Israelis Mark Jerusalem's Reunification - 48th year

Israelis Mark Jerusalem's Reunification

Sunday, May 17, 2015 |  Aviel Schneider  ISRAEL TODAY
Israel today celebrated the 48th anniversary of the reunification of its ancient capital, Jerusalem, during the Six Day War in 1967.
In its more than 3,000-year history, only once has Jerusalem been divided, and that was between 1948–1967, when Jordan ruled its eastern side.
This joyous occasion is marked with a well-attended march through the city, as celebrants wave Israeli flags and dance through the streets of their beloved Jerusalem. At the Western Wall, thousands showed up to thank the Almighty for His grace in again returning Jerusalem to the Jewish nation, and the Jewish nation to Jerusalem.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Authority and the Muslim world at large continue to vow that they will not rest until Jerusalem is “liberated” from the Zionists. Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas has repeatedly stated that Jerusalem belongs to Islam, and that the Jews have no right to it. Despite such belligerent rhetoric, Pope Francis on Saturday received Abbas at the Vatican and labeled the Palestinian leader an “angel of peace.”
Among Israeli politicians, Jerusalem is one of the few topics on which they can agree, with lawmakers from left-to-right adamant that the city will never again be divided. Indeed, no Israeli government could possibly survive surrendering the Temple Mount.
As such, the international community has a fundamental problem, because a two-state solution is no longer realistic. For virtually all of Israel, Jerusalem is not up for negotiation, while the Palestinians won’t sign a deal that doesn’t include control of the city’s eastern half. How can such a “peace process” ever hope to succeed?

DAILY SCRIPTURE PRAYERS AND PROCLAMATIONS TO BLESS ISRAEL by Rev. Derek Prince

DAILY SCRIPTURE PRAYERS

AND PROCLAMATIONS TO BLESS ISRAEL

by Rev. Derek Prince

While we have this open window of time, let us join together with thousands in agreement and each day proclaim one scripture prayer for Israel.

1. Father God, remove the veil You have sovereignly placed over the eyes of Israel, that they would recognize Jesus as their Messiah
(II Corinthians 3:14).

2. Lord, show Your mercy and favor to Israel in this set time (Psalm 102:13).

3. We pray for the current leaders in Israel, including the Prime Minister, the mayor of Jerusalem, and all those in the military service. Raise up government leaders in Israel (and world-wide) who will not seek to 'divide the land' and who would recognize the unique significance of Jerusalem in
God's end-time purposes.

4. "He Who scattered Israel will gather him; and will keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock" (Jeremiah 31:10). Father, continue to draw the Jewish people to Yourself according to Your sovereign.

5. Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion. Let them be as grass upon the housetops, which wither before it grows up (Psalm 129:5-5). L-rd, deal justly and swiftly with Your enemies.

6. Destroy and divide the tongues of those who would encite violence against Israel (Psalm 55:9). In the Name of Jesus, we bind every false religion  and false doctrine that does not acknowledge Your eternal plan for the land and people of Israel.

7. The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous (Psalm 125:3). Father, break the strongholds of religion, pride and wickedness that seek to control Israel.

8. The Lord will not forsake His people for His great Name's sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make Israel His people (I Samuel 12:22). Use us Lord to help others understand Your plan for Israel and Your love for the Jewish People.

9. The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes their plans of no effect (Psalm 33:10). We declare that G-d's purposes for Israel will be completely fulfilled and that He will be glorified.

10. Show Your loving kindness to Your people Israel and keep them as the apple of Your eye. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings, from the wicked who oppress them, from their deadly enemies who surround them (Psalm 17, 7-9).

11. We pray that You would remember Your covenants and promises towards Israel, especially when others rise up against her to swallow her alive. When their wrath is kindled against her, the waters will not overwhelm her. God will not give her as a prey to their teeth (Psalm 124).

12. Sanctify Your Great Name, which has been profaned amongst the nations, which has been profaned in the midst of Israel. That nations shall know that the Lord is God, when He is sanctified in Israel before their eyes. Sprinkle the clean water of Your Word on Israel and cleanse her from her filthiness and from all of her idols, including abortion and the occult. Give Israel a new heart, and put a new spirit within her. Remove her heart of stone and give her a heart of flesh that can respond to the Holy Spirit, and cause her to walk in Your statues, keep Your commandments and do them (Ezekiel 36:23-27).

13. Cause the church to fulfill its commission to preach the Gospel to the whole world, so the full number of the Gentiles would come into the Kingdom. Then all Israel will be saved (Romans 11:25-26).

14. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6) and for it to remain Israel's undivided capital.

15. Father, in Your mercy vanquish the tremendously powerful religious spirits which do the whole territory - Jewish, Christian and other.

