MAOZ ISRAEL REPORT - March 2017 - Ari & Shira Sorko-Ram

IS GOD GIVING AMERICA A SECOND CHANCE?
Monthly Report: March 2017
Adar - Nisan 5777

U.S. President Donald Trump in prayer at his first Annual National Prayer Breakfast event in Washington D.C.

By Shira Sorko-Ram

I must admit I have had many sleepless nights because of the spiritual and moral decline of western civilization—especially in the two countries of which I am a citizen—Israel and America.

Some 15 years ago I watched President George W. Bush proclaim a “road map for peace” by dividing the Holy Land into “two states for two people living in peace and security.” Moreover, his response to the 9/11 catastrophe was a declaration that “Islam is a religion of peace.” He added that Israel must not build houses in Judea and Samaria because it belongs to the Palestinians.

I had already been in Israel 35 years and I knew, as did most Israelis, that Islam is not a religion of peace. All I could think of was God’s solemn promise to “bless those who bless you (Abraham and his seed)” and “curse him who curses you.” (Genesis 12:3)

In the book of the prophet Joel, the curse becomes more exact as to time and actions: “When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations … and I will enter into judgment with them on account of My people, My heritage Israel whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided My land.” (3:2).

Incidentally, I always wondered if Bush had forgotten that in 1947 the U.N. had divided the land of ancient Israel into two states—a Jewish state and an Arab state. (In those days there were no Palestinian people—only Arabs.) But the Arabs emphatically rejected two states for two people. They would settle for nothing less than one Arab state and no Jewish state.
ISLAMIC INFILTRATION

When Barack Obama became president, I began to realize that Muslims were immigrating to America in ever-increasing numbers. Muslim missionaries were converting prisoners in jail. Famous actors, musicians and sports heroes were embracing Islam.

Obama was filling the White House with Muslims as his advisors. Because of my personal experience living in Israel and extensive research into Islam, I knew that Muslim leaders in America had a solid plan based on Sharia law to completely overtake the political establishment of the U.S.A. Not immediately. But not in the too-distant future either.

Few people have thought about this: A democracy without God cannot win against Islam. First, Islamic refugees flood into a country because of its superior economic prowess. What democratic people can turn away masses of Islamic refugees because of their religion?

Secondly, the birthrate of Muslims is much greater than that of any democratic country. Under pressure to find enough cheap laborers, democratic governments invite more available young alien men and women to their land. Muslim supply is unlimited.

Thirdly, scientific polls all state that between 10 and 15% of the Muslim population are prone to jihadism, with a goal to conquer the world for Islam. Islamic Sharia doctrine severely warns Muslims not to integrate into western society as other immigrants have done for centuries.

Over time, the helpless democratic country invaded by Muslim aliens has no defense and evolves into an Islamic culture through elections, fear and even terror, as is happening in Europe right now.

I watched as Obama routinely avowed protection for Muslims, no matter what, but never mentioned defending Christian values. Here and there a voice rang out, like that of Franklin Graham:

“I do know that the president defends Islam and chastises Christians, rebukes our allies and befriends our enemies, and fully supports gay marriages and abortion but denies the religious freedoms of those who don't agree. Our nation is ridiculed abroad and morally crumbling within. We are in trouble. We have turned our back on God.”

BIBLICAL VALUES OUTLAWED

Abortion rights, homosexual rights and Islamic rights have become the predominant liberal values in America. Free access of migrants and immigrants—whether criminals or not—is promoted by liberals knowing that the majority of migrants will vote for liberal candidates. The goal: To create an overwhelming majority of liberal voters. It seemed it would not be long until decadence and debauchery had conquered America.

Indeed, who isn’t aware that Christian religious freedom has been eroding? Christian business owners, by law, are forced to serve same-sex marriage parties and cater festivities of transvestites, who in turn may lawfully use boys’ or girls’ bathrooms, according to their pleasure on any particular day.

Multitudes of atheists, financed by extremist liberal tycoons, are giving their entire lives to suing anything and everything that possibly looks like it came from the Bible.

Atheistic professors have rewritten American history, and are literally brainwashing the vulnerable youth of America—promoting hedonistic lifestyles and a lawless mindset, birthing violent protest against Biblical mores. Licentiousness is called freedom of expression; God-given values are mocked and speech by its proponents is suppressed.

