A 19-year old man is in police custody following a shooting this morning at a synagogue in Poway, California just north of San Diego.
One person was killed and three others injured at the Congregation Chabad Synagogue in San Diego County.
San Diego police say the suspect called 911 and later surrendered to police. The unidentified man said he was responsible for the synagogue shooting.
Witnesses said they were attending services marking the end of Passover when a gunman shouting obscenities entered the synagogue and started shooting a semi-automatic weapon.
Poway Mayor Steve Vaus told CNN that the “shooter was engaged by people in the congregation and those brave people certainly prevented this from being a much worse tragedy."
Four shooting victims were taken to Palomar Medical Center Poway and one of them, an older woman reportedly died there. Hospital officials said three victims were in stable condition.
Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein was among the injured. Shot in the hand but undeterred, Goldstein proceeded to deliver his sermon, telling the Jewish Orthodox congregants to “remain strong. “
Mayor Vaus told CNN he considered the attack a hate crime "because of statements that were made when the shooter entered."
Police are examining a letter and the suspect’s social media posts to determine a motive for the attack.
President Trump expressed sympathy for the victims and tweeted, “Thoughts and prayers to all of those affected by the shooting at the Synagogue in Poway, California. God bless you all. Suspect apprehended. Law enforcement did outstanding job. Thank you. “
Vice President Mike Pence also sent out his own tweet saying, “We condemn in the strongest terms the evil & cowardly shooting at Chabad of Poway today as Jewish families celebrated Passover. No one should be in fear in a house of worship. Antisemitism isn’t just wrong - it’s evil. “
It was the second mass shooting at a U.S. synagogue in the past six months. Eleven people were killed and seven injured October 27, 2018 at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh. Robert Bowers was charged with using a firearm–an AR-15 to commit a hate crime. He received a total of 29 charges, including 11 counts of criminal homicide.
Norma McCorvey, the "Jane Roe" of the infamous Roe v. Wade case—Henry Wade was District Attorney in Dallas, TX at the time—that decriminalized the killing of pre-born babies (and with its companion case, Doe v. Bolton, allowed the killing to continue right through the third trimester), died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at age 69.
It has been often noted that this case was built on a lie. Equally well known is the fact that McCorvey felt very "used" by the radical feminists at whose urging she was thrust into the national limelight. She would later explain that she never actually had an abortion and admitted the case was the "biggest mistake of her life."
But there is more—much more—to the story. And that is McCorvey's first encounter with Christians after her conversion.
History will remember her as "Jane Roe." But eternity will forever know her as Norma McCorvey, a child of God. Why? Because she made a commitment to Christ more than two decades ago. While that fact is fairly well known, I would like to shed some additional light on her conversion and the first few days after that.
McCorvey worked in Dallas out of a pro-abortion office. Pastor Flip Benham, leader of Operation Rescue Dallas at the time, worked nearby in a pro-life office. Through that, McCorvey met Flip. Although they were polar opposites on the abortion issue, Flip demonstrated the love of Christ to her.
Flip was then and still is one of the greatest preacher/prophets in America. He is likely one of the boldest, most courageous persons I have ever met. He is fearless. But he is tender and loving. His Bible is worn out by its constant use, and he pleads with fellow Christians to read it through a minimum of once a year. His celebrity sons—Jason and David (known for being cut from a national TV show for their stand for traditional, biblical marriage)—have followed their dad as a role model and have read the entire Bible through a minimum of once a year since they were young teens.
McCorvey was stunned at Flip's gentle, Christ-like love. She thought pro-lifers were, in accordance with pro-abortion reports, hateful and mean. What she encountered was the love of Jesus. Flip—who always carries a big Bible—began tenderly to share the Word with her. As a result, she received Jesus as Savior for her sins and became "a new creature" in the summer of 1995 and was baptized Aug. 8.
Flip had been a Free Methodist (not to be confused with the liberal United Methodist denomination) pastor, but he was not at that time pastoring a church. Since Flip and I were extremely close friends, he invited McCorvey to the church I was pastoring.
The first church she attended—just a few days after she became a believer—was Metroplex Chapel (Church of the Nazarene), located in Euless, Texas, in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
But what happened that day was almost as profound as her conversion. She was afraid to come to the church as she did not know how Christians might respond to her, given her identification with abortion. She arrived at the church building but was too fearful to come in. She drove around the parking lot several times trying to get the courage to get out of her car. She was afraid of what people might say to her or even do to her.
