Although I have been a born again Christian for over 30 years and have been in this prophetic renewal for many of those, I have never, ever received a vision and a word like the one God seized me with for Ireland this morning.

As I was listening to the song "O, Consuming Fire," I saw the map of Europe circled by a high and thick wall, like a fortified city. Coming from the west, I saw the stern of a big ship – an ice-breaker type thing, only much bigger – knocking this wall down and making a breakthrough in Europe through Ireland.

I said: "God, are you going to bring a revival or a renewal to Ireland?" He answered: "No. Revival or renewal are not adequate words for what I am about to do in this country. 

It is going to be an outburst, an explosion, an invasion of My Spirit in the land of Ireland. 

All they have known for decades is civil war, terrorism, bombs, bullets, explosions, and slaughters, which were the works of the enemy, because satan knows what an exceptional destiny I have for the Irish people; but now I come. I come with might and power, I come with glory and splendor, I come with a divine explosion." (Photo via Freeimages)

Then the Lord led me to listen to the first song of "Revival In Belfast" (Robin Mark; Hosanna Music), titled "Garments of Praise," and the sobs of the Father's heart for Ireland seized me with violence. The lyrics say:

"Put on the garments of praise
For the spirit of heaviness;Let the oil of gladness flow down
From Your throne!"

Ireland, REJOICE! The Lord of glory is coming to you in an unprecedented explosion of His manifest presence, and all of Europe will be impacted and in awe of what God has done for you.

When the Lord brought back the captive ones of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with joyful shouting. Then they said among the nations, "The Lord has done great things for them." The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad. Psalm 126

May this word stir up your hearts, renew your courage and hope, and enlarge your vision. We cannot fathom what God is about to do.

Now, Fifteen Years Later...

I have returned to Ireland several times since the above word was published in 2000 to attend intercessor's meetings and conferences.

At the end of 2013, my partner in ministry, Sandra Haven, and I felt called to return to Ireland for an extended period of time. It was then that God began to multiply our contacts, connecting us rapidly with key people, leaders, and intercessors from the North and the South. We are now based here in Northern Ireland until mid-April 2015.

Divine Appointments and Preparing the Way of the Lord for Ireland!

Shortly after we arrived, we went to a store in Bangor (Northern Ireland), and as we ascended the escalator, we were greeted at the top by two women, and one of them was telling the other that she should meet us.

The one that should meet us was Deborah, and here is her side of the story: "Coming into 2014, I felt that things were changing, and that it was a new season for me spiritually. I had been involved for several years with a group of women. Nothing had happened between us to cause a break up, it was just as if our hearts were turning in different directions – mine back to Ireland. I had had a real heart for our land years before, but it was as if something was stirring again. My friends were supportive and excited. I was back in a place where I wasn't sure what direction to take or who to meet up with! In my heart one day I asked, 'Lord, connect me with the right people.'

"Later that same day, I was out shopping and was upstairs looking around, when I met an old friend. We chatted briefly, and I can hardly remember what I said to her, or if I'd even mentioned to her about my heart for Ireland...when she got excited and said, 'Oh! You have to meet Dominique and Sandy. The Lord has called them to Ireland!' The words weren't right out of her mouth when...up the escalator came the two ladies. They were standing right in front of us! 

Wow, that was a quick answer to my prayer for the right connections! We met up that week, and it was as if we had known each other for years."

In March 2014, Deborah took us to Athlone to a meeting for intercessors and leaders. There, we met Norma, a woman I can only describe as a "Mother to the nation," an apostle, a key leader in the future of God's plan for Ireland.

This is what Norma said to us: "I was in a meeting, when I felt my arms turning constantly in motion like a locomotive, slowly at first, but then with great speed. Next, after a long period of this action, I saw this magnificent, glorious, green train with gold markings, engine and carriages. It was a brand new train that had never been out of the station. 