“No borders” became the mantra of the far left, not giving a thought to the drugs pouring over the borders, resulting in the death of 52,000 Americans from drug overdoses in 2016! Heroin killed more Americans than guns did last year.

THE VANISHING AMERICAN JEWISH COMMUNITY

Obama also did what he could to turn America away from Israel. As liberal values have become the norm this decade, many, if not most, Jewish Americans have been a solid component of this anti-God movement.

As a result, the U.S. Jewish population in America is clearly declining through intermarriage and atheism. Abortion and homosexual rights have become more important to the Jewish community than the state of Israel; the values, ethics and attitudes between American Jews and Israeli Jews are fast growing apart. Think of Jews such as Bernie Sanders and his lukewarm embrace of his Jewishness. As The New York Times put it, “He doesn’t like to talk about it.” What kind of “Jews” will his great-grandchildren be?

Israel’s lack of importance to American Jewish lawgivers was clearly apparent when out of the 28 Jews on the Hill, 19 voted for the Iranian agreement, against the strenuous opposition of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who fears a nuclear attack in the future from Iran. Iran has vowed for years to destroy Israel and they can’t wait to build their nuclear weapons in order to carry out their threat.

Here is the one and only defense against an Islamic or atheistic takeover:

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” (II Chronicles 7:14)

The Balfour Declaration, signed by the British Foreign Secretary James Balfour in 1917, favored a "national home" for the Jewish people. Shortly after, Britain was given an mandate by the League of Nations to rule the Holy Land and facilitate the establishment of a Jewish national home. Under Arab pressure, it withdrew from its commitment and proceeded to all but close the borders to Jews who were attempting to return to their anticent homeland. Multitudes of Jews who were denited entrance to the land God promised to the descendants of Abraham, were murdered in the Nazi Holocaust.
CHOSEN OF GOD FOR A MOMENT IN TIME

From 1917 to 1947, the God of Heaven gave the United Kingdom the privilege of establishing a new Israeli nation after 2000 years of exile. Britain spurned the Chance of the Ages to grant the Jewish people their own country on their own God-given land.

Now, in this moment of time, the God of Israel has given the United States the privilege of leading the way for the preservation of the Jewish state. The opposition against Israel will be massive. Those who hate Israel will be, first of all, targeting the potential protector—the U.S. president.

Will President Trump stand with Israel to help populate her land—Judea and Samaria? Approve Jerusalem as her capital? Will Britain’s Prime Minister Theresa May assist or oppose? The Open Door will one day close.

This is the state of affairs as the new President of the United States has taken the reins. Can this president slow down the disintegration of a lawless generation which seems hell-bent on destruction? Can he turn around some of the anti-God laws? And foolish laws? And crazy laws? Laws which decimate the nation, and destroy its Biblical foundation?

That’s what the people of God are asking. So when my husband, Ari, who attended President Trump’s Prayer Breakfast, told me some amazing stories which could bring change and even revival to the United States of America, I felt a certain relief. I believe God is giving America a second chance.

Obama's Foreign Policy Legacy: Peace or Danger Ahead? - CBN News Gary Lane

Obama's Foreign Policy Legacy: Peace or Danger Ahead?
10-25-2016
CBN News Gary Lane

WASHINGTON -- As Barack Obama prepares to leave the White House, how will his foreign policy efforts be judged by history?
Will he be seen as a presidential peacemaker or a feckless leader who created a more dangerous world?
On January 20, 2009, Obama unveiled his foreign policy vision within moments of his swearing in as the nation's 44th president.

"Our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint," he said. "America must play its role in ushering in a new era of peace."
Nine months later, the Nobel Committee awarded him the peace prize, not for his accomplishments, but for what he intended to do on the world stage.
Now as Obama prepares to leave the White House, some security experts are questioning his foreign policy accomplishments and the consequences of his actions.