Finally, she saw Flip standing on the church steps looking for her. She trusted him, so she parked her car and came to Flip. He escorted her into the church. She sat with Flip during the service. I still recall exactly where they sat that Sunday, off to my left from my view from the platform, about two-thirds of the way to the back of the church.
With her and Flip's permission, I introduced her at the end of the service, telling the congregation that "Jane Roe" of Roe v. Wade had come to Christ and had experienced forgiveness for her sins. I explained that she was present in the auditorium. I asked her to stand. She did. The crowd erupted in an extended standing ovation. McCorvey was shocked. She did not expect that.
After the service ended, nearly the entire church congregation formed an extremely long line to give her a hug and welcome her into the family of God. It was a profoundly moving and tender moment. Norma McCorvey, the "Jane Roe" of the infamous Roe v. Wade case had not only experienced the love and forgiveness of Jesus. She had now experienced the love and forgiveness of the body of Christ—the church. It was an exhilarating day for us all.
McCorvey would later say in a television ad, "You read about me in history books, but now I am dedicated to spreading the truth about preserving the dignity of all human life from natural conception to natural death."
During the first half of her life, she was on the wrong side of history. But that changed when she repented of her sins. She joined "the right side of history." But more importantly, she now enjoys the right side of eternity.

I have been asked "the question" so many times regarding Trump or Hillary. By way of background, I have followed every national convention—Republican and Democrat—from the time I was age 9, and have attended most of the GOP Conventions from 1984 to the present. I have watched the news virtually every day from the age of 8. I have never seen anything like what we are observing.
In spite of the unprecedented nature of this election cycle, I will attempt to respond to "the question." I am not demanding that anyone else share my view. But I was asked. Here is my best attempt to answer as I am able to see things at this time:
1. The Democratic and Republican party platforms are as different as night and day, in my opinion, as far apart as evil vs. good. The 51-page Democratic platform is the most leftist ever. (I don't care for the "right vs. left" nomenclature. I am far more concerned with "right vs. wrong.") The Democratic platform contains many points which are anti-biblical. (Time does not permit me here to identify what is meant by "anti-biblical," which is covered in my new book Well Versed: Biblical Answers to Today's Tough Issues.) It is thoroughly socialistic (a socialist is a communist without a gun). The 54-page GOP platform is one of the strongest GOP platforms ever. A biblically alert person could be comfortable with almost all of it. Party platforms are a big issue to me. Although some "blow off" party platforms, I do not. Nor do many people up and down the ballot who are running for office. This is a serious and very important item. I have a hard copy of both platforms in front of me now. Most people have never checked out what the party platforms say. They should. If a person is not drawn to the "top-of-the-ballot" candidate, they ought to at least consider voting for the candidate attached to the best party platform.
2. Analogy #1: Both candidates are flawed. We all know that. But permit me an analogy: As a pastor, I would rather deal with a church attendee who is blatant and brash in his sinning than one who is devious, lying, cunning and deceptive. Both are problematic, but one is easier to deal with than the other. If I were a pastor bringing correction to a parishioner, I would prefer dealing with a "Trump-type" any day over a "Hillary-type." The chances of making progress with the "Trump-type" are many times greater than the "Hillary-type."
3. Analogy #2: When my (late) wife's remarkable and much loved oncologist said, "Don't take Carol to that alternative (non FDA approved) treatment." I asked, "Why not?" He said, "The unknown." I said, "Doctor, your 'known' is much worse than the alternative treatment's 'unknown.'" I took her to that alternative treatment. One year later that same oncologist went to the alternative treatment doctor to see how it was that Carol had improved so much. While this alternative treatment did not ultimately save her life, it likely stretched two to three years of life to six years of life—by the admission of another one of her brilliant young oncologists who later said, "Without any medical training or scientific fact, you have put together a protocol of treatment that has moved her into the top fraction of 1 percent of survival rates of all patients with Carol's particular cancer. Application of the analogy: Hillary's "known" is considerably worse—many times over—than Trump's "unknown."
