from an onslaught of the enemy.  

I started to pray and cry out to the Lord. When I opened my eyes there was a different angel who was before me. I asked him, "What is your name?" and He said, "I'm called Future," and when his scepter hit the ground I saw underground caverns of silver, and rivers of liquid gold. Gems were everywhere. There was a treasure chest filled with pearls, gems, and golden goblets embellished like I've never seen before. The angel, Future, said, "I'm here to help navigate The Father's people." 

I Am Releasing

Believe that I am removing the veil of heaviness and despair and I'm releasing, says the Lord, rivers of life to the multitudes, and multiplication will take place just like for the widow, or the boy with the bread and fish. You will see obstacles removed, and roadblocks that have hindered my people will be no more. Tell them, I am calling you! As He called Lazarus, He is calling us to come out of our death or grave clothes.

This vision is so, so amazing because I understand what He's saying. Listen, the Angel, Storm, always removes the dead debris out and off of us, like a tree being pruned. Many have gone thru difficult storms, divested by the ravages of life. 

I see the Angel, Future, wanting us to know that there is provision in the vision. He has called us, each one of us, that we are so beautiful, like a gem, unto the King. Some of you may need to just take off those garments of the past that have made you feel like you are invisible, worthless, or never good enough. God the loving Father is calling all of His sons and daughters to come out of the death clothes, and to come out and live.

Father, may your unspeakable joy overflow us each and every day. Thank you that whatever storm we may have had, or are still going through, that we are not alone.

The Vision

On November 22, while I was sleeping on an airplane, I was taken into a dream-like vision that was very significant for this coming season. In the vision, I saw a calendar and the word "Hanukkah" written upon it (I did not see the actual dates; only the word). I was then lifted to a higher place in the spirit and I was aware of a deeper connection with Heaven than I had known previously. I realized I was responding to the "Come up here" invitation that God gives to each of us (Revelation 4:1).

Immediately I was standing before two large gates that were opening before me. As I looked, I realized that each gate was in the form of a menorah, and the path beyond the gates radiated light. Even though, in the vision, I did not pass through the gates, I was aware that soon I would do so. I then saw the number 16, but did not grasp its significance. I knew that as soon as I passed through the gates I would enter a season of supernatural miracles and natural victories. –End of vision.

Prelude to the Vision

Before I explain my sense regarding the vision, I should share what I have been experiencing the last few months. Lately I have been captivated by lanterns and the flickering of candlelight. I have felt a strong desire to buy lanterns to decorate our home, and even hung two on our outdoor entry that are lit each night with a candle.

I have learned through the years that often these captivations reflect more than my natural desire to decorate and create and enjoy beauty, but they are indicators of the Lord speaking something deeper to me.

The past few months, my husband and I have often focused our attention on the parable Jesus told of the five wise virgins found in Matthew 25:1-13. "Then the Kingdom of Heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.

"And at midnight a cry was heard: 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!' Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' But the wise answered, saying, 'No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.' And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.

"Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open to us!' But he answered and said, 'Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.' Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming."

Along with the verses from Matthew 25, I have continually been impressed with verses of Scripture and words from the Lord, about not trusting in the strength of man, but trusting in the strong arm of the Lord to do what needs to be accomplished. One of the key passages He has been speaking to me is Psalm 147:10-11:

His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor his delight in the legs of the warrior; the LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.

He has also focused my attention on Zechariah 4:6:

Then he answered and spoke unto me, saying, "This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' saith the LORD of hosts.

What is Hanukkah?

Hanukkah begins on the 25th day of Kislev on the Jewish calendar. It is based on two miracles: a great Jewish military victory and a miraculous supply of oil for the Temple.

Although Hanukkah celebrates military victory—a desperately outnumbered group of Jewish guerilla fighters known as the Macabees triumphed against mighty Greek-Syrian invaders in the second century B.C.—the holiday's major symbol is the menorah, a reminder of the "miracle of the oil". While seeking to rebuild the altar and light its menorah, the Jews discovered only one flask of untainted oil for the eternal lamp—just enough to keep it burning for one day.

But somehow, the flames continued to burn eight days and nights until more oil could be procured from afar. That miracle is the reason we celebrate Hanukkah for eight days, and also why Hanukkah is called the Festival of Lights.