All carriage doors were being slammed closed one after the other – guards all in – until we came to the front where the conductor was standing with one foot on the step of the train and the other on the platform, whistle in mouth ready to blow for takeoff. Waiting, waiting, always waiting...for three long years, but when I met Dominique and Sandy, I knew that they were the people that the conductor was waiting for, and when they got on the train, it left the station." (Photo via Pixabay)

After we returned from Athlone, we visited many churches of different denominations in order to feel the spiritual pulse of Northern Ireland. Everywhere we went, in every church, concerts and various meetings, we felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, mightily at work among the people.

In one of these meetings, I had an encounter with a woman that I will never forget.

This was her experience: "For many years as an intercessor I have prayed for a revival and a move of God in my beloved Ireland. On Saturday, February 19th, 2000, after our prayer time, my pastor gave a copy of a prophetic word for Ireland from Dominique Francois in Paris, which had just been published by The Elijah List. When I read this word, it hit my Spirit. I not only felt emotional, as it captured my heart, but I have faithfully prayed and declared it since as the Spirit led me in both north and south of Ireland.

"I longed to meet this prophet who so loved and cried for our land, so I asked of the Lord, 'Could I meet Dominique?' In early 2014, I heard she was in Northern Ireland, so I tried to meet her. Three times I just missed her! Although I did not know her, I felt spiritually connected to her, and a grief-like feeling came over me that I missed her again!

"Then, I was invited to a meeting on the 26th of March in 2014. I sat at the very back of the room. The worship was amazing, but during this time, I sensed the Holy Spirit say, 'If you turn around you will see Dominique!' I knew what I had heard, but I was a bit 'shaken'! In obedience I turned, and there, in that vast empty space, was a lady standing alone, lost in worship.

I gently went to her and whispered, 'Are you Dominique?' She said, 'Yes,' and I shook and cried. We hugged and couldn't let go! Our hearts were divinely connected in the Spirit. I have no words to explain the impact that first meeting had, not just for Ireland, but for me on a personal level. Dominique has imparted something beautiful and spiritual for Ireland. After carrying this prophetic word for now 15 years, I sense the power and the authority of the words given are truly only a prayer away."

Aren't these people so attractive, so passionate, and so radical about what they expect the Lord to do for their beloved land?

He Is Coming Like a Tidal Wave!

We are in Northern Ireland to encourage Believers to prepare the way of the Lord and to strive for unity. God will not release the magnificence of His presence on a divided Church. We may have different ideas, ways of worship, music, versions of the Bible, and denominations, but He wants us to display the sign that we are Christians by the way we love and prefer one another. The manifest presence of the Lord is coming like a tidal wave to Ireland, and it will definitely be unprecedented. For sure, "Aslan is on the move." He is about to mightily restore the things that have been lost. His Spirit is raising an army of people who will have the awesome mission to take that fire to the ends of the world. These people of all ages, different backgrounds, social statuses, denominations and races, will walk as one man, shoulder to shoulder, in perfect unity to bring God's mighty, end-time purpose to fruition.

May His mighty name be exalted forever!