4. Trump has lots of sins in his past (actually, we all do), and—in the present—says things he should not say. I make no attempt to defend any of the things he has said. There is no need to rehearse the wrong things he has said. We know what they are. He should not have thought or said them. But there is no need to rehash them here. So we won't. But let's turn to the other candidate. Although America has had some scandal-ridden candidates in its history, we have never seen any one major party candidate more constantly scandalous as Hillary (along with her husband). She seems to exceed all previous boundaries for wrongdoing. The scandals just don't stop. In the same way we did not take time to list all of Trump's misstatements, neither will we here rehash the seemingly continuous string of horrific scandals of the Clintons.
5. Trump is slowly being surrounded by increasingly good people. From time to time, I receive encouraging calls regarding this. Can these good people impact Trump? We will see. In contrast, I see no reason for any encouragement regarding the people who surround Hillary.
6. Trump is right on approximately 75 percent of the issues. I wish it was 100 percent. It is not. I am in hopes that those beginning to surround him can help him connect the dots on more issues. Hillary is wrong on 100 percent of the issues.
7. This next issue might be one of the most important, but I suspect few will understand its significance. Trump opposes globalism. Hillary thrives on it. Globalism is far more than "geographical" or "eliminating national borders and boundaries." It is spiritual and demonic at its core. Few—very few—understand this. This is quite likely one of the main reasons why Trump is hated. Do your homework on this one. Think "principalities and powers." Serious. Extremely serious.
8. Not voting is not a viable option, contrary to what the "purists" claim. It is not my intention to begin a war of the issue. I know that some radically disagree with this. My view? They have the right to be wrong.
9. Voting for a third party candidate is—regardless of what is said—a complete "throw-away." No third party candidate will be elected, or even come remotely close to being elected. And yes, that matters to me. And for the record, the Libertarian ticket—Johnson and Weld—is nearly as bad on many issues as Hillary. When I listen to them, I am stunned people of their ability have ever made it to elective office.
10. Trump has moved pro-life. Hillary is pro-baby killing, and prides herself on that, and honors the organization—Planned Parenthood—that actually traffics human parts from dead babies whom they have killed. This is below anything we have seen since Nazi Germany. The gall of Hillary! The Clintons have evaded justice for decades and likely will continue to. But they will someday stand before the Great White Throne. They will have to give account of their support of the ripping babies to shreds in the womb. For the record, those who vote for those who support the genocide of pre-borns will also have to give an account.
11. Trump wants to defend the nation (which is the purpose of government). Hillary has a horrific track record as Secretary of State, and due to hundreds of millions of dollars given to her and her husband's foundation, she is beholden to those who want us dead.
12. Hillary claims "everything is fine" in America. This defies every single fact, but facts have never been an interest of Hillary's. Trump understands that it is 11:59 p.m. on the "cultural clock." America is near the end—morally, economically, militarily and, sadly, spiritually. There are very clear identifiable indicators—measurable ones—that America is no longer the world's leading power. That day is over. Hillary will hasten the final destruction. Trump could either slow that down—or possibly, with God's help—reverse it. Maybe.
13. Trump will address the massive government spending. Hillary will expand it above the existing unsustainable debt the U.S. currently is carrying (almost $20 trillion plus unfunded liabilities to Social Security, etc).
14. Trump will expose—and I pray, bring down—"the systemic evil" (crony, deceitful, misuse of capitalism) that reigns among many high-dollar lobbyists. Hillary thrives because of them.
15. Trump will stop the massive overreach of government. Hillary will extend it.
16. Freedoms come in "threes." Political freedom, economic freedom and religious liberty coexist together. Take one away and the other two will eventually disappear. One cannot exist without the other two. The genius of America is that it had all three, until recently. Trump fully grasps the loss of religious liberty. I have heard him speak on it in person on several occasions. He knows that economic and political freedoms are evaporating. He will reverse that. Hillary will decimate all three.
17. Every rational person knows the Supreme Court appointments are paramount. Trump has listed 11 superb potential nominees. Hillary's appointments would snuff out the tiny vestige of the three freedoms that are left (mentioned in the statement above).
18. I make no excuse for wrongdoing or wrongful, hurtful words from either candidate. Candidly, I want King Jesus. He rules in my heart. And yours too, I suspect. And I want Him to rule here—now. But that day is not fully manifested—yet. In the meantime, we prayerfully, carefully navigate this challenging election season, with great concern that above all, we honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every arena of our lives, including the voting booth. That is my hope. I believe it is yours as well.