Foreign Policy an 'Utter Failure'
Supporters of the president's policies say he's leaving behind a more peaceful world and eventually the Middle East will be a safer place. But his critics on Capitol Hill say nothing could be further from the truth: he's created a big mess for the next president.
"He received a prize for a naive worldview that we know in 2016 has been an utter failure," former CIA analyst Fred Fleitz said.
During his first inaugural address, the president said he'd take steps to end America’s wars.
"We'll begin to responsibly leave Iraq to its people and forge a hard-earned peace in Afghanistan," Obama said.
Despite that promise, peace didn't come to Afghanistan. The president wanted to withdraw all U.S. forces by late 2014. But instead a resurgent Taliban wreaked havoc on the country, so Obama reversed course. Today, more than 8,000 Americans still remain there.
In Iraq, the president withdrew all American troops by the end of 2011, despite being warned repeatedly by top government officials and military advisors – including his own Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta – about the potential consequences.
But Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine says the president had no choice.
"Iraq didn't want our troops to stay and they wouldn't give us the protection for our troops," Kaine insisted.
Panetta has since written in his book that although an agreement was difficult, it could have been done.
The Rise of ISIS
Critics, including GOP vice presidential candidate Mike Pence, say Obama’s premature withdrawal from Iraq helped lead to the rise of the deadly Islamic terrorist group ISIS.
"The sacrifices the American soldier made were squandered in Iraq because this administration created a vacuum in which ISIS was able to grow," Pence said.
Once ISIS was on the scene after Obama's withdrawal from Iraq, it carried out a horrible genocide against Christians, Yazidis and others in Iraq and Syria, causing a humanitarian crisis in the Middle East and Europe.

"You don't walk away from a war when the other team is bringing it to you," Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Kansas, explained. "That is, I've heard this president say he wants to get out of these wars, but when they bring it to you have no choice but to lead and to protect the American people."
Pompeo is a member of the House Intelligence Committee. He says Obama and members of his administration refuse to take seriously the Islamic terror threat.
"He told us that al Qaeda was on the run, he has since told us that ISIS was the JV," Pompeo said.
Failures at Home
The failures are also right here at home, Pompeo and others say. When Omar Mateen murdered 49 Americans in Orlando earlier this year, Obama refused to call it an act of Islamic terror.
"There is no magic to the phrase 'radical Islam.' It is a political talking point. it is not a strategy," the president said.
The Center for Security Policy's Fred Fleitz disagrees.
"When we have a president who will not admit that we are at war with radical Islam, who won't even use the term, when we portray this threat as some threat from an isolated terrorist group and not a global ideology at war with modern society and Western civilization, we are never going to beat it," Fleitz insists.
Weak American Leadership
In Syria, critics say feckless U.S. support of moderate rebel groups caused al Qaeda, al Nusra, and the Islamic State to grow in power and influence.
President Obama said he would draw a red line in the sand if Syrian President Assad used chemical weapons against his own people. Assad turned over 1,300 tons of the weapons, but later used a chemical weapon -- chlorine gas -- against the rebels. Obama took no military action.
As a result, Russian President Vladimir Putin stepped up his country's involvement, sending aircraft and troops to help Assad.
Pence says weak American leadership in the Middle East led to Russia's return to the region.

