In This Prophecy, the Church Began to Weep and Wail

Wailing and weeping
Will this issue ever get to the point where it breaks our hearts instead of hardening them? (iStock photo )
The Father spoke to me and said, "Jeremiah, the primary area that is upon my heart in this hour is the issue of abortion. I have given you a dream that must reach the four corners of the United States. The church must unify on this issue. I am giving them four years to do it. If they will, a great birthing will take place in 2016."
He then took me to the same factory that I had been to before regarding abortion.
In the dream, the second area that was on the Father's heart that the church must change her position on is sexual immorality. He began to show me massive gatherings of homosexuals all over the United States. They formed what were known as colonies where every elected official in the city was gay. He showed me their plots to gain control of the government through their agenda, so that they could affect every area of society.
The church came out to protest the gathering of homosexuals and their agendas, but then something portentous happened. God the Father began to rebuke the church saying:
"Has your laziness and blindness on the issue of sexual immorality within the church not given the homosexual agenda its true power? The issue is not the homosexual agenda. The issue that I have with you is the power that you have given it by failing to preach holiness and purity to masses. I have not called you to persecute homosexuals. I have called you to repent to Me for your wickedness and sin. I will take care of them. You must take care of yourself. Your doctrine is inaccurate. Your motives are impure. Before you pluck the speck out of their eyes, you have plenty in your own."
The church began to weep and wail. The sound was ear piercing. The church began to recognize their deception and how immorality had overrun the church and been accepted rather than dealt with. As repentance took place, the Father spoke again:
"My answer to the homosexual agenda in the earth is a movement of purity. I will gather hundreds of thousands of pure ones that will unite in an effort to confront the issues of their day. It will be internally focused, not externally focused. They will keep their hand to the plow concentrating on immorality within their ranks, and then I will begin to deal with the homosexual agenda on My own terms. There will be new diseases amongst the sexually immoral that will be like a plague. They will reap what they have sown. Science will begin to identify the diseases that will overrun an immoral people in the earth in the years to come."

"It's Boomerang Time! Pursue What God Has Put in You!" - Bill Yount

"It's Boomerang Time! Pursue What God Has Put in You!"
Bill Yount, Hagerstown, MD
The Elijah List

The gallows built by the enemy to destroy us through sickness will now see cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, sugar diabetes, and every infirmity under the Son hanging on it.

It's boomerang time. We are now being attacked by healing! Receive yours now. (Photo via Bill Yount)

The Sweet Spot for Healing

After seeing no healings over a long period of time, you are convinced that you must not have the gift of healing. So you decide to stop praying for people. What you don't know is: That is your sweet spot. That's the perfect time to pray for one more person. That's when you will start seeing results. This is where healing begins.

Think about this: Who wants you to stop praying for people to be healed? Is it the devil or the Lord?

God is Saying to Many, "Give Me a Chance to Touch Others Through You"
I was in Lowe's walking around and I overheard a lady telling someone how sick she was with a sinus infection. As I kept walking the Lord spoke to me to go and pray for her. I said, "Lord, I'm not used to praying for people in public."

The Lord said, "I am. Most of My ministry of healing and deliverance was in public, not in the temple. Another thing, it's not about you but about Me. I just want you to be a channel to give Me a chance to touch her. If she doesn't get healed it won't be your fault. And if she does get healed, it won't be because of you either. I just want you to give Me a chance to heal her."(Photo via Wikimedia Commons)

I stepped out and asked her if I could pray for her. She said, "Yes, I have had this sinus infection for many years and have had two surgeries and it still comes back often." I prayed and asked the Holy Spirit to come upon her and I took authority over this infirmity to leave her. I felt the Lord's presence. She appeared to not feel anything, so I told her, "Sometimes God heals immediately and other times gradually."

As I walked away, I felt a healing witness go through my own body. Perhaps being a channel for Him opens us up to be touched as well as others. I said, "Lord, what does that witness mean that ran through me in spite of no evidence of that lady's healing?" He said, "That's the dam of healing building up inside of you for the next one."

We're Just Conduits that God Wants to Flow Through

On the way to minister at a church recently, I sensed the Lord saying, "I want to heal someone at the very start of your message." I thought, That is strange for me in my meetings, for I didn't think I had a healing ministry. As I sat down right before the service, I heard people around me talking about their physical problems, medicines they were taking, and doctor reports that concerned them.

I kept thinking, which was my downfall, If I get up and say that God wants to heal someone before I speak, and if I didn't hear correctly, and no one gets healed, it will be a terrible way to begin these two nights of meetings. I am ashamed to tell you that I didn't go with it. I started my message and played it safe.

