The Father Showed Me Three Incredible Things: Promises Fulfilled, Tears of Joy and Joy Restored.

A Vision of the Promises

The first vision was a huge, crystal dome. It was called hope. Inside the dome was a huge, incredible array of crystal, glittering lights—like fairy-lights. The dome was filled with a wondrous, almost fairytale, glow. It was filled with WONDER. Oh beloved reading this, it was the most beautiful dome I had ever seen. There was peace, joy, wonder and new life bursting inside that dome.

I said, "Father what are the fairy-lights?" He said, "Each glowing light is a PROMISE to My precious sons and daughters that have been delayed or hijacked by the enemy. These are My promises of My goodness, My kindness, and My OVERWHELMING faithfulness in the land of the living."

"Daddy, but why are they here?" I said.

"Because, My beloved child, in these past few years one of the major strategies of the enemy has been to contend so violently for My children's hope. To try to literally hijack and delay the fulfillment of My promises on earth; many of My children have become heartsick with so many of their dreams and hopes being deferred."

I said, "Oh Father, how do we get it back?"

"First, let Me show you something..." said the Father.

A Vision of Tears of Joy

I looked and saw an enormous glass vat. It reached to the ceiling and was filled with rainbows and a see-through liquid, like water. The Father spoke again: "This vat is filled with My children's tears. They are tears of joy."
"Oh Daddy!" I gasped, "They are the tears of joy that have been stolen and delayed because the promises have been so delayed in this past season."

The Father was so anguished and said, "The enemy saw that much ground was being taken, so in this past season his strategy became more violent against My champions. He knew that those who have loved and served Me so faithfully would never, never give up. So he strategically contended for every promise; to circumvent, delay and hijack My promises of goodness in the land of the living.

"Many, many—SO MANY—of My children were used to miracles manifesting in their lives. Yet, these same champions in the past few years have been crying out to Me saying, 'Father! I have stood. I have been faithful, but what used to so easily manifest—the miracles that would come overnight—there is just barrenness and continual contending and fighting in the spirit for what never seems to manifest.'"

The Father said, "Beloved. Beloved of My heart, this was a targeted strategy of the enemy. He could not keep the answers from you forever, but in this past season, in the spirit realm, the powers and principalities have been contending violently for every promise. For they knew that this would wear down My saints."

A Vision of Joy Restored

It was once again full of wonder, but each time I was drawn to it, a huge eruption of SHEER JOY would come from my heart: "Oh Father! He has stolen our joy!"

"That, My child, is the joy of My promises fulfilled on earth; My promises and My miracles; My kindness and My goodness in the land of the living. For the ultimate strategy of the enemy was to erode My children's strength."
"Because Your joy is our strength." I murmured. I sighed, "But Daddy, we're meant to have that anyhow just by being with You." Oh the Father is so wonderful. I could sense Him laughing at me. We had had certain conversations earlier in the day.

"Yes, My beloved Princess. That, you know is true." Oh, He was still laughing: "But as your Father—your Daddy—the Lover of your souls, I understand that you live on the earth and so many times you see through a glass darkly and hold on to Me by faith. So it is My utmost JOY to answer your cries for My promises and My miracles. Oh what joy it gives Me when I see your tears of joy and your wonder.

"For I Am goodness; I Am kindness; I Am compassion and I yearn to see My children thriving and joyous. I love to give My children good things. I watch them, even as you watched your own children open their presents and took SUCH JOY IN THEIR JOY. I am your Father and I take such joy in your joy."

"So Daddy, how do we get this back?"

He said, "Remember Daniel? When Gabriel called on Michael, there was a 21-day delay.

As My children release the hosts of Heaven in this season, you will all see a restitution of these three things I have shown you (Promises Fulfilled, Tears of Joy and Joy Restored). For it is time to DEMAND them back in the spirit realm. For I tell you that ENOUGH is ENOUGH. The time of transition is upon you, the last snares are being broken, the victory is assured, and miracles are about to break forth in the land of the living."

A New Day and a New Season!

"I told you I would break through for you so that others may have hope."

I said, "Daddy, You mean the three-year battle with my book rights?" (A personal testimony of mine.)

"Yes, beloved child. The battle was fierce. There were many days it seemed impossible, but they are back in your hands just as I promised they would be."

"Oh yes, Daddy. It was such a miracle."

"And you signed with Harper Collins."