Ruddick "I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open." Isa 22:22 NIV Just prior in this sequence of scripture, the prophet had spoken words of judgment against a leader who had fallen short, who was misusing the authority of his office. In establishing his replacement, a unique mantle was bestowed, with an authority that dovetailed with that of David's line, an authority to lock and unlock spiritual gates. David's greatest exploit was in overcoming the divisions within the community of God's people and aligning them to pursue God's Kingdom purposes, as one. That factor is the substance of a genuine Kingdom leadership mantle. The significance of rightly shepherding God's people is illustrated by this Isaiah 22 story of the mantle being stripped from Shebna and then bestowed to Eliakim. The change involved one whose stewardship, on behalf of God's people, fell short as it passed a subtle threshold, losing its focus -- from its design to mobilize and align God's people -- to Shebna becoming obsessed with power and the personal benefit from his position. A full grasp of the scope of this Kingdom leadership dynamic is vital to the preparation of the Body needed for this hour. It is vital to wielding the key to unlocking the bondage of corruption and releasing the transformation that affects societal change. The Hurdle to Unlock One of the biggest, if not the biggest gap in the Church today -- is the need for something practical and engaging, to enable each believer to WALK OUT A CALL OF GOD. We've emerged at a change of generations with a "me-too" orientation. We've confused the tactical with the strategic. We've made models out of what may have been simply successful stepping stones for a time, stepping stones never intended as the standard or the model to be followed. Short-sighted misuse of tactical means for strategic ends can impede the unlocking and passage into new gateways. Volunteerism, for example, is not an end in itself, but rather the steps in the path toward its adherents correctly identifying and then being prepared for release to walk out their own callings. Mimicking success, instead of following the move of the Spirit, of the cloud by day and the fire by night, can be a trap. It impedes maturity within the Body needed to rightly discern and engage in God's strategies for the times. The blind-spot at the core of such subtle snares is akin to the downfall of Shebna, of becoming in-bred and self-serving. This deception short-circuits the big-picture purposes of the Spirit. The momentum for this misaligned zeal is driven by the overuse or misapplication of early-stage successes and priorities. This in-bred myopia can breed lone-ranger congregations. Progressively misaligned priorities result in a failure to interact with, pray with and work together with other believers within the surrounding community. It waters down the important factor of how we seek the Lord together. It results in falling short in mobilizing God's people to discern and walk out the calling of God for the day at hand. In-bred myopia masks the keys needed to unlock the strategies needed to avoid the mix between the collisions taking place due to the "me-too" and "Shebna empire," lone-ranger, short-sighted expenditures of energy and anointing. There have been almost overwhelming inroads of darkness operating within our cultures, seats of power and economies. However, as God's people, we have a disproportionate advantage. David identified and unleashed that advantage. The goal is the alignment and mobilization of a people who become the true demonstration of the reality of God for which the world longs. The strategy was soundly implemented by David. Its dimensions are so significant that reference is given to them from the Prophets. to the Book of Acts, to Revelations. These dimensions are referred to as the key of David and the tabernacle of David. The Mantle of David David's role in overcoming all the strife and division -- in bringing the community of God's people together carries significance very close to the Father's heart. It is the standard for the Kingdom. It is the standard to release Body maturity. It represents the crux of turning, the key that unlocks the power in which Light disperses darkness. This unlocking is also uniquely tied to another dimension tied to the mantle of David, referred to as the tabernacle of David. The tabernacle is the place where God's presence resides. Yet, this dynamic embraces much more than the warm glow from worship. Worship is certainly a significant part, but again is a means to an end. The goal is the progressive consciousness of God's presence that guides the community as a whole, and becomes the pathway through which the community is built and serves as a Light on a hill. It is when the infectious reality of God's presence results in the unified community itself becoming spiritually contagious, that the attention of the surrounding community is attracted, being drawn into its sphere. When in operation, it overwhelmingly challenges the gatekeepers of darkness. The Impact of Unity and God's Presence Acts 15:12-17 tells of a time of major turning in the early Church following Jesus' resurrection and the outpouring of the Spirit, when a move of God began the unlocking of gates, which previously had been locked. A very key part of this unlocking was opening the gates for the Gentiles to partake in the promises long held by the Jewish people. "So open the gates, so that those who are righteous may enter." Isaiah 26:2 It was a time marked by the reality of the wonders of God's presence. This was another gate unlocked in which the anointing became available to all believers. It was a time of true revival, a time in which believers and non-believers alike, recognized and were being drawn by God's manifested presence. A great fear of the Lord fell upon not only all the church, but also upon all who witnessed and heard about these things (Acts 5:11; Acts 6:8; Acts 8:6). It was a time when the impact was described by members of the world, as "the world being turned upside down" (Acts 17:6). Scripture (Matt 24:36; Acts 1:7) refers to set-times determined by the Father alone. Paralleling the above examples from the early Church, we have entered times strategically mapped out in the heart of God. Since the time of the resurrection and outpouring of the Spirit, God's people -- both Israel and the Church -- have encountered new things, sovereignly