Dear Believer,

We are in a season where the Lord is releasing dreams and visions as never before! As a prophet, I am excited that God is speaking clearly concerning our new season through our dreams. Did you realize that every time God gives a dream, it is actually an opportunity to shift into destiny? Yes, every dream is like a door opening into greater revelation. Question is: are we really listening when He speaks to us? 

This is an updated article concerning hearing God's voice through dreams and visions. I have taken the time to update the article and add new insight, and I truly believe that this is a NOW word, as He continues to pour our His Spirit on all flesh, especially upon our children and the next generation!

We Can All Hear God's Voice!

Each of us has been equipped by God with the ability to hear His voice. The problem is so many of us don't realize He is speaking to us in our dreams. For many years we have treated our dreams as "junk mail" and tossed them aside without taking time to study and discern the dreams properly. We must begin to take our dreams more seriously.

Remember, it was through a dream that the Father spoke to Joseph (the earthly father of Jesus), and gave him specific direction to save Jesus' life! Knowing this, we should never treat our dreams as unimportant, but rather fine-tune our spiritual senses to hear His voice more accurately.

Many of my dreams actually equip me for spiritual warfare. By this, I mean that God often speaks to me in a dream concerning situations in the Body of Christ which require prayer for breakthrough. Many times the Lord exposes personal strongholds through dreams. For instance, if someone struggles with a religious spirit, it might be revealed through a dream symbolically, such as dreaming of someone who is so bent toward tradition that he/she resists the present move of His Spirit. Or, if someone struggles with a Jezebel spirit, one might have a dream of someone who is controlling and manipulating.

"Let's not treat our dreams and visions like junk-mail and toss them to the side."

One of the most common dreams I hear from others are dreams that involve seductive scenes. These types of dreams are not always revealing a stronghold of sexual impurity, but rather exposure of a seducing spirit which entices us to "go back." The devil does NOT want us to possess our Promised Land! If he can seduce us into apostasy, convincing us to remain lukewarm, he will steal our destiny!

Dreams of Open Doors

We are in fresh season of both "seeing" and "hearing." By this I mean that God is confirming His Word through what we see in dreams and visions. In this season, God is confirming that we are entering a time of "new beginnings." A few months back (right before the Jewish New Year), I heard the Lord specifically say:

"My Church is entering into a season of new beginnings. I am bringing forth many suddenlies and Kairos moments. I will catch My children up if they have lagged behind, it will be a catch-up time. They will no longer feel left out or left behind. Regardless of past mistakes, they will not be hindered in their forward progression if they will simply have faith! I will open many doors: doors of breakthrough, doors of finances, doors of opportunity and enlargement. What has been shut will now become opened."

Believers, let your faith arise! God is releasing the key of David to us again, so that we can open doors that no man can shut (Rev 3:7). Therefore, there are many Believers who have been having dreams about keys and doors; this is confirmation to the Word of the Lord that many are prophesying right now. (Photo via freedesignfile)

Let me ask you a question: are you being accountable to God concerning your dreams? Do you write down your dreams, pray over them, and ask God to reveal the interpretations? So many times God uses His night voice to speak to us. In our dreams, God will give specific direction about which doors to walk through. Yes, the enemy can open doors also, but a dream will reveal if it is one that will benefit or hinder us.

God Will By-Pass Our Minds to Speak Truth Through Dreams and Visions!

Dreams and visions are part of God's plans of restoration. Since it is our season to see, we must also understand that God opens our spiritual eyes for a reason.

Do you recall the tribe of Reuben? Reuben was one of the twelve tribes of Israel that descended from Jacob. Every tribe of Israel had an inheritance of land given to them by God. When Moses selected the twelve spies to scout-out Canaan, there was one leader from each of the twelve tribes who was to cross over into the Promised Land for an exploration. From the tribe of Reuben, a man named Shammua was selected (see Numbers 13:1-5).