At the end of the service, as always, I invite people forward for special prayer. One woman came before me with her body shaking. She said, "I just got out of the hospital. I had a stroke and my heart is so weak the doctor said there is nothing more they can do. I could die any minute." When she spoke those words, any faith I had left me. I felt so helpless for her. I anointed her with oil and laid my faithless hands on her head. I know I prayed in unbelief, hoping she wouldn't die with my hand on her head. I was just glad to see her still alive as she left the meeting later. (Photo via Pixabay)

The next morning I got a phone call from a pastor who was in the service. He said, "Brother Bill, the woman you prayed for with the bad heart called me this morning. She said she woke up feeling fine. Her heart feels great, her blood pressure and sugar diabetes numbers are normal. I said, "That is awesome!" I didn't tell him, but I know something: I had nothing to do with that healing. It was all God. I then realized since I had nothing to do with it, I am going to step out more because it's not about me.

We're just conduits that God wants to flow through. I am learning if nobody prays, nobody gets healed.

The old hymn says it all:
Channels only, blessed Master,
But with all Thy wondrous pow'r
Flowing through us, Thou canst use us
Every day and every hour.

Pursue What God Has Put in You

...for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Philippians 2:13
The Lord has put a pursuing anointing inside of us. Pursue what He has put in you. Pursue it like a bloodhound. Go for it. Sniff it out and run after it, and you will surely apprehend.

The pursuit will be worth it. (Photo via Pixabay)

Remember, even Jesus prayed a second time to heal a blind man's eyes (see Mark 8:22-26). I believe He was establishing the principle of pursuing. Multitudes will be changed and touched because you didn't quit. All Hell is breaking loose and all of Heaven is breaking loose. And Heaven is greater than Hell. The bowls of Heaven are tipping.

Will you give the Lord a chance to touch others through you?

Why not pursue?

The shofar (or ram's horn) is often used in his meetings, breaking the powers of darkness over regions, churches, and households. The shofar represents God's breath blowing into the nostrils of His people, reviving them and awakening the lost. Many of God's messages, which Bill ministers prophetically, come out of his everyday life with his family and friends.

What Does it Mean to Bless Israel?

What Does it Mean to Bless Israel?

Do you know what it really means to bless Israel?

Standing With Israel
In the last days, God will gather the nations back to Himself and establish a holy hill where the nations will go to Jerusalem.
Nations have had the right and privilege over hundreds of years to make choices that govern their destiny. Many of these choices have led to bloodshed, exploitation and disregard for God's Laws.
Very soon however, Jesus Christ will rule these very same nations with an Iron Scepter as He rightly reclaims them as His own and brings the earth to a period of peace never before known.
Those choices, whether right or wrong, shall yield the rewards set by King Jesus. One of the most important choices that face nations today and the one that can change their fate is regarding the blessing of Israel.
Do you wonder why so much of the news you read lately is centered on Israel? It seems lately that Israel has its hands tied whether it's land settlements in Jerusalem, the Palestinian Peace Process, and more.
The Bible states in the last days, Jerusalem will become a burdensome stone.
Zechariah 12:3 states "And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people; All that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces; though all the people of the Earth be gathered together against it."
God is saying to the nations that you should expect this. God also says that Jerusalem will become an issue in the last days that will affect everyone. The peace process that you are hearing has far reaching effect that will impact every nation.
What can you do today Africa that keeps you in God's grace that is so necessary in these times.
You can choose to make right choices that bless your men, women, and children. Or you can choose to make bad choices.
What happens when you make bad choices is seen in the Book of Hosea.
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children" (Hosea 4:6).
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15).
"Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!" declares the Lord. Therefore thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning the shepherds who care for my people: "You have scattered my flock and have driven them away, and you have not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for your evil deeds, declares the Lord. Then I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and I will bring them back to their fold, and they shall be fruitful and multiply. I will set shepherds over them who will care for them, and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall any be missing, declares The Lord" (Jeremiah 23:1-4).
The Lord however is gracious, slow to anger, and compassionate.
Let us examine the right choice a nation can make that can bless her people.
Ezekiel 34:26 says of the nations that will bless Israel, "I will bless them and the places surrounding my hill. I will send down showers. There will be showers of blessing."
God is saying that if you bless Israel, I will bless you. He that curses Israel I will curse. However many people do not understand that blessing Israel means blessing God Himself. Therefore to go against Israel, known as The Apple of God's Eye, is to go against God Himself.
There is a line that is being increasingly drawn in the sand regarding morality versus immorality; good and evil; righteousness and unrighteousness.
The issue is, does Africa want to be blessed or not.
The nations of the world including Uganda have entered into a valley of decision: Will they or won't they support Israel. Israel is known as the light to the nations and that light is being felt right now.
The question is not should I bless Israel but rather how much.
The series of lessons will teach churches to how to become a source of blessing to Israel. These lessons are written by a Messianic Jewish Minister who carries the light of Yeshua—Jesus Christ.
What does it mean to bless Israel? When we are blessing Israel, we are really saying to God Almighty that He alone is the God of Abraham, Jacob, and Isaac. There is only one God. The very name Jehovah means Jealous.