"There's an old proverb that says the Russian bear never dies, it just hibernates," he explained.
That bear came out of hibernation seven years after the Obama administration promised a "re-set" of relations with Russia. Putin moved not only in Syria, but also in Georgia, Crimea, and Ukraine.
"We watched the Russians take one-fifth of a sovereign nation and America's response was almost nothing," Pompeo said. "That tells Vladimir Putin he has a green light and you've seen him use that power."
In Egypt, Mohammed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood took office as president in the summer of 2012. But within months, he had issued a decree that basically gave him unlimited powers.
His opponents called it an "Islamist coup." Egyptians took to the streets to protest and President Obama demanded the Egyptian army restore Morsi and the Brotherhood to power.
Some Egyptians claimed Brotherhood agents and sympathizers in the U.S. government influenced policy.
Mohammed Elibiary served on the president's Department of Homeland Security advisor council. Elibiary had praised a Muslim Brotherhood leader and spoke at a 2004 event honoring Iran's Ayatollah Khomeini.
And the president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a group with suspected ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, advised President Obama on immigration and counterterrorism policy.
Parts of Iran Deal Kept Secret
Barack Obama would likely say his greatest foreign policy achievement was the nuclear deal with Iran, but many critics say the administration only accomplished the deal by keeping key parts of it secret.
"In the fall of 2016 we have a nuclear deal that can only be described as an enormous fraud," Fleitz said. "The only way that this deal got through is because the details of it were concealed from Congress."
Pompeo exposed several secret side deals in the agreement.
"This president struck a secret deal with the ayatollah that's really between him and the ayatollah. It's not even signed by either party and that will almost always end in a way that does not serve the American people's interest," Pompeo said.
In the recent vice presidential debate, Kaine said the Iran deal eliminated Iran's nuclear weapons program.
Former President Bill Clinton's CIA director James Woolsey disagrees. He calls it "worse than worthless."
"I think it may be the worst international agreement the United States has ever signed. I think it will enhance Iran's ability to move quickly to have a nuclear weapon to not slow it down," Woolsey insists.
"The reason is Iran can continue to enrich uranium, develop advanced centrifuges, and will have a reactor that produces plutonium that is being redesigned by the Chinese and will not be monitored by a process set up by this treaty," Fleitz explained.
Woolsey is concerned about the cash payments the Obama administration delivered to Iran the same day American prisoners were released in Tehran, ultimately amounting to $150 billion.
"We are turning over tens of billions of dollars to them saying that we are getting away from sanctions, and in part it seems it is more likely what that is, is bribery substantially to the Iranians to release some of our people they have grabbed," Woolsey said.
Pompeo and others believe the money provided by the United States may be used by Iran to spread terrorism and further develop its nuclear weapons program.
Obama Vision Falls Short
So, nearly eight years after his swearing in, America's Nobel Peace Prize winning president has fallen short of his goal of ushering in a new era of peace with many analysts warning that the world is now a more dangerous place than when he entered the White House.
"The president thought when he came to office his magnificence and his aura would solve all the world's problems. The fact is, these enemies of the United States hate us regardless of who is in the White House," Fleitz explained.
"They hate our way of life, they hate our country, and they didn't change their way of thought because Barack Obama became president," he said.
And they're likely to pose greater danger for the world and the next American president.

Jewish and Arab Millennials: Holy Spirit Builds Bridges of Peace - RICK RIDINGS CHARISMA NEWS

The ELAV Conference in August in Jerusalem brought Arabs and Jews together to passionately worship God. (Maoz Israel )

Jewish and Arab Millennials: Holy Spirit Builds Bridges of Peace

Standing With Israel
Several hundred Messianic Jewish youth together with believing Arab and Palestinian young people gathered for "ELAV 2016" in Jerusalem in August with the focus of "Building An Altar" to the Lord in worship, prayer and encountering the Lord.
A New Wave of 'On-Fire' Teenagers
One very obvious and encouraging sign this year was the higher percentage of teenagers present. For the past few years, the "core" of ELAV had been a group of high schoolers who had now matured into young adults. It was great to see them welcoming and ministering to a "new wave" of teenagers this year who are hungry for God.
The Lord led us to organize a four-day Worship Training Camp for youth last June, at the beginning of the summer.
Over 80 Jewish, Arab and Palestinian teenagers attended this camp, sponsored by our friends at Maoz Israel.
The name of the camp was "Dor Haba," which is Hebrew for "Next Generation." The teens were taught to lead worship by Israeli musicians and worship leaders, and these teenagers themselves led some very anointed times of worship. The Holy Spirit came in some amazing ways, especially when the young adult staff prayed over the teens to write new worship songs in Hebrew and Arabic.
We then designed the ELAV conference, at the end of the summer, to be a two-day, intensive teen and young adult conference. It was incredibly moving to see so many of the teenagers who had been touched earlier in the summer worshipping with great abandonment in ELAV.
Some of the older teenagers even led a very anointed worship time in the ELAV conference. There was a strong sense among the leaders that we are witnessing the beginning of a new strong work of the Holy Spirit among the youth in the Land.
A Commitment to Building Altars of Worship
The speakers this year were: Pastor Avi Mizrachi of Tel Aviv; Rania Sayegh of Nazareth; and Rick Ridings of Jerusalem. All three represent houses of prayer in their cities and challenged the young people to build personal places of daily worship and prayer.
But they were also challenged to be part of a weekly coming together with other teenagers even in places without a house of prayer, to find a few friends that would meet weekly to seek the Lord together.
There was a strong response to this call. I was very blessed by a young Arab believer who said to me: "When you said to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to show us who to build an altar with, I heard a specific name, and then I felt like the Lord wanted us to do it outside on our rooftop!"
This definitely shows a new boldness and freedom from fear to be willing to worship the Lord where the neighbors can hear.
Deeper Unity Overcoming Ethnic and National Barriers
As this was our 10th National Youth Conference, we saw the gracious fruit of the years of forgiveness and reconciliation between these 800 Jewish, Arab and Palestinian believers in attendance.
It is encouraging to see that many have moved past moments of reconciliation into true friendships, and that they were so glad to be able to be together again in ELAV. There were wonderful scenes of youth from these conflicted backgrounds praying for each other as true friends.
We even had the visit of a Central American man who is an Ambassador to France and to UNESCO. He said ELAV was the first encouraging news he had heard from the Middle East, and he wanted to come and see with his own eyes if it was true!
He left very touched by the love he saw between the Jewish, Arab, and Palestinian youth. I explained to him that it was not something we were somehow able to produce, but rather the fruit of the work of the Holy Spirit during times of worship when the Lord Himself challenged youth to forgiveness and changed their hearts.
We were also very blessed to have believers representing houses of prayer in Egypt, Jordan and Iraq. We had some precious times of fellowship with them.