Reuben was the "seer" and the "discerning tribe." This tribe was anointed by God with the ability to see as God Himself sees. Within their prophetic destiny was the ability to see the victory in the Promised Land. However, Shammua, the leader of the tribe, came back to Moses with a negative report. He was unable to fully "see" the victory and the promise of God concerning their Promised Land. Keep in mind that the name "Shammua: means "devastated and desolate." It is connected to a word that implies being "stooped over" or "bent." Shammua had a "bent toward negativity, even though his spiritual DNA had a bent toward godly destiny!

Believers, many of us are spiritually "bent" in our belief systems, especially concerning our potential to possess our future and our destiny. When we get a prophetic word concerning our Promised Land, do we believe God and begin to possess it or do we negate it due to fear or doubt?

Many of us are like the 10 spies who returned with a negative report! But God has a way to awaken us! He will by-pass our minds at night and gives us a dream that will shift us, direct us and speak into our potential!

Now, please hear me! Because at times we may not properly hear God's voice, we must be sure to be attentive to our dreams and visions. The Lord has given each of us a promise of breakthrough. This is our season of enlargement and increase. We must be open-minded concerning the various ways that God wants to speak to us – dreams and visions will prove to be a reliable source in this season!

God Wants to Reveal the Condition of Our Hearts

"Dreams and visions are part of God's plans of restoration."

Do you remember Nebuchadnezzar and how God had to speak truth to him through his dreams? At first, Nebuchadnezzar would not heed the words of correction and direction given from God as Daniel interpreted the dreams. The King recognized Daniel's awesome gift and exhorted him. Daniel corrected the king telling him that it was not his own (Daniel's) wisdom which was able to interpret the dream. But the dream was given and interpreted by Daniel, so that the king would know the thoughts (condition) of his own heart.

"But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart." (Daniel 2:30)

The very same can occur in our own dreams! God may be attempting to expose hidden motives while we dream. Or maybe, God may be talking to us about our future business ventures, financial breakthroughs and blessings that will soon manifest. Whatever He is speaking, we need to be hearing!

Helping Our Children with Their Dreams

Many of us have nightmares. However, it is much more prevalent with children. But, we don't have to allow nightmares to terrorize us or our kids! I discuss the different types of dreams one may have, such as dreams of angels, dreams of houses, dreams of falling, and much more.

I sense the Lord saying to many of us in transition: "Watch for the exit signs this season along major highways." This could mean a significant change of direction or a minor adjustment in our lives and ministry.

 

Major highways speed up our traveling, but exits take us to our destination. Could it be that the Lord is calling many of us off of the highways to the byways, to take our hands off the steering wheels of our ministry to get our hands on the harvest?

 

The Next Great Move of God Will Be off the Beaten Path of Ministry

 

Why are so many people hearing a Lion roar at this time? When the Lion of Judah roars, His call is not tame. I believe He is roaring many of His people off the beaten path of ministry to forge their own trail to reach a chaotic world.

 

These so called "crazy" ones will be accused of going too far to reach the lost, too far into darkness to be the light, having too many friends that are sinners, all because of God's compelling love. Aren't you thankful that He went too far for you?

 

There's a Time to Exit

 

I saw many of God's people driving down a major highway as their lives and ministries were seemingly going wonderful. All of a sudden, I heard the Lord say to them, "Take the next exit!" They appeared shocked for they were certain they were well on their way to fulfill their God-given calling. Doubts and questions flooded their minds until the Lord spoke straight into their unaware fainting lives: "There's power off the next exit." Hearts began turning steering wheels as a strong witness surged through their weary souls, confirming that it was God's voice. They hadn't noticed their gas gauge was resting on empty.

 

I will never forget what a young adventurous entrepreneur said to me three weeks into his God-given passion: "We already know the day will come when we will exit this ministry. It will become so successful and in demand that it will be real easy to pass it on to someone else so we can create and grow something new unlike the world has ever seen to touch millions." I was astounded at this young man's faith. I have never heard such faith spoken in ministry. To date their ministry is like a wildfire blazing the earth, without my divine wisdom.

