June 5, 2025 Charlotte, North Carolina Greetings to you once again. I am filled with gratitude and joy to announce my return to this Love For His People Ministry communication! After a two-year hiatus from writing, during which I experienced more spiritual growth, though I may not have realized it at the time, I have been blessed with a renewed sense of purpose. The Lord has re-energized, re-focused, and re-envisioned my mission in serving Him, and I am excited to share this ongoing journey with you. Through fresh messages, captivating photos, and inspiring videos, I aim to enrich your own walk with our Lord as He guides us into His perfect plans and purposes. A key mission of Love For His People is to foster greater connection between Christians and Jews. It is essential to deepen our understanding of Israel's vital role in our faith. With my unwavering commitment to the Land and His chosen people, I hope to nurture in you a growing love and support for the Jewish people and their rich heritage. Upon our arrival in Israel in May 2025, David Peterman and I weren't quite together. His plane was delayed until the next day, so I went ahead and picked up the rental car, later getting him from the train in Haifa. This was our 3rd trip together, to visit friends and show our support for His people in the Land during this critical time. He led us as we sought His guidance. We spent time in the homes of our friends, some of whom we had known for over 15 years, while also making new connections. Chaim Malespin, Executive Director of the Aliyah Return Center in Tiberias, joined us for dinner in Jerusalem. He was coming off reserve duty in the IDF from combat in the Gaza War, defending the Land for his family and his countrymen. (Above photo) Also in this edition, I included a "Walk With Me" video, with David and I heading to the Jaffa Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem. Come on and walk with us! I had never met, heard of, or seen Jodie Crider before we participated in Christian Friends of Israel Worldwide Ministry's 40th anniversary here in Charlotte, North Carolina, hosted by CFI-USA (Executive Director Hannele Pardain). The 3-day event took place from May 29 to 31, 2025. (More videos will be forthcoming on this website, YouTube, and Facebook.)

But when she spoke, you could feel the Holy Spirit speaking through her, giving life to dry and weary bones, encouraging us to "Go and support. For they need us."

"Yes, they were pleased to do so, and they are indebted to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual things, they are indebted to minister to them also in material things.” Romans 15:27, NASU

Every time the Lord allows me to visit Israel as part of our Love For His People Ministry, I greatly enjoy spending time with our dear friends among the Jewish people. Some we have known for 15 years now. Blessing them, as the good Lord has instructed us as Christians, has been on my heart now for over 46 years, beginning when I was first given the understanding of our debt to Israel and the Jewish people. Because of their faithfulness to the living God of Israel in spiritual things, we now have an indebtedness to them in material things.

Because of His faithfulness to them above all, the Jews, we Gentiles, now believers, have been grafted into the olive tree as well.

“And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree, 18 do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you.” Romans 11:17-18, NKJV

Standing with the Messianic believers in the Land and befriending the “pre-believers” has enriched my spiritual life for many years. These connections the Lord has made continue to grow, as we see the days becoming darker and His light shining even more.

Being friends with Christian Friends of Israel (Sharon Sanders, Tristan & Galya Hall), Nissim and Hadassah, Nouri, Avraham, Uri, Danny Boy, Chaim and Deanna, Richard and Carolyn, Koken and Menalu, Tuly and staff, and the several ministries we have stood with and supported over the years allows the Holy Spirit to do what He has given us to do as our part in the restoration and salvation of Israel and His people re-gathered there once again, as He prophesied centuries ago.

I have written previous messages about the debt Christians owe the Jews, as I first heard and learned from the great Bible teacher Derek Prince. Because of the Lord’s granting them as a people the knowledge of Him and His Word, the Torah, through whom our Messiah Jesus has come, Yeshua HaMashiach, we are now too grafted into the olive tree, and can partake of their salvation and inheritance, among all Who call upon the Name of the Lord.

Understanding this basic, vital foundation in the life of believers is necessary for further unity in His Body, as He joins Jew and Gentile into the One New Man, the Bride that is being prepared for the return of the Son of God, Yeshua (Jesus).

Thank You, Father, for Your great plan of salvation, which has been laid out in completion through the Word of God, from Genesis through Revelation. Seeing Your fulfillment of prophecies and plans from Your heart encourages us to press on as we now do our part through faith and obedience.

Bless the people of Israel, Lord, and may those be blessed who realize the debt we owe them and seek to bless them also.

Israel. Not Palestine.

I personally always like writing, "Jerusalem, Israel" on photo posts, social media platforms, and wherever there may be a "misundertanding" of who owns the Land of Israel. The Living God of Israel gave it to the Jews, naming the Land with Jacob's name, thus becoming Israel, after he wrestled with God. (Genesis 32:22-32)

History will prove that there was "No Palestine" until the Romans changed the Jewish homeland's name to Palestinia around 70 AD, after they destroyed the city of the Jews, to spite the Jewish people.

But the God of the Universe has His Name on the Land, and He has chosen who will inhabit it.

Christian Friends of Israel Jerusalem held its 40th anniversary in Charlotte, NC, May 28-May 31. The worship session was led by Steve Martin (guitar/lead vocal), Tommie Coleman (keyboard and lead vocal), and Brian Cockfield (drums). This was the first night/session of the event.

The event was hosted by Christian Friends of Israel USA (CFI-USA), led by Executive Director Hannele Pardain.