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

PM Netanyahu-
Are Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria an obstacle to peace? Are the millions of Arabs living inside Israel obstacles to peace? Prime Minister Netanyahu makes it clear that ethnic cleansing and Judenrein are terms that will no longer be a part of the future of the Land of Israel. Ethnic cleansing for peace – what the Arab side proposes – is nothing more than blatant hatred of Jews and Israel

Peace: A Deceptive, Dictatorial Word for Israel - MARTIN SHERMAN CHARISMA MAGAZINE

Will peace continue to be elusive for Israel?

Peace: A Deceptive, Dictatorial Word for Israel

Will peace continue to be elusive for Israel? (Reuters file photo )

Standing With Israel
After a long absence, "peace" is back in the headlines, due in large measure to this week's visit to Israel by French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, who came to try to promote a new French initiative that somehow, by as yet unspecified means, would resuscitate the moribund "peace process."
Perversely planned to take place without either Israel or the Palestinians, the principal protagonists, the conference has now fortuitously been delayed to accommodate the schedule of U.S. Secretary of State Kerry, who apparently had better things to do than take part in yet another doomed charade to forge "peace" in the Middle East.
However, despite its ill-conceived rationale and dauntingly dim prospects, the planned summit can and should serve one constructive purpose: to focus attention not only on what the quest for the elusive condition of "peace" really entails, but on the even more fundamental question of what is actually meant, and what can realistically be expected, when we talk of "peace" as a desired goal, particularly in the context of the Middle East and particularly from an Israeli perspective.
Indeed, the need for such clarification becomes even more vital and pressing because of recent reports of possible Egyptian involvement in attempts to initiate "peace" negotiations with Arab regimes teetering on the brink of extinction and involving a perilous Israeli withdrawal to indefensible borders. All this in exchange for grudging recognition as a non-Jewish state by a partially no longer existent, partially disintegrating, Arab world.
A Dictatorial Word
It takes little reflection to discover that, in fact, "peace" is a word that is both dictatorial and deceptive.
It is dictatorial because it brooks no opposition. Just as no one can openly pronounce opposition to a dictator without risking severe repercussions, so too no one can be openly branded as opposing peace without suffering grave consequences to personal and professional stature.
Life can be harsh for anyone with the temerity to challenge the tyrannical dictates of the politically correct liberal perspectives. As British columnist Melanie Phillips remarked several years ago in an interview on Israel's Channel 1: "Believe me, it [failing to abide by political correctness] has a very chilling effect on people, because you can lose your professional livelihood, your chances of promotion, you lose your friends."
In a surprisingly candid admission, The New York Times' Nicholas Kristof wrote that "universities are the bedrock of progressive values, but the one kind of diversity that universities disregard is ideological. ... We're fine with people who don't look like us, as long as they think like us."
This peer-imposed doctrinaire uniformity has had a debilitating impact on the quality of intellectual discourse in general, and on the question of "peace" in the Middle East in particular.
New York Times opinion piece by Arthur C. Brooks cautioned: "Excessive homogeneity can lead to stagnation and poor problem solving." Citing studies that found a "shocking level of political groupthink in academia, he warned that "expecting trustworthy results on politically charged topics from an ideologically incestuous community [is] downright delusional."
A Deceptive Word
The considerable potential for defective analysis in the intellectual discourse on such a politically charged topic as "peace" also accounts for another detrimental attribute of the word.
Not only is it rigidly dictatorial, but, perhaps even more significantly, "peace" is a grossly deceptive word. It can be, and indeed is, used to denote two disparate even antithetical political situations. On the one hand, "peace" can be used to describe a state of mutual harmony between parties, but on the other hand, it can just as aptly be used to characterize an absence of violence maintained by deterrence.
In the first meaning, "peace" entails a situation in which the parties eschew violence because they share a mutual perception of a common interest in preserving a tranquil status quo. In the second meaning, "peace" entails a situation in which violence is avoided only by the threat of incurring exorbitant costs.
The significance of this goes far beyond semantics. On the contrary. If it is not clearly understood, it is likely to precipitate calamitous consequences.
The Perilous Pitfalls of 'Peace'
It is crucial for practical policy prescriptions not to blur the sharp substantive differences between these two political realities. Each requires different policies both to achieve and, even more importantly, to sustain them.
The misguided pursuit of one kind of peace may well render the achievement—and certainly the preservation—of the other kind of peace impossible.
Countries with the mutual harmony variety of "peace" typically have relationships characterized by openness and the free movement of people and goods across borders. As in the relationship between Canada and the U.S., there is little or no effort needed to prevent hostile actions by one state against the other. Differences that arise are not only settled without violence, but the very idea of using force against each other is virtually inconceivable.
By contrast, in the second, deterrence-based variety of peace, such as those between the U.S. and USSR during the Cold War or between Iran and Iraq up to the 1980s, the protagonists feel compelled to invest huge efforts in deterrence to maintain the absence of war.
Indeed, whenever the deterrent capacity of one state is perceived to wane, the danger of war becomes very real, as was seen in the Iraqi offensive against an apparently weakened and disorderly Iran after the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
In this type of "peace," there is no harmonious interaction between the peoples of the states. Movements across borders are usually highly restricted and regulated, and often prohibited.
It is not surprising to find that peace of the "mutual harmony" variety prevails almost exclusively between democracies, since its characteristic openness runs counter to the nature of dictatorial regimes.
The perils of pursuing one type of peace (mutual harmony) when only the other type (deterrence) is feasible were summed up over two decades ago by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in his acclaimed book "A Place Among the Nations: Israel and the World." In it, he calls for making a clear distinction between the "peace of democracies" and the "peace of deterrence."
"As long as you are faced with a dictatorial adversary, you must maintain sufficient strength to deter him from going to war. By doing so, you can at least obtain the peace of deterrence. But if you let down your defenses ... you invite war, not peace," he wrote.