 

To exit means success to this young man—not failure. He plans on that day and looks forward to it. He told me, "As sure as there's a time to start, there's a time to exit."

 

We have a tendency thinking the word exit represents something less when getting off a major road or ministry. But it's actually God's way of promoting us into something more important on His calendar. It's not the end of the road; it's the bend in the road. Study the routes taken by God's chosen vessels and you will find exits in their callings.

 

I saw one exit sign flashing, "There's been a change in plans."

 

The byways tend to be places where we are not familiar with like barnyards. Recently I heard the Lord say, "I'm releasing a 'barnyard anointing' to bring in the harvest. A barn and the harvest go together."

 

You have to love a barn if you want to see a harvest. You have to love people who act like animals if you want a harvest. You have to love horses because we as His bride are going to ride some wild horses. And it's time to get back on the broncos and bulls that threw us off. We better love donkeys (people we thought the Lord would never use) because the Lord is untying them again to ride them into cities and the nations of the earth.

 

Get used to the smell of barnyard manure if you want reap a harvest. The No. 1 spiritual fertilizer that helps us and everything else grow is manure. It's the perfume of harvest. Turn to someone near you and tell them, "I got a whole lot of fertilizer around me and something good is about to happen!"

 

All Hands on Deck

 

Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty in the harvest fields. The "barnyard anointing" will get your hands dirty. Recently I had a word for the body of Christ: "All Hands On Deck." Now it's time to get our hands dirty.

 

I saw the hand of the Lord reaching down and scraping the bottom of an old barrel. The bottom was filthy and slimy. That's where He focused on reaching. I don't know about you, but He got his hands dirty when He reached way down for me. I was lost and undone without God and His Son when He reached way down for me. Remember where He found us and where He is now finding others.

 

The Lord is coming to set our harvest fields on fire. The fire of God will be seen in your own back yard and afar off. We will discover the true fire is in the Harvest. We will catch on fire as souls are born again. It's the fire in the harvest fields that will ignite our churches again.

 

It's in the harvest fields where we will get our power back, for we will find nourishment and sustenance there. Jesus told His disciples when they brought food back to Him when He was ministering to the woman at the well, "I have meat that you don't know about."

 

I believe He wants to take many of us off of some main roads into the byways. Watch for those exit signs that will take us there

He grew up poor in the Philippines and went to work at an early age to support his mother after his parents separated. At 14 he began to fight, rising through the ranks to win 10 world titles. But the current WBO welterweight champion's bold profession of faith in Jesus Christ is what sets him apart.

"God has a purpose," he told Fox News. "He brought me back into His kingdom to use me to glorify His name, to let people know there is (a) God who can raise the people from nothing to something."

Surprisingly, he and noted quarterback Tim Tebow grew up in the same town on the island of Mindanao, in the southern Philippines.

Raised Roman Catholic, Manny strayed from the church as he rose to fame in his boxing career. "I went to church on Sunday, but from Monday through Saturday I was in the bar drinking," he told CBN. "I was gambling. Careless words came out of my mouth. I committed adultery. I didn't care."

But one day he read a letter that gripped his heart. "I received a letter from my mother saying my sister stopped going to school because I stopped sending them the money. I cried, blaming myself for spending all the money on alcohol."

That same night in 2011, not long after his third fight with Juan Manuel Marquez, God visited Manny in a powerful dream. "I heard the voice of God in my dream. His voice was 10 times louder than thunder. He said to me, "My child, my child, why have you gone astray?" he recounted to CBN.

In the dream, which unfolded in a beautiful forest amid flowers, he also saw two angels, according to an interview with The Blaze. "When I heard the voice of God I felt like I died. ... I was in the middle of the forest and I was kneeling and praying with my face on the ground and then I saw a light, a very white light and I heard the voice."