It comes as no surprise that this is one of the strangest political seasons in history. Two highly polarizing candidates have left many Americans, including many Bible-believing Christians, on the fence.
Yet at a "Pastors and Pews" event in Orlando last week, I heard former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee say: "Every year, everyone says it's the most important election of our lifetime. But folks, I'm not messing—this really is the most important election of our lifetime."
In the primaries, I backed Ted Cruz, but the day he dropped out of the race I endorsed Donald Trump—not because he's a perfect candidate, but because he's an effective leader and because the alternative, Hillary Clinton (and the platform of the Democratic Party) are 100 times worse.
I had the opportunity to interview Donald Trump last week for the cover story of the October issue of Charisma. I will write about that more later. But today I'm calling to your attention an article we ran on Charisma News last week by Pastor Jim Garlow of Skyline Church in San Diego, California that has gone viral.
Jim sent me something he posted on his Facebook page, which made a very strong argument that Christians must get out and vote. I sent it to my wife and a few friends. My wife, Joy, was really impressed because his arguments took the election out of the realm of personalities (a lot of Christians don't like either Trump or Hillary so they won't vote for either) to the level of what future we want for the nation. She's right, so I asked Jim to write it as an opinion piece. So far, the article has gathered more than 30,000 shares and more than 498,000 page views. You can read it here in eight minutes. It's so important that we're going to put a version of it in the October issue of Charisma Magazine. But, I need you to help me get out the word now by posting it on your own social media.
I recorded a 20-minute podcast about this article in which Garlow articulates that the party platform of the Republicans is so good from a biblical point of view—contrasted with the Democratic platform, which is almost socialist—that it alone should cause Christians to vote and to do everything they can to back Trump. You can listen to it here for his other very interesting points.
I know this is very divisive (the comments on my own Facebook page tell me that). But this is too important to sit it out. There are other sources of information about this election. But, I believe the podcast and article by Jim Garlow sums everything up with this headline (that I personally wrote): "If You're On the Fence About Your Vote, This Pastor Clarifies How the Very Future of America Is At Stake."

Revival Fire Sparks New Wave of Awakenings in America
Jennifer LeClaire is now sharing her reflections and revelations through Walking in the Spirit. Listen at charismapodcastnetwork.com.
God's people, who are called by His name, have humbled themselves and prayed, sought His face and turned from their wicked ways—and, little by little, God is making good on His 2 Chronicles 7:14 promise to forgive our sin and heal our land.
Indeed, after decades of fervent prayer, identificational repentance and prophetic intercession, revival fire is breaking out in American cities. Some are marked by glory. Others are marked by salvations. Still others are marked by miracles—but all of them are flowing from the river of God.
I believe these revivals are not only an answer to prayer—they are just a down payment of what the Holy Spirit wants to do as He fulfills another measure of the Joel 2:28 prophecy charismatics love to declare: "And it will be that, afterwards, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; then your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions."
San Diego's Fire and Glory Outpouring
The fire and glory in San Diego started during a January 2016 conference. Jerame Nelson hosted Bobby Conner and Joshua Mills at Heart of God Church. Nelson says that from the beginning of the meeting, there was an unusual manifest presence of God in the room.
"Miracles were happening quite easily, and people were really getting touched by God during the worship times," Nelson says. "The atmosphere of the meetings was electric, and there was such a great hunger in the people attending every single session."
Nelson reports several cases of stage 4 cancer, birth defects and glaucoma healed. Metal plates and pins surgically inserted into people's bodies dissolved, deaf ears opened, along with salvations and Holy Spirit baptisms. People are flying into San Diego from Fiji, Hungary, England, Brazil, Mexico and other nations to experience the outpouring.
"I feel there was a literal flash that sparks faith for revival again in America and within the nations," Mills told me. "People from Seattle came down to the meetings and took that fire back with them. Now they are also stewarding a move of God."
Fire certainly spreads, especially when there are credible prophetic words that foretold the awakening to fan the flames. About four years ago, James Goll, president of Encounters Network, says he had a prophetic dream about a revival beginning in San Diego, then going to seaports up and down the West Coast.
Later, James says he had other dreams in which he saw that fire spread to Mexico in a crusade-type mode. He says the Lord told him, "Do not call the West Coast the Left Coast, but there will be such a move of My Spirit that it will be the Righteous Coast."