Ex-Muslim: Obama Wrong About Islam - DALE HURD/CBN CHARISMA NEWS

Brother Rashid raises his concerns about Islam.

Ex-Muslim: Obama Wrong About Islam

Brother Rashid raises his concerns about Islam. (CBN)
Join us on the new C-Pop podcast where Taylor and Jessilyn discuss, debate and sometimes deride pop culture with a strong sense of humor and a focus on Christ. Listen at charismapodcastnetwork.com.

At a Baltimore mosque Wednesday, President Obama again spewed the fiction that Islam is a religion of peace. That same silly fiction was spewed by George W. Bush after 9/11. Speaking at the mosque which some have tied to extremism, President Obama said, "For more than a thousand years, people have been drawn to Islam's message of peace. And the very word itself, Islam, comes from salam—peace."
Wow. Mr. Obama, with his family background in Islam, should know better and probably does. "Islam" means "submission"—not "peace." Islam has been spread by the sword, beginning with Mohammed's conquests of Arabia, and followed by Muslim conquests of Egypt, Iran, India, North Africa, Spain and all the way to the gates of Vienna.
The president needs to chat with Brother Rachid. Brother Rachid is a Moroccan Christian convert from Islam whose father is still a well-known and respected Imam. He is hosts a weekly live call-in show on Al hayat TV called Daring Questions where he compares Islam and Christianity and debates Islamic scholars. His views have been featured in the New York Times.
Brother Rachid, like most former Muslims, believes Islam is a dangerous ideology and not peaceful.