"Oh yes, Daddy," I said, "The rights came back just in time. One day later and it would have been too late. Two incredible breakthroughs after three years..." I could feel the Father smile.

"And so now for My children: When this battle is over, miracles after miracles will break forth and the sounds of wonder and laughter and tears shed of joy will be My children's heritage!"

God says to you: "So pray beloved ones, pray. Release the hosts of Heaven to tear down these strongholds in the enemy's camps. For even as for Daniel, your answers are on their way! There will be joy, peace, hope renewed, wonder, promises fulfilled, delays finished and aborted situations resurrected!

"It's a new day, a new season with new strength, new vigor and new focus! For I Am the I Am; the Restorer of the breach and the Binder of the broken-hearted; your compassionate, loving King of all kings. I Am the Lover of your souls. Oh how I yearn for you, beloved. Your Abba, your King, longs for you."

Acceleration is falling in unexpected places. The Lord is changing things suddenly. The Lord is rearranging and there are divine interruptions happening in the lives of God's people at such a pace, unlike anything I have ever seen. The suddenlies of God are truly upon us.

 

The enemy knows these suddenlies are upon us and they are being birthed right now and he is attempting to bring confusion upon the promise, but he will not succeed for the Lord has decreed that acceleration is falling in unexpected places.

 

A sudden unveiling has been happening as the Lord unveils next steps and what He has been planning and the increase that is upon God's people. God truly is releasing the double portion right now. God's people have walked through so much trouble and trial, but the Lord is now releasing double blessing. He is increasing expectancy in His people as they draw close to Him for what He is doing. Discouragement and confusion is attempting to steal the promise, but I decree over you tonight in Jesus name, that as you continue to hold His hand, trust and obey, your promise will not be aborted. The enemy is fighting significant promises right now and one way is through confusion and discouragement, but another way I saw him attempting to abort the promise is by whispering to God's people "That's not really God. That's your heart's desire" leaving many discouraged and despondent.

 

I heard the Lord say "DOUBLE BLESSING! DOUBLE BLESSING! DOUBLE BLESSING!"  You are going to move not only into hearts desires and promises fulfilled but there will be double blessing and there will be double confirmation. The Lord is confirming and will keep confirming His way, His plan, and this is a time where double portions of joy will be restored to you.

 

"When hope's dream seems to drag on and on, the delay can be depressing, but when at last your dream comes true, life's sweetness will satisfy your soul" Proverbs 13:12  (The Passion Translation)

 

Many of you have felt that dream drag on and on and the delay has been depressing, but God is taking your depression and sadness and He will satisfy your soul with the sweetness of the dream come true. The sweetness of the suddenly!!!!

 

Don't be afraid to throw yourself "all in" to the "unexpected places" that God is leading you into. Don't be afraid to trust Him. He is leading you into a place of greater sweetness and joy in the double portion. Many are surprised that the Lord is now saying, "Step in" to a dream they have been waiting for, for a long time, and I saw a waterfall of the revelation of His goodness being released upon them.

 

But the wonderful thing is, not only are you going to step into a dream fulfilled, but you are going to carry more, double!!!!

 

Winds of Acceleration Falling Upon the Rivers of Rest

 

The winds of acceleration are falling upon the rivers of rest. The Lord is bringing a deeper rest to many believers right now, as many are weary, discouraged and feeling empty. The Lord is shifting and moving things and He is making more room for His people to come into rest; heart rest, emotional and mental rest and physical rest. The Lord is "making room" and in that place of rest, the Lord is adding increase. Out of the place of rest, from the 'lying down in the rivers of rest', there will be greater fruitfulness, favor, increase and positioning. Don't fight the plan of God and the moving and shifting of God bringing rest. Don't fight the plan of God if He moves you from more "doing" to "being". The enemy is working hard in this season of acceleration to burn many out in busyness, anxiety, fear and discouragement, but the Lord is bringing rest. Friends, lean in. Rest your head upon His chest and continue to listen to His heart and you will hear His whisper that, "All is well" and you are not being delayed, you are actually moving into more than you ever imagined possible. (1 Corinthians 2:9)

 

May I Have this Dance?