He said the angels had "white, long, big wings" and said that God revealed to him "about the end of time."

"I felt I was melting when I heard the voice of God. It was the turning point in my life. God spoke to me and he told me what He wanted me to do and I had to follow (Him)."

For a while, Manny tried to ignore the dream. But one day he felt compelled to pick up the Bible and begin reading it for himself. "I forgot about that dream, but when I started reading the Bible, the first verse I read said that God talked to a man through dreams. I realized, wow, my dream was real," he told CBN.

As a result of the power of God's Word, the working of the Holy Spirit in his heart and the compelling dream, Manny surrendered his life to Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

"I'm happy because I found the right way, salvation, born again," he told The Blaze. "We are required to be born again, all of us. Christ said unless we are born again we cannot enter the kingdom of God. So it's very important to me. Jesus Christ said: 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' There is no other way. The only way is through Jesus."

"When you accept Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior, you have eternal life."

Many changes unfolded in his life as he began to follow Jesus, according to Manny's trainer, Freddie Roach. "Manny has made a lot of changes in his life. He's more disciplined in his life. He sold his nightclub. He doesn't drink anymore. He doesn't chase girls anymore. Him and his wife are getting along a lot better now, him and his family. He's become a much better person," Roach told the Wall Street Journal.

The most important thing to Manny has become his faith in Jesus. "When you have Jesus in your life, when you have God in your life, the things in this world are not important to your heart. What is important is God in your heart."

Manny stays in God's Word with daily Bible study. "Keep this book of the law always on your lips. Meditate on it and be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and satisfied," he told CBN. "When you keep the words of God in your mouth and your lips and your heart and your mind you will be guided by the Holy Spirit.'

Manny won a seat in the House of Representatives a few years ago, representing the province of Sarangani. He was re-elected in 2013 to the 16th Congress of the Philippines. Some believe he may be a candidate for president of the Philippines one day.

"The Lord has blessed me [with] everything I have ... [my] political career and serving the Lord and being a boxer—and I believe God has a purpose," he told The Blaze. "It is (beyond) my expectation and imagination. I think it's time to proclaim His name, not mine."

"This is my life's work: to spread the Word."

Get ready to cross over into a new time in which things will not go the way they did in the past.

December is going to be a time of surprises and the release of new gifts and revelation. It is going to look strange at times as we are in the midst of a major transition.

Unexpected blessings and deeper insight and revelation are coming. This is a time to pull back and not get too busy. Take time to listen and write down what God is speaking right now. Expect to hear God's voice and to have prophetic dreams between Christmas and the New Year.

The first part of 2016 will start to ramp up and sudden turnarounds will begin to increase.

Expect sudden acceleration and advancement.

Last New Year's Eve

On December 31, 2014 I had a very powerful spiritual encounter. I literally heard audible cries of people who have been wounded by uncaring Christians and leaders. The Lord told me, "Their cries have reached my ears and I must respond."

After this, I began getting more revelation about the new move from God that is going to be for the outcasts and those who have been rejected by Christianity. This is going to start in 2016 with many people who are wounded warriors.

This new order of things is going to look and feel unusual and stretch your understanding of what is possible.

"But with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26b NIV

The Children of Promise

The spiritual atmosphere is full of expectation right now. Things are pregnant and ready for the birth of something new. But there is a moment of silence just before it happens.

You will need to pause from busyness to capture all that is happening as sometimes it might not be all that dramatic.

God is preparing the ones who have been in a season of obscurity to begin to come forward in 2016. For many people this has been a painful time of rejection and feeling that they missed God. These wounded warriors are similar to the "children of God" mentioned in Romans 8.

"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed." Romans 8:18-20

Many people who are going to be part of this next movement have been rejected and wounded and have been in a seven-year wilderness season since 2008. But God has hidden them for this very time to come forward. As this is happening, the earth itself is experiencing birth pains and turmoil.