The verse from Zechariah 4:6 is inscribed upon the menorah in Jerusalem that stands across from the Knesset, Israel's parliament. It serves to remind us not only of military victory, but of the ultimate triumph of God and the spiritual victory of the Jews over their oppressors.

Supernatural Miracles Will Bring Natural Supply

As I sought the Lord for His interpretation of the vision, I felt He gave me the understanding that as we pass into the season of Hanukkah, we will be passing through a gateway in the spirit and stepping upon a path leading us into a time of miracles and victories.

I sense that we will see supernatural miracles that bring natural supply. We will be ushered into a time of miracles in the earthly realm that bring victory over large enemy forces that have intimidated and oppressed God's people for too long. (Photo via yaldah)

I hear God saying, "Enough!" Though we may appear outnumbered by these oppressive armies, as we keep the oil of prayer and worship burning and put our trust in the fear of the Lord, He will give victory as He did during the Maccabean Revolt so many years ago.

As I mentioned, in the vision I saw the number 16 right after seeing the gates fashioned like two menorahs. This year, Hanukkah begins December 16th and ends December 24th—Christmas Eve. It is interesting that Hanukkah falls on the eight days leading up to the Christian celebration of the birth of Christ. I believe that we are entering a season leading to the time that the veil will be removed from the eyes of the Jewish people so that they can see their Savior (see 2 Corinthians 3:13-16, Romans 11:25-32).

Additionally, the menorahs on the two gates each contained eight candles, for a total of 16. Biblically, the number sixteen is symbolic of love. Sixteen of the names and titles for God in the Old Testament especially signify His constant, never-ending love for the children of Israel.

In the New Testament, 1 Corinthians 13:4-13 lists "sixteen qualities of God's love" that Paul informs us we should have as well: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love is Your Mission!

I believe the next eight years we will see an extraordinary number of Jewish men and woman coming to the awareness of the Savior as the Church exhibits the true meaning of love described in First Corinthians. 

We will love them with the love that God Himself possesses. This Hanukkah season will bring us into a new beginning, where the character of the Father is seen and His true love is displayed in Israel and throughout the nations, like a menorah placed in a window for all who pass by to see.

The modern menorah is a candelabrum of eight branches, with a ninth holder placed higher in the middle. It is used to light the eight candles on either side. This is a picture of Jesus, our ninth candle, who will light the next eight years with miraculous victories and miraculous supply.

I hear the words: "Worship is your passport through the days ahead, with faith as your currency and love as your mission."

Love is your mission!

This is a time to rejoice. Though the world is reporting unthinkable oppression and horrific acts of terror that seem unimaginable, God is proclaiming a different report. He is about to bare His mighty right arm as His people surrender to His strength and live in the fear of the Lord, rather than fear the strength of terrible armies. We are entering a time of great victory and great miracles.

REJOICE!!! This is a time to worship and pray and fill your lamps with oil. It is a time to trust, to dwell safely in the fear of the Lord, and let go of doubt and every bad report that has come your way. The gates are about to open and the Father of Lights will shine and dispel the darkness. A vast Heavenly army has come to fight for His people. Amen!

It was a rainy-day feeling, like it was time for a rest, so I went to my room to take a nap. Little did I know what was about to take place...

I was trying to sleep, but could not. I just kept lying there praying, "GOD help me, our nation, our Church... THE Church, YOUR Church! Help us turn around all the evil. Help us! Help us." I just kept praying. Over and over I was compelled to say, "I love You, Jesus. I won't leave You. I won't leave You. I won't leave You."

I was screaming it inside of me. I was even starting to repent. Did you ever do that? Repent just in case? Then I heard myself saying, "Don't leave us. Don't leave us. Don't leave us."

Then I remembered this Scripture: "I will never leave you or forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6;Hebrews 13:5). Now I was calmed by this beautiful word. Then I fell asleep... (Photo via Flickr)

A Dream of Significance: What Was That Sound?

I had a dream. I was a watcher in this dream and it was as if I was watching a film before me. There was a man looking for a place to stay and someone had given him their home to stay in. While this man, who appeared to be dressed like a businessman, was in the house he kept hearing sounds that were unfamiliar to him.