 

I heard the Lord speaking over many "May I have this dance?" and it was an invitation into a level of intimacy, a deeper rhythm of His heart, a new song that they had never experienced before. The joy that bubbled up in the hearts of those who accepted His invitation was like the joy of the first moment they met Him, the moment of salvation. I saw Him recapturing hearts. Hearts that are weary, have lost passion, have lost hunger, where intimacy has been hindered, where the foxes of fear have come in and wrecked havoc upon the vineyard of intimacy with Him, there's a whole new world of intimacy with Him now opening up. A new invitation to know Him, move with Him, and encounter His heart, unlike anything they had ever seen. The fire of the first love was burning brighter than ever.

 

I saw specifically where disappointment had created a wall between them and Jesus, He was melting those walls away, and He was placing in their hearts as they danced a scroll of destiny. Upon this scroll were His words of truth and destiny. Where there had been great pain of disappointment, He was now releasing greater revelation of destiny and reconnection was taking place.

 

The Lord is extending His hand...

 

He is whispering, "May I have this dance?"

 

I encourage you to accept His invitation, and a whole new world of intimacy, a new song, a new dance, a new rhythm is about to open up before you. You will burn with love for Him stronger and deeper than you have ever experienced and the fire of His love that burns in His eyes for you will baptize you afresh.

Jesus came to earth to show us the love of God, and to give His life so we could have eternal life. He was perfect—sinless—and He willingly took our sin upon Himself on the cross to pay the price for our salvation. God's love for us is so amazing!

Isaiah 61:1-3 (NIV) says Jesus came "to proclaim good news to the poor ... to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners ... to comfort all who mourn ... to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair."

And Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Jesus wants to heal our wounded souls, give us His joy, and work through our lives to help others discover same restoration and hope that we have!

My Story

I've had a lot of experience in this area. I used to be such a mess on the inside—in my soul. The pain of years of abuse caused me to become a miserable, bitter, angry, emotionally unstable woman. I didn't trust anyone and I believed I had to take care of myself because nobody else would. I was afraid if anyone really knew me—the real me—they wouldn't like me or accept me.

For years I lived this way, and I didn't understand why. But when I got serious about my relationship with God and started really studying His Word, I discovered His amazing love and how I needed Him to heal my wounded soul.

Once I had this revelation, I made a decision that I was going to go all the way through the healing process with God, and I refused to live with the pain, secrets and regrets from my past. By God's grace, I have experienced healing and wholeness in my soul in many ways. And now I am passionate about sharing my story and helping others find the love, healing and hope they need so they don't live trapped in pain from their past.

Everyone Has a Story

We all go through hard things in this life, and we all experience wounds in our soul. Those wounds cause pain that can then cause us to hurt others. I like to say it like this: Hurting people hurt people.

Your soul is the inner part of you—your mind, will and emotions. And the condition of your soul is felt by those who are in relationship with you.

Maybe you struggle to have healthy relationships because of fear of rejection and insecurity based on past disappointments or betrayals of your trust. Through a serious commitment to study God's Word and spend time with Him every day in prayer, God has radically changed my life. My mind has been renewed by God's truth (Rom. 12:2), and I don't live by my feelings anymore. My will has also been transformed; I can actually want what God wants now more than what I want.

It took time for me to get a major breakthrough in this area, and it wasn't easy. But being healed and having real peace, joy and love in my heart are so much better than living with pain of a wounded soul.

One of the best things you can do for yourself is let God heal you on the inside and restore the brokenness in your life. Then you can be example of God's amazing love and grace, helping them see that if He can do it for you, He can do it for them, too.

The truth is you don't have to stay broken, living in self-pity, hating yourself, burdened by regret, shame or fear every day of your life. I promise that if you will make a determined decision to trust God and believe His Word more than anything else—more than your thoughts, past experience, feelings or what others say—then you will experience healing in your soul.

Life especially in these days...is certainly not easy for many. In fact, I bet you have had to deal with some of the greatest challenges to date...but in these challenges and "obstacles" are opportunities for us to grow...and in our capacity to love.

The point of every obstacle on an obstacle course is to get over it — to overcome. Seasons are difficult because they serve a greater purpose and teach us to overcome. "Every Season and Every Obstacle Maximizes Our Capacity to Love"

Each season of our soul can be hard, yet uniquely good in what it accomplishes in us if we find God there. The sunny days of summer are too hot and the cozy days of winter are too cold. Even though every season has the potential to be amazing, each also has its own tests and challenges. Why?

In order to answer this question, I'm going to borrow one of my favorite quotes from Mr. Wonderful (aka Johnny Enlow):"Your life is an obstacle course, designed by God to maximize your capacity to love."