"We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time." Romans 8:22

Look Back 9 Months Ago

Quite often God will speak to us or release something and it takes time to germinate and form. It is similar to the way a baby comes nine months after conception. Nine months ago, in March 2015, spiritual invitations went out and the wounded warriors and hidden ones began to awaken.

Look back to what started to happen last March but may not have fully taken shape yet in your life. A major verdict happened over the spiritual lives of those who have been hidden and are being called to be part of this next move of God.

Next 9 Months

The next nine months, between December 2015 and September 2016, will be a strategic time of birthing the destiny of many who are called to the next level. Like childbirth, it is often painful and messy and you will be stretched in your understanding of what is possible.

The enemy will try to bring accusations and jealousy against those who are coming forward. You will be able to recognize those who are being promoted by their humility, love and honor.

It will be important for us all to keep in mind that as we cross into this new season we will need to "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past." Isaiah 43:18

A Prophetic Sign

I got these prophetic words last week and God spoke to me that as a sign of this new movement coming, a baby girl was born to Facebook CEO and billionaires Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan. On the week of Thanksgiving, their daughter Max Chan Zuckerberg was born.

The Zuckerbergs created a fund and pledged to give 99% of its $45 billion to charity to help find cures for diseases and to promote human equality. The Facebook CEO included a letter to his daughter in Tuesday's post. He wrote:

"Max, we love you and feel a great responsibility to leave the world a better place for you and all children. We wish you a life filled with the same love, hope and joy you give us. We can't wait to see what you bring to this world."

The meaning of the name Max is the "greatest." We are about to see one of the greatest moves of God that will bring love, hope and joy to the world.

God moved on the Zuckerbergs to give their wealth to charity and it will indeed help starving people and fund the discovery of cures for diseases. God is moving to release finances into the world and into the Kingdom of God.

This is a time to have love, hope and joy!

The Micaiah Problem: Who Speaks the Truth?

In my travels and online, I am encountering increasing numbers of people disillusioned with the prophetic movement. There have been too many prophecies unfulfilled, dates set and missed, catastrophic events that never happened, promises that didn't unfold, moral failings on the part of some prophetic leaders and a growing number biblical imbalances.

All of this is taking an increasing toll on confidence in the prophetic gift and it has led some to begin to think that the prophetic gift is not for today. Too much of the prophetic movement has gotten it wrong or wandered off base. Credibility has been eroded.

Consider, however, 1 Kings 22 when kings Jehoshaphat and Ahab convened 400 prophets to seek the will of the Lord concerning engaging in battle to retake Ramoth-Gilead from Aram. Four hundred prophets read the desire in the hearts of the kings, listened to a deceiving spirit (22:22-23) and told them what they wanted to hear, "Go up to Ramoth-Gilead and prosper, for the Lord will give it into the hand of the king."

In his spirit, Micaiah alone knew the truth, but initially spoke in unison with the 400. Only when Jehoshaphat commanded him to do so did he relent and speak what he really knew. "I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, like sheep which have no shepherd. And the Lord said, 'These have no master. Let each of them return to his house in peace'" (22:17). He continued, "Therefore, hear the word of the Lord. I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right and on His left. The Lord said, 'Who will entice Ahab to go up and fall at Ramoth-Gilead?' And one said this while another said that'" (22:19-20).

Apparently, a prophetic movement was underway in Israel such that 400 so-called prophets could hold a convention. Who in that day who truly heard God's voice would have had the courage or the confidence to disagree with the dominant stream, especially with a word that didn't sound particularly encouraging? Micaiah stood alone against two kings and 400 acclaimed prophetic voices only to suffer humiliation when Zedekiah slapped his face for not joining with the majority (22:24). He then found himself imprisoned and fed sparingly on bread and water (22:27).