The West Coast Rumble
James told me he also saw the Lord would give Nelson a spearheading assignment concerning this movement of signs and wonders in which healing and miracles would become "easy." And he saw other leaders anointed to lead revival in other cities. This awakening has become known as the West Coast Rumble.
"Eventually there will be so many different pockets and centers opening up that it will be impossible to track it all," James says. "It will not be like the past when there was primarily one location where the nation or the world came. ... There would be so many hubs opening up and so many new things happening that this movement will not be one ministry centered, not one city or region centered, not one apostolic center highlighted or one leader centered. But it all begins with someone and somewhere."
The West Coast Rumble landed at Seattle Revival Center in Newcastle, Washington. At the beginning of 2016, the Lord told Darren Stott, lead pastor of the revival center, it was time for his ministry to live up to its name. He called a retreat among his leaders to press in to what the Lord was saying.
When he returned home on Monday, Stott saw Nelson testifying on Periscope about the miracles at the Fire and Glory Outpouring in San Diego and immediately took a team to Southern California. The next weekend was the Seattle Revival Center's Declaration conference, which also featured Conner.
"Bobby Conner grabs the mic and starts tapping it as if somebody was knocking on the door," Stott told me. "And then he asks, 'Do you know what this is? I'll tell you what it is. It's Jesus knocking on the door, and He wants to know if anyone's going to let Him in.' And then he took off prophesying."
Miracles started manifesting that same afternoon. Stott reports that a woman who had her breast removed in cancer surgery felt it growing back. He admits when the revival broke out, his team was both excited and terrified—they didn't want to do anything to "mess up" what the Holy Spirit wanted to do.
Ryan LeStrange, president of the New Breed Revival Network, flew out to minister at Seattle Revival Center some weeks later. He told me the level of hunger immediately caught his attention. He describes the atmosphere as pregnant with the prophetic and a rich miracle anointing.
"There were atmospheric miracles of pain, bleeding and joints being healed," LeStrange reports. "On my last night there, a blind lady came down front with her arm in a sling. I prayed for her and told her to open her eyes. She said she was seeing dimly. We prayed again, and she could see clearly, and she took her arm out of the sling and started moving it."
Then there's the young woman who had been bedridden for 10 years who came from Utah. She was lying in the meeting on a cot and rose up and started moving her legs. Other reports from the Seattle Revival Center include people suddenly finding gold crowns in their mouth—there are photos to prove it.
The Appalachian Awakening
Meanwhile, the Appalachian Awakening—as it's come to be known—is marked by mass salvations, but healings are also breaking out. The revival is burning at the West Virginia-Kentucky border, and the secular media are even taking notice. This revival made the front page of the State Journal with the headline "Revived: Message of hope, tangible help is healing hurting communities in West Virginia."
At the center of this awakening is a Tennessean evangelist from the Church of God named Matt Hartley. On April 10, Hartley preached at Regional Church of God in Delbarton, West Virginia, under the leadership of Pastor Mitch Bias. He was then invited to speak to Mingo Central High School's Prayer Club.
Four hundred students attended the meeting, and 150 responded to Hartley's salvation message. In less than two weeks, at least 3,000 youth got saved.
"It's a climactic time," Bias told CBN, noting that prayer paved the way for this outpouring. "I think the many years of creating a spiritual vacuum inside of kids by not teaching them the true reality that there's a destiny in God—time, plus chance, plus matter (have) produced a vacuum on the inside. I think when they hear a message of hope, it really speaks to them because they're kind of hanging in a spiritual limbo. And they press into it quickly to take it because they know that's the truth."
The students are now acting as powerful evangelists in their own right. Some of them are taking to Facebook, Twitter and other platforms to announce what is happening and invite other youth to join the Holy Ghost party. Others are sharing testimonies.
"The Spirit of the Lord is just sovereignly moving in the hearts of young people in very rural mountain regions of West Virginia," says Rick Curry, a revivalist born and raised in Kentucky who tours the nation preaching awakening. The youth are meeting in a field house in West Virginia. Meeting attendance surpasses the population of the town—and Curry estimates about 85 percent are middle schoolers, high schoolers and young adults. But the evening meetings are more of a celebration of what is going on in the schools during the day.