After a while, this man began to become unnerved by the foreign sounds. He became afraid. Then he became angry. He began to search the house looking to see where the sound was coming from. He could not, and the sound was still there. Consistent. Tap, tap, tap... click, click, click.

What was that sound??? He shouted at the sound. He made louder sounds. He was angry with the owner. He wanted out! He was screaming, "Why did I come here? Why am I here? Why was I given this house?" He was even comparing this house to other houses and wishing he could be there instead.

He was ANGRY, wanting to leave, run... and he didn't care. The house was beautiful, very beautiful, warm, and filled with every need. Yet he was not happy because of that "annoying" sound.

Finally, since he was unable to find the sound within the house, he stepped outside, confident that he would find what he is looking for outside the house. As he was walking to the back of the house, I was somehow standing there alongside him, pointing my finger up toward the top of the house – the very house he wanted to leave. "Look up," I said.

As he looked up, he saw that the chimney stack of the house was huge! The chimney was remarkable, beautiful, and you could see something like feathers come out of it. I gasped, even to myself. He was looking up. He began to listen. (Photo via Pixabay)

He began to recognize the sound that was bothering him inside the house... It was a familiar sound now. "I'm going to fix that sound NOW. I'll show that sound what to do!" he yelled. Then he climbed up to the chimney and he just stopped. Something had changed... He started to change. I watched his spirit change from anger to softness. His countenance changed.

Inside the chimney was that "annoying" sound of a bird. A white and gray dove (a turtledove) was inside the chimney making a nest. The man now was ashamed of his fear. "I cannot fear this dove," he said. "How foolish it is of me to be sore afraid."

He went inside the house and decided it was his duty to keep the dove safe and protect the nest. He was at peace and no longer afraid and no longer alone, either. He had something to care for: the dove, her nest, and the yet to come.

I awoke from the dream as the phone was ringing Christmas Church Bells. (Yes, my ringer has been Christmas Carols for years!) I knew I had been given a dream of significance.

What Does the Dream Mean For You and Me?

The man in the dream represents us, the Body of Christ, about Kingdom business, who keep looking for bigger, better, and... For some, we find, that what we have been given is annoying and mundane. Anyone feel like this?

Here are some interpretations I received:

• The owner of the house represented God, who has provided for us."Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds!" (Luke 12:24).

• The perpetual sound represented God speaking to get our attention."For God does speak – now one way, now another – though no one perceives it" (Job 33:14).

• The stepping outside the house represented the desperate need to seek out. "The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing" (Psalm 34:10).

• The looking up and seeing represented Luke 21:28: "But when these signs begin to happen, stand erect and raise your heads because your redemption is at hand."

Leviticus 1:14 But if his offering to the LORD is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall bring his offering from the turtledoves or from young pigeons.

• Going back inside with a purpose represented Ecclesiastes 10:4: "If a ruler's anger rises against you, do not leave your post; calmness can lay great offenses to rest."

Those Scriptures poured through my spirit in prayer after I awoke from the dream. I began to cry out for those who are called leaders or hold positions, those who have been given a place to sow their gifts, to not leave their post, to remember the sacrifice of HIM, and to see the softness in protecting even the one as unto HIM... because the ONE will have heirs and joint heirs, and the ONE is worth it all!

I cried tears of intercession for you, this reader, for the Church worldwide.

DON'T LEAVE YOUR POST! TAKE CARE OF WHAT HE HAS GIVEN YOU! IT'S OK! Don't compete with what you see. It's all about what He sees.

I was weeping hard. Even now, as I write, I'm shouting, "God loves us all... all together, separately and alone, and in crowds. He loves us! Leave not your posts. He needs you to protect the upcoming. The upcoming..."

Please pray, Church! Please pray! I cried that we would be as one as Jesus and the Father are one, in John 17:21-26. That we would protect the small and the large. That we would seek and find HIM in the remote places! Oh dear friends, pray like never before, for He has need of you!

In Jesus' name, I cry:

O Lord, make me to have ears to hear what I cannot hear,
Eyes to see what I cannot see,
Heart to be brave so not to judge the goodness of GOD,
And a spirit to cradle the blessings of GOD in the form of the Dove...
