Russia's New Alliance: Biblical Prophecy Coming to Life? - Joel Rosenberg interview

Russia's New Alliance: Biblical Prophecy Coming to Life? - Joel Rosenberg interview

Many Christians believe Russia plays a major role in biblical prophecy about the end times.

CBN News spoke by phone with best-selling author Joel Rosenberg about Russia's big move into the Middle East and what it might mean for Israel.

Rosenberg refers to the book of Ezekiel and prophecies that involve an alliance of Russia, Syria, and Iran all alligned against Israel.

He told CBN News that for the first time in 2,500 years that scenario is a reality. He is quick, however, to downplay whether biblical prophecy is in fact being fulfilled with these recent developments.

He also blamed the Obama administration for leaving a huge vacuum in the Middle East, which has allowed Russia to move in.

Rosenberg had much more to say about the future of Israel and how Christians can stand up for the Jewish state. Click play to listen to the entire interview.

"God is Financing What He Builds – His Plan, His Church, His Harvest" - Cindy McGill (The Elijah List)

Times and Seasons
It's time for change. It has to happen. God is driving. The Lord is building His house where we will not labor in vain to build it. New structures and expressions are being birthed to contain THIS harvest during the greatest outpouring from Heaven. The world has changed and so must the Church. We are not in the 70s anymore. Our world is sinking into deep darkness and we have been called to be the lights that illuminate the way in this hour.
Jesus spent most of His time out and about with people who were not even close to coming to a temple. His whole passion was to heal ALL who were oppressed by the devil. He not only healed their bodies but also their hearts, minds, and spirits. Those who were forgiven much loved much more.
God Gives the Plan
In 2003, I was doing a dream interpretation school on an Indian reservation in Idaho. That night I had a dream with clear instruction on how to compel today's seekers to receive the Lord. In the dream, God spoke to me about a menu board with items on it to "scratch the itch" of the seekers and to create "prophetic healing circles" of no more than three people. The menu board had language on it like "organic spiritual alignment," "original root recovery," "spiritual cleansing and re-definement." (Photo via Pixabay)
In between the small circles, I saw intercessors. God told me to call them "spiritual connectors," as they are the ones to pray during the encounters. When I awoke, I knew it was a new blueprint for reaching this generation who were turned off by church. When I got home, I told my husband about the dream and we set off to our local park to try it out. Literally, within minutes, we were swarmed with young people from the local drum circle, who were desperate for a life change with a God they could relate to, who met them at the point of their need.
The next year, I went with a team to the Burning Man festival in Nevada, where tens of thousands of people gather for a week-long lifestyle of radical self-expression. We gave great room for the Holy Spirit to move, and again we were swarmed with seekers from every walk of life.
Two years later, I branched off with the concepts God had given me in the dream to create another camp and expand a Jesus-presence at this popular festival.
Report From the Desert
For our outreach teams, this was our 11th year in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada at the Burning Man event. Our ministry theme camp, Freedom Lounge, was once again PACKED out with seekers who would never, ever, ever darken the door of a church. These are the creative ones, the spiritual ones, who wander out in the highways and byways. Their mindset and lifestyles are expressed in every form of twisted mindsets based on today's influences, but Jesus doesn't seem to mind that. He ALWAYS, ALWAYS looks on the hearts of men. He sees the ones He made, knows their journey, and is passionate to bring them out of destructive lifestyles into hope and a future. (Photo of Freedom Lounge via Cindy McGill)
A welcome mat is placed at the door of our tent for those whom the Father draws so they can freely "taste and see" for once in their lives that the Lord is GOOD. There is no condemnation, shaming, or judgement allowed, only unconditional love and acceptance. As a result of doing things God's way, our tent remains full for the whole week, as those who feel His love go and get their friends to have the same experience. It's like the woman at the well who went into the village after an encounter with the Jesus who didn't judge her, and told all of her friends to come and meet Him, too.