Ultimately, 400 "prophets" had it wrong, Israel suffered defeat and Ahab was killed, but regardless of consequences to Ahab and the army because of their inaccurate words, Israel didn't scuttle prophecy as a ministry because 400 blew it. Because one prophet had it right, prophecy remained a valid ministry in Israel and, later, in the church. It would seem that the key lies not in how many are speaking a particular word, but in discernment to know who is actually speaking from God's heart. Do we have a dearth of real discernment in the church today? Are we too ready to hear only what excites us and what we want to hear? Have we relegated true prophetic voices, ever the minority, to the sidelines and locked them up because they don't speak with the voice of the majority?

Repeatedly throughout history, there have been occasions and seasons when the truth has rested not with the dominant word being spoken by the majority, but with the less popular minority. These are seldom respected or well known, sometimes until after their deaths. They threw Jeremiah down a well and disregarded his words. Elijah was called the troubler of Israel. And so it went!

Maybe we need to stop listening so intently to the popular voices who speak with the mainstream and whose words we love to hear. Could it be that a purified remnant speaks a plumb line word that doesn't win them the platform of widespread popularity? Can we discern the word of God in a hidden but emerging generation of prophetic voices who might not speak what we want to hear, but who certainly speak what we need to hear? In doing so, might we be more edified and more prepared for the glory to come in the midst of a gathering darkness?

Discerning God's Voice: Does He Usually Speak to Me This Way?

You just received discernment and believe it is from the Lord. Your concern is: "What do I do next?" My concern is what you didn't do next.

The next step is not taking action on the discernment you received, but testing it. Ask yourself questions such as: "Will this bear fruit and glorify the name of Jesus Christ, or will it distract and detour me from my godly assignment?"

When receiving discernment that you believe is from the Lord, you should stop and verify it is from the Lord, and not your flesh or the enemy trying to distract you. It is wisdom to verify the word (not analyze it) before you take action. Taking the word at face value without seeking confirmation and direction can detour you from the will of God.

We can prematurely act on a word because we feel it makes sense and we have comfort proceeding. We think, "I can do this." We are comfortable because it makes sense to us in the natural, but the question is: Do we have peace proceeding forth in the spiritual?

We are not natural people; we are spiritual beings. Moving forward with an idea because of our natural comfort is one of the main ways the enemy and our flesh can cause us to proceed in a wrong direction.

When you receive revelation, a prophetic word or an answer to prayer, take the next step. Discern it. Dissect it. Don't overthink and don't analyze. Test it. Bring it back to the Holy Spirit through prayer and test it against the Word of God.

We hear from three sources. We can hear from the Spirit of God, our own thoughts and the enemy. We hear God more clearly than we think. The challenge is sometimes we hear Him so clearly that we doubt what we heard and then we ask a person their opinion—leading to confusion. The enemy can send thoughts, which are lies, into our minds to confuse and distract, and our flesh can get involved by being analytical and letting our imagination take over.

God's Thought Downloads

God speaks to us through thoughts dropped in our spirit. When God speaks to us, we need not try to figure out the revelation, but rather receive the revelation He is giving.

You may have heard God's voice before saying, "Don't do that," "Take this road instead today" or "Give this much as an offering." You have heard God as you have prayed and felt you received your answer. However, don't just feel you have received the answer. Rather, know you have received the answer.

When you receive discernment, ask yourself, "Is this the way God usually speaks to me?" Verify it. He may speak to you in different ways, but He usually speaks to you the same way for a season. Ask God, "Why do you want me to head in this direction?"

Test the Scriptures to confirm if the revelation aligns with or contradicts God's Word. God will not tell you to do something that is against His Word. I once knew a woman God had been convicting regarding giving. She felt led to write an offering check for $5,000. She wrote the check in advance of a business transaction that was being completed. The deal fell through and she ended up in debt! That contradicts God's Word. If she would have tested the discernment, she would have stayed out of debt.

The Flesh Blocks Revelation

Our flesh gets involved in receiving revelation because we think about it instead of pray about it. When thinking about whether a thought is from God, we tend to overanalyze it and get impatient waiting on God for an answer.  