unlocked by moves of the Spirit. Israel's 1948 Independence and then regaining control of Jerusalem in 1967 are modern-day examples. Each was tied to new gates of revival and unity in God's move toward the reestablishment of His order in the cultural, power and economic systems. Today, Israel and the Church are poised before another such unlocking. The Model for Preparation So, what are the steps to preparing for God's next steps of progressively unlocking the cultural, power and economic systems? Avoiding the Shebna blind-spots and embracing the keys given Eliakim begins with the preparation needed for ALL to be fully engaged in walking out their callings. It begins in being prepared as a culture within a culture in being led by the Spirit to impart Life in the infrastructures of the world's systems. The preparation has got to dispel the unscriptural premise of the sacred and the secular that categorizes and separates ministers from the laity. The sin of Shebna, was also the sin of the Pharisees. Jesus' choice of those He drew together as His closest followers broke the mold for religious leadership with his cross-section from every walk of life. These everyday people included people of business, professionals, military leaders, government employees, people of disrepute and people of society. It challenged the premise of a distanced, leadership-elite and raised the bar for service and responsibility, along with extending the mantle of leadership to the community as a whole. With the big-picture model of God-centered, economic community development employed from the days of Abraham, leadership is the influence from everyday people operating in everyday domains for the common good. The key to unlocking these next gates will begin with the preparation needed to break the mold to release entire communities. The Preparation In the early 1970s, I left what was in its own right a calling, in order to prepare myself in the pursuit of a higher calling. Having spent almost eight years as a US Marine, I hungered for the opportunity, for the rest of my days, to be used by God. There were steps in that process. As new Christians we were blessed to attend a church led by a man of God who opened to us the riches of God's Word. Then as we became immersed in the application of God's truth, together with wise counsel, we were released and sent forth to prepare for entrance into God's plan, as I became a student at Oral Roberts University. While the academics provided a discipline and depth in learning how to rightly divide the word of Truth, there was another, very essential and practical dimension. At the core of ORU's mandate is training up young people to hear God's voice to go where God's light is dim. Academics were only one part. Together with mentorships and a process of coming to know God and His heart, we were given the foundations for walking out a call of God. Functioning in a vibrant, interactive community, we were given the basics needed to live and maintain a lifestyle of faith, of being led by the Spirit. The Nurturing and Application Within this setting was a strong foundation in the living Word. The greatest influence on my future calling was the interactive nurturing that came through God's Word, the testimonies, the times of praying with and the wisdom imparted by ones with their own track record in successfully walking out a call of God. This foundation and nurturing became the launch-pad for the real-life applications in discerning God's guidance and then stepping out in faith -- to walk out the calling and pathway that lay before us. The simplicity for this preparation was demonstrated by Jesus' nurturing and application of the teaching He imparted to His inner circle during His earthly ministry. The process was very practical. There was teaching, observation and then real-life applications. Jesus spent nights in prayer seeking the Father as His followers observed His life and how he ministered to the people. Jesus taught His disciples the basics of applying faith, prayer and how to apply righteous power in corrupt settings. The key in this process is the word "application." Jesus taught His followers to be doers of the word and not just hearers. Then there came a time when He released them. It was a significant transition. Jesus told them that no longer did He consider them disciples, but friends. Friends are those you trust. Friends are ones with whom you entrust your responsibility and share the keys. Not long afterward was the cross, then the resurrection and the outpouring of the Spirit. From that point, everything changed. Unlocking the Pathway In today's turbulent spiritual atmospheres, the standard of Body maturity Paul outlined in his letter to the Ephesians is no longer an option. The greatest hurdle is from within. It is the in-bred, short-sightedness in which the means becomes the end whereby leadership fails in its Kingdom function of serving, taking on a life of its own. During the course of the last generation, the rise of the parachurch movement, the influence and expansion of Christian media, distance learning and webinars, the mobilization of banners that bear on standards for legislation have all coincided with the acceleration of Body maturity, which in turn has met head-on, the inroads being made by darkness. While the stakes are higher and the bar has been raised, God's keys of unlocking can be expected to retain their unstoppable potency. The standard of maturity and need for alignment -- not unlike what David actuated in bringing all Israel together -- is bedrock to all that lies ahead for the Lord's plans for the Church and for Israel. It begins with a faithful, strategically-poised remnant. At the crux in this process is equipping the saints for the work of their callings. With the traction this yields, the mantle of David will be triggered in actuating unity for the revival-level manifested presence of God that mobilizes us as the community of believers needed for this hour. During times of preparation, the focus will involve the infrastructures for timely life-training, from local congregations to Internet-based Kingdom-life programs to Bible schools and more, each preparing both individuals and the community for emerging as the Kingdom force that Jesus intended, to penetrate the darkness and draw all men to Himself. "If you have run with footmen and they have wearied you, then how will you contend with horses. Deeper Roots