16. Pray for the spirit of unity - for peace between religious and secular Jews, for peace to flow between believers in the land.

17. Pray for the Body of Messiah in Israel to become a praying, maturing Body. We pray this Body would allow the love and compassion of Yeshua to flow through them and touch everyone they encounter.

18. Raise up intercessors for Israel. Put more watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, who will give You no peace day or night until You establish Jerusalem and make her the praise of the earth (Isaiah 62:6-7).

19. Father, bring glory to Your Name through the mercy You show to the Land. Bring the necessary seasonal rain upon the country. Cause the crops to be bountiful.

20. We pray that the three spiritual forces of humanism, marxism-socialist philosophy and spiritual inheritance of the Ottoman Empire will be broken and rendered powerless.

21. Bless Israel through the many immigrants who are flowing back to the nation. Bring sovereign, supernatural move of the Holy Spirit among these new immigrants, that they might proclaim Your truths to their fellow Jews.

22. We pray for radical change in the Israeli system of government, that the divisiveness partisanship would give way to unity and cooperation; great wisdom and revelation to all members of the Knesset and Israel's Supreme Court.

23. We pray that, in the midst of pressures, the people of Israel will turn to You, God. We pray that You will hear the hearts cry of people in this land and have mercy. As it says in Isaiah 30:19 "You shall weep no more. He will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry. When He hears it, He will answer."

24. Pour out Your Spirit upon the people of Israel - especially upon the young people so Your works can be declared to future generations.

25. Raise up "sons of Zion" who take God's Word seriously in opposition to humanistic's of Greece." (Zechariah 9:13).

26. We prepare for the Holy Spirit to intervene in the current situation in Israel. "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the L-rd shall lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19).

27. Turn the hearts of the people of Israel to trust in the Name of the Lord for deliverance not in the chariots and horses of their military might (Zechariah 4:6).

28. God raise up elders and young leaders to teach and train the new generation of Israelis who are coming in faith of the Messiah.

29. We pray that the Palestinian Arabs will come to faith in Messiah and embrace God's end-time purpose for Israel; Send forth laborers to bring in the appointed harvest from the Middle East.

30. May Israel's relationship with the United States, Canada, Australia and other nations be strong, and may our nation - and especially young believers -- recognize and support God's purpose for Israel.

31. Lord, we ask that the young believers in America and throughout the world would come to love Jewish people and seek to prepare the return of the Messiah.

We pray daily for our friends in Jerusalem and all of Israel, whether "in season or out".

As believers in Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiach), we lift up our brethren, as fathers in the faith.

The Jewish people have been, and are being used by the Lord (Adonai) to show His love and purposes for all people in all nations. We are wise to take heed.

Blessed are those who pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Blessed are those who bless the Jews, even as Scriptures states in Genesis 12: 3:

"I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you all the families of the earth will be blessed." (CJB - Complete Jewish Bible)

Our love for His people is constant, unchanging, and eternal.

We share His love with ongoing support for our Messianic friends in the Promised Land, Eretz Israel. We welcome all who will join us in expressing His love.

A Great Shaking and Collapse is Coming-Jonathan Cahn

A Great Shaking and Collapse is Coming-Jonathan Cahn

A Great Shaking and Collapse is Coming Says Jonathan CahnBy Greg Hunter’s USAWatchdog.com
Best-selling author of “The Harbinger,”Jonathan Cahn, is worried about America. Cahn, whose new book “Mystery of the Shemitah,”warns, “Everything is converging around this time (which is based on 7 year cycles).  I believe we need to be ready, and that’s why I believe I had to write the ‘Mystery of the Shemitah.’  I believe a great shaking is coming.  Whether it is in these parameters or around these parameters, or after these parameters, a great shaking is coming to America and we need to be ready.”

