"Prophetic Word: Major Reforming Happening – A Time of Major Transition" Doug Addison

"Prophetic Word: Major Reforming Happening – A Time of Major Transition"
Doug Addison, Los Angeles, CA
The Elijah List

If you are reading this then congratulations, you have made it through some very uncertain times. The good news is that things are going to start getting progressively better after this month.

This is from my prophetic word for 2015 that I released last January

There will be another major spiritual shift in June (the first one was in May of this year) and "June gloom" will lift and the fog of forgetfulness will be removed. God will begin to bring to your memory promises you have forgotten. This will set the pace for the rest of the year. Watch for things to "fall into place" in the fall.

Take Cover

When I say, "Take cover," most people think of something negative coming. But God is saying that if you stay under His covering things will work out great. Don't be distracted by things that are in disarray right now. Things are going to smooth out in July.

Psalm 91:1–4 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

The enemy wants you to think that you missed something or messed up. Take cover in God and you will not have to worry.

Major Reformation

Watch for big things from small beginnings. If you have ever heard God say to you, "Don't despise humble beginnings," understand that God is gathering small groups together to do something great.

It is important to be aligned in the right place, at the right time and with the right people for the second half of the year. (Photo via Pixabay)

We will see a shift come as we get aligned with God's purposes for our lives. There is a major reformation at hand!
  • Repositioning
  • Regrouping
  • Reshaping
  • REFORMING
2:22

I keep seeing 2:22 on the clock. God spoke to me about this through Daniel 2:22:
Daniel 2:1922 During the night the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of Heaven and said: Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his.

He changes times and seasons; He deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with Him.

Watch for these things starting in June:

God is speaking through dreams and visions. The season is changing. Expect to see changes coming as God raises up new leaders for this next movement coming. God is revealing deep mysteries that have not been revealed. Expect to have hidden things revealed and a strategy on how to respond.

How to Move in What God is Doing Right Now

Develop this foundation:
  • Agree that all things are possible for those who believe.
  • "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). "...but with God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26).
  • Understand that God is not angry and is not out to harm you.
  • God is the giver of good gifts.
  • God is a loving Father who wants to give us good things.
  • God is for you and not against you or mad at you.
  • God is not causing the bad things that we see happening in the world.
  • God wants to give us the desires of our heart and wants to do this as our heart becomes more like His (Psalm 37:4).
  • God wants to give you hope, a future, and not harm you. He longs to see you prosper and succeed (Jeremiah 29:11).
  • You are truly a new creation in Christ, and old things no longer have power over you unless you allow them to.
Logjams

God showed me that many people are suffering from cloudy vision and confusion because of a critical spirit. When we judge others we can block blessings from flowing to us. Consider these verses that have to do with giving... (Photo via flickr)

Luke 6:37-38 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.

For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

People are suffering from spiritual logjams. For the most part it is from holding judgments against others.

Matthew 7:3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?"

Overall, it is a time of major transition. Things are going to start to flow more freely. God is going to reveal a strategy that you need to flow in His will and timing for the remainder of the year.

Can you sense the transition? Ask God if you have any areas of blindness due to a "log of judgment" in your eye. God is gracious and is preparing you for increase! Remember to rise above your current circumstance and don't let anything stop you!

Blessings,

"From Transition To Position" - Jo Ellen Stevens

"From Transition To Position"
Jo Ellen Stevens, Connersville, IN
The Elijah List

Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:18-19 (NKJV)

Focus

When you are going through transition, you must keep focused on the bigger picture.

If you do not realize that God has a plan for your life and that He loves you and is only taking you to a higher place in Him, the enemy will succeed in causing you to doubt that God's love, provision, and healing are yours while you go through this time. That is the only way the enemy can win. Knowing the love of God through prayer and fasting and focusing on this plan will get you through because it will bring you joy, which is your strength! (Photo via Pixabay)

A Whole New Level of Promotion

Also, when you go through transition, the enemy will remind you who you used to be in the good old days. This is where we try to go back to, like Lot's wife and like the children of Israel as they came out of Egypt. We are not to think on the good, the bad, or the ugly, as the Lord told me once in a time of hard transition.

God does not want to do what He did back then again!

He has brought you out to take you to a whole new place! This transition in this season will be like nothing you have ever seen before!

ElijahList Prophetic Resources

When you go through transition, as Jesus did when going from the Jordan (baptism) to being drawn into the wilderness by the Spirit, it is a very vulnerable time and it is the time to fast and pray and build yourself up in the Word, so when the enemy says, "Did God say...?" you will have the ammunition to counteract the temptation that he brings during this time of testing.

You see, God allows and even draws us into the test during transition so that we will be positioned to a higher level in Him; but the enemy tempts us in this test to give up on God and go through the wrong doors and thus put off our destiny for a season. Been there, done that. So we must watch and pray during this time and speak God's Word only!