"Two elementary school girls started fasting during their lunchtime," Curry says. "They wanted to minister to the kids but weren't sure the best way to do it, so they took a shoebox and cut a hole in the top and wrote 'prayer requests' on the side."
"During the lunch period, students dropped their prayer requests inside the box, and at the end, the little girls would pray over them," Curry says. "On one day alone, 18 kids were saved at that school. Over in Pike County, Kentucky, revivals are also breaking out in the schools and in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Lima, Ohio, students are getting saved by the hundreds."
Azusa Now Ripples
Although some of these revivals broke out before tens of thousands of fiery believers ascended on the Los Angeles Coliseum for Azusa Now—which marked the 110th anniversary of the Azusa Street Revival that birthed the Pentecostal movement in the United States—some are convinced that April 9 was a turning point for the nation.
I declared on that day that awakening is here and it's coming—and agreed that it was a day of demarcation in America. It was a show of desperation and unity in the church. Prophetically, it was a shot heard around the world. Something shifted in the spirit in the City of Angels that day. If you could pull back the curtain on the spirit realm, I believe you would have seen an intensified war—and we're winning that war.
Lou Engle's Azusa Now wasn't the only prayer event on April 9. United Cry gathered 30,000 pastors in Washington, D.C. Reset America will gather tens of thousands on the Mall in D.C. to cry out to God again.
"TheCall Azusa will act as a 'rocket booster' to the entire movement," James says. "It brings together the streams of the prophetic and prayer with the power—supernatural culture—with evangelism. The merging of these two great streams will create combustion or a convergence where this rocket shoots forth apostolic and prophetic evangelists, not just to the West Coast but globally. It is another booster to the movement that shoots forth signs and wonders evangelists globally."
Cal Pierce, director of the International Association of Healing Rooms in Spokane, Washington, agrees wholeheartedly—and with tears. As he sees it, Azusa Now shifted the bride of Christ from the waiting room to the delivery room, and amazing divine encounters and healings are on the rise. Even the way Pierce is praying for the sick is shifting as God creates a new wineskin in which to pour the new wine.
"Prior to Azusa Now, the body of Christ was so concerned about the future and looking at the elections and global economies," Pierce told me. "A lot of believers were in fear and wondering what's going to happen. Azusa Now shifted us. We are beginning to understand that no matter what man does, it's not going to change God's will or what He's preparing to do—to pour His Spirit out through His bride."
Pierce told me he's seen more divine encounters in the 30 days after Azusa Now than he did in the first 16 years of the Healing Rooms ministries. Choking back tears, he tells the story of a little boy born with his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. Doctors gave him no hope to live throughout the day. A Healing Rooms team prayed, asked for the newborn's name and called out his destiny. Little Wyatt was healed.
Pierce is also seeing the atmospheric miracles LeStrange noted in Seattle. In his meetings, Pierce is not agreeing that people are sick. He agrees with the Word of God—by His stripes we are healed (Is. 53:5). When he preaches this word, people begin to testify of healings without anyone laying hands on them.
"We're seeing these types of miracles now on a continuous basis—things our eyes haven't seen and things our ears haven't heard before," Pierce says. "He's releasing His presence and His glory.
"Now is the time for our destiny. Now is the time for the bride of Christ to begin to step into the fullness of what Jesus preached. We know that God is getting ready to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh, and His kingdom will be preached into every nation, and revival will be released around the world."

"New Move of God Starts in Southern California"by Doug Addison, Los Angeles, CA
From the Desk of Steve Shultz:
The prophets are saying a "new move of God" has begun and it's started in California. If you've noticed we've posted words from major prophets over the last couple of weeks of revival, and some movements that have started in California that will keep spreading. We are in exciting times!
If you're like me, you've seen these prophecies coming for several years and you've waited for things to finally begin to happen. Well, they are happening now!
Let me warn, caution or even encourage you to jump on board with this revival. If, during this revival, as prophesied, the least deserving and most unlikely people get saved, don't reject this move as some have done! Many of you were not around to observe that during the Jesus movement of the 1970's and many rejected the move because of the "hippie" element to those getting saved who wouldn't change their hair style or dress.
Let's not let that happen again, deal?
Please forward this word to your friends! Encourage them to subscribe to the Elijah List right here: http://elijahlist.com/subscribe.