If We Don't Follow Jesus, Our Efforts Will Fail
God KNOWS where the fish are and the timing. Peter had fished all night using the methods he knew about and caught nothing, but when Jesus showed up, He told Peter where to cast his net, and the catch was so full the net started to break. In order to effectively reach THIS HARVEST, we will have to be teachable, moldable, and let Him instruct us. Being TEACHABLE is huge. God sees the beginning from the end and is well aware of His strategy and plan.
Jesus was really clear on how to fish men. He said, "FOLLOW ME (LISTEN TO ME)...and I'll MAKE you fishers of men." He did not say, "Follow trends, other people, your own thoughts, your old ways, your talking points." Instead, He said to pay attention and He will teach us about His compelling that love draws even the most bruised, hurting, and traumatized heart into a loving transformation with the One who made them, and their lives are forever changed. (Photo via Pixabay)
Every person has their own journey we are not aware of. Their hunger and thirst is, for that one moment, where unconditional love and acceptance is not only felt but embraced, resulting in receiving the One who has never left their side, but they did not know He was there.
Be Wise as Serpents, Harmless as Doves
Have you ever watched a serpent approach its prey? The serpent doesn't announce his presence but lays low, undetected, and waits for the right moment to make its move. We seek God's wisdom for these days and the days ahead. Our thoughts are not God's thoughts and our ways are not His. He is communicating a strong message to us, and we MUST be teachable to His instruction and warnings.
God's got this. He knows what He is doing, how He wants it done, and He is trying to instruct us in something new that we have never done before. This is HIS plan, HIS Church, HIS harvest and we are in a learning curve like never before. It's exciting and stretching for us, but the results are above and beyond what we can think up or ask for.
God is Financing What He Builds
We have been hearing about an outpouring of finances amidst the world's voice of economic collapse. God OWNS it all, and the finances He is releasing is for the work of the ministry, preparation for the days ahead, and for relief of debts in this Jubilee year. God is building HIS Church and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it. When finances are poured out, it is wisdom not to set our hearts on the money, but that we use it for the intended purpose. There are faith-based films emerging filled with hope and promise, new spiritual communities where the Holy Spirit is honored and given free expression and creativity from Heaven that we have never, ever seen before. (Photo via Pixabay)
Our best days are ahead, and God is driving. Let Him tear down old structures that don't work and build new ones according to His blueprint and plan. When we allow the GENERAL Contractor to build according to His vision, people will beat the door down to come to meet Him.

"It's Time to Put Your Hand To The Plow and Not Look Back!" - Bonnie Jones (The Elijah List)

The Lord is speaking in a clear and intentional voice in this season. Recently I heard Him say, "Now is the time for Christians to gird up their loins and follow after Me. It's time for them to put their hand to the plow and not look back; fear follows those who do. Their past is already behind them."
But Jesus said to him, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back [to the things left behind] is fit for the Kingdom of God." Luke 9:62 AMP (Photo via Bonnie Jones)
"They cannot take illicit lovers into this next season. I'm looking for abandoned lovers, those who are abandoned unto Me."
You [are like] unfaithful wives [having illicit love affairs with the world and breaking your marriage vow to God]! Do you not know that being the world's friend is being God's enemy? So whoever chooses to be a friend of the world takes his stand as an enemy of God. James 4:4 AMP
I believe the question to the Body of Christ is, "How much of our self are we willing to surrender to God?" He can only occupy as much of our vessel to the extent that we make available to be filled. If we only surrender twenty percent, He can only occupy that amount in our heart. But an abandoned lover willingly surrenders their whole being unto Him so He can fill them to overflowing with the fullness of His Spirit.
The Whirlwind
After hearing His voice I was shown a great and awesome whirlwind coming to the Body of Christ. It's the move of the Holy Spirit we've long anticipated, and it's unlike anything we've experienced in the past. In this great movement, those who are being led by the Holy Spirit will remain hidden in the cleft of the Rock. They will follow the Master wherever He directs them and move in supernatural demonstration of God's unlimited power. (Photo by Kevin Moffatt "In Spirit and in Truth" via elijahshopper.com)
And while My glory is passing by, I will put you in a cleft of the rock and protectively cover you with My hand until I have passed by. Exodus 33:22 AMP
I was also shown Christians who regularly attend church and continue reading their Bible. Although they truly love the Lord, they deny the power of His Holy Spirit. Once again they were offered His fellowship when this mighty whirlwind began. Yet, once again, they rejected the gift of the Holy Spirit.
For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them]. 2 Timothy 3:5 AMP
After the whirlwind subsided, there was an immediate acceleration for those who were hidden in the Rock. They never looked back for those who rejected the Holy Spirit. Instead they kept a steady eye on Jesus and followed after Him. Their whole being was surrendered unto Him and they moved in demonstration of His resurrection power. They knew how to rest in God and allowed Him to manifest His presence through them.