'40 More Days and the Nation Will Be Destroyed'

'40 More Days and the Nation Will Be Destroyed'

Can we avoid calamity if we repent? (Flickr/Creative Commons)

Here's the Deal, by Matt Barber

Use your sanctified imagination to envision the following make-believe scenario.
Joel Osteen, Andy Stanley, Joyce Meyer, Ed Young Jr., Dave Ramsey, James Robison, Ken Copeland, Pat Robertson, Matt Crouch and other high-profile Christian leaders all begin their programs with an agreed-upon in-advance, sober warning to their collective millions of listeners.
"The following message is completely uncharacteristic of our normal broadcast. But we are not living in normal times. We can't keep pretending God's judgments aren't real. What's happening currently can't be dismissed as coincidental but providential. We have come to the conclusion that God has directed leaders across this nation to simply communicate eight words: '40 more days and America will be destroyed.' That's what He instructed us to say. But there still is hope if we believe that God will have mercy on us if we humbly turn back to Him and the ways of our Founding Fathers."
"Larry, that's unrealistic and too far fetched!"
Do you know that the greatest awakening in world history took place when an obedient servant of God echoed those exact words in a different location? The leader and the people were so shaken by the severity of the message that they turned from their sinful ways and returned to God.
"When God saw their actions, that they turned from their evil ways, He changed His mind about the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it" (Jonah 3:10).
Read the entire account of this amazing, historical event in Jonah 3:3–10.
What Will It Take to Awaken Us?
On an individual basis, scores of people say their conversion took place after a series of events jolted them to humble themselves and turn to God. Should we not expect something similar needful for a nation at large?
"Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses" (Ps. 107:5-6).
An amalgam of unexpected, swift events exploding in tandem with each other would certainly get the attention of millions in America. The following are real and within the realm of possibility very shortly: devastating economic collapse; horrific drought, gas and food shortages; Middle East war; a series of coordinated Islamic terrorist attacks; outbreak of new AIDS-like virus; racial riots erupting nationwide; multiple massive earthquakes, EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) Internet-crippling attack; assassinations and political chaos.
David Stockman, Ronald Reagan's former Budget Director, says of the economy, "All hell is about to break loose!"
ISIS just released a statement, as reported in Charisma News, that they have over 70 trained terrorists in 15 U.S. states now.
To picture what it could be like when some of these events explode on the scene, picture a segment from the film "Mad Max" or the TV show "Walking Dead." [I don't watch these but have seen pictures from them.] Or visualize a city like those in the Ukraine—once-thriving cities now lawless centers of desperate people who've become marauders and looters carrying out criminal acts with impunity.
Our parent's generation exhibited patience, sacrifice, discipline and civility in difficult times. Being realistic (recall Ferguson or Baltimore recently?) and not dismissing all of this as nonsensical conspiracy theories, do we really expect people in a crisis today to let others go ahead of them in lines and folks patiently serve one another amid shortages, curfews and roving vigilantes?
God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but it might wake people up to pause and ponder some of these coming realities. Just read afresh what Jesus said would be taking place prior to His Return.
How Should We Then Live?
In the '60s, theologian and prophet Francis Schaeffer posed this question to Christians. Analyzing events in history and foretelling what was coming to our nation, he warned us of this implosion while calling us to engage our culture and beseech God for divine intervention.
Christians can no longer settle for "status quo" religion with neatly packaged, sanitized, inspirational programs and services while ignoring the epidemic of Christians being persecuted and Western civilization crumbling. In England, the former Archbishop of Canterbury said, "Christianity is facing extinction in Great Britain."
We are currently engaged in a titanic, unprecedented struggle with forces of evil and must categorically reject wishful thinking that this is simply temporary, cyclical or manageable. We are at a tipping point where either we experience a divine intervention of God in a Third Great Awakening or we will witness the fulfillment of A.W. Tozer's prophetic warning: "Historians will conclude that we of the 20th century had the genius to create a great civilization but we lacked the moral wisdom to preserve it."
One Word Captures Our Charge
In Matthew 24 and Mark 13, Jesus told us the signs of the end of the age. He basically summed everything up with these words, "He who perseveres till the end will be saved. " (Mt.24:13; Mk.13:13). And in Romans 5:3 God tells us, "...suffering produces perseverance."
There simply are no shortcuts in difficult days. We must draw upon the grace of God and make a quality decision that we will persevere.
Presently I'm reading a book called The Churchill Factor - How One Man Made History. This biography of the towering figure of the 20th century who saved Western civilization from extinction demonstrated one overarching quality: perseverance.
When his fellow countrymen and Cabinet were capitulating to Hitler and his war machine, Winston Churchill told them to persevere, to fight and not to negotiate. "If this long island story of ours is to end at last, let it end only when each one of us lies choking in his own blood upon the ground!" With this almost Shakespearean climax, he rallied them to press on till victory was theirs.
Days ago I spent some time with my wife in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, called the "Secret City" during World War II. Here 75,000 citizens worked tirelessly to develop the atomic bomb to ultimately defeat Japan and bring about their surrender. These patriots, alongside of our servicemen and women who gave their lives on battlefields, and the D-Day invasion persevered to secure our freedom.
During these turbulent times, if you need a fresh read to bolster your perseverance, let me suggest a book called Staying Power by my year friend of 33 years, Ken Roberts (kenlroberts.com).
Ken faced incredible adversity when his wife of 25 years was killed in a car accident, a church building project and pastoral team imploded and he resigned his ministry in a mudslide of despair.
Yet Ken Roberts drew upon the grace of God and discovered lessons to sustainability. He persevered and today has new life, a new wife and a new ministry impacting multitudes. I highly suggest readers check it out.
As we await the Supreme Court ruling that may tip the scales in a way that may accelerate judgment on our land, may perseverance be our watchword.
Remember the words of the prophet Jeremiah, "If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?" (Jer. 12:5).