"New Move of God Starts in Southern California"
by Doug Addison, Los Angeles, CA
Book of Revivals
Since last Christmas I have been having encounters that are happening almost daily. In one, an angel gave me a Book of Revivals from Heaven. This is deeper revelation that is being opened up now regarding previous revivals of God.
This new revelation is about the moves of God over people and regions. I have been continuing to see the shift of "Keys of Authority" that were in the hands of those not using them or who became judgmental and used their authority to hold people down instead of building them up.
Judgments from those with authority to release and bless has been one of the major reasons why we have not seen a sustainable movement of God in North America in 22 years.
There has been a move of God every 11 years in North America dating back to the Azusa Street Revival in 1906. The 11-year intervals fall on the 1950 Healing Movement, the 1961 Charismatic Renewal, the 1972 Jesus People Movement and the 1983 Third Wave Charismatic Movement. 1994 had the Toronto Blessing and 11 years later there would have been a movement that actually did start around 2005—but it was cut short because it was judged and bound by those who carried Keys of Authority.
The 2005 move started with unusual signs of God's glory such as gold fillings appearing in people's mouths and gold dust and gemstones appearing supernaturally in meetings. But the move never went global as God intended and was very limited.
Now 11 years later it is 2016, the year that we will indeed see something new start. Joshua Mills was one of the ministers who operated heavily in the 2005 "gold and glory" movement. I had a prophetic word for him and we talked on the phone the first of January this year. I told him that God is going to honor him because he honored God. Joshua told me that once again gold dust and oil began appearing on his hands that very week.
Dream: New Move of God
I had a dream that I was in a resort-like place in California. The new movement from God had come and the pool at the resort was all updated. People were swimming in God's presence. The water represented the Holy Spirit and many people were swimming. As we swam in the pool you could look down on the bottom of the pool and there were remains from previous moves of God.
The dream is showing that as God pours out a new move of the Holy Spirit it will be refreshing to many. Also it will be "new" and we will not need to operate in older ways of doing things. This new movement coming will be completely updated to fit and reach people in today's culture. February 2013 in San Diego
God told me to look up prophetic promises from 2013 that have not come to pass. I looked in my journal and found some major things. One entry that stood out was called "The Sign of the Dolphins." On Valentine's weekend in February 2013, I was speaking at the Power and Love Prophetic Conference at Bethel Church in Redding, California. God spoke to me that there was going to be a major prophetic sign on the news on Valentine's weekend (2013) to show that His love is coming to people in need.
Sure enough, on the news the next day, there was a story about a massive seven-mile stretch of over 100,000 dolphins gathered off the coast of Southern California. Previously there had been thousands, but on that weekend it was estimated to be over 100,000 dolphins. It was a sight that could not be explained scientifically. You can read one of the many news stories about this phenomenon here.
This was a prophetic sign of a move of God that would come to San Diego in February and bring refreshment. And it would be seen by the entire world. Symbolically water represents the Spirit and dolphins are encouragers. Many people said that the dolphins had gathered for the food in the area. In the same way, God is preparing a great banquet or party that is coming to Southern California that will impact the entire world.
I wrote this on my blog in February 2013.
San Diego Outpouring Starting Now
Joshua Mills and Jerame and Miranda Nelson held their annual Decree Conference last month in San Diego and indeed something new started. They began seeing a higher level of God's presence, glory and miracles. They extended their meetings and are now doing nightly "The Fire and Glory Outpouring" meetings in San Diego. You can join them live or watch the live stream online.
Linda and I visited these meetings and witnessed that, yes, this is the start of something new. It is in the early stages, but God spoke to me that by February 14, 2016 this will begin to spread and affect the world globally. This is the fulfillment of the 2013 Sign of the Dolphins! Two Moves of God Coming
God showed me that there are two major movements coming. The first is a long overdue movement to revive and refresh the Church. This is what is beginning to happen in San Diego.
The second one is much more radical and it is what I have been prophesying for a number of years.
God's new agenda will be the spiritual outcasts, those who have been wounded and rejected by Christians.
Sadly, many leaders will be tempted to reject this new movement at first because it will be so outside the box of our current understanding of what is possible. This is why God is saying to prepare to be stretched.
Get ready to cross over into a new season of God's glory and presence. A new wave of God's love and power is about to sweep the world!
