Key Prophetic Revelation from Our Firstfruits Celebration!

Dear Advancers,

Last Sunday morning during our Firstfruits Celebration, the Spirit of the Lord moved so powerfully.

Here is some of the prophetic revelation released at that time which will help you move forward in this month:
"Truly I am a God who has not forgotten your labor of love in this past season. For surely I have seen your works, I have seen your persistence, and I have seen your faith when you believed Me, when there was nothing to believe in the natural. Now I step you into a new place! In this season, it shall not be by the heavy labor and by the persistence of doing what you know to do, where there's nothing in the natural.

For I shall begin to manifest, and I shall cause you to begin to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

"For I'm going to come upon you and I'm going to open doors for you. I shall cause you to step into that which shall be even as the children of Israel, when they crossed into My promise and they received crops that they did not plant.

They received that which they did not labor for, in that new season. This is a season when you shall see the goodness of the Lord.

I shall cause even the new place of 'joy and release' to come forth, when you see that I am taking off of you the yoke of the past season. (Photo via Wikimedia)

"In this season you shall celebrate the goodness of the Lord. For I shall even surprise you at My goodness and My faithfulness. So know I have seen the labor of the past season, know I have seen the persistence and the faith, and know that I have not forgotten your works of goodness. Now step into a new season and receive that for which you did not labor.

"Stand in Faith for Your Region"

"I've heard your groaning from the earth. I hear the sound, and it's coming into My ears; there is a sound from earth that wants to join the heavenly host. I am about to loose over your region a heavenly host such as this region has not seen before. As you cry out, I will answer from Heaven and I will send. Stand in faith for your region; stand in faith for this state. I have heard your cry and I am about to loose the host that will do war, on your behalf.

"I am networking faith, and I am connecting. Gather yourselves in troops, o daughters of Zion. Prepare for a gathering of faith! There's a faith troop this hour that I will release; it's a new thing that you have not previously seen. So gather your faith into troops, o daughter of Zion. One can put a thousand, two can put ten-thousand to flight... gather your faith into troops, o daughter of Zion.

"For some will work, and others will war. This is a day of finding your place, for I am re-positioning My troops. Heaven is beginning to go before you. Therefore, I am calling you into new levels of unions and alignments. I am putting you in place, and even though some of you have been on the shelf, you're coming in. And even though some of you have been lost, you're being found. (Photo via Pixabay)

"This is a time of My gathering. Hear the gathering of Heaven, and you will begin to find your path and align yourself in a new way. For I will have a faith explosion; a manifested Glory faith explosion is now coming into the earth!

"Get the Doors Ready!"

"For in this week, many doors that you have not used will be used. Many of you will have to clean the doors, and others will have to remove the hinges of the door. For once you get the door ready, then many will come; many that have been seeking refuge will find the refuge that you carry inside!

So get the doors ready! Clean them up, dust them off, and remove the hinges. Hear My voice in this week, and get the doors ready for My Kingdom to come in a brand new way! They are waiting for you to get ready – so get the doors ready now!

"Wherever you are, you have a sound in this hour! Whoever you are, you have a sound in this hour that will dispel all darkness! It will empty the enemy of its power; every plot, every plan will be destroyed! I am opening up the highways in the heavens. I am opening the freeways in the heavens. Set your feet in these places, because I will move you quickly now on that road.

"You've been in a whole lot of traffic jams when the traffic's moving slowly, but I would come up to those highways and you will go, go, go, go, go. I will accelerate, accelerate. As you move in faith, as you hear Me, and you respond, I will accelerate you in the heavenly ways, the highways. (Photo via flickr)

"You will look down and see the traffic clogs, but you will not be in them, because I have called you higher. I have opened up a door; I have opened up a portal, when you go from 'point A,' to 'point B.' Come up first through the portal. I can show you the way through the traffic jams you're in. I have alternate routes for you. I have the ability to even form a new highway above where you are.