We have seen that when a heat and drought occur, the trees will dig their roots deeper and deeper to get to water. It is the same as with trees in areas with much high winds, they spread their roots widely and deep to stand in the storms. 

As we now see a shaking in many nations, we as Christians are to go deeper in Christ than ever. God has a purpose for this. He wants us to embrace His Kingdom which is unshakable. All that is of the natural or temporal is being shaken. There is a huge transition going on which leads to confusion unless you are deeply grounded in Jesus as THE Way, THE Truth and THE Life! 

The transition is leading from church age into Kingdom age. As Jesus preached and taught the Kingdom of His Father, He also demonstrated it in power and authority. God`s plan is to present a glorious and spotless bride to His Son. Today there is more essential than ever to yield to the Holy Spirit. Everything outside Christ Jesus will fall short. God will raise up His people in such a manner that governments and leaders of corporations and businesses will seek wise counsel from the sons and daughters of God.

Choices and Unity

I saw a line in the sand in a vision yesterday and it is clear that the choices we make today will be of huge impact in the days ahead. In that I have seen that much of what worked before will not work anymore. God is upgrading now, and it is all by His Spirit. In the transition now He is searching for a pure and willing heart. 

As the people have demanded their kings like Saul, God is preparing His Davids. It is a preparation of the heart that happens when our heart is becoming one with the heart of the Father. It will be a oneness and unity between the Father and those who have His heart, not seen before. These vessels will only do what the Father is doing and speak what He is speaking. Many are in a preparation for this today. They do not follow the ways of man, but are led by His Spirit.

Upgrades in Transition

God is calling on us for upgrades! There will be a lot of upgrades in this transition for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see. There is also a release of His Spirit of excellence like what happened with Daniel. Much will be in apprehension of Christ in us and the revelation of who He is in us. There is a purging going on now that will sift the dross out of the gold.  

God will give wisdom and revelation so amazing that when it is spoken it will be like a wonder. The oneness with the Father will be so tangible that when we speak, it will be created. We will call forth into existence what was not there. Wisdom will flow like a river of life in and through His people.

Unity with the Father will create a unity between His people that brings the body in alignment with Jesus (The Head). This will result in even greater works than Jesus did. As Moses face was shining of God`s glory, Christ in us will shine through us in a way that all people will recognize that we are one with Him. When we speak, our heavenly dialect will reveal that we belong and are one with Him. Just as Peters dialect revealed he had been with Jesus.

Stand in the Coming Storms!

The basics Jesus taught will be foundational in the time ahead. It will not only be words, but it will be our lives as testimonies. I see that our vision will be much more focused and the focal point will be of who Jesus is in us. More and more will come alive, as the revelation of that we are seated with Him in heavenly places is more real than what we see in the natural. 

When God pours out His glory on earth, we have to be rooted strong in Christ and Him only, or else we will not be able to stand and minister. God wants His people to stand in the storms coming. 