Analytical people can plan out the answer instead of praying and receiving the answer. During prayer time, analytical people have difficulty shutting down their minds to receive from God. When analytical thoughts come into your mind, transfer those thoughts to your heart, to the place of love, where the Father is.  

When you receive discernment and you are unsure about it, or even when you think you are sure of its source, ask yourself, "Is this the way I would think?" You may think you heard from God when really what you heard were your own thoughts.  

Deceptions and Distractions

The enemy speaks to us with thoughts such as: "They don't like you; they are over there talking about you," or "You'll never lose weight; you can't do it." We have all heard the lies of the enemy. If you pay attention, you will be able to discern when and how the enemy speaks to you. When he speaks to me, I will hear, "Listen to me," in the sentence. God knows I hear His voice and doesn't have to say, "Listen to me."

If confusion is present in times of discernment, it is from the enemy. "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace" (1 Cor. 14:33).

The enemy will attempt to distract. When we don't pray about things in advance, it leaves the enemy an open door to sidetrack us.

Testing the Spirits

When testing the spirits, ask yourself if you are feeling convicted or condemned. Conviction from the Holy Spirit is quick and calls you to action. He presses you until you confess or act. Condemnation is from the enemy and makes you feel numb. Feeling heavy and bad about yourself produces complacency.

When you are confused, under pressure, scattered, stressed, oppressed and going through heavy trials and tests, your soul is highly activated and you could be experiencing demonic opposition.

As spiritual warfare occurs, you cannot automatically assume that you can hear God with the same clarity as in other times. All of us have heard wrongly at one time or another, and have regretted the decisions we made in the flesh.

In 1 John 4:1, the Word of God instructs us to test the spirits. If we are instructed to test the prophetic words given by prophets, then shouldn't we also test our own words and discernment?

There are times our flesh gets involved in the outcome. Increase discernment and cast down your flesh by being in the Word, praying and being around prophetic people who know how to test the spirits—people whose discernment produces results that are evident through the fruit of their ministry.

When you receive revelation from God, keep it in front of you and consistently pray it through.

Ask for His will to be further revealed and for Him to give you the spirit of revelation, knowledge, wisdom and understanding (Is. 11:2).

Be in tune and sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading.

You can and do hear from God. You just don't know how simple and clear it really is.

The Elijah List

Ten-four (10-4) is a radio communication meaning "message received." On October 4th (10/4), the last day of Yom Kippur, I was awakened at 2 AM. God began to speak to me, making sense of things that have been happening and revealing some things to come.

Did you hear God? The Jewish holiday from Rosh Hashanah through Yom Kippur is a season that many people can hear God more clearly. Don't be disappointed if you did not hear God or have a spiritual experience. Sometimes subtle things happen that we do not pick up.

I have found that I hear God more clearly during this season, but it is often the weeks before and weeks after. Remember God is outside of time, and sometimes answers to our prayers seem delayed to us.

Radical Steps Needed

This is a time when you will need to take radical steps to get radical results. At the level the enemy has come against you, you will want to push back with the same intensity. Expect an increase in your spiritual gifts, dreams, visions, and supernatural encounters. This will open the opportunity for you to step up to a new level and see results for your efforts. (Photo via deviantart)

I completely understand it is not easy when you are sick, down or discouraged. When I was sick with Lyme disease last year, I did not have the strength to do anything. But consider finding people who will help you. Take anything you can get!

As I have been sharing this word from God with people everywhere I go, they give me a long list of reasons why they cannot do it. 

There is new power being released right now to break through, so take advantage of it and watch what happens.

Worship Breaks Things Open

There's a new door open so come on up! It's time to rise above the things that have held you back. God is speaking through music.

After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in Heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this." Revelation 4:1 NIV

God's voice sounded like a musical instrument, and you can expect God to speak to you through music. New doors and gates are opening right now over your life.