Watch Me this week, for when things get jammed up, you will see your way through and into the route I have for you!

"It's a realm of faith, it's a supernatural realm, and you have wondered 'Why have my feet, not been in the right places?' I say it's because you haven't been walking in heavenly places as I called you to. So come up, come up, come up into a supernatural realm, where there is no sweat on your brow. Many wars will be won with worship, from your mouth. So come into this realm now!"

How You Can Pray With Prophetic Power by Barbara Wentroble

How You Can Pray With Prophetic Power

by Barbara Wentroble

Identity Network

Anyone given to the ministry of intercession knows that there are special moments in prayer that are met with a certainty of God's immediate intervention. These are breakthrough prayers - dynamic, forceful and perfectly in sync with the purposes of God.
Knowing how and when to apply a specific prayer strategy can make a difference in a situation's outcome. But why are some prayers seemingly more in tune with the will and timing of God than others?
The Right Prayer at the Right Time
At a ministry conference a woman approached me who was obviously in pain. "Please pray for my daughter," she cried. "We taught her the Word of God. Jane knows the right thing to do, and yet she has walked away from it. She is now living with her boyfriend, and we haven't heard from her in months."
Jane's mother had prayed constantly during this ordeal. Now the request for additional prayer was desperate.
"Heavenly Father," I began. "You are a father and understand the agony of this mother's heart. I ask you in the Name of Jesus to bring healing and restoration to this family. Remind this daughter of Your Word. Help her to remember Your goodness."
Immediately, I sensed the Spirit of the Lord rise up inside me, along with my faith. Knowing the authority Jesus has given us, I spoke into the atmosphere as if Jane were standing in front of me.
"Jane," I called. "Open your eyes and look. You are in a pigpen. Get up and get out of the pigpen. Come back to your father's house. Come home in Jesus' Name!"
A month later I was speaking at a conference held at a Bible school. On the way into the auditorium one morning, Jane's mother saw me and came running.
"Barbara," she called out. "You prayed for my daughter, and I have to tell you what happened. When I came home from the conference last month, I found I had received a phone call from her. The time of the call was exactly when you and I were praying.
"Jane left a message that she was coming home. She said, 'I don't know what happened to me! It was if my eyes were opened, and I could see. And I thought, This is a pigpen. I'm going home.'"
That night after the conference session, she saw me again and came over. "My daughter is here," she said, as her daughter walked up and joined her, "and she wants to talk to you."
"Thank you, thank you, Barbara, for praying," Jane said, as tears flowed down her cheeks. "Suddenly my eyes opened, and I could see the truth." Jane acknowledged her blindness in the situation.
I wondered what happened to bring about such a change. What was different about this prayer from previous times of prayer?
Through the study of God's Word, I found that He has given us the authority to speak for Him. We are His voice in the earth.
I also discovered that God has orchestrated a strategic time for prayers to break through. And by the power of the Holy Spirit, the Lord will prompt us to pray the right kind of prayer at that moment. Powerful things will happen as we participate with the Lord at these specific times.
Strategic Declarations
God established the church on the Earth to finish the work of putting Satan under His feet. Paul speaks in Ephesians of the work and power made available to the church. He says he was called to "bring to light...the mystery" hidden for ages in God "in order that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places" and declares that God "is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us" (Eph. 3:9-10,20, NASB).
Paul indicates that God is going to make known His wisdom through the church. According to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, the word "known" comes from the Greek verb gnoridzo. It means "to certify, to declare, make known, give to understand, to come to know, discover." To "make known" means that God is going to use the church to make declarations to the demonic rulers and authorities.
Making declarations is the same as making prophetic proclamations. The Hebrew word for proclaim, qara, means "to call out to, call forth, cry unto, invite or preach. It is usually addressed to a specific recipient and intended to elicit a specific response. Rarely does it refer to a random outcry" (Zodhiates, "Lexical Aids to the Old Testament," Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible, AMG Pubs).
The Greek language has several words for "proclaim." One of them is katagello, which Zodhiates says means "to tell, to declare plainly, openly, or aloud." Katagello has the sense of an offer of information or encouragement.
We find this word used to describe one of the results of the communion table:
"For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes" (1 Cor. 11:26).
When we partake of the elements at the communion table, we are making an announcement or giving a report about the Lord's death.
Another Greek word for "proclaim" that Zodhiates defines is kerusso, a much stronger word. It means "to be a herald."
A herald was a public crier who was a speaker of divine truth. The message delivered by the crier was a public and authoritative announcement that demanded compliance. When you kerusso, you are like a town crier making an announcement that requires the hearers to comply. How powerful!
Town Criers
