I give thanks to the Lord Jesus (Yeshua) for the gifts He has given - to write, publish, and distribute these books as a ministry outreach of Love For His People, Inc.

After sitting unpublished for 10 years in my garage cabinet, my first book, The Promise, One Man's Journey To See God's Word Revealed, was published in 2013. It was soon followed by Ahava Love Letters in the same year, upon my return from the ministry's Ahava Adventure ("love" in Hebrew is ahava) trip to Israel that October. 

Through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit, with grace, joy, and creative thoughts, and a few hundred pictures from my photo albums, the other books came forth, written and then self-published through Martin Lighthouse Publishing.

My son Ben Martin skillfully did the covers for "The Promise" and "Leadership Through Love." Through Xulon Press, Ahava Love Letters was printed. All the other 16 books were done online using my photos and the layout tools of CreateSpace/Kindle Publishing (Amazon).

All but one of the 19 books are available in paperback from Amazon (Kindle e-versions also) and from our ministry office. (Ahava Love Letters can be purchased only through the Love For His People ministry office here in the Charlotte area.)

As we continue to share the love of God the Father through these published works, and future writings yet to come forth, my heart is so grateful for the opportunity to bring hope, inspiration, love, and courage to those who have been touched through this outreach.

Have you ever gone through a really bad situation and realized that witchcraft was at work against you? Well, if you have been walking in a sincere serious way with ministry, you have!  Several times, I have asked the Lord why would He allow His servants to go through this hell?

 

And today I got an answer in a way that I can share, in thinking about a situation of attack that I just went through. One of the BEST ways to come against witchcraft is to stand up to it. First, you have to discern it and many times it can take us by surprise. But for those advanced warriors here who choose to make themselves a threat to darkness, the solution is to just say NO to the devil and YES to Jesus!

 

And today as I was thinking about this and how the Lord delivered me again from those who wished evil for me, He said, "There is the answer to your question. I don't want to just deliver people but I want them to know the difference between who I Am, and who I am not!"

 

A Deeper Walk

 

It's a deeper walk, actually. It's a firmer foundation because you are not just standing on the Rock, you are dug into Him. Roots and soul and going deep, intermingling.  You receive deeper nourishment more than just a head knowledge.

 

When we "know" who He is more than just "recognizing" who He is, we are stronger. There is more intimacy, just like knowing the difference between an acquaintance, and a friend, and a lover. There are greater depths. And God will infuse greater power into us by the Holy Spirit.

 

God's will for us is from His Heart! He loves us deeply and wants to express that Love to us deeply, if we will allow Him in. He will minister to us spirit, soul and body!  When a bunch of hostility comes, do we give in to that, or do we work to find the One who loves us with a good and everlasting love? Do we say NO to the attacks and say YES to Jesus in our hearts and our minds?

 

Oh, no, it is not always easy, but many things do get easier as we develop this way.  We learn to resist in a way that makes the devil flee from us. We are not his victims, we are not his punching bag!

 

And as I often say, It's a learning thing!

Camera needed for our Love For His People-Pakistan ministry. Will you help?

Dear family in Yeshua Ha'Masihach!

I am Moses Julius, Director of LOVE FOR HIS PEOPLE ministry in Pakistan. I have been working with Steve Martin for the last few years to promote the love of Yeshua Ha'Masihach and the love of Israel here in Muslim Islamic country. Our lives are always at risk, but still, we are working in HIS kingdom. 

For these last five years, we have been working here in Pakistan without ministry equipment. We have had to pay expensive rent to bring these recorded events to you.

In every event we have done, in order to record it to share with you and others, we have to hire electronic gadgets, such as the specialty camera. It cost $100-$150 per event. We decided it is best to have our own equipment, rather than spending this large amount on renting each time. We want to purchase our own camera for this ministry work. It will save rental money and thus we will have paid for itself in 3-4 events.

We humbly request you to please join hands with us in purchasing this camera here in Pakistan. It is better than having it bought in the USA and shipped here. That will not only save on the shipping costs, plus give us a warranty that will be covered here in this country.

The cost is $790 (Editor's Note: price quote if bought in the USA from Amazon.) We need some partners who can give to this program equipment need. It will be a professional Nikon camera DSLR, model D5300 (photo likeness shown.)