Point Number One

Life can be an obstacle course. Life wasn't meant to be easy! Imagine a runner who thinks he's running a sprint when he's actually running a hurdle race. If he thinks it's only about running fast, then he's going to be pretty shocked and frustrated every time he comes up to a hurdle that only looks like a road block to him.

But if he has trained for hurdles and expects them, he most likely enjoys the race because he has positioned himself for success.

The same is true for an obstacle course. Many people actually train for them and enjoy the challenge. The point of every obstacle on an obstacle course is to get over it — to overcome. Seasons are difficult because they serve a greater purpose and teach us to overcome. Don't stop to complain about the obstacles or you'll grow weary and get stuck. Keep moving!

Point Number Two

The course you are on was specifically designed by God for you. That can be quite disheartening when it's painful. Pain brings confusion and opens the door to lies like nothing else can. But pain can also reveal truth and, if we'll let it, it brings us the best gifts in life. I intend to write a whole book on this, so for now I'll just say this: God isn't the source of the pain. But since He's the only One who can stop it, if He doesn't, then a trap door can open revealing a slippery slope into hopelessness.

Hope, in essence, is the ability to expect God to be good to you. When we lose hope, our filter of perception becomes damaged. We can't see His true heart for us and we can even be used by the enemy to advance the incorrect reputation of God in the Earth. Um, we don't want to do that. So, just because He designed your obstacle course and it's super painful at times doesn't mean that He doesn't care about your pain—or that He wants you to remain in that place. Just keep moving!

Point Number Three

The whole point of the obstacle course is to maximize your capacity to love. I'll add: to maximize your capacity to know how loved you are and to give that love away. You'll know you're truly successful at navigating the difficult seasons of your personal obstacle course as you see yourself growing in love.

There's no greater victory than love. Not our definition of love, but His — the kind that's patient, kind, not envious, boastful or proud. Love that treats others honorably, isn't selfish or easily angered, and doesn't build a case against someone. Love that doesn't like evil but is thrilled about the truth, always protects, trusts, hopes and perseveres. You'll know you've learned His kind of love because it's the only unfailing one.

The thing is, it's so perfect that you can't possibly come up with it on your own. All you can do is let it in when everything around you is trying to convince you that He doesn't love you and He cannot be trusted.

But if you can hear His kindness above the pain and the desire for ease and comfort, and let His love hit its mark in your heart, then you'll have more than enough of His love to give away.

Hebrews 12:1 encourages us, "Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us." Any good athlete, when it's time to actually play the game, has to go back to the basics and the simplicity of focus. For us, on the obstacle course of life, we must return to the basics of enduring love. Love Him well. Love yourself well. Love others well. And keep moving!

As I sat across the table from Hope, I wondered if her middle name was Joy. Wouldn’t that have been nice! (I know a Joy by the way. I know Grace, Faith, and even Prudence. What names the Lord has given these lovely ladies!)

Hope was doing a short interview of me for the seasonal work at Samaritan’s Purse here in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Operation Christmas Child Shoebox season was fast approaching, and I wanted to be a part of the team again this go around. I had served here two previous years, and was looking forward to another time with Franklin Graham’s great program for worldwide kids. Blessed to be a blessing.

I had hope.

Some people don’t. They have lost hope in their dreams; their vision has vanished; they see things around them and wonder, “What happened? Why am I here when I thought it was supposed to be so much better?”

Those are real hurts and pains. I know. I have had them myself more times than I care to remember, or even write about. You believe something for so long, and then nothing. Nada. It ain’t happening. Or so you thought for so long.

But it is. It will happen. One thing we can count on in life is that the One who gives life, dreams, provides vision and leads us down a good path is the Lover of our soul. The One who gives is so capable because He is the same One who gave all. He gave His life for us.

This is one thing I do know. Jesus (Yeshua is His beloved Hebrew-given name) cannot lie when He speaks; He cannot hate when He loves; He cannot steal when He gives us His provision. He cannot because it is not in His eternal nature to do so. It is just not there.

What is there in His eternal being is real hope, real love, real encouragement, real joy, real passion for saving the people in the nations.

Without Jesus the people perish. One gunshot, one hurricane, one earthquake and it can be all over for those who have not called upon the Name of the Lord. He is our only hope.