Today public heralds have been replaced by newspapers, television and other electronic information sources. Perhaps the best known town crier in all of American history is Paul Revere. However, the tradition predates his famed ride from Boston to Lexington and carries great significance for us today.
Attendants and friends. In Greek literature the public crier was the attendant of a prince - but not just an ordinary attendant. Raised above the status of other servants, the crier was given a respect and status similar to a friend.
As believers, we serve the Prince of Peace. Yet Jesus said, "No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My father I have made known to you" (John 15:15). In this, Prince Jesus has raised us to a status like that of the town crier-we are His friends.
He says that He will make known to us everything He has heard from the Father. The Greek word meaning "make known" is the same word used in Ephesians 3:10. What does that mean to us as intercessors?
It means we are not giving just a random outcry, but we are participating in a process released from heaven.
God the Father makes known (gnoridzo) His intentions to Jesus.
Jesus makes known (gnoridzo) the Father's intentions to the church.
The church makes known (gnoridzo) the intentions of God to the evil powers through proclamation (kerusso).
The result? Breakthrough!
Deputies of the prince. A town crier was given a herald's staff. The scepter in his hands made it clear that as he carried out his commission, he did so under the prince's authorization.
When Jesus rose victorious from the grave, He took back the authority man had given away in the garden. Jesus then turned and gave the authority He purchased to those who would follow Him, declaring that whatever they bound or loosed on Earth would be so also in heaven (see Matt. 16:19).
Proclamation carries with it a nature of binding, commanding and settling. Zodhiates says the word "bind" means "to fasten or to tie up with chains or a cord." Prophetic proclamations released through the mouths of intercessors have the ability to tie up the effect of evil powers like an animal tied with chains or a cord.
The verb translated "loose," according to Zodhiates, means "to loosen, break up, destroy, dissolve, unloose, melt or put off." When you loose the powers of darkness from a situation, person or city, the enemy is no longer able to do what he intended to do.
Protected heralds. The Greeks believed that a herald who came in wartime must not be touched. If he were, the one who touched him would incur the wrath of both the one who sent the crier and his gods.
The security of the intercessor is his faith in the powerful Blood of Jesus. Intercessors are on assignment in a spiritual war. They have been sent by the Captain of the Hosts to do His bidding. A scepter of authority has been given to them, and they are to rule in the earth.
Crier Characteristics
There are some general characteristics that apply to all public criers, historic and current.
Under authority. A crier was always under the authority of someone else. The crier was only the spokesman.
Intercessors should always be under the authority of the Lord. A submissive spirit is vital.
We also need to submit to others (see Eph. 5:21). No person is above the need for accountability. Each of us has blind spots. We need those who love us enough to tell us the truth.
Convey the message of the master. The crier was not to deliver his own message or compromise with the one who was receiving it. He simply delivered the message he was sent to speak.
Often, I find people who were, at one time, very powerful in prayer. As difficulties came into their lives, they retreated and stopped involving themselves with the body of Christ. But an intercessor cannot compromise with the enemy during a spiritual battle.
Announce judicial verdicts. What the public crier announced became valid by the act of proclamation. Likewise, Jesus the righteous Judge hands the verdict to the intercessor, who then delivers a prophetic proclamation to the evil powers. The verdict becomes valid through the proclamation spoken by the intercessor.
Jesus said, "What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in your ear, proclaim [kerusso] upon the housetops" (Matt. 10:27).
Through a practical demonstration in my own life, God enabled me to gain an even deeper understanding of how this principle works.
Declaring God's Favor
When the Lord was ready to move our family to Dallas, we put our house up for sale. Houses, however, were not selling very well where we lived at that time.
We had prayed and done everything the real estate lady told us to do. But after eight months on the market, the house had not sold.
Wanda, a "spiritual daughter," was living with us at the time. Knowing the power of proclamation, Wanda started walking the boundaries of our yard each day praying, "In the Name of Jesus, I release the favor of God on this house. I command all blinders to come off the eyes of those people needing this house. Eyes, see this house. House, you are sold in Jesus' Name."
Within a couple of weeks the house was sold. Wanda had uttered a command, a prophetic proclamation.
In 2 Timothy, Paul wrote: "The Lord stood with me, and strengthened me, in order that through me the proclamation might be fully accomplished, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the lion's mouth" (4:17).
When intercessors are given the right word to speak at the proper time, there will be great victory and spiritual breakthroughs. There will be deliverance for God's people, for cities and for nations. God will provide strength to intercessors so that they can do the will of the Lord.
Jesus will make known to you the intentions of His Father. Let Him strengthen you so that the prophetic proclamation of His Word can go forth from your mouth without compromise and establish His will on the Earth.