Don't Be Angry At The Agents Of Change

The enemy will also tempt you to be angry at those that are the agents of change during this time. Remember Joseph's brothers? This is a time when the spirit of jealousy rises up against you because that spirit knows where you are going and wants to kill that anointing on you! These are, oftentimes, people we love and respect, and can even in leadership – but if we do not get angry with these that mean to do us harm, we will come out of this transition time as Jesus came out of His wilderness experience "in the power of the Spirit"!

So, for us, respecting authority is very important during this time because they just might be sent to bring you to a place of destiny. Remember Saul as David was going from the cave to the palace. There is always a Saul to push you to your destiny!

So, get ready if you are in a place of hard transition, you are about to be positioned for such a time as this! Enlarge your thinking in this hour to know that God has a plan and a greater purpose for you just on the other side of this time of change! He is not mad at you – you are just going through! (Photo via Pixabay)

And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from Him for a season. And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of Him through all the region round about... Luke 4:13-15 (KJV)

But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. Genesis 50:20 (NKJV)

3 Ways to Break Free From 'New Mommy Syndrome'

single mom
(http://www.stockfreeimages.com)

Spirit-Led Woman
When I became a parent, it never crossed my mind that I might end up with a friend problem. I'd never had trouble making friends, but my journey from being single to married to mommy—all within two years—had caused my social life to suffer. Most of my friends were single and working, which worked out great when I could meet them for lunches and evening coffees. But all of that was about to change.
Although I was excited about the transition, I wasn't prepared for the isolation I would face going from a full-time job to staying home with my baby. I didn't understand how difficult it would be to maintain friendships with people whose social circles I no longer frequented. And when Josiah arrived, I soon learned that I could only survive for so long on Facebook "likes" before I felt like I was stranded on a desert island with only a volleyball (like Tom Hanks in Castaway) . . . excuse me, an infant . . . for company.
And to be honest, I didn't really know how to engage with the "mommy culture." I felt totally competent meeting with single women and offering them dating advice, or talking to writers about crafting an engaging article, but I felt at a total loss inserting myself into a conversation about what kind of diapers are best. I didn't feel like an expert on being a mom, and that lack of confidence caused me to shy away from connecting with other mommy-types.
That's when I decided a few things needed to change and I became intentional about nurturing friendships with other women. Here's what I did to pull myself out of my friendless void:
Finding Face Time. Before my baby had been born, I had experienced adult social interaction throughout every day. It was a big adjustment to be at home with a non-verbal infant. I talked to my husband, Kevin, about my loneliness and feelings of isolation, and we agreed that I would schedule "date nights" with friends at times when he could be with our son. Several times a month, I would meet a friend for coffee, go to a movie, or go out for dinner—baby-free. These social times with existing friends, were rejuvenating for me and gave me more energy to care for the needs of my baby and my husband.
Unplugging. Along with my newfound days of staying home with my son came a rise in my social media consumption. On one hand, it was a wonderful way to connect with others throughout the day, and it filled the void of the digital communication I'd experienced in the workplace. But as a new mom who didn't always feel like I was performing the tasks of motherhood well, the "mama highlights reel" I saw online left me feeling inadequate and depressed. (Studies show that regular Facebook consumption leads to greater levels of unhappiness.http://www.newyorker.com/tech/elements/how-facebook-makes-us-unhappy)
When I disciplined myself to not "snack" on social media all day long, I felt more free to be the mother God had created me to be—not the mom who cultivated homemade yogurt on her counter, redecorated the nursery on a regular basis or always had dinner on the table when her husband returned home from work.
Braving Mommy-Culture. Because my entrance into marriage and motherhood had been so fast and furious, I found myself reluctant to form relationships with other moms. One practical consideration was that I was in my thirties when I became a mom, while many other first-time moms are in their twenties. In addition, I had a fairly robust identity as an individual (an identity forged in the trenches of singleness) and I found it awkward discussing new and unfamiliar topics, such as diapering and sleep training. In truth, I felt insecure in my new role.
Around the time I had my second child, I realized I really needed friends who were in my stage of life. My unmarried and childless friends were great, but I also needed women who understood what I was going through right now. And so I reluctantly joined a moms group at our church. The experience wasn't perfect—there were some women I didn't relate to because they were really young moms or seemed to have few interests outside of motherhood—but the benefit was realizing that I wasn't alone. I wasn't the only mom who had insecurities about being a mom. The group provided a place where I could let down and admit to my struggles—and others could say "me too."
My transition into motherhood was a bit of a rocky road socially. Now, as a mom of three, I still struggle to find time for cultivating meaningful friendships and connecting with mommy culture. But I'm beginning to find a rhythm. I recognize when I'm feeling socially starved and make a plan to engage in community. Women need other women at every stage of life ... and maybe even more so as new moms. In my case, that required going out of my comfort zone, but it was well worth the journey.