My heart-felt prayer is that you have hope today. Let it be renewed, let it be abundant, let the Holy Spirit speak to your heart afresh and let you know there is light at the end of this tunnel you are in. For the Light has come, He is eternal, and where there is hope there is life to press on through whatever comes your way.

Hope in Jesus today. Be confident in what He has planned for you. He knows what it is and it is good.

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13, NKJV)

The Holy Trinity – God the Father (Abba), Jesus Christ the Son (Yeshua HaMashiach), and Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) – all reign on high together. They are the Three in One as the Eternal Godhead, each purposing together to fulfill the plans They laid out since before the foundations of the earth, before the beginning of time. Together they always were and always shall be.

Do you know the Holy Spirit? Has He been a vital part in your believing walk? He wants you to know Him, for He is the Comforter, the Helper, the One whom Yeshua (Jesus) sent after His ascension into heaven, as He promised He would come.

"These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.  But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.  

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.  

You have heard Me say to you, 'I am going away and coming back to you.' If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, 'I am going to the Father,' for My Father is greater than I.” (John 14:25-28, NKJV)

For a long time Christians spoke of the Holy Spirit as the Holy Ghost, as translated in the King James version of the Bible. To me, that seemed to give Him an eerie, far-off image of one who was spooky and somewhat aloof. Our concept of this One, the third person of the Holy Trinity, was as an after thought. “And oh yes, the one who we don’t really know much about. Thus we will focus on God the Father and Jesus the Son.”

We need to understand that this One, Whom so desires to be very close to us, wanting us to be intimately familiar with Him, has been given to us for our daily walk. He has been sent from heaven to lead us, direct our steps, and comfort us along the path.

He is not some ghostly image flying about the sky doing weird things. He is God Himself, coming to us in all power and in full measure of the Father and the Son.

Often associated with the acts of the Holy Spirit are the resulting acts of those whom He has touched, often in a very emotional, sensational way. So what else would you expect when the God of the Universe comes and touches the lives of those who have sought God, who walk around on this earth? What else should we experience when the most powerful One chooses to reveal and manifest Himself to mankind, specifically you and I, and those who ask Him to do so?

What we see, feel and hear, as a result of His coming in those moments, in time and space, is demonstrated in our physical bodies because of the presence of the Eternal, Spiritual One responding to our need for Him in a very real way. If what we experience wasn’t supernatural, then He wouldn’t be Supernatural.

The world is seeking the supernatural. It is very obvious in our movies, books, websites, and media of all kinds as to what people are seeking after. They know there is spiritual activity going on around this planet. But what they seek needs to be the Creator, not the evil created one.

In my senior year of Columbus High School, a Catholic parochial school in 1973, in Waterloo, Iowa, the Holy Spirit came to me when a few of my classmates asked Him to come and fill me with His presence. I wanted more than what the natural life was giving me. Having seen His work in their lives, I certainly knew there was more for this one, and He delivered!

The baptism of the Holy Spirit isn’t something to write-off as for “only back then and never again.” When He comes and fills you with His very presence, in your spirit, soul, and body, there will be a reaction. There will be a manifestation. There we will a newness, freshness, most powerful demonstration of God that just inhabited you in your very being, down to the very core of your inner man. This is nothing to be feared or stay away from. He is meant to be Who He is, and will show Himself to you in a way you have never experienced before. That is Who He is.

The gifts that Holy Spirit gives us, very supernatural in power and energy, are most needed in our times, these end of days. They are not an option. We must confront the powers of darkness arrayed against the Body of Christ specifically, and mankind in general, with them. Speaking in tongues, the gift of healing and miracles, discernment of spirits, prophetic declarations...these are necessary weapons we need to use. The devil fights with his arsenal. Believers better be equipped and trained in the gifts that the God of the Universe has for us, through His Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is very real. He is fully alive. He has chosen to be with those who have sought His gifts, His power, His promised fulfillment to be with us as we purpose to do the will of God the Father and Yeshua His Son. If ever there was a time when we needed the third Person of the Trinity it is definitely now.

Daily I need to pray, “Come Holy Spirit. Fill me with Your wisdom, Your understanding, Your clarity and knowledge of who I am, where I am to go, and how You want it done through my life, this day.” That has to be our desire and prayer if we are to fulfill the call on our lives to bring the saving Gospel of salvation to this terrified, dying and certainly lost world of people.

Come Holy Spirit! We need Your presence and power in our lives this day! Thank you that You are our Comforter and will be with us through it all!