Chuck Pierce: He is Ready to Shake all that Can be Shaken

Chuck Pierce and Barbara Wentroble: Invite the Lord to Change Your Atmosphere! He is Ready to Shake all that Can be Shaken!

Chuck Pierce just sent out this short yet potent prophecy by him and Barbara Wentroble which was prophesied last Sunday. It's a powerful word as you'll read below.

God IS making His Church ready and that includes shakings when the Body needs them. Be encouraged by this statement: "As I shake and as I open, I Am releasing a new dimension of My Glory!"

Read this word and seek the Lord in how you can make yourself ready.

Chuck D. PierceInvite the Lord to Change Your Atmosphere! He is Ready to Shake all that Can be Shaken!

During worship on Sunday, there was a strong prophetic anointing.Barbara Wentroble joined me in prophesying:

Barbara Wentroble"If you will invite Me down this week then I will enter your atmosphere and change that which you've been trying to change

I have power and strength to overcome, and if you will invite Me in, you will overcome this week and deliverance will come to you!

"For I AM a God who is shaking everything that can be shaken. This is a season you shall shake; you shall see Me shake everything that would hold back My coming Glory

I shall shake the gainsayers; I shall shake the mockers, and I shall shake those that would oppose and stand against this that I have prepared for this season. Watch Me begin to shake that which seemed unshakable, in days past.

"For this is a turn-around season

I'm getting ready to turn around some things that would not turn. I'm getting ready to turn the vault on the door that would not open. Watch Me turn the bolt and open the door, and watch Me shake the unshakable. Watch Me release that which I have said in days past – that the Glory of this latter house would be greater than the Glory of the former. As I shake and as I open, I Am releasing a new dimension of My Glory!"

Mentors: The Good, The Bad, The Awful By Barbara Wentroble

Mentors: The Good, The Bad, The Awful By Barbara Wentroble

By Barbara Wentroble, Identity Network

You think you've found a friend who will help you release your potential. But instead, you've attached yourself to someone who will stop at nothing to derail your hopes. Here's how to recognize the right and wrong kind of mentor.

Mary began baking cookies for her family and friends about 15 years ago and found great joy in it. Her cookies were so good that many people encouraged her to start her own cookie business. After just five years, her business is getting requests for shipments of cookies to areas all around the United States. Baking cookies for family and friends was easy, but cookies for people in distant places? "Could I do this? Is there anyone who can help?" she wondered. "How do I get my business to the next level? Is there someone to advise me?"

