As I read this word by my friend, Cindy McGill, I could not help feeling the excitement about the hour we are in!
Now that expression can be overused but never, never, NEVER in my life have I felt the excitement about what God is doing and what God is about to do on the earth!
And I don't feel it's a coincidence that just this morning, as I was going over my old iTunes library with my headsets on, I was suddenly drawn to an album and song by Amy Grant I've not heard in probably 30 years. I had to listen to it and "breathe it in" – as it were...
"She's got HER FATHER'S EYES!"
Of course, I made it, "He's got his Father's eyes!"
Oh my goodness, the truth of it all! Let it be said, when they look at us on the earth...these people, these followers of Jesus, these lovers of God...let them say about us – "They all have THEIR FATHER'S EYES!!"
Revival and Harvest is not coming...it's here. Open your eyes for the fields are white (ripe) ready to be HARVESTED ON THE EARTH!

Clarification of the New Season We are Entering Into
I was with Bobby Conner recently and he confirmed the message that has been burning in me for over a year: It's HARVEST TIME. People are literally standing between Heaven and Hell. This is the season of the "harvesters".
We are at a "threshold" – a threshold of those who know Jesus and will line up for service in this season, and a threshold for those who do not know Him that will receive Him. When people are at a threshold, they can move forward or backward easily. But the moment of decision is here. He is initiating a "drawing" of His people. God promises that if we draw close to God, He draws close to us (James 4:8). There is a purification that goes on when we are fully involved, seeking the presence of God.
The "General Pershings"

General Pershing commanded the U.S. Army in WWI. He was a man of character, principle and humility. Even though he was a 1st Lieutenant at age 38 with younger generals beneath him, without complaining he determined to be the best Lieutenant he could be. He was noted for conquering San Juan Hill and was promoted to captain until he was 44 years old.
He was known for his diligence and not wasting his time even when others went out to party, he determined to study war tactics with a resolve in his heart to the vision he saw himself becoming, even though he felt completely overlooked. Someone who had been a junior officer leading a single company was advanced to commander over two million men in one of the most important battles in history, WWI.
He was older than some of the other generals, but because of his tenacity and determination in overcoming hardships, evading bitterness when treated wrong or overlooked and his personal devotion to learning war tactics, he achieved the acknowledgment of one of the greatest generals in history.

There are leaders in the Church who have spent their entire life learning about God, the Bible and overcoming every test they have faced. The have stayed positioned before God during betrayals, injustices, lack, great loss and have been determined to look unto Jesus, who is the only One who could comfort, heal and provide. These leaders have a non-compromising walk with God and know how to hear His voice and carry out every assignment. Even with little recognition, they pressed on without seeking man's approval.
They are full of character and understand authority, which Jesus counts as "great faith" according to Matthew 8:5-10: When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, asking for help. "Lord," he said, "my servant lies at home paralyzed, suffering terribly." Jesus said to him, "Shall I come and heal him?" The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have You come under my roof.
But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it." When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, "Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith."
These are the generals that are now being "called up" to leadership in the most important battle ever seen on this earth. These generals are not swayed by any other command than the King of kings. They are steadfast, immovable and will always abound in the work of the Lord.
Their footing is sure and they are skilled in battle against the common enemy. They know how to wage a good warfare over the promises given to them and they know how to train up others to achieve their missions in life.
Learn to Hear God for Yourself
There is absolutely NOTHING more important and rewarding than spending one on one time with God. This is where we grow. This is where He counsels us with His eye. It's in this place where we learn to hear His voice and the voice of someone else doesn't have power to persuade us. We are created by God, for God and it's His purpose and design that causes us to live our true destiny.When God draws us, He draws us to Himself. Others will teach and equip, but there is nothing that can take the place of you and your Creator communicating. It's in those times God tells you why He made you like He did, what you are purposed for, and how He will go about growing you up in Him. He's got your spiritual growth pattern already laid out. Keeping your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith, will give you a solid pathway to follow.
Learning to listen to Him and discerning His voice above other voices will guide you all the days of your life.
Nobody can equip you like God can. The only way to seriously grow, gain strength, confidence and understand God's ways is by spending the necessary time with Him. When you find out what you are made for and find your design from the Designer Himself, you will stop trying to please people who oppose what you do and who they perceive you are.
Put the Oxygen Mask on Yourself First
In airplanes, the safety instructions tell us that in case of emergency put the oxygen mask on yourself first before helping others. We have to learn how to get filled up before filling others. You can't give out what you don't have. This season has been a very trying time for people. There have been surprises, twists and turns, disappointments and in some cases devastating events that have transpired. Hope has been deferred and has made sick hearts, which leads to depression and hopelessness.
But that season is OVER. The wilderness time has separated us from useless priorities and even though it was uncomfortable, we learned that Jesus was, is, and will always be the FIRST THING.
Jesus IS living water and when we revive ourselves then we can revive others. Only then can we allow the spring of living water to flow out of us to a dry and thirsty ground.
So God is drawing His people close and what happens is that the Holy Spirit shifts us and changes our spiritual DNA. When we position ourselves in God's presence, He changes what we desire (He gives us the desires of our hearts, see Ps.37:4).