Today's Israel Inspiration

Today's verse describes the very last commandment of the Torah, the writing of a Torah scroll. Moses fulfilled this mitzvah right before the nation entered the Land of Israel. Thus our Sages gleaned that this precious mitzvah is a vital step for the ultimate redemption and the entrance into the Land by all the Jewish people, led by the Messiah, may that day come soon! 75 Torah scrolls are being written to stand as an everlasting memorial for the souls of the 67 Israeli soldiers and 8 civilians killed in last summer's war. Fulfill this precious mitzvah by joining with LIBI USA, the IDF's official social welfare unit, and YOUR Torah will be delivered to army bases and communities around Israel.

Bobby Conner: Prophetic Intercession That Changes History

Prayer
Prayer was never intended to be a monologue but a dialogue. (Lightstock )
Prophetic Insight, from Charisma Media
Never underestimate your prayers. Your prayer life is a sweet fragrance before the face of Almighty God! Our prayers are a vital part of the worship and adoration at the throne of God. It is important to understand what the Word of God has to say concerning what happens to our prayers in the heavenly realm.
"When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of saints" (Rev. 5:8).
This passage gives outstanding, divinely inspired insights and revelatory information concerning the value of our prayers uttered on earth. What our prayers accomplish is absolutely awesome. Your prayers have the potential to alter history! Many of the defining moments in the affairs of mankind are the result of someone's prayers. Truly our prayers move the hand of God.
Today we discover that the church is at a crossroads and in transition, the saints of God must spend time in God's presence, asking for divine wisdom and Holy Spirit guidance (see James 1:5). It is almost unbelievable to think that the cries of our soul on earth have such a place of prominence in heaven. It is truly stunning to note what Scripture reveals is taking place in heaven's realm because of our prayers.
Our prayers have a place of prominence before the Lamb upon His throne in heaven. Each golden bowl is filled with the flowing fragrance of the incense of our prayers that are ever rising before the Lamb. The aroma of faith-filled prayers is scenting the throne of heaven. Our prayers, being precious and extremely valuable in heaven, are caught and kept in vessels of the purest gold.
Many times the foe of our soul, Satan himself, will seek to hinder and even stop us from praying by slandering and saying, "It's no use! God will not hear nor heed your prayers." We must be reminded that every time the devil speaks, he speaks a lie (see John 8:44). A lie is the direct opposite of the truth, so be encouraged when the enemy tries to lie to you in that way. If he attempts to convince and persuade you that your prayers are worthless, understand the truth: Your prayers are powerful and priceless.
Be confident of this fact: Your prayers are heard in heaven and watched over by powerful, holy angels. The Word of God contains countless precious promises of God's willingness to answer our prayers. The Spirit of God is releasing an anointing for intercession on an extremely high level.
All across the nations saints are being mobilized to pray. It is awesome and thrilling to see prayer meetings are beginning to take place in many of our public schools once again. Powerful prayer gatherings are being led by some outstanding, young radicals who have one goal in mind: establishing God's kingdom on earth.
We can clearly see from these verses that our prayers are priceless. We read in Revelation 8:3-5:
"Another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar which was before the throne. The smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel's hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it onto the earth. And there were noises, thundering, lightning, and an earthquake."
One can clearly see that our prayers always result in action. Never forget your prayer engages heaven's action. We would be blessed to take time to observe some of the examples of answered prayer in Scripture. One such example is the church praying for Peter and the Lord dispatching a mighty angel to deliver Peter from certain death and prison.
Observing the prayer spoken by the Church in Acts 12 on Peter's behalf, we clearly see this was a life and death situation. James had been beheaded and the same fate was facing the Apostle Peter. However, Scripture states, "So Peter was kept in prison. But the church prayed to God without ceasing for him" (see Acts 12:1-12). This reminds us that nothing is too hard for God (see Gen. 18:14). Our prayers release the hand of God to move on our behalf.