Cahn goes on to say, “I believe we have a house of cards.  We had that in 2007 and 2008 and everything was wiped out, and we said now we are not going to do this anymore, and we have gotten worse since then.  What I have noticed is there are times when this phenomenon is stronger, and if you look at the 1930’s where you have the Great Depression . . . then the 1970’s and onward.  The key thing, when you look at those two periods, is this comes at a time when America’s debt was at its peak.  Now, this debt level, this house of cards, is astronomical.  What that tells me, the phenomenon of the Shemitah is all the more powerful.  I believe . . . we are going to see a collapse of this house of cards.”
How do you get ready for this collapse?  Cahn, who is a Christian minister, says, “The first thing is if you are listening to this and you are not right with God, get your life right because America is rapidly accelerating into a moral collapse and a spiritual collapse.  That’s part of the picture, and the economic part follows that.  But the first thing is get your life right with God.  I will also say I am a minister.  If you are not born again, get born again no matter what your religion is.”
Cahn goes on to say, “Number two, the Bible says a prudent man prepares.  What do you do?  I am not a financial expert, but I will speak for myself . . . in general, I would not be putting my stock in the stock market or have things attached to it. . . . You should also have essentials in store so if there is a collapse of not only markets, but of infrastructure and services, and these things should break down, that you would be okay for this time period.  I am not a survivalist.  I am more of a revivalist. . . . We say things will always work perfectly, and I don’t believe things will always work perfectly.  I believe we are at the verge of collapse.”
On the stock market, Cahn goes on to explain, “I want people to be aware and be warned . . . . In the last 40 years . . . you have these collapses in the markets, long term collapses.  The dates are 1973, 1980, 1987, 2000 and 2007.  Every single one of them is on the seven year cycle.  Not only that, every single one of them happens at the time of the Shemitah.  It’s not just a 7 year cycle, but on the exact appointed time.  This has happened every single time, and the last two have been so exact . . . what you have is the greatest stock market point crash, September 17, caused by 9/11.

That day that it crashed is “Elul 29,” the day that is appointed in the Bible of an exact date you have to wipe out financial accounts and becomes a sign of warning of a nation under judgment.  On the exact day, September 17, 2001, you have “Elul 29” that happens not just once a year, Elul 29 happens every 7 years.  Then, that record stays for the next 7  years until you get to the great crash of the great recession.  The greatest crash in history, September 29, 2008, they ring the bell, and the bell refuses to ring.  They take that as a sign, and on that day comes the greatest crash in American history.  Not only on that day, but it was the wipe-out day of the Shemitah that happens only once every 7 years.

So, the two greatest crashes happened exactly 7 Biblical years apart down to the day, down to the hour, and down to the minute.  We need to be aware because we have entered the year of the Shemitah, now.  The beginning of the Shemitah is very un-dramatic . . . but if something is going to happen this cycle, the pattern is that it happens at the end of the cycle.  That focuses around the time of September.  This is a time when some of the biggest crashes have happened.”

Jonathan Cahn is just starting on a brand new book.  Cahn did not offer much in detail, only that it will be Biblical in nature.  If you want to keep up with Jonathan Cahn, you can do so at HopeoftheWorld.org.  If you want to buy “Mystery of the Shemitah,” click here.  For a copy of“The Harbinger,” click here.

Arabs Express Love for Israel on Facebook

Arabs Express Love for Israel on Facebook

JERUSALEM, Israel -- Israel is getting some support from an unlikely source: Arab young people in countries that are often hostile to Israel.
The Jerusalem Post reports an Arab Israeli IDF veteran set up a pro-Israel Facebook page to counter the anti-Israel sentiment that can be prevalent in some of these countries. He was surprised at the responses from countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
One Saudi woman wrote she'd like to "send a message of peace and love to Israel," saying Arabs should recognize that "Israel also has rights to the land of Palestine."
"Good evening. I am a young woman from Jeddah in Saudi Arabia," she says in the video. "I am a member of one of the better-known tribes of the Hijaz, and I am showing you Darajeh Square, a famous landmark in Jeddah. I'd like to send a message of peace and love to Israel and its dear citizens."
"I know it is surprising that a Saudi Arabian citizen sends a message to the people of Israel, but it is a basic principle of democracy that everyone is free to voice an opinion," she continued. "I hope the Arabs will be sensible like me and recognize the fact that Israel also has rights to the lands of Palestine."
And a user from Fallujah, Iraq, wrote, "I support the State of Israel and their army and nation, but in our country we are not allowed to express our opinions or we will get killed."
"I hope there will be peace between our nations, we love Israel, their people, and its army," he concluded.

Shabbat Inspiration

Look closely at today's verse; are the beautiful blessings promised by God material or spiritual in nature, and why? Notice that only material rewards for prosperity are listed, with no mention of earned spiritual merit. Our Sages found this strange and explained it as follows: One who has food and security, and all of his needs met, will find it easier for continue fulfilling God's commandments, which obviously earns spiritual rewards as well. Jerusalem Day this Sunday!

It was 48 years ago this coming week that the IDF, with great heroism and Divine providence, liberated the Jewish People’s historic holy capital. This led, within a very short time, to its official unification under Jewish sovereignty for the first time in nearly 1,900 years.

Shivat Pomegranate Body Peeling Oil

The pomegranate is a symbol of beauty and fertility, well known for its healing capacity, high antioxidant contents and richness in vitamins and nutrients. This soothing body oil with natural pomegranate is made in Israel by Shivat ("seven") referring to the biblical seven species which all contain healthful nutrients that benefit the body and promote wellness.