In a dream I had this night, I saw many people in a forest area. They seemed worried and anxious. Then in the dream I prepared a weapon, it was a spear. I knew there was a boar (hog) that was going to attack us. Suddenly the people sounded the alarm that the bore was attacking, and I was ready with the spear. It came straight towards me and I pointed the spear towards the boar as it attacked and it was killed. 

Then all the people screamed out that a big bear was coming to attack and kill us. Everyone was terrified and screamed. Suddenly the big bear came straight towards me, then a person ran towards the bear and jumped up into the arms of the bear, as the person had no fear of this evil attacking us. My spear as I looked at it, was now bent on the tip in a 30 degree angle. I ran towards the bear and was able to spear it from many different angles while this other person was fighting it from the front. It was a team work and after about 20 hits by the spear, the bear was dead.

The Lord showed me that the boar is an unclean and deceiving attack of the enemy on the body of Christ. I sense strong in my spirit that the enemy wants to rob every follower of Jesus of their divine purpose and identity in Christ. This match was the easy one as it only took one hit with the spear and the enemy was out.

The second attack by the big bear is different. It is to those who choose to follow Jesus no matter what and in faith step against the whole system of the enemy. The bear is attacking in finances and blocking people and ministries to get in position. It is even hindering the birth of purposes. When the big bear attacks it tries to put a weight of fear in anxiety and unbelief that many will fall under.

The weapon as a spear is revealed to me to be our declarations made in the spirit out from the authority in Christ seated with Him in heavenly places. Arise by His Spirit into your rightful place with Christ in the heavenly places, far above any second heaven evil authority. The person attacking the bear is revealed to me to be angels of God who partner with us. When we declare the word and will of God by His Spirit the angels are assigned to fulfill those declarations. Even attacking and removing enemies.

Victory in His Blood

In Revelation 12:11 it says: And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

Proclaim victory in His blood and keep standing!

There is no greater foundation to stand on in this time than proclaiming the ultimate victory of His blood and His word. Even when we face great tribulation we will endure it with constant statement of the overcoming power of the blood of the Lamb and the word of the transforming faith in Christ. When Satan is attacking in a most vicious and personal way against us, we will stand. It is all because of a faith that is unwavering, resulting from an abiding relationship with Jesus Christ.

Declare your abiding faith in the accomplished work of the Cross, and constantly participate in Jesus` ultimate victory, overcoming Satan by the power of the Cross. God`s grace will empower you to step into this faith to overcome in Christ.

God bless every one of you as you read this. Grace, grace to any mountain that arise against you by the enemy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Holy Spirit's Release – A Vision

Friends, Heaven has been just blowing my mind recently, and I'm going to share it with you!

I invite you to wrap your arms around the Holy Spirit and embrace Him as your friend – that's what He desires. It's His plan to fill you with Himself! He desires you to know Him as a friend, because He wants to take you on an incredible, mind-blowing journey to transform you to carry His new wine, so He can show you off as a light to the lost. 

He wants to make the world thirsty for Him, so He points to you and declares: "Try My wine!" (see John 2:9).

I've never really liked using the word dispensation, which is really just the dispensing or outpouring of the Spirit of God on mankind. When I was a girl in Bible college, there were groups of students who loved to impress people with big sounding words, so whenever I use that word it takes me back to that time. It's a silly thing, I realize, but I was talking to the Lord about it, and He told me that Holy Spirit likes to use the term "latter rain" instead of dispensation. Not that He has a problem with the word like I do, it is just His preference.

The latter rain is historically known as the belief that latter-day or end-time Believers will have a greater release/outpouring of God's Holy Spirit on the earth. 

This belief is based on the Scripture from Haggai 2:6-9:

"This is what the Lord Almighty says: 'In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,' says the Lord Almighty. 

'The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,' declares the Lord Almighty. 'The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,' says the Lord Almighty. 'And in this place I will grant peace,' declares the Lord Almighty."(See also Joel 2:23; 2 Corinthians 3:9.)

Vision of the Holy Spirit of God

In the midst of this conversation with the Lord about the Holy Spirit, I suddenly experienced a vision of the Holy Spirit!