When your prayers are spoken on earth and begin to ascend before the throne of God, heaven begins to respond and things are shaken. Notice when the disciples prayed there was an earthquake, "And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spoke the word of God with boldness" (Acts 4:31). Never forget that prayer is a powerful force.
In Revelation 8:3-5 we see not only was there an earthquake but also lightnings, which speaks of God's light and power being released when our prayers are released from heaven back to earth. Thunderings and noises speak of the "Word of God being released." Our prayers release an awesome response from Heaven. When God's voice speaks we will again see the entire world shaken" (see Ex. 19:10-20).
Prayer moves the hand of God. God can do anything (see Job 42:2). The question is posed in Genesis 18:14: "Is anything too difficult for the Lord?" As we enter into the realm of the prayer of faith, we will discover that absolutely nothing is impossible with God.
God has made us a promise that if we will ask, He will answer. We read this powerful promise in Jeremiah 33:3 which states, "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know." Prayer makes visible the things that have been concealed. The word "mighty" is literally "fenced in" with the connotation of being "cut off" or "inaccessible." In this we understand that God has many things to reveal to us and through us, but we will never receive them unless we call to Him in believing prayer.
God is able to reveal that which has formerly been hidden and He is committed to deliver and to preserve His people. In Deuteronomy 29:29, we discover that God has some secrets that He desires to release to us, if we are willing to set our hearts to seek Him: "The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law."
This truth is revealed again in Isaiah 48:6, which states, "You have heard; see all this. And will you not declare it? I have shown you new things from this time, even hidden things, and you did not know them."
Our prayers release God to reveal the things that He desires to show us. Remember the warning, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you" (Matt. 7:7).
Once, in a prophetic experience, I was caught up into heaven, into something like a large warehouse filled with arms, legs, hands, feet and eyes. Stunned I questioned, "What are these things?" and was told, "This is what you can have restored on earth if you will pray, believing." In that moment I was painfully aware that much more is available to us if we truly approach the throne of God with pure faith. We have not, because we ask not. It is the Father's good pleasure to give to us the kingdom.
Prayer was never intended to be a monologue but rather a dialogue. What is a monologue? It is when one person is doing the talking. God promised us that if we would ask, He would answer. There are two sides to true prayer—the human and the heavenly. The human is the asking; the heavenly is the answering. In Psalm 91:15 God states, "He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him ... ."
Jesus stated in Matthew 21:22 these encouraging words concerning the promise of answered prayer, "And whatever you ask in prayer, if you believe, you will receive." There is a readiness in the heart of God to answer true prayer. In Isaiah 65:24 God promises, "Before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear."
Answered prayer will always release an overflow of joy and raise our confidence in God (see John 16:24).

Israel's History - a Picture a Day (Beta)

More pictures were digitized and posted by the Ottoman Imperial Archives this week, and we are thankful to the archivists for preserving and sharing their photographic treasures.

Among the pictures was this unique photo of Jerusalem, taken from the Mt. Scopus area and dated 1886.  The remnants of snow are still visible.

Another photo, dated 1916, shows the Galilee town of Tiberias on the shores of the Sea of Galilee.  One of Judaism's holiest cities (along with Jerusalem, Hebron and Safed), Tiberias dates back to the era of the Bible and the Talmud.

By Ottoman order the town was confined within the ancient walls until 1908 when a Christian order built a convent outside of the walls.  Several farms were established in 1911 outside of the walls, and they are visible in the photograph.