Parables of Elijah and Elisha
In this experience I could easily see two parables with Elijah and Elisha. First, in 1 Kings 19:19-21, we see Elisha plowing the field when Elijah places his mantle upon him. Operating out of an old mindset, Elisha wanted to turn back and kiss his parents good-bye before following the man of God. Elisha already had his hand to the plow and but needed to gird up his loins and follow after Elijah. He had no time to turn around or look back to the way things were. This was a divine appointment that would change the rest of his life, and he had a choice to make. From that time forth, Elisha followed Elijah, never leaving his side.
So Elijah left there and found Elisha son of Shaphat, whose plowing was being done with twelve yoke of oxen, and he drove the twelfth. Elijah crossed over to him and cast his mantle upon him. He left the oxen and ran after Elijah and said, "Let me kiss my father and mother, and then I will follow you."
And he [testing Elisha] said, "Go on back. What have I done to you? [Settle it for yourself.]" So Elisha went back from him. Then he took a yoke of oxen, slew them, boiled their flesh with the oxen's yoke [as fuel], and gave to the people, and they ate. Then he arose, followed Elijah, and served him. 1 Kings 19:19-21 AMP (Photo via Wikimedia Commons)
Second, because Elisha remained faithful to keep his eyes on Elijah (type of Holy Spirit), he received a double portion of Elijah's anointing when he was taken up in the whirlwind. In the same way, if we desire to be part of this supernatural movement, we cannot not turn back to the ways of the flesh. We MUST follow after the Holy Spirit of God with a whole heart. It may offend some, and others will misunderstand us, but no matter the cost we must remain faithful and obedient to God.
And when they had gone over, Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask what I shall do for you before I am taken from you." And Elisha said, "I pray you, let a double portion of your spirit be upon me." He said, "You have asked a hard thing. However, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you – but if not, it shall not be so."
As they still went on and talked, behold, a chariot of fire and horses of fire parted the two of them, and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into Heaven. And Elisha saw it and he cried, "My father, my father! The chariot of Israel and its horsemen!" And he saw him no more. And he took hold of his own clothes and tore them in two pieces. 2 Kings 2:9-12 AMP (Photo via Flickr)
I believe we're about to step into this supernatural movement of monumental acceleration in the Spirit. It will be far greater than anything the Body of Christ has experienced in past movements. Azusa Street was an incredible display of power through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, but this was only a glimpse of that which is now on the horizon.
We can't afford to miss our opportunity for acceleration because His time is of the essence. Let's gird up our loins and put our hand to the plow. Let's become those abandoned lovers so God will fill us with the fullness of His presence as we go into the greatest whirlwind and spiritual awakening of all time!

Alexander, originally a Greek name, is one of the few names that has origins outside the Jewish faith, but has been made an official Hebrew name and widely adopted by many Jews on account of a fascinating story that occurred over two thousand years ago. During his conquest of the region, Alexander the Great met the High Priest of the Temple in Jerusalem, dismounted from his horse and bowed to the ground. Alexander explained that he had seen the High Priest in a dream who had assured him victory and prosperity. In appreciation to the Jews, Alexander peacefully absorbed the Land of Israel into his growing empire and the Jewish community responded by naming all baby boys born that year Alexander.

The Temple Mount, Islam, and the Coming Of Yeshua - Ron Cantor, Messiah's Mandate/Tiferet Yeshua in Tel Aviv

Ron Cantor - Tiferet Yeshua congregation in Tel Aviv

You can’t open a newspaper in Israel these days and not see the self-righteous, hate-filled quotes of the leaders of regional Muslim majority nations, condemning Israel for actions on our Temple Mount.
The King of Jordan is outraged over Israel’s actions. He said,
“Any more provocations in Jerusalem will affect the relationship between Jordan and Israel,”
and
“We join Muslims and Christians everywhere in rejecting threats to the Arab character of this holy city.”
President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas has warned of a new violent uprising, an intifada, because of clashes at the Temple Mount.
So just what is Israel’s heinous crime?
Jews are visiting the Temple Mount! Our Temple Mount!COME TO ISRAEL
You see the Moslem world is seeking to paint a picture of Jerusalem as a city that is historically ethnically Arab (despite that fact that Jerusalem have never been the capital of any Arab nation.) These Islamic Truthers, if you will, deny that there ever was a Temple in Jerusalem.
Long time Israeli diplomat and author Dore Gold coined the phrase, Temple Denial in his 2007 book The Fight for Jerusalem: Radical Islam, the West, and the Future of the Holy City.
The goal of Temple Denial is to delegitimize, by Islamic pseudo-intellectuals and politicians, the Jewish historical claims to Jerusalem. Arafat was the first to popularize this fabrication. He claimed at the 2000 Camp David accords that the Jewish Temple was in Nablus, not Jerusalem, and without any fact or evidence, that claim spread across the middle east according to Ambassador Gold, like wildfire.
However the Wakf, the Islamic authority that Israel allows to oversee the Temple Mount made a crucial mistake. In 1999 they permitted bulldozers to remove—are you ready—9000 tons of dirt, without any archeological supervision, from the Temple Mount, in order to make a new entrance. This would be the archeological equivalent of rape, as within that dirt should be a treasure trove of evidence that the Temple Mount was the center of Jewish life from the time of King Solomon.
These 9,000 tons of dirt were unceremoniously dumped in the famous Kidron Valley. In 2004 some Israeli archeologists got permission to start theTemple Mount Sifting Project. They arranged for hundreds of archeologists and even tourists to help them sift through the artifact rich, soil. Recently a 10-year-old Russian tourist found a coin dating back to the time of King David and his son Solomon. This lends proof to a Jewish presence on the Temple Mount going back to around 1,000 BC.