I saw Him filled with incredible, enrapturous, joyful expectation for what He was about to release on Earth. He started to prance around in a fun, graceful manner and, with His arms outstretched, He would literally shower people with Himself. 

He was so happy and free, because He could finally pour Himself on mankind like He had always wanted to. 

And I heard Him joyously singing as He did, "The latter rain, the latter rain, the latter rain!"

Holy Spirit was so happy and relieved to finally be releasing His latter rain on the earth, because He has endured much alongside of us through the centuries. Of course, He's simply overjoyed to have finally come to the time in man's history when He can unleash everything He's been anticipating.

For literally thousands of years, Holy Spirit has lived in our world with us and yet been ignored by most of mankind. He's been talked about and discussed as if He's something to get instead of a real individual. He's been known to only a few as the friend and true companion that He is, but that is about to change!

In the past, the Church has used words like dispensation as classroom technical terms; and it's true, we are entering a new dispensation. Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, of all who have ever lived, none is greater than John the Baptist. Yet even the least person in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than he is!" (Matthew 11:11). The early Church received a greater dispensation at Pentecost than John the Baptist had, and now, simply because of the time in history we are entering, we will receive even more.

But the latter rain means much more to the Holy Spirit than that!

Our Powerful Friend

Holy Spirit is a gift to us, sent by Jesus from the Father (see John 15:26), and He is devoted to us. He's been dwelling with humanity for thousands of years, and He loves us! He sees our pain and our struggles, our joy and successes, and He is invested in us. He wants so much for us to really experience Him like it was intended that we would – not just what He does, but Who He is.

That's why He's so excited! He will get to shower you with the power necessary for you to become the Kingdom Bride that Jesus' prophesied you would become. 

He will finally be able to zap our unbelief, destroy strongholds with His powerful truth, and raise up the Bride that Christ is anticipating.

He walked with Christ as He worked heavenly miracles on earth, and now He will get to manifest the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in Heaven (see Matthew 6:10). He will finally get to show us that Christ's prophecy about His Bride is true – we will do greater works than Jesus did Himself (see John 14:12)! We will liberate those held in darkness! For – He has seen them and hungers for us to rescue them.

For centuries, Holy Spirit has been so limited, not because He wasn't powerful, but because we were limited in our experience/knowledge of Him. With the new release of the LATTER RAIN, He will finally get to act on our behalf!

Holy Spirit is thrilled, because He's always seen the future of the Church – He sees you as the"glorious Church without a spot or wrinkle" (Ephesians 5:27). His eyes are fixed on you, and He sees your end from your beginning – the potential of God in us! We are the HOPE of Heaven (see Colossians 1:27), and He's expectant! He sees much more than we do the age we have entered into and the Father's intended harvest. 

Literally, we will experience the colliding of two realms at His appointed hour.

As a prophetic proclamation of the latter rain, Jesus filled jars with water, turning natural water into supernatural wine, and told the servants to take it to the master of ceremony at the wedding of Cana (see John 2:7). 

Jesus wanted to show that His power would not disappoint the expectations of man – He would exceed them!

Jesus said, "Greater works than these shall [you] do." He said this not because He was anticipating the power the anti-Christ would have, but because He saw the power of Holy Spirit unleashed on the earth like never before. He was literally thinking of you, dear one, and anticipating how the Holy Spirit would work through you!

Your Father enjoys destroying our earthly misconceptions of who He is and what He's capable of. He knows that by changing your mind about who He is, He will change our thinking of who we are. 

There's no telling what box He'll break out of next! He's got to do it because He's excited about what's coming next in you – "The latter rain, the latter rain, the latter rain!"

Heaven's Expected Harvest

There are over seven billion people on the earth at this time; our population is growing at exponential rates. It took mankind 5,800 years to even reach one billion people, but the second billion was reached in only 123 years (1927), and in 1970 there were half the people on the earth (roughly 4 billion) as there is now. Our population continues to increase at an alarming rate.