There is new freedom in worship. I had a dream in which I was on stage with a well-known worship leader and he started playing "Free Bird" on slide guitar. He played with intensity until something new began to open in the spiritual realm.

I knew it was time to press in and rise above because as he played it, something new opened. Praising God in the midst of adversity breaks things open (Psalm 43).

New Sound From Heaven Revealed

I have published several prophetic words recently stating that God is releasing a new sound from Heaven. 

Many have been searching for it wondering if it is a certain type of musical instruments or style. Yes it is, but it is not limited to that. (Photo via Wikipedia)

I recently noticed a new style of worship music emerging. In fact, this new style has irritated those who do not understand it. Many people say they do not like the new worship music mentioning the word "I" as opposed to the songs' lyrics being about "Him."

A few decades ago John Wimber and the Vineyard introduced the world to worship being about HIM and not us! God's presence would show up strongly when we sang "to Him" and not "about Him."

Just as in the time of the early Vineyard, things are shifting once again over worship music. Now there is a very strong presence of God coming when we declare who we are "in Him." These are called declarations or decrees and the songs often have the words "I" or "we" in them.

Don't mistake this new sound and movement as being self-centered. It is very Christ and Heaven-centered as it powerfully brings God's presence on Earth as it is in Heaven.

This new sound coming from Heaven right now is declaration-based. As we agree with Heaven's sound and declare who we are, watch as a powerful anointing comes enabling us to be all God created us to be!

God is Activating Angels to Help You

Angels have been assigned to you and your family to accomplish your life purpose. Often, we are not aware of this so these angels are not activated in their assignments for you.

"In the council of the holy ones God is greatly feared; He is more awesome than all who surround Him." Psalm 89:7

God spoke to me that there is a "council of holy ones" around each of us and He is making you aware of them. These are angels that are assigned to our family and generational lines. God is bringing His light of justice, and the council of angels have been assigned to you to bring you closer to Him and open the doors to something new.

New Revelation

New revelation is flowing for your situation through December. This revelation will bring about a course change that will align you with your destiny.

"So I opened my mouth, and He gave me the scroll to eat." Ezekiel 3:2

Expect this sweet, new revelation to bring about changes in your course. As it comes, it will bring new connections, deeper insight, strategies, strength and encouragement. 

You will have a greater understanding on your next steps for January 2015 as you act on what God says over the next few months.

Flying Dreams

For months I have been having repeated dreams where I am trying to teach people to fly but they don't believe they can.

Most of them have "grounded" themselves by their belief systems or by over-interpreting something God had spoken to them and pulled back too far. Others have no idea the season has changed and there is new freedom to fly.(Photo via fotocommunity)

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

For those who have been waiting, the season has shifted so you can now take new steps and expect strength to replace weariness. Try it for yourself and take a step to rise above your situation and get into your destiny at a higher level.

November 2013 Turnaround

God showed me that things happened to many people in November 2013 that looked strange and almost opposite to what you expected. But fifteen months from November 2013 (February 2015) you will see a turnaround.

7-year Cycle

God spoke to me that many people are in a seven-year cycle that started in 2001 and strange things happened again in 2008. It is time to prepare for a total turnaround coming in 2015.

Look back to 2001 and 2008. The tragedy of 9/11 took place in 2001 and the major crash of the housing industry and economy in the U.S. in 2008. These occurred seven years apart. In my life, these particular years also coincide with difficult times.

Daniel studied the writings of Jeremiah and determined that the desolation of Jerusalem would only last 70 years (Daniel 9:2). He was able to pray, fast, and respond according to a cycle of time. There is a major change for the good coming in 2015. Expect repayment for the losses of the past.

Prophetic Tidbits

Curses are being broken over you that were placed there by doubters and naysayers. Watch for physical healing to start happening in dreams. You will also notice spiritual blindness lifting off of people around you between now and December 2014. (Photo via flickr)

There is a new openness to the supernatural, dreams, and spiritual things.

Overall expect changes, changes, changes!