Standing in the Storm by Tage and Dana Mathisen

Standing in the Storm

by Tage and Dana Mathisen

Identity Network
Deeper Roots

We have seen that when a heat and drought occur, the trees will dig their roots deeper and deeper to get to water. It is the same as with trees in areas with much high winds, they spread their roots widely and deep to stand in the storms.

As we now see a shaking in many nations, we as Christians are to go deeper in Christ than ever. God has a purpose for this. He wants us to embrace His Kingdom which is unshakable. All that is of the natural or temporal is being shaken. There is a huge transition going on which leads to confusion unless you are deeply grounded in Jesus as THE Way, THE Truth and THE Life!

The transition is leading from church age into Kingdom age. As Jesus preached and taught the Kingdom of His Father, He also demonstrated it in power and authority. God`s plan is to present a glorious and spotless bride to His Son. Today there is more essential than ever to yield to the Holy Spirit. Everything outside Christ Jesus will fall short. God will raise up His people in such a manner that governments and leaders of corporations and businesses will seek wise counsel from the sons and daughters of God.

Choices and Unity

I saw a line in the sand in a vision yesterday and it is clear that the choices we make today will be of huge impact in the days ahead. In that I have seen that much of what worked before will not work anymore. God is upgrading now, and it is all by His Spirit. In the transition now He is searching for a pure and willing heart.

As the people have demanded their kings like Saul, God is preparing His Davids. It is a preparation of the heart that happens when our heart is becoming one with the heart of the Father. It will be a oneness and unity between the Father and those who have His heart, not seen before. These vessels will only do what the Father is doing and speak what He is speaking. Many are in a preparation for this today. They do not follow the ways of man, but are led by His Spirit.

Upgrades in Transition

God is calling on us for upgrades! There will be a lot of upgrades in this transition for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see. There is also a release of His Spirit of excellence like what happened with Daniel. Much will be in apprehension of Christ in us and the revelation of who He is in us. There is a purging going on now that will sift the dross out of the gold.

God will give wisdom and revelation so amazing that when it is spoken it will be like a wonder. The oneness with the Father will be so tangible that when we speak, it will be created. We will call forth into existence what was not there. Wisdom will flow like a river of life in and through His people.
Unity with the Father will create a unity between His people that brings the body in alignment with Jesus (The Head). This will result in even greater works than Jesus did. As Moses face was shining of God`s glory, Christ in us will shine through us in a way that all people will recognize that we are one with Him. When we speak, our heavenly dialect will reveal that we belong and are one with Him. Just as Peters dialect revealed he had been with Jesus.

Stand in the Coming Storms!

The basics Jesus taught will be foundational in the time ahead. It will not only be words, but it will be our lives as testimonies. I see that our vision will be much more focused and the focal point will be of who Jesus is in us. More and more will come alive, as the revelation of that we are seated with Him in heavenly places is more real than what we see in the natural.

When God pours out His glory on earth, we have to be rooted strong in Christ and Him only, or else we will not be able to stand and minister. God wants His people to stand in the storms coming.
In a dream I had this night, I saw many people in a forest area. They seemed worried and anxious. Then in the dream I prepared a weapon, it was a spear. I knew there was a boar (hog) that was going to attack us. Suddenly the people sounded the alarm that the bore was attacking, and I was ready with the spear. It came straight towards me and I pointed the spear towards the boar as it attacked and it was killed.

Then all the people screamed out that a big bear was coming to attack and kill us. Everyone was terrified and screamed. Suddenly the big bear came straight towards me, then a person ran towards the bear and jumped up into the arms of the bear, as the person had no fear of this evil attacking us. My spear as I looked at it, was now bent on the tip in a 30 degree angle. I ran towards the bear and was able to spear it from many different angles while this other person was fighting it from the front. It was a team work and after about 20 hits by the spear, the bear was dead.
The Lord showed me that the boar is an unclean and deceiving attack of the enemy on the body of Christ. I sense strong in my spirit that the enemy wants to rob every follower of Jesus of their divine purpose and identity in Christ. This match was the easy one as it only took one hit with the spear and the enemy was out.
The second attack by the big bear is different. It is to those who choose to follow Jesus no matter what and in faith step against the whole system of the enemy. The bear is attacking in finances and blocking people and ministries to get in position. It is even hindering the birth of purposes. When the big bear attacks it tries to put a weight of fear in anxiety and unbelief that many will fall under.
The weapon as a spear is revealed to me to be our declarations made in the spirit out from the authority in Christ seated with Him in heavenly places. Arise by His Spirit into your rightful place with Christ in the heavenly places, far above any second heaven evil authority. The person attacking the bear is revealed to me to be angels of God who partner with us. When we declare the word and will of God by His Spirit the angels are assigned to fulfill those declarations. Even attacking and removing enemies.