"The Year of Restoration: Recover, Uncover and Restore" - Victoria Boyson THE ELIJAH LIST

2016 has been and will continue to be a year when God shows off!
It will be a year He begins to wipe away the stain and strain of the trials and tribulations of the season you've just come through. He wants to make a deep impression on your heart and convince you of the power and care He is capable of.
So often when you come through a tough season of trials, you can tend to pick up fear and unbelief that you are not even aware of. You may enter a situation and the old feelings of doubt seem to pull at your faith, and your feelings toward the future become clouded and limited.
Our Father says, "This will be a season in which I will convince you of My power and My love for you!"
He will wipe away the strain and make things easier. His hand on your life will be made very apparent, because He wants you to look to Him, turn to Him, and walk more closely with Him. He's building your faith – the faith that moves mountains.
Why? So you can move mountains!
The Year God Recovers, Uncovers, and Restores – for You!
This is not a year to fear; it is a year to TRUST Him and watch Him RECOVER, UNCOVER, and RESTORE.
Things you had forgotten you'd lost will suddenly be recovered and returned to you. Things stolen will be returned.
Ancestral promises that you didn't even know existed will begin to be fulfilled in your life. Not just for you, but to convince you that God is for you and with you – to restore your faith in Him.
God spoke this to me before 2016, and starting January 1st, it seemed every day something was restored to me. And, I want it ALL back!
Do you agree with me?
Do you want your peace back, your joy, your faith, love, and health ALL BACK?! Do you want your hopes and dreams ALL BACK?! Your finances? Property? Everything the devil stole from you, declare its restoration to you – ten-fold!
And in return, make sure you give the enemy a bit of what he's tried to throw at you. I know I want to hear him say, "I sure wish I hadn't messed with her."
The Father tells me we can trust completely that He is in control. No matter how things look, how shaky things can appear, no matter what things look like...understand that God is in it. God has assured me that He will not be content with business as usual. He wants a revolution.

God is Uncovering What Has Been Hidden, But Do Not Despair – He is In it to Win it!
Watch as He uncovers evil and brings it to the attention of the world.
He's uncovering things that have been hidden for some time. They've planned to undermine Him, and plan our destruction...BUT GOD! God has known about it all along, so do not despair, because HE IS THE ONE UNCOVERING IT.
He wants to start a revolution. It takes a lot to do that, so rejoice when it appears that the enemy has won and the Church has been abandoned. God loves us, and HE WILL NOT abandon us. Determine in your heart that no matter what you see, you will not fear, but you will stand with Him and TRUST in His plan for restoration to come to us.
God says, "I am in it! And when I am in it, I am in it to win it!"
No matter how things look, He will not stop until our enemy is completely uncovered and uprooted. He will not let things lay half done. He will complete the work He began in this world. He will shake it, and the enemy will not even see it coming.
The Father has baited our enemy. He's made it seem to them that He does not see what they are doing. They are convinced they will get away with what they're trying to do, but it's all a trap. He wants to uncover the good in men's hearts. He wants justice – full, complete, and reliable justice. And He wants vindication for the innocent. Justice is not complete without vindication, is it?
He is invading every area of life: Church, government, and our hearts. He desires that we see and learn that even the impossible is possible with Him. He says, "You are Mine, and I take care of My own."
He will uncover, recover, and restore – and it starts now. Anticipate the evidence of His hand on your life. Give Him your whole heart. Declare that He alone is your Lord, and you take orders only from Him.
Fear Nothing; Your Heritage Will be the Spoils of the Wars
Walk boldly in increased vision, and trust in Him. He is truly worthy of your trust.
You are bold, unstoppable, Kingdom warriors!
You will take territory for Him, and your heritage will be the spoils of the wars. You will climb mountains and destroy wickedness in high places, because your God is who He's said He is, and He can be trusted to work miracles through you!
Fear nothing – trust God!
This is only the beginning for you!
Victoria Boyson
Speaking Life Ministries
Victoria Boyson met Jesus at the age of seven. At thirteen, she started ministering using music as a platform to tell others about Jesus. She and her husband, Steve, ministered as pastors in the mid-west, but in 1999, the Lord told them to move to work for Francis Frangipane, who was extremely influential in their development as Christians and as ministers.
Victoria is a powerful prophetic voice to this generation and cofounder of Speaking Life Ministries. Based out of the Houston, Texas area, she is called to awaken and prepare the Bride of Christ for the end-time harvest and compel His Church to embrace a passionate relationship with their Heavenly Father.