Some people view this as a negative thing, even frightening, but God does not! No! Each birth brings Him astronomical joy! Each soul born on earth is an incredible victory to Him! He's been waiting for this time on earth, because like never before there is a harvest mounting and increasing and Heaven is anticipating the miraculous plunder it will gain.

And as the enemy's gains are reversed to populate the Kingdom of God, we will hear the thunderous joy of our "great cloud of witnesses"(Hebrews 12:1) waiting in expectation with their Father. 

Can you just imagine what an outpouring we will experience in the decades ahead of us?

Revivalist Evan Roberts could not even imagine when He asked God for 100,000 souls in 1904 that in the future that number would be considered a small amount. No, in his time in history, that was incredibly significant. 

But it is conceivable that in our day and age we could see (and will see) literally billions of people come to know Jesus the Christ!

You Are Invited!

Holy Spirit is releasing His latter rain with a purpose in mind. It is to transform the Church into a giant Holy-Spirit-filled net ready to catch the harvest He's releasing to us. 

Many churches are beginning to experience a greater, more purposeful vision, indeed, a divine design growing inside them. Truly, even the most immature baby Christians will be transformed by Holy Spirit into a powerful net, equipped to catch and hold the harvest! I literally saw in the spirit a great net being mended together. It was a net made of people – the Church. At first, the net was in pieces, and then slowly the Holy Spirit filled in the places where there were gaps and holes with Himself, binding and strengthening as it was teeming with an immeasurable harvest of fish – the lost! The catch was so plentiful, it was simply overwhelming.

Since moving to Texas, we've heard from some of the people in our area how hurricane Katrina (2005) affected the community here. The inflow of people into the community who had been left homeless by the hurricane was a great burden on the community and took a toll on them. However, years prior to the hurricane, the Lord had released wonderful ministries into the area to absorb some of the effects of such a large and needy increase of its population. Before they even knew they had a need, God had prepared for it!

Before Noah even knew of the impending flood he would have to endure (see Genesis 6:13-18), God had already prepared the plans for His provision. God had already anticipated Noah's need and saved him with His plans for a great ark

Friends, before you even have a need, your Father is working to provide for it!

The latter rain is here to help you and equip the Church for the influx of humanity suddenly storming our doors pleading for help! The latter rain will indeed give us the power to live like the LATTER REIGNing Bride of Christ!

Holy Spirit is transforming us into Christ's reigning Bride, empowered with His heart and mind, joy and strength – capable of extending His heart and hands to an immeasurably needy world!

Embrace Holy Spirit and learn of Him. He was sent here for you – to train you, equip you, comfort, and help you. But, the greatest gift He is to you is your constant friend. He's the most powerful friend you can have!

Saints, this word is an invitation to receive Holy Spirit and to view Him in a different light than what you may have previously experienced. Say "Yes!" to Him and accept Him as your friend and watch Him display His incredible manifestation of power in your life.

He wants to fill you with the latter-days wine like the jars at Cana. He will make you a container for His wine, so He can tell the world, "Try My wine! Drink your fill and experience the goodness of the Father Who loves you!"

Truly, He has saved the best wine for last (see John 2:10)! Pray this with me: 

Dearest Father, I choose You. I choose Your destiny for my life. I want all that You have for me. I want the Holy Spirit to be my friend and companion and use my life to display Your glory and Heaven's power. Change my thinking of Who You are and who I am, because I do not want to limit You. I don't want to allow my carnality to usurp Your glory. I give You permission to release Holy Spirit's latter rain in me.

Take me, Lord, I am Yours! In Jesus' name

.

My prayer for you: Father, I pray that You would reveal Your precious Holy Spirit to Your child in a way that empowers and equips them with blessing and favor from Your hand as You delight in them. Father, let them experience His friendship! Use them for Your divine purposes and build Your Kingdom in them. Release Your will into them with the explosive power of Heaven!

In Jesus' name, I declare that you were created for God's eternal plans and purposes and you will not deviate from them!