Lisa feels she has a call of God on her life. She remembers an encounter with the Lord when she was a teenager. Although that happened years ago, Lisa never forgot the commitment she made to God. She promised Him that she would preach His Word. Now, many years later, she senses it is time to act on her promise. How should I begin? she asks herself. I wish there was someone who could help me get started.

Mary and Lisa are like thousands of other women. They want to obey God and fulfill their God-given destinies, but they know they cannot do it alone. They need a mentor.

Many women find themselves in situations similar to what happened when I was just starting out in ministry. I needed help, but I didn't have anyone to turn to. Instead, I read every book I could find that I thought would help me. I attended any seminar or conference that seemed relevant. I devoured the Bible and any Bible study book I could find. I spent long periods of time in fasting and prayer.

There's a more effective way called "mentoring" or "coaching," which is the process of developing not only skills, but also character. A quality mentor is a respected and trusted counselor or guide. There's something in the mentor that the protégé wants for herself. The mentoree knows she is inexperienced and is confident that she will receive excellent benefits and empowerment from the mentoring relationship.

Throughout the Bible, we can find examples of mentoring relationships. Elisha was willing to forsake everything in order to follow Elijah, the powerful prophet of his time. Even when Elijah encouraged Elisha to remain behind while he was traveling to various cities, Elisha refused. He knew what he was after! He wanted God's resources found in Elijah.

As a result of Elisha's faithfulness to Elijah, Elisha received a double portion of the anointing. Elisha performed twice as many miracles in his life as Elijah did during his ministry.

The apostle Paul mentored young Timothy; the New Testament is full of the wisdom of Paul in his letters to Timothy. Where would we be in the church today without those writings? As a result of Paul mentoring Timothy, this rich inheritance has helped shape church history (see 1 Tim. and 2 Tim.).

Good mentors can affect future generations. Their lives are good role models for up-and-coming leaders.

Beware of Toxic Mentors

Finding the right mentor is not always easy. There are many instances where mentors have caused serious problems and brought pain to the ones they were mentoring. These mentors are what I call "toxic mentors" and can be like poison to the protégé. Following are some of the different types of toxic mentors.

The Busy Bee. This type of mentor reminds you that you are one in a multitude of people needing her help. She will fit you in only when it is convenient to her schedule. The mentoree fights feelings of "taking a number." Surely all the other people in the life of the Busy Bee are more important than she is!

Busy schedules are easy to understand. When possible, schedule phone calls and visits. This will help both parties.  However, emergencies do happen. What I have told the people I have mentored through the years is, "If you can't get help when you really need it, what good is the mentor?"

The Slave Master. The Bible speaks of leaders having the heart of a servant. The Slave Master interprets this as permission to use the mentoree as her personal slave. The mentoree ends up as a glorified "gopher" of sorts-running errands, babysitting, doing chores and other such tasks. Learning the Word of God and prayer can get lost in the many everyday jobs that the mentoree is expected to do. This dysfunction causes abusive "master/slave" relationships.

The Controller. The mentor wants to know about every decision and the location of the mentoree at all times. Permission must be granted for all decisions in life. Should the mentoree make a decision without permission, the mentor usually responds in a couple of different ways. Sometimes the mentor will lash out in anger. Anger is a powerful tool that keeps the protégé fearful and insecure. If anger doesn't work, the mentor will use guilt, condemnation and whatever else it takes to keep the mentoree under her control.

The Critic. This mentor finds fault with every leader and mentor she has known both past and present. All other mentors fall short of your mentor. Her gifts are the only perfect ones. Your gifts are very insignificant and could never measure up to hers. For your own protection, you need to stay under her mentoring and hope to someday arrive at the level where she is. Your calling and destiny in God's plan seem unobtainable.

Healthy Mentors

There are other types of toxic mentors, but the above list gives you an idea of what I am talking about. Not all mentors fall into those categories. Some mentors are exactly what each of us need in our lives. Following are some of the characteristics of good mentors.

