Mountains of the Lord - A Sign To Us

I saw this license plate below (or "tag" as they call it here in the South) on my way home Friday night, April 11, 2014 after attending the opening game of the Charlotte Knights in their new baseball park in uptown Charlotte. It was around 8:30 pm. Not too many times do you see a Colorado car license plate in Pineville, NC where I live. Signs along the way Lord.

Follow the path set before you.

Walk on the path the Lord sets before you. As you go in obedience, it will open new adventures and provision in His plans and purposes for you and those who are to come also. It may look uncertain at first, but as in all new assignments, they are just that way. Have faith in God.

His Holy Spirit is with us always, to guide and direct our steps. Provision, encouraging faith, signs and understanding will be ours as we go forward.

“‘Hear the shouts, hear the triumph songs in the camp of the saved?" The hand of God has turned the tide!  The hand of God is raised in victory! The hand of God has turned the tide!"  Psalm 118:15-16 THE MESSAGE

I can sense it in my spirit. The tide is turning. The Lord God of Israel has said, “Enough is enough”, and He is turning the tide in the heavenly realm, and thus in the earth.

For decades the wicked have risen up, proclaiming their agenda, pushing their immoral acts, pressing down on the godly standards of the Judeo/Christian foundation. They have removed the stones of the righteous, replacing them with heretical lies and godless ways.

In my spirit I can hear the Lord say, “Now it is MY time. It is MY time to raise up the standard and show Myself strong. It is MY time to let the earth know that the King of kings and the Lord of lords is in full control. It is not the heathen. It is not the oppressor. It is not the tormentors who think they rule. MY Kingdom will be established, even as I have spoken in My Word, and recorded by My prophets, centuries ago.

It will be My Word that will set the course of the nations. Even as man and the rulers of the nations think that they are moving mountains, they are but hills in My sight, and they themselves will be moved.

I am raising up a generation of young people who will look to their fathers and mothers for godly direction, for wisdom in how to advance, for righteous counsel in what they are being called to do. It is I, the Living God of Israel, Who will establish My purposes, My plans.

Those who have laughed at My people and at My words will not stand. They will see the right hand of God move, and remove, and build up the righteous foundations again.

The tide is turning. Because I am the Creator of the oceans and the mountains, and because they serve Me, I will use them in the natural as a forerunner of what I am doing in the spiritual."

Shalom! I send many greetings.

Here in Stockholm the snow melts just now. Maybee there will come more before the spring in about middle of March. I have been thinking and wrote like a biblestudy. Send it. Hope you like. Sent pictures, too. Will watch some soccer at TV with family.

HOPE FOR THE FUTURE

We can be in very difficult circumstances but we must not be discouraged. The one who made us has a way out. We shall never give up. God loves us so much and sent his Son for us! He is a great God and nothing is impossible for him.

We can think our problems are big but we must remember that God made heaven and earth. Ps.121. He made all the planets and all the stars and the sun. Before him we are small like ants because he is so big and his ways are so much higher than ours. Would he not be able to help us? Who do we think God is? He is much greater than we understand. He could make seven earths if he would. He made the thunder and the storm as we can see his power in. God has power!

As the small bird under the wings of an parent can feel secure we can feel secure under Gods wings.

In Ps.46 we can read that " God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will NOT fear."

We will not fear if the earth be removed and and the mountains be carried into the sea we can read. I think that if this would happen God would God help us but also think about that it can feel like this that if the mountains are removed and the mountains carried into the sea but eaven if it feels like that God is faithful and stand for what he say. He is not a God who lies. I am also thinking about earthquakes here and about high waves as we can read in verse 4. His grace will not leave us as his children. He will protect us.

In Isaias.54:10 it is written that if the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed that God's kindness and covenant of peace shall not be removed.

I think about that the covenant of him as child of God will not be removed. The way is Jesus. Just in his name is salvation. He payed the price for us so that we could be clean by his blood. Jesus biggest present to us was when he gave his life for us. The greatest love.

If we go through much fire and water Isaias.43 his covenant of peace will not be removed and he has not forsaken us and can help us -eaven if it feels like the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed he has not left us and his covenant is there.If we belive in Jesus and what he done at the cross for us we are saved for eternity. We cannot come into heaven by ourselves because we were not perfect so God sent Jesus - like a lamb who was led to the slaughter Isaias.53:7.

In verse 53:6 we read that "All we like sheep have gone astray". It means we could not be saved by ourselves. But in 53:6 we read "And the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all". It means in his name we do not have to be afraid of his return. In Jesus name we are saved - salvation is in his name.

Sometimes you hear that you cannot know when Jesus return. We do not know the day Jesus says in 34:36 but I think about Matt. 24:32-34. Jesus says in Matt.that when the branch has become tender and the leaves on the figtree puts forths leaves you know that summer is near. I believe that when the state of Israel was born 1948 I think Jesus talks about that the generation who see this will not die before Jesus comes back.

It is important to talk about Jesus return because it is not far away. In Jesus name we have salvation and hope.

Let Only God Define Your Destiny

It has been said that one of our great purposes in life is to give birth to ourselves. We have to find the purpose for which God created us, and allow Him to give birth to it. Along the way, we must be very careful about what we allow to define us.

Throughout my life, I've had my fair lot of heart-wrenching situations, including the loss of loved ones, abandonment, rejection, and betrayal from those whom I thought were trustworthy friends. The list goes on and on. Each of those circumstances tried to paralyze me and imprison me, defining my destiny. But, each time, God broke in, offering me a way to freedom.

Facing Giants

Every time you are faced with a giant of opposition, you must decide whether you will allow God—or the giant—define who you are and what you will become.

In recent months, the Lord has had me teach several times on David and Goliath. I've become intrigued with the fact that the name Goliath means "expose; reveal." When the impious Philistine giant came against the nation of Israel, the cowardice of Saul and the Israelites was exposed, while the courageous, warrior heart of David was revealed.

Life's giants expose our hearts and character, revealing who we are. When we face crisis, trials or opposition, those circumstances either reveal and amplify the greatness of God within us, or expose our weaknesses.

When God's greatness within you is revealed, run toward the giant with whatever stones God has placed in your hand. 

And when your eyes are opened to the weaknesses that lie within, you are presented with great opportunity to be made strong in Him (2 Corinthians 12:9-11; Philippians 4:13).

When we position ourselves with the Lord, circumstances around us lose their power to paralyze and imprison us. His love and power strengthen us. 

If we humbly yield to the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, in time we can overcome our weaknesses, conquer our giant, and take hold of the inheritance provided by God (Hebrews 9:13-14;13:20-21).

Let Only God Define You and Your Destiny

You don't have to let divorce, rejection, disappointment, disability, or any other impious giant define you. The power of the past to dominate your present and determine your future, is broken by the Blood of Christ.

Choose to be forward-focused and not past-possessed. Profit from the past, invest in the future. 

Let those mountains of opposition become stepping stones toward your destiny.

Know that when the enemy had you pinned to the mat, and people were counting you out, God was making you into a Joseph, an Esther, a Paul—for such a time as this! Allow those heart-wrenching circumstances to shape you into who God has called you to be. 

Let only God define you and your destiny.

Don't rob us of the amazing you God made! He deposited something in you we need. You are pre-destined by God to do amazing things. He is calling you to rise up out of the ashes of opposition, face your giants with bold faith, and cross over into your destiny!

How will you respond to that which is revealed when giants take the stage?