In addition a two half-shekel coins were found, one dating back to the time just before the Temple’s destruction and the other, to the time of the Hanukah story, a little more than 150 years before Yeshua. Now this is huge, because Jews were made to pay a half shekel Temple Tax for its maintenance.
When they came to Capernaum, the collectors of the half-shekel came to Simon Peter and asked, “Doesn’t your rabbi pay the Temple tax?” (Matt. 17:24)
The Muslim outrage over Jews visiting their ‘supposed’ Holy Site is a fake controversy. What isn’t fake is that this piece of Real Estate is the most contested and controversial patch of land in the world. And for good reason: All of heaven and hell, angels and demons, all of the worlds spiritual forces will collide at this place for the final battle.
Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights on a day of battle. On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two … (Zech 14:3-4)
The Temple Mount is only a short walk form the Mount of Olives. Yeshua will take up his throne and the nations will come and worship him, according to Zechariah 14:16, on the very Holiday that we are celebrating right now—the Feast of Tabernacles.

Sharing Love From Sweden - ACCEPTED AND LOVED BY GOD - Eva Haglund

ACCEPTED AND LOVED BY GOD
Eva Haglund, Sweden
Oct. 3, 2015
In Song of Solomon we can read about a relation between a woman and a man in a marriage but also understand about the relation about the Bridegroom Jesus in a relation to His Bride, the congregation - Body of Christ. We can see how He sees us personally. He loves us much greater than we understand.

In Song of Solomon 4:9 we read: " You have ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse. You have ravished my heart with one look of your eyes, with one link of your necklace." We understand when we read this text that we are so loved by God. He is crushed by his love to us, a very strong love. He really cares about us.

In Psalm 139 we can read that God is with us everywhere. He cares every second. He is thinking at us. If I am in the middle of the sea, He is with me. When it is dark in the night, He is there. He is with me. In Psalm 139:5 it is written, "You have hedged me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me."

I do not need to think that I am left alone because God is with me. He is my Daddy.

In Psalm 139:13 we understand that God saw us already in our mother's womb. We were planned, thought of and created by the God who loves us. We read, "For you formed my inward parts. You covered me in my mother's womb." In verse 14 it is written that we are
"fearfully and wonderfully made."

In Song of Solomon is also written, "You are all fair my love, and there is no spot in you."
I think that this means that we are beautiful in His eyes, His Bride. I believe that it means that we are cleansed in Jesus' blood, and there is no spot. His Bride has "white" clothes.

Jesus is crushed by His love for His Bride. We look fine in His eyes. We make mistakes  but are cleansed by His blood. Sanctification is anything else. Jesus wants us to be free from things but His purpose is love.Through faith in Jesus we are saved. When Jesus loves His Bride, the Body of Christ, it is natural that He wants us have a relationship with the first love to Him - in love with God.

Song of Solomon is a good book showing a relationship between the Bride and Bridegroom. It is a close relation between Jesus and the Bride, that of a personal relation.  It is like the woman who was touched at His feet, crying because of His love. It was not a dry theology but a heart who was touched in the relation to Him. It was like a heart with life. A heart to heart relation. Jesus wants to be our Friend, simple and natural.

In Song of Solomon is written, " Oh, my dove in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the cliff, let me see your face, let me hear your voice, for your voice is sweet and your voice is lovely." Jesus loves when we speak to Him. In Song of Solomon we also see how He looks at His Bride - beautiful words to His Bride and also how the Bride is in love with the Bridegroom. Verses 10-16 begins with "My beloved is white and ruddy, chief among ten thousands."

Jesus wants to speak comfort with the inner voice, secrets and also tell us jokes when we listen. He speaks also to us through His Word, the Bible, which can be our daily Bread. Jesus loves all people and was willing to give all for us in deepest pain.

The cross, Jesus sufferings for us, is like a sermon of His love to us personally. The cross is also like a sermon about God's love, our heavenly Daddy's love to the world, willing to give the most precious He had for us. His Son has opened the way for us to have salvation. We could not do it ourselves but needed a Savior.

In John 3:16 is written, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life."

God is a God who cares about the world. He has shown us the greatest love.

1 John 4:8 "God is love."