Same Spiritual DNA. Medical experts have been using DNA testing for a number of years. They do this to determine who a person is and who their offspring are. Children have the same DNA as their parents and exhibit some of the same physical and emotional characteristics. A mentoree will usually have the same "spiritual DNA" as her mentor. They have the same vision, purpose in life, character and spiritual giftings.

Sees Your Potential. The mentor sees beyond where you are today. She sees things in you that you may not see in yourself. She sees things that your family, teachers and friends may not see.

The mentor does not limit you to your past. She sees not just where you have been, but where you are going. She is able to see the great potential in you and refuses to give up until that potential is released!

Jane came from a background of abuse, neglect and rejection. After giving her heart to Jesus, she sensed the Lord had a plan for her life, but the emotions and inner turmoil from the past haunted her. Jane loved to sing, but felt her voice was not as good as others. Besides that, she could never imagine herself being used by the Lord.

She attended many of the meetings where I was speaking and was so hungry for the Lord. I encouraged Jane simply to stand next to me while I ministered one-on-one at the end of my services.

Soon, she was ministering with me, giving individuals prophetic words. This began to build a confidence in Jane and after a period of time, I asked her to sing prophetically over the people I ministered to. How surprised she was when she discovered she could do that!

Today, Jane is used by the Lord to sing and prophesy. She releases a powerful, healing anointing as she ministers. Jane had a wonderful prophetic potential on the inside. She merely needed someone to pull on that potential until it was released!

Role Model. Do not look for perfection in a mentor; no one is perfect other than Jesus. However, there must be respect for the mentor. A mentor is a role model.

A mentoree should respect not only the gifts in the mentor, but also the character. How does the mentor handle times of difficulty, family life, finances? Answers to these questions will help you decide if a certain individual is the right mentor, the right role model for you.

Agreement. Both mentor and mentoree must agree on the mentoring process. Agree on the length of time for the mentoring. Agree that if the mentoring is not working for either party, freedom is to be released.

God has times and seasons on His calendar. We need to be willing to shift into a new season when the time for the last season has ended.

Many advantages are available in having a mentor. Usually the mentoree gets to do things faster than the mentor did. I want those I mentor to run faster in the Lord than I did and to accomplish more and do it with a higher level of excellence.

Finishing Strong

A good mentor will help you develop skills and character that will affect you for the rest of your life. A good mentor also will help you stay focused. It is so easy to want to do many things, but these distractions can keep us from fulfilling the plan of God for our lives.

Kim is a very creative person. She loves to spend time cooking, writing, composing music and decorating. The problem is that she often gets frustrated because she cannot get any one task completely done. Her mentor helped Kim learn how to prioritize and set goals.

With her goals identified and set in front of her, Kim learned how to prioritize her daily activities. Within just a few weeks, Kim ran into her mentor's office, ecstatic that she had accomplished more in the last month than she had in almost a year.

Oftentimes a mentor can help us see through the fog around us. They can see what we often cannot. Breaking some old lifestyles can propel us toward our destinies. It takes focus to stay on the path and to go where God is taking us.

Through the years, I have either heard about or witnessed many powerful ministry leaders who failed to finish their course well. The apostle Paul gave a strong admonition when he said,"Remember that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize. You also must run in such a way that you will win" (1 Cor. 9:24, NLT). Mentors will help a person to complete the journey the Lord has prepared and to finish strong.

My prayer is that you and I will be remembered for finishing strong. May someone say of us at the end of life that we fulfilled the purposes of God in our generation! (See Acts 13:36.)

Pray and ask the Lord to lead you to the right mentor. Set your heart on desiring to be a vessel of honor for Him.

Ask God to free you from the effects of any toxic mentors you may have had and to give you greater discernment. Thank Him for sending into your life someone who can help you finish your course. With God's help and the right kind of mentoring, you will successfully finish your race and receive all that He has for your life.