Knowing that no man comes to Jesus unless the Father draws them (John 6:44), and we are now seeing that drawing taking place more and more with intensity. That is why any and all persuasive speech or rehearsed rhetoric will not work in communicating Jesus to a world who needs Him but who's hearts are hardened to church language and "boxes".
It's really easy to run to every meeting there is and be satisfied to just stay in the "greenhouse" but in order for us to be lights to the world we have to actually be IN the world. Jesus is and will always be a friend to sinners. He deeply loves them. He eats with them, raises their dead loved ones, heals their diseases and they follow after Him because of His kindness toward them. The kindness of God ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS leads people to repent and turn away from destructive pathways.
The Drawing to Create Prayer Cells Has Begun - Prayer is the Most Important Action!
When people that are being drawn by God come together in prayer, it creates a "spark". This fire starts in us to transform us for the days ahead and also shifts the atmosphere where the presence of the Holy Spirit can move and flow out from. These prayer cells will not only create hunger but will separate us from ANYTHING that is not His plan for us.
All of the sudden our desires change, our priorities change, our ability to see the world changes, our hearing in the Spirit increases and it opens up a portal for the glory of God to flow out from. In groups like this, God literally GIVES you prayer. Like an orchestra leader, He directs each prayer from His own heart and when it is prayed, it has creative power to change things and circumstances.
This is God's deal. He is right now gathering people together to unify in prayer creating these "prayer cells". These "cells" will be the catalyst for the move of His Spirit that is poured out on the whole earth like the water covers the sea. This "revival" culture and "prayer cells" will equip the Church, purify the heart of the Church from offenses and unholy alliances. This purification will be the seedbed where God can entrust revival and is filled with power to dismantle demonic strongholds in people, neighborhoods, cities, states, and all over the world.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone and Steve Shultz who put the word out for people to help us financially and prayerfully during our recent outreach to the porn convention. The success was over the top and our booth created a "buzz" all over the event. People were encouraged and even saved. It's harvest time. Your support and cheering us on made it happen.
We just came back from our outreach at the porn convention in Vegas where we were joined by Patricia King and XP ministries. While we were in this environment, it was easy to see that people are starving for truth and the old things that used to satisfy them were not working anymore. Even there, we were aware of the God hunger that is placed in each one of us.
There is a God-shaped hole in our hearts for real LOVE that cannot and will not be filled with anything other than "LOVE" Himself. We have many other outreaches planned with training to invade the Porn arena and other arenas with LIGHT. Also coming up: Burning Man Festival Outreach - August 28-Sept 5, 2016. This is our 12th year!

I then started to see the number nine...yes, a "9," as if it was a hologram, in the room. I sensed His presence stronger. Wow, the power gifts of the Spirit are nine in number!