Victory in His Blood

In Revelation 12:11 it says: And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Proclaim victory in His blood and keep standing!
There is no greater foundation to stand on in this time than proclaiming the ultimate victory of His blood and His word. Even when we face great tribulation we will endure it with constant statement of the overcoming power of the blood of the Lamb and the word of the transforming faith in Christ. When Satan is attacking in a most vicious and personal way against us, we will stand. It is all because of a faith that is unwavering, resulting from an abiding relationship with Jesus Christ.
Declare your abiding faith in the accomplished work of the Cross, and constantly participate in Jesus` ultimate victory, overcoming Satan by the power of the Cross. God`s grace will empower you to step into this faith to overcome in Christ.
God bless every one of you as you read this. Grace, grace to any mountain that arise against you by the enemy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.
Love and much grace.

James Goll: Season of Turmoil, Upheaval and Contention Will Bring Change

Open Door
This Hebrew New Year has been proclaimed the "Year of the Open Door." (Abyla for rgstock.com)
Many have proclaimed this New Hebrew Year, 5774, the "Year of the Open Door." While I concur with that, I often look at things from an additional perspective that includes not only the revelation of the Holy Spirit but the ways of God. So, if it is the "Year of the Open Door," then it is helpful to ask: "What are the requirements to go from one stage to the next?" We need to consider: "To go through an open door, do you have to close some old doors first?"
I personally believe we are in a season of turmoil, upheaval and contention—resulting in change. We are at a crossroads of change. This is true politically in the Middle East, in the United States and in many other nations.
There are issues—such as global economics, the very moral foundation of this generation, concerns of social justice, required change in the body of Christ, and all the ramifications these bring into our personal lives and families. We truly need grace for this transition!
So, let's go on a journey together and see if we find some principles that will help us go from "promise revealed" to "promise fulfilled."
From Narrow to Transition to Enlargement
We are in a process of change. The government of the church is changing. Our authority level is changing. Our gifts are being drawn out of us in stretching dimensions. We have been and are going through places of testing and confinement in the body called a "narrow place."
What is this narrow place? This is a place less wide than we are accustomed to or have expected to be in. If we respond properly to the narrow or confined place, we will enter into the phase of transition to be brought into a larger place in the Spirit.
The new place is like the camel going through the eye of the needle. One school of thought is that it was a narrow gate. The only way a camel could get through it was to be unloaded. This is the needle—the narrow gate. This is a place of unloading the weights of the past and a place of fresh commitment to the cross, where we die to self all over again. The "narrow place" can lead us out of captivity into a new and open field.
How Can We Make the Transition?
Transition means "to pass from one condition into another." Transition times are when the Lord redefines and makes adjustments necessary for us to move forward. He gives us new focus and direction. He teaches us about Himself in a new way.
A transition, in a literary sense, is the phrase that connects the past communication or paragraph with the future thought. We must seek the Lord for revelation and the ways of God in times of change. His revelatory perspective bridges the past season with the new one. Without clear revelation and communication during transition, we can lose the strength and wisdom of our past victory. But we desperately need His strength to go from glory to glory.
At the time of birth, transition is the most difficult time. This is the time when the woman feels she cannot go any further. Only the vision of the child to come causes the endurance and perseverance toward the ultimate goal of a lineage and legacy being secured.
It isn't the new thing coming that is so hard to deal with; it's the transition from the old state of affairs to the new one. How we respond during the time of transition before the new birth makes all the difference.
As you travail in this season, ask the Lord to give you strategy to protect your vision. Remember, the dragon attempts to steal new birth (Rev. 12:4). Press forward! Cry out for greater grace to be granted to you to keep moving forward.
When these changes manifest, enlargement occurs. To enlarge is to expand, to set free, to become greater in size and intensity. Enlargement—or going through the new open door—is a process, not just a proclamation. Press through the narrow, withstand the transition, and receive enlargement.
The Process of Change
Here are few thoughts on the process of change:
1. A new level of revelation is released.
2. Your present vision starts to be adjusted.
3. New vision is secured and established.
4. A mantle of restoration is placed upon you.
5. You go through the healing process concerning things of the past.
6. A new identity is developed within you.
7. Fresh strategies are revealed to you.
8. You see a greater fullness of your inheritance before you.
9. You have the strength to overthrow your enemies.
10. You secure your new inheritance.
Observing from my own prayer posture in life and ministry experience, if you are experiencing a narrow place of confinement or you sense you are in transition, be assured. He is about to visit you with a fresh demonstration of His Spirit! May your resources increase and your trials become stepping stones to renewed power and revelation.
And know this: When you have come through the "new door," there are others who have been watching your pilgrimage. When you are strengthened, you will be enlarged to strengthen others in Jesus' name!
